Once you convert to Game Pass Ultimate, I thought Gold to GPU conversion rates apply.
1 month of Gold converts to 20 days of GPU
3 months of Gold = 50 days of GPU
And so on...

I started using the mobile version of the Microsoft Solitaire Collection of games for the Play a GP game daily quest. No need to use a PC, an XBox or any version of XCloud. Just start the app on the phone. It counts since it's a GP game. And loads faster for me than the GP mobile app and XCloud games in it.

I would call that prudently picking your battles. You would rather him fight with Microsoft's army of lawyers that he can't possibly win? Something that will ultimately bankrupt him if he continues?
Also, Bing pong was against Microsoft Rewards terms of service. So he wouldn't even be on the right side of the law to begin with.
> A Search is the act of an individual user manually entering text for the good faith purpose of obtaining Bing search results for such user’s own research purposes and does not include any query entered by a bot, macro, or other automated or fraudulent means of any kind (“Search”).
All he could argue is that the software itself doesn't violate the TOS, but the individuals using it are responsible. Not a great legal front.

3 month code converts to 50 not 60 days because it is based on MSRP so both options ending costing 400 points a day.
20k/50 = 400 24k/60 = 400
I am not sure if people on Android know of a site called apkpure. It's a site that holds older apks so you can downgrade.
Here is version 2013.15.407 which will bring the GamePass app to when you can still get into games that requires controllers without the controller.
Just make sure that you have automatic updates turned off in the Google Play store so it doesn't update you to the latest version.
When I rolled back mine I have to uninstall the app, and then find the apk I just downloaded, and installed from there; you might have to turn on the install from unknown sources to make it work.
Hope this help someone.
Do you have iPhone, you should try Bing Search app https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/bing-search-and-feed/id345323231
It somehow gives me 200 points to search so i get like 170 + 200 points / day.
I am not sure if Android also gets it?
I learnt it about it here, but for me the bing app works not edge mobile browser? Does it make sense?
Yeah man it's really easy to set up! You literally run one command and then fine-tune the install and it's done! Here is a Link
Also, it's just doing DNS blocking, so it doesn't slow down your connection speed at all! Please note that you'll want to change the default DNS servers on your Router to whatever static local IP you give to the PiHole!
I emailed Microsoft support about this and got the following response:
One of the reason for intermittent earnings is that active browsing in Edge is not being detected by the system. Please check that you meet the following to ensure that you'll earn points:
1. You must be signed in to your Windows 10 device as the same Microsoft account used for your Rewards membership. You can double check this by going to Settings> Account
2. Upon using Edge, it should be your primary browser, meaning edge box on taskbar should be highlighted.
3. You must be interactive with the computer, either by clicking the mouse or navigating through a page OR watching a video in Full screen.
4. When watching in Full Screen, there is a risk that the points will not accumulate if you have multiple window . 5. Windows' feedback and diagnostics should be set to Full, not Basic. Go to Start > Settings > Privacy > Feedback & diagnostics and set Diagnostic and usage data to Full.
6. To help know if you are actively browsing, we recommend installing Rewards Extension, this app will check your setting and will allow you to ensure that the system is seeing you as actively browsing in Edge. Here is how you can install Extension:
a. Download the app in this link: https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9nblggh43g0l
b. Tap Get
c. Tap Launch
d. Open Edge, tap Turn it On. You can right click on the Extension and choose "show in address bar"
For me it was point 4 that was preventing me from earning points. I just closed out of extra windows of edge and it started working for me.
Does the VPN matter? As long as it works and has few servers on the country. I am using Surfshark and Windscribe personally. Happy with those, so far so good.
Achievements for Xbox app (android) is back up and running, it'll even notify you when your friend go online or start a new game/app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ar.com.indiesoftware.xbox
Agreed on the word counts.
Having read Moby Dick though, the only editions that are 178 pages are abridged versions, particularly adapted versions for younger readers like this one (maybe the one Bing chose):
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006KIOUDE
My copy is 576 pages, and that's an old mass market edition with tiny typeface and no margins. Many other full editions are much longer.
If you have an android phone or device, download the "Rewards Automator" app in the Google playstore. Here
Then you can do all the searches with the push of a button.
> how do they detect my VPN
Some leak your IP.
Some have been hacked - NordVPN for example.
Some free ones sell your info.
When using a VPN to secure your connection, the DNS resolution should take place on the servers configured by your VPN provider. Unfortunately, this is not always the case.
DNS Leaking from the operating system.
There's a lot of other methods to detect the use.
I would think redeeming a sweepstake once a week or so would give you an idea if you're banned or not.
There is always a slight chance with all brands, but as far as reliability, I always go with TorGuard and AirVPN. I recommend checking up this site and look for the best scores in reputation if you want to examine the best option for your budget.
> Really wish you could get 1 year gold with points instead of 3 months.
Although not sure if this would be more efficient or not.

Interesting. So yours is automatic? I currently have this one and it works great [it’s automatic] but I could use an extra HDMI input or two more. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DKDXV8Y/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_asin\_title\_o00\_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This is the one I have so far. I like it because it detects the signals it's receiving and switches to that Input. I've noticed that if I have two inputs live and one turns off the switcher will automatically go to the next available input.

Full disclosure I'm a PlayStation household so I have no Xboxs to test it out on. It works great with my PS4, PS5, and Switch.
Even now, Amazon are selling a 12m Gold code for £50 (Amazon Xbox Gold) and that's with any fancy BF sale or anything tbh, so that might be a way to go potentially?
Just sign in, set the default "search all" to complete your daily searches, and boom, you're set. Makes it easier to do the daily set too (if you want to do that, i usually dont)
I ooen it every day before my shower. Click search all and forget.
If you buy anything else from the MS store, you're better off overall buying/converting Gold time if you can afford it. All costs are US/Level 2, point value is calculated using standard $10 GC redemption.
Now if you have no interest in buying digital games or hardware with MS store credit: sure, just pay for GPU with points.
<Don't do it, as you know the risk to get banned exists> I always use my account with NordVPN enabled, I never changed the VPN country and city. Always LA - US. <The same applies for my PC> And for my Xbox I purchased a router that allows use VPN, the console is always connected to it
so far so good
I don't see the rewards in the Xbox app - when i go to my profile, i can see gamerscore and recently play etc but can't see the rewards. I assume that app is what i should be using
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.xboxone.smartglass&hl
Might try wiping cache on app or un-install/install again
It's fine I didn't clarify. Both ways work. Is just that mobile games like.
Microsoft Solitaire Collection
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.microsoftsolitairecollection
Or Microsoft Sudoku
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.sudoku
Load waay faster and require less or almost no Internet speed than a cloud gamiing.
It's not available to everyone. You get it via the xbox phone app. There's 2 phone apps, one for Game Pass and another just called xbox...
Once installed it can be found when you click on your profile picture (bottom right of app) It'll show current balance and then below that it'll say "Earn Rewards".
If they have put you on this then you'll see points for
"Tap here to play +5" (Jewel game)
"Play a PC game +10"
"Play with friends on PC +100"
"Use the Xbox app +5".
Below that is a section called Bonus points for
"linking a social account"
"Keep 7+ friends"
"Subscribe to Xbox Game Pass".
If you do all 3 of those then you can get around 300 points a day.
I will soon start to use it since I'm getting close to getting all easy and not that easy Achievements on MSC https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.microsoftsolitairecollection.
The problem is that I don't want to pop the "Good Start" and "Level Up!" Achievements on the same day. I really want to avoid that.
How about.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.sudoku
Does not require Game Pass. Can be installed on mobile.
Has plenty of Achievements.
https://www.trueachievements.com/game/Microsoft-Sudoku/achievements
Weirdly enough: yes.
If you purchase PC Game Pass using MSR points in the US with a Level 2 account, it's 7,750 points, which is roughly $8.33 worth of points (when using $10 MS GC redemption rates). That's almost 80% more than the Gold/GPU conversion rate.
If you purchase 3 months of PC Game Pass at standard pricing on Amazon, it ends up being $8.10/month, which is 73% more than the Gold/GPU conversion rate.
If you purchase 1 month of PC Game Pass directly from MS, it's $9.99/month (after introductory promo pricing). That's 114% more than the Gold/GPU conversion rate.
I cannot stress enough how (relatively) cheap Gold/GPU converted time is.
And since this is happening in the MSR sub, it's worth mentioning that GPU will allow you to do additional tasks on your Xbox to earn additional points.
Since you're thinking about buying GPU, I'm going to assume you play games on Xbox and/or Windows.
If that's the case, I suggest the following to maximize the value within that ecosystem:
If you're not interested in any items in the MS store, I guess Amazon, Walmart, or Target GCs? You get significantly worse redemption value than MS GCs, but if you don't want to buy games or hardware, they're as close as you're going to get to cash.
I haven't paid actual money for an individual video game in over four years.
It is a bit of a short month for GP quests.
April for GP quests started on the 5th, we had only 27 dailies. We needed 22 for the 1K.
The easiest way to trigger the daily GP quest. Is to use the mobile version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.microsoftsolitairecollection
Try https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.microsoftsolitairecollection on the mobile. Since it's on mobile it's very convenient to play it on the got and get 3 Achievements every other week. I don't do daily AMEMs so this is very convenient.
All these I guess.
https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/free-to-play
And the mobile games in Google Play store that have XBox Achievements.
Like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.microsoftsolitairecollection
Yes the all the Achievements for all games in the Microsoft Solitaire Collection also count for AMEMs.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.microsoftsolitairecollection
And now that MSC is in GP it counts also for the GP quests. Even if it's a mobile game.
The easiest and fastest way to complete the daily GP quest that requires us to play/Enter a GP game is to use this one.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.microsoftsolitairecollection
No XBox, PC or XCloud required. Just go in and out of this mobile game on your phone for the quest to be completed.
You just need to open the GP mobile app daily.
And this mobile app every day for the other daily GP quest to play a GP game.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.microsoftsolitairecollection
It's easy as pie. I don't understand.
Where did you get the 150 points / month figure from? The browse and earn webpage never listed the earn rate for me. All it listed was a max of 30 hours a month.
150 points / 30 hours
= 5 points / hour
= 1 cent every 2 hours
Wow, that's pretty meaningless.
You are missing something. You don't need GPU or GP for console to be able to complete at least the 2,000 MR points punch card.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MMKHC8mvViM
You need 3 Achievements in any XBox game. It does not have to be on XBox. Yes. Even M$ Solitaire.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.microsoftsolitairecollection
The other 500 MR punch card has 10 specific games. You need just 1 Achievement in any of them but non of them are free to play=no GP.
I'm actually not certain this time.
That was my first answer as well, but if you go to the XBox webpage about conversions and scroll down to the FAQ's, there's the question "After I join XBox Game Pass Ultimate, can I still redeem XBox Live Gold and XBox Game Pass codes?".
If you drop that down, there are conversion rates for pretty much any amount of Gold and Game Pass monthly codes, but GP PC only has the 1 month option. Granted, I do not check this page all that frequently, but I do seem to recall there being a line for 3 months GP PC on there.
Here something even better.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.microsoftsolitairecollection
No need to start the GP app. No XCloud required. And a much faster loading app to begin with.

I use Nord VPN for almost 2 years to protect my computer and it never had any IP leaks. And when it comes to that 'hack', no user data was leaked, read the official response https://nordvpn.com/blog/official-response-datacenter-breach/ it explains everything very clear

This is actually an invite to the Bing Listens Tour event, and not a Focus Group where you will be paid. It's an event hosted by the Bing team at Chicago (Oct 21) and Boston (Oct 22) as a way to connect with real Bing users and fans. It's held in the evening and includes great food, giveaways, fun prizes and a lot of opportunities to hear from and directly interact with the people who are responsible for a product. Registration seems to be full for Chicago, but if you live in Boston, or know friends and family in Boston who use Bing, use the following registration link to get more info and resister. • Register for the Boston event today! https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=v4j5cvGGr0GRqy180BHbRzQebbNGOtRNqG4nmAHVi3NUNVk1VFJTU0c1M0lVQTc1QjNORUwwSVBGWS4u&bep_ref=1&bep_csid=10897
It's crazy. It's 2020, they are Microsoft, we are talking about digital downloads. Surely, the have the software to perform the function.

GOG.com has bundle deal, where east least if you don't want all of the games, you can remove them from the bundle.
I converted earlier this year, and it hasn't changed. As lifted off the Xbox upgrade page under the FAQ page:
What happens to my Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass memberships once I upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?
A purchase of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate automatically upgrades your existing Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass memberships to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Here's the decision flow chart:
Step 1: Do you have an active Game Pass subscription of any kind?
Yes? Let it expire. Otherwise, it converts at 12 months of Gold to 4 months of Game Pass Ultimate which is full monthly price ($15x4=$60). Proceed to Step 2.
No? Proceed to the Step 2.
Step 2: Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold account?
Yes/No: Add up to 3 years of Xbox Live Gold via codes/cards. These can be had for $60 per year or $50 on sale pretty regularly, or you can redeem Rewards. I've also heard you can get cards from Brazil for $45-ish and activate them via a VPN, but I can't confirm personally. Proceed to step 3.
Step 3: Upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate:
This costs $1 (or $15 if you've upgraded once before). This also adds a month if you're not maxed out at 36 months, by the way. Your total cost will be close to $5/month instead of $15/month, saving you a maximum of $360 on 3 years. That's $180 vs $540. Link
I thought they stopped that "free" conversion last year some time, like it was a timed thing? And now you get less, so like 3 months gold only equals 2 months ultimate, per https://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/gold/upgrade
Below is a link from xbox about gold to Ultimate. Please tell me I'm wrong about upgrading Gold to Ultimate. Check this question on the link about upgrade.
After I join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, can I still redeem Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass codes?
First conversion is the only time it is a 1:1 ratio. afterwards there is a chart for conversion. chart is located https://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/gold/upgrade

1 month of Gold - 20 days of Ultimate
3 months of Gold - 50 days of Ultimate (1+ month)
6 months of Gold - 79 days of Ultimate (2+ months)
12 months of Gold - 4 months of Ultimate
24 months of Gold - 8 months of Ultimate
1 month of Xbox Game Pass (Console Games) - 20 days of Ultimate

Holy cow man, thanks. I had bought me one of those controllers that go around your phone and allow you to play: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08D5DRBXQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I got this for when we went down in July. When my wife was driving i was playing cloud games, but this time I will not be missing my daily achievement stuff. Thanks tons.
Its 70 on amazon for new and 25 for used. Could be worth it if you want it bad

Not for the XBox Rewards app. That one can be installed only on XBox one and up.
The other stuff. Yes. Well you maybe will need an Android device for the Game Pass app and quests.
https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/games-apps/cloud-gaming/guide-to-cloud-gaming
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gamepass
But MAYBE you can use something like BlueStacks to have it on a PC.
But not much point if you have no XBox. Doing the GP quests requires you having at least a Game Pass subscription an XBox or if no XBox at least an Android device. To be able to complete at least some GP quests.
All commercial VPNs use an IP range that they rent/own that is known; whether it be Nord, ExpressVPN, whoever.
if you're using one of them, then MS will know.
It's a risk, but you seem to be not abusing it, but again a risk.
FYI, Amazon still has 1 year Digital Gold codes for $60 you can get if you or anyone else is still looking for them. They send them within a few minutes, so no waiting or even leaving home! Hahaha

You're welcome.
IPhone users, I'm sure there's something similar...
Screenwise Trends and Opinion Rewards (android & apple) are the two that Google uses to pay to track you (searches and location) on your phone.
Screenwise pays out weekly if you have it installed on your phone and/or tablet; redeem for gift cards. I believe it's based on how you use your phone/searches (used to be a Chrome extension previously as well).
Opinion Rewards accumulates cash in your Google Play account (I usually redeem when there are super deals on books or movies to own; my kids are part of my 'Google Family', so between all of us we own/share over 100 movies). This is based upon your location movements, the questions usually pop up after I've gone somewhere shopping.
It is Microsoft's policy when it comes to the Rewards Program.
It is in their 'Terms of Service'. I have contacted them in the past to make sure.
Long story short, I thought I accidently had it on when getting points. I contacted them to make sure my account was in good standing while also asking if the VPN rule everyone talks about is true. They confirm it.
I have a VPN through NordVPN, but I just turn it off when I am getting points.
It is what it is.
LL
I use ExpressVPN and you can install the VPN into some supported routers. Although you have to pay, I’ve been using the VPN for years with streaming services like Netflix and Hulu with minimal problems.
TWD 400 days has 2 missable achievements, TWD Final Season is absolutely loaded with missable achievements.

If you have not played Final Season yet, I suggest this. Yes, you only get 150 gamerscore, but you won't have to look at an achievement guide for the missable achievements and worry so much about backtracking. The standalone disc version of Final Season is only $6.99 on Amazon, but personally, the temptation of missable achievements was too great (Once you get to the last episode, close the guide tab. The ending was worth skipping some achievements)
The 3 months GPU is same price at Best Buy and Amazon. So if you have been a MS Rewards member for a long time and can redeem for Amazon GCs, you can buy from them.
https://www.amazon.com/Xbox-Game-Pass-Ultimate-Membership/dp/B07TGNFVWV
That Amazon offer looks to be limited to once per account:
>Important: This offer is limited to 1 redemption per Microsoft Account per year. If you already redeemed an introductory offer of Game Pass Ultimate in your account, this token will not work. Please see the product description below for more detail.
I have purchased a private VPN back into 2016. So that's what I used. If you're going to purchase a private VPN I recommend ExpressVPN (which I think is the best because they got VPN servers from around the world).
