How are you so sure that you get lower ping in other games? By looking at the ping display within those games when you run them remotely?
In your hypothetical scenario, your AWS server in Chicago that is running League will indeed have low ping to Riot's Chicago server (and it will display it as low ping in the League client) but that's just the ping from the remote machine to Riot's server. However, your actual effective latency is the one that also takes into account the time needed to send and receive data (key inputs, video) to and from the remote machine to your own PC, which won't magically defy the laws of physics. Otherwise, why stop at Chicago and just connect to Korea instead?
As others pointed out, latency through cloud gaming can't be lower than what you do locally since you add more steps to the whole process, namely video processing (need to encode the video on the remote machine, send it over the internet then your PC needs to decode it before displaying it). Look at this article for a decent summary of all this: https://shadow.tech/blog/news/roadmap-cloud-gaming-without-latency
Unless you bought into Stadia's "Negative Latency" technology, which is mostly just a marketing term for techniques which might mitigate the added lag of cloud gaming and AFAIK, wasn't fully explained by Google either.
Good tip! I always find excuses to skip the gym when it is just me but when you have someone else counting on you being there you get your shit together and go lol
If you have no friends, then a personal trainer can do the same thing. A personal trainer isn't necessary, but can still help get you a routine and/or fix your form. Where I find them most helpful though is that you have a scheduled time you have to show up to. Cost money though lol
I always had trainers or scheduled practices/workouts growing up through college. It is hard for me to find my own motivation to go the gym since I never had to build that habit growing up.
I also found going during my lunch helps too. Mornings I am too lazy/tired to get up at 6am and when I get home from work I just shut down and I don't want to eat into my league of legends time... both I know are excuses, but I found going during my lunch fixes both issues and it feels like I don't cut out any part of my day (sleep or league of legends/relax time).
I also tried P90x for a while because I couldn't get the motivation to get in the car and go to the gym, so just doing the workout at home cut out that excuse.
Basically, figure out what your excuses are and if you can't say "fuck it no excuses", find a way to work around them.
Also, recommend reading "The Power of Habit" or at least the cliff notes. It can help you understand how to build the habit of going to the gym. It isn't just forcing yourself to go until it is a habit. There is an actual science to it.
Fionn(the author of this article) is writing opinion pieces for each of the end of season awards for NA LCS. He also did one for MVP where he decided that Doublelift should win it(http://www.espn.com/esports/story/_/id/17200252/why-doublelift-regular-season-mvp) Yeah the actual award is going to be announced int he coming weeks. Just thought it would be cool to post!
Second map is Inferno (TSM pick). TSM started T side and won first half 11-4 and second half is coming up with TSM on CT side (they call their own CT side the worst in the world so...)
Second map ended with a convincing win to TSM scoreline 16-4, not dropping a single round on CT. We are going to overtime.
Play of the map: Device being cheeky getting a sneaky double headshot.
With 2 rough weeks ahead against top teams we might actually drop into relegation.
Teams we need to worry about are H2k and LG for now, LG has the easier schedule and H2k has a tough schedule. They play each other (in week 11 I believe).
If TSM can go 2-2 in the last 4 matches we should stay out of relegation. If the standings predict the outcomes we'll go 1-3 and need luck from H2k and LG's 4 matches to stay out of it.
Also, Instead of making an independent post (Because this sub isn't big into the CoD team) this is the relegation thing from the cod site: https://www.callofduty.com/esports/story/2016-03/Stage1_Relegation_Template
>minus 5-10% the average
Below the usual average could classify as substandard as you pointed out yourself http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/substandard
>I agree wholeheartedly that TSM is in a better position right now
So why do you want Mew2king to deliberately join a lesser org? You don't care about his future? A good advice would be to have him join an org that has already established a lot of the necessary infrastructure rather than a team that is about to do it sometime in the future.
>I'm pretty sure they're out of the top 5
Misinformed
I could argue about everything you said there as there is more fiction than facts, but its really clear that you want him to better join CLG rather than TSM. At least you could explain us why, which you haven't done yet.
Edit: Seriously though maybe there is a good point on why he should join CLG rather than TSM I have just failed to see, is there?
I don't think there is going to be an official channel broadcasting the games, but some casters or community members might stream them so I guess you will just have to look around on the csgo twitch page, if I find a stream of the game though I will post it here. Or you could watch on the gotv link when it gets posted, here's a link to the htlv match page where you can find the gotv:http://www.hltv.org/match/2301796-tsm-kkona-dreamhack-austin-2016-closed-qualifier. They should be starting pretty soon so the gotv should get posted soon.
edit: here is a stream I found https://www.twitch.tv/dayv1dlive.
Heres a link where it says bullying is against code of conduct. Straight from the riot website. Nobody cares whether its legally enforceable. Nobody wants him to go to jail for it but if he's abusing his employees, they can cut TSM from playing in splits/worlds and effectively kill the org if Riot wanted. Thats why its a thirdparty firm and Riot investigating and not the police.
I don't know where to find specific games, but he's currently streaming https://www.twitch.tv/contractz
If you do end up finding some games, then I'd definitely recommend the first series by Ember this split. He did amazing in the second game.
Thanks a lot!
I think eventually I'd like to have fans on from other fan podcasts to talk about other teams. That would be pretty cool.
Here's the latest episode for now: https://www.buzzsprout.com/1266275/5000690
Me too! Yeah TSM report showed that there's no limits to fan content if you're committed to it!
If you follow me on twitter @tsmtotal then I'll let you know when I'm looking to have people on for sure!
Here's the latest episode as of today: https://www.buzzsprout.com/1266275/5000690
I usually use this to help me play around with colour themes. Sticking to a primary and then background with just a couple accent based colours makes things tasteful and really sharp if you nail it right.
I think you could leverage black, white and grey this was while also picking how to throw in an accent colour or two like blue.
Good luck :)
I didn't think it was a word, especially since spell check showed it wasn't. I double checked because my brain was farting, but since I'm on a Chinese computer, the default search engine is Baidu and according to it, it is.
> They tear you down and build you up.
Basic training. I'm not talking about basic training.

>And that’s awesome that you have the same legit job as me so good for you. And when one of my guys does a bad job. I tell him it looks like crap and to tear it apart and rebuild it. And if it looks awesome afterwards I give him a compliment.
No disagreement
>hen a team or a employee is doing a bad job you have to tell him they are doing a bad job.
No disagreement, but time and place matters here, and bjergsens was bad
Mine doesn’t but I’m on carpet. Here’s the link:

It’s a great chair except for the arm rests, which one broke during set up. Warranty replaced it though.

I use this one and love it. You can adjust the tightness to fit your needs. I've used compression sleeves like Bjerg's and they wouldn't apply enough pressure to stabilize my wrists.
