Sketchy UFO DVD cover by a guy named Dwayne Buckle
For those fascinated by this story, I strongly urge you to check out Wonders in The Sky: Unexplained Aerial Objects from Antiquity to Modern Times. It's a meticulously-researched collection of 500 such cases collected and annotated by Jacques Vallee.
If you're interested, maybe start by reading the book "Abduction" by John Mack. It was written in the 90's. He was a Harvard professor and conducted hypnotic regression sessions with people who thought they may have been abducted. Many, like you, didn't believe it either at first, but ended up recovering a ton of memories. Sadly, he died in a car crash. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0030AF5D4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_EV1H51P69ZMQVPGBF8JE
Hmm, after Tineye didn't turn much up I did a little more digging and found an image that looks to be the original, unaltered image.
> Then the mummy of a child believed to have lived in 350 BC on the last weekend of the tests began. Scientists aim was to try to determine the sex of the mummy.
womp, womp. :/
I have listened to everything this man has said about the recent UFO surge. I even said whatever to his recent episode of the Rogan show. But idk I saw this and immediately went WTF. In this ad he’s talking about data and science but also in the ad he’s talking about shit that is completely THEORETICAL (Big Bang, black holes, time travel) and then states that science is true whether or not you believe in it. WHAT.
I’m sorry but I felt like I snapped internally here. I know I’m not some mastermind that knows everything about space and astronomy. Im a damn grug. Point is. He’s talking about how important data is and HES NOT LOOKING AT IT. It pisses me off. Be skeptical but present a valid argument instead of throwing everything presented into the trash
I’m sorry if this is not allowed here but I genuinely felt almost offended to this as goofy as this may sound. I’ve done so much digging into this and someone that’s as smart as NDT to say that this is “nothing” without looking at ANYTHING, is absolutely absurd.
Practice what you preach.
I mean, Kansas isn't in an ideal location, but everyone should be able to see something.

Right now it might say you can't buy it. Bookmark it. 3 months from now it will be back in stock. I went thru all that buying my scope and I didn't pay $5K. I watched the price swings, thermal market is nuts. Sometimes this scope sells for in the $2k range and I use robot software to monitor the price of this link and notify me when it the bottom, then I pulled the trigger....
There is another documentary done by him and Gene Huff for UFO TV where it is all fresh on his mind and he goes into the science.
I highly highly highly suggest getting a good background in physics before you try to tackle these topics. Don’t try to run before you can walk. This is also a better approach because in addition to being able to understand some of the topics you mentioned, you’ll also be able to instantly recognize bullshit (of which there is a lot).
Unfortunately, this takes awhile because physics is a several hundred year old science and each topic (classical mechanics, electromagnetism, electronics and circuits, thermal and statistical physics, quantum mechanics, solid state physics, relativity, and beyond) builds off the previous ones. It took me 5 years to get my undergraduate degrees and I still have a lot to learn.
I have only found one book that, cover to cover, starts with a review of basic calculus and ends with a crash course in general relativity.
If there’s interest, I’d be more than happy to post a more complete list of the books I used during my undergraduate (and a bit of graduate) experience, as well as some I used as references along the way.
UFOs + Paranormal + Near Death Experience + Psychedelics = connected
I have been studying all the above except Paranormal because the ghost shows are crap. I live in Shepherdstown WV and there was a series on our town and it lied. It is one of the happiest places on earth and they said "people were afraid to come out of their houses". BS.
While you are at it, read Leslie's other very interesting book called "Surviving Death: A Journalist Investigates Evidence for an Afterlife", where she - among other things - states that she personally with her own eyes has witnessed a materialization of a disembodied hand from the ectoplazm, which exudes from the mouth of a medium during the seanse. On another occasion she interacted with such a hand. You are free to make your own conclusions out of this.
Get a copy from Robert Hastings "UFOs & Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites" - Many such cases documented in USA and Russia in in the last 60 years -> https://www.amazon.com/UFOs-Nukes-Extraordinary-Encounters-Nuclear/dp/1544822197/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_14_t_0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=J4TF3BVHXQ0R3GWQD8GX
At first the use of the word "organically" jumped out at me and suggested a more modern origin for this account, but it seems that word was in fact in use in the 1870s: https://books.google.com/ngrams/graph?content=organic&year_start=1800&year_end=2000&corpus=15&smoothing=3&share=&direct_url=t1%3B%2Corganic%3B%2Cc0
If something can accelerate at 700g's indefinitely without any form of traditional propulsion, in it's own local frame of reference the trip from Alpha Centauri would take 8 days.
You can calculate that (and similar journeys) here.
Food for thought.

Colm A. Kelleher Ph.D., a molecular biologist, co-wrote the insane Skinwalker Ranch book with George Knapp. He was also head of the NIDS project at the Utah ranch. He also wrote this book about how Alzheimer's Disease might be a misdiagnosed prion (Mad Cow) infection: https://www.amazon.com/Brain-Trust-Connection-Misdiagnosed-Alzheimers/dp/0743499352/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1534889157&sr=1-1-fkmr1&keywords=Colm+A.+Kelleher+Ph.D.+brain+trust#customerReviews
Does anyone know if Robert Bigelow, George Knapp, or Bob Lazar are vegan?
I don't recall any content about microbiology or virology in the Hunt for Skinwalker book. As I remember, it only has crazy Twilight Zone type stories seemingly intended to frighten people.
I have a theory about all these people but will keep it to myself for awhile.
Here is a challenge to your views on Hal Puthoff. He was at one time involved with scientology - i think thats reasonable to hold as a point on the "suspicion" tally. Lets recognize it for what it is and look at other thinkers around him on the subjects where people tried to discredit him.
Here's Annie Jacobsen in a 1 hour discussion with a former CIA operative on remote viewing. Puthoff is not raised once. This is a topic that was and is studied intensively by every alphabet soup agency you want to list. I can list her interviews with others but just recommend you investigate what she has learned about secret research into phenomena and ESP....This is not all woo woo bullshit, and there is science to back some of this up.

Read the article and commented over in that thread. Its another series of missileers being forced into secrecy. No explanation as to why they're being forced to be quite with no emergency protocols for such encounters.
The book is on Amazon for $22.46 and is reported that > Proceeds will go to the Seattle Chapter of the Air Force Association.
From what I've gathered about the article, more [former] military personnel coming forward with their experiences related to UFOs while stationed a nuclear missile facility. The book is brand new with no reviews yet but may be an interesting read from someone not reported to be an UFOlogist.
Interesting story. Here is a newspaper link from one of the people who commented on that article -
Clearly, it looks like he was delusional and blew himself up
Respect for this man. He also wrote a book: Flying Saucers are Real. Highly recommended.
Dorothy Izatt is by far the most credible contactee I've come across (in my opinion the only one). This is on Amazon in better quality here. It's included with Prime or you can buy for $2.99, it's only 45 min, but absolutely compelling and worth supporting the creators.
I can't stress how valuable I think her story and footage are to explaining part of the phenomenon.
Starting in the 70s she started filming these lights, eventually she got in touch with J. A. Hynek who advised her to get as much evidence as possible before she went public. She took his advice and captured 30,000 feet of 8mm footage consisting of unexplainable lights with anomalous frames displaying strange light 'squiggles' and in some cases ghost like apparitions.
It's worth mentioning that Hynek spent a good deal of effort trying to explain these by giving her different cameras and developing her film independently, he ultimately determined she was genuine. During the filming of this documentary they actually capture a UFO in the background of an interview with Dorothy's daughter.
Also fun fact: we're both wrong, and we're both right :-) in some ways it's easier for kids, in some ways it's easier for adults, but mainly kids and adults learn new languages in kind of completely different ways:
https://www.brainscape.com/academy/easier-for-child-to-learn-second-language/
Caveat: lot of different studies say different things, they're kind of all over the place on this one. But, I admit, I was going mainly off the myth that kids learn easier and that's not really true. Thanks for pointing it out.

As someone who works with cameras professionally, I am 99% sure this is filter bounce from buildings on the horizon below the frame.
Light comes in, reflects off the front of the lens, and then off a screw-in/drop-in filter and enters the lens. The reflections are weak, so only bright points of light end up coming through. If you are using drop-in filters you can angle them a bit to change the angle of reflection to get rid of them, or block them off with a french flag / eyebrow / barn door. This why professional cameras have a matte box. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EWCRNQ6
I have to deal with this this issue very regularly, so it isn't even a rare phenomenon.
60 seconds on reading Wired you notice this:
>His video of "merging UFOs" was shown by FOX News and used by ufologist David Sereda in two documentaries, Dan Aykroyd Unplugged on UFOs and From Here to Andromeda. Hill, an accomplished guitarist, also produced the music for Andromeda. He will also appear on an episode of UFO Hunters

Also here's another documentary that's more recent on JAL1628. This channel has this whole series which might be a good watch for you if you haven't seen them.
Here is footage of a nighttime balloon release that I believe shows movement similar to what is seen in the posted intelligent movement one.
I think the movement shown in this balloon release is clearly not intelligent, and is also similar enough to the posted vid to say that you do not need intelligence to achieve that kind of movement. Swirling wind currents can produce this effect:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u3IN2NenrDk&t=41s
Unfortunately this fleet of UFOs would be more convincing if it were filmed in the middle of nowhere and not in the heavily populated city of Long Beach CA.
Here is weather history for Long Beach that night showing that there were 9mph winds.
https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/us/ca/long-beach/KLGB/date/2020-7-29
Also if the balloons were white they could have been illuminated by the bright city lights, similar to how the clouds are visible at night in this Long Beach video.
edit: I would love to see a video of a fleet of intelligently controlled UFOs, but I don't believe this is one.
The Brazilian Air Force also reported following UAPs way back in 1986. That year, about 20 UFOs were detected by our air traffic control center at about 6:30pm, and the Brazilian Air Force send two F-5E and three F-103 to intercept those objects... but failed.
The government and the military spoke openly about what happened that day, which came to be known as "official UFO night", and all the archives, including the radio conversation between pilots and traffic control, is open to the public. The official report from the Air Force stated, in Portuguese, that "as a conclusion of the constant facts observed, in almost all presentations, this Command is of the opinion that the phenomena are sound and, to some extent, reflect intelligence by the ability to follow and maintain distance from observers, and also to fly in formation, not necessarily manned."
The Wikipedia page about that night isn't translated to English, but if you want to read it, I suggest using DeepL to translate it, since it's way better than Google's translator.
Time passes relatively slower the closer you get to the speed of light, the phenomenon of time dilation. Here's a good calculator for time dilation, and here's another one for the relativistic rocket equation, which calculates apparent travel time for travelers and Earth observers given constant acceleration. If you can maintain a constant acceleration of 1 g, then you can travel to the Andromeda galaxy - 2.5 million light-years away - in just under 30 years, from your perspective (and about 2.5 million years from an Earth observer's perspective).
For a more UFO-y example, if they're from the exoplanet TRAPPIST-1d 40 light years away and can sustain constant acceleration of 100 g, then it would take a passenger 58 days to get to Earth.
People like to say "time travel isn't possible", but that's not quite right. Two-way time travel isn't possible - you can't travel backwards into your own past. But one-way "time travel" to the far future is quite possible. If tomorrow you board a ship that can accelerate at 1 g indefinitely, fly 500 light years away, turn around, and fly back, you'll fly for about 13.5 years, and arrive back on Earth in the year 3024. It's not time travel in a physical sense, but it sounds a lot like time travel colloquially.

(2) In South Africa:
Bennie Smit, owner of a farm near Fort Beaufort in the eastern Cape, claimed to have fired shots at an unknown object during the morning of 26 June 1972. He was alerted to it by his labourer, Boer de Klerk, who at 9:00 noticed a fireball of some 2.5 feet (0.76 m) in diameter, moving about at treetop height.
Smit accurately fired eight shots at it, but these had no visible effect. In stead the object reacted to their presence and voices by shying away and hiding.
Police sergeant Piet Kitching and police station commander P.R. van Rensburg arrived at 10:00 and fired additional shots. They stated that the object had been changing its colour up to this point, but now assumed the appearance of a gunmetal grey, somewhat oval-shaped 44-gallon drum.
When Smit fired two final shots from a mere 10 to 18 m distance, the object lifted off, entering impenetrable woods where it could be heard crashing through the undergrowth.
Smit had a final sighting after 12 noon, but subsequently heard its sound at night.
Six council members at Fort Beaufort also reported watching the object though binoculars.
Nine imprints (three sets of three)[5] of its supposed landing gear were found in hard clay.
Though the Grahamstown army regiment was said to have investigated the site, the base could later not produce any records of the event.

Science is about repeatable results and studies. This is a phenomena that doesn't want to be seen. So science as he knows it, can't easily be made, unless you include reports of people. And this one is the best IMHO (in terms of distilling report info): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G3JLS3H/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Just get a sky app and point it that general direction, it'll tell you... so long as your phone has a gyro sensor anyway. Might have to work it manually if it doesn't.
If you use Chrome, install an extension called Zenmate, that usually solves location issues as it allows you to select between five different locations around the world.
I think there are also a few more chrome extension which alleviate these issues.

This subreddit is a mess. No doubt. Posting balloons as UFOs—yes it happens—is merely one of many reasons for this. Another is the crap that is constantly voted up, and the more interesting stuff voted down and people called out for questioning this.
It's clear that we are being visited and you can rest assured internet hot spots for discussion on this topic are being monitored, and manipulated. We have documented proof the UK government do this and the US government are likely far worse.
I've seen this community deteriorate over the years. People have said nah it's only your perception that's changed, that I'm actually experiencing clarity. But I'd argue it's both. The community itself has gotten worse. I guess it's no longer conspiracy to believe the government is listening in to and suppressing discussion. We know it to be the case. Big pharma does propaganda and threatens to remove hospital and university funding when it comes to nutrition and big government does it when it comes to these matters.
But when people post balloons as UFOs it's still important to call them out.
Sooooo vaguely vague of a question. Tell me more

The CIA, Navy, and "others" funded this program on top of the Pentagon's 22m. There are also likely other compartmentalized programs to look at for this stuff.. It is the ultimate national security issue.
You are drawing conclusions without having the full body of testimony, historical data or historical witness testimony from serious people internationally.
I just downloaded this awesome open source "stellarium" that lets you set your location and time of day and it shows you what the sky looks like. According to it, Venus would not have been visible at 11pm in Michigan facing East. In fact, it wouldn't even be visible in the sky from any direction. Venus would have "set" by then. I, personally, know nothing of astronomy so I'm just trusting the software.
BTW, very cool program, I recommend:
EDIT: When using the software, I assumed the sighting was recent so I didn't adjust for time of year. If you're reporting a sighting that happened some time ago I suppose that might impact whether or not Venus would be visible.
The perspective changing when he saw the ufo, and the time stopping, is consistent with the kind of 4th spatial dimensional stuff mathematicians mention. If you're interested about it, consider these two books, both written by mathematicians (but visual, and easy to understand, no high math in them):
>I'm guessing OP has a cheap drone with a bad camera

>here's the link to download the raw file in 4K

There surely are better drones out there, but I wouldn't call the DJI Mavic Pro 2 a cheap drone (at least for my budget).

Robert Hastings has done some great research on this subject. UFOs & Nukes was first published in 2008, I think.
He’s a pretty solid researcher and talked about it on Larry King the same year.
Alzofon's son has written a book explaining the background and history of this (as far as he knows and understands) and is currently looking for funding to test the theory.
Here is one of his major published papers from Annals of Neurology that has received 7 important citations https://www.semanticscholar.org/paper/Functional-neuroimaging-of-belief%2C-disbelief%2C-and-Harris-Sheth/387536f0f75690a4094418acb965e36bf80cc6a0
And he is one of the most influential of our era. His Wikipedia has enough citations for you to easily track down the publications that have said this. He has been working as a public intellectual and not in a lab right now. Once a person becomes a respected scientist they are able to do as they please, and he has been far more successful than most.
I've commented this a couple days ago:

If thats the case, then the U.S military has had these since at least the 60s. Two newspaper reports about triangular UFOs. One in 1966, the other in 1968. I thought they were man-made as well. Could be. I'm leaving it at unidentified. These triangular UFO reportings go even further back to the 50s if I recall correctly.

The Cover-Up Exposed, 1973-1991 - Dolan, Richard M
In a small portion of this book, Richard notes one possible agenda being that our souls are harvested by aliens to be used in some kind of eternal machine. If I remember correctly, the context was a discussion with a government person about their motives.
This is a great book, really recommend it to anyone who wants to see the political context of UFOs in the last century.

Great job! I think you are correct. Of the two Shadow Warrior books, I think Lue's book is most likely "Shadow Warrior: The CIA Hero of a Hundred Unknown Battles", the author names match up with the general look and spacing of the names on the spine.
i can see how what you say makes sense from the viewpoint of a materialistic/scientistic philosophy. but disclosure will show that viewpoint is obsolete.
materialists are beginning to catch wind of that in the things Elizondo says, and are beginning to push back against him.
when the dust settles, materialism will be in the dustbin of history, and we will have a consciousness-based philosophy instead of a materialism philosophy. Quantum Mechanics will be back in the hands of mystics where it started.

Researchers have found over 600 witnesses to the event both first and second hand from civilian all the way up to generals. It happened and it wasn’t a psyop. Here’s the best book on it from over 30 years of research into it, go read it and you’ll understand
I literally just finished this book about 30 min ago. While it is a case that has been covered by others, I think Jacques Vallee and Paola Harris have woven together a spectacular case.
The book Hunt For The Skinwalker by Colm Kelleher and George Knapp is the best place to start that particular rabbit hole. The documentary isn't bad too, but you have to put up with Jeremy Corbell interjecting himself into the story again.
What I find most intriguing about Abduction stories is that there always seem to be some sort of constant sightings, the feeling that they have been abducted more than once, feeling that they are being watched throughout their life. Very, very consistent stories throughout the world.
Really recommend the book by John Mack, Abduction.
Lazar’s showed a piece of “element 115” to Knapp in 89-90 and ran power through it like it was a superconductor. Knapp lost the taped footage of this and they both hint they have a sample of it hidden away to this day
Ihe was approached by Bob Bigelow of the Vegas Aerospace company work with him to exploit his ufo knowledge and the element 115 sample in 1990. According to Jacques Vallée in Forbidden Science 4:
“ Bob [Bigelow] once created a company with Bob Lazar, the Zeta Reticuli Corporation, to exploit the wondrous supposed properties of Element 115. Lazar exhibited a substance that was light, foam-like, and almost weightless, hinting it would revolutionize energy and propulsion. The cooperation only lasted until the day Bob noticed a container of Lazar's secret sauce in a corner and recognized it as a commercial emulsive product!"”
Bigelow fired Lazar over the apparent deception and kept quiet due to the embarrassment.

it just paraphrases the new press release and takes screen caps from the video
> Why would you think a wiki would exist?
<em>Because one exists for the program he ran</em>? And that page mentions him a dozen times?
The only reason I can think of why one wouldn't exist for Elizondo himself, is simply because everybody's waiting on somebody else to do it.
Why do you think one doesn't exist?
Reminds me of those floating foam things... They extrude a soap(?) foam in a shape, and you slice it and the wind carries this foam shape into the air. Used for advertising or just for fun I suppose.

Surface winds and winds at altitude can differ by 100+ kts on a normal day. Play with the slider on the right hand side to adjust for altitude and you'll see a massive difference https://www.windy.com
Ehh, not really. One 'investigation' claimed it was a yacht, but completely left out the fact that the object was also seen in daylight, well above the horizon. Personally, I'm not convinced by any stretch that what's in that video is a yacht.
I think this is very interesting post, and I am starting to address similar questions myself. The next Unidentified Science will ask similar questions. I think there may be ways to formulate these questions in a way that can be answered experimentally, assuming we are not playing epistemological chess with grandmasters, in which case we are just going to have to wait.
Reminds me of Ugly Kid Joe's video and I'm surprised it's not done more often.
Have a look at this link- seems like a similar object.

Same here, and I don't even know why I'm so obsessed with it. The ancient alien stuff, I can't do. That and the disclosure topics don't do anything for me. What I've really been enjoying is the humanoid encounters stories at archive.org. Some of them are wacky -- guy gets visited by aliens, says they're "from Mars," and some of them are bizarre testimony from people who seem to genuinely believe they saw what they're reporting.
That was my post! I read the book briefly. It seems like a guide in specific meditation. When I was younger while in meditation i would see in my minds eye, what I would call "Greys".
Another psychic account of communicating with ET's was listed by Ingo Swann in his book Penetration. According to Ingo these ET's have been on our moon for a long time. Perhaps the breaking news story about the craft setting up shop on a crater the size of Chicago somehow can be tied back to this, if you believe in these things that is.
"Fred" is either a high ranking official or just a cover. It could be a code title for the local head. Who knows but the name is referenced also here.
> But most of the people could not understand a single word from those texts!
You can use services like Google Translate or Yandex Translate to translate text from other languages, and in most cases even reasonably well. Definitely enough to be understandable.
Also the point of making it text posts is that the person posting it can give context in English.
It already widely exists. Google "PDF OCR Searchable". There are hundreds of free options online https://ocr.space/ or you can purchase one of the more reliable paid options.
Nuance(renamed to OmniPage) is a great option. https://www.kofax.com/products/omnipage
> the main difficulty is in OCR on the pdf's
I've achieved pretty good results with OCRmyPDF
I'm taking a different approach with my database. It's based on user generated input, meaning every report has to be manually entered. Of course this would rely on the help of quite a few people to achieve a meaningful amount of reports. On the other hand you'll be able to query the DB in a very structured and granular form. The data model in it's current form would allow you to search the DB for very complex terms, like "Every report from credible witnesses in which a UFO landed next to a street whilst changing colors from green to red, and in which the witness approached the craft and were paralyzed, after which the craft took off at a 45 degree angle and left marks on the ground". I think it's worth putting in the effort to create this database in return for the research capabilities that it would offer.
I'll be linking to the documents that these reports were generated from, and I was thinking of running OCR over them too, so maybe you'd be interested in a collaboration of sorts.
Harvard psychologist John Mack details his study of more than 100 people who claimed to be abducted. You could just google him if you don't want to buy the book, lots has been written about his work.
Yes this is correct. The qur’an says that God is lord of the worlds. This leaves the door open to interpreting that whatever life is found in any place is from God. The roommate is being superstitious. This is a good book on the topic. https://www.amazon.com/Islam-Science-Fiction-Extraterrestrial-Life/dp/0755601270
Is it this one?
I added it to a wish list after a recent thread in one of those subs.

Thanks a lot Roo for telling your stories. Heluva thing. Thanks, fwiw.
I’m not sure how long you’ve been following all this, but there are several books published by the To the Stars Academy folks. They are pretty entertaining, but this one in particular might interest you.

because that's how you break a culture down, so that you can re-shape it. that's the traditional role of the trickster in society.
The Hynek UFO Report by J. Allen Hynek - chief scientific consultant for Project Blue Book.
Talks about how he went from high skepticism to a believer over the course of his career. Also invented the "close encounters of the .... kind" nomenclature. Goes through many "high strangeness" cases that were investigated by Blue Book and also discusses the ulterior motives of the Air Force and the constant pressures to debunk as many sightings as possible and attribute them to prosaic explanations, even when it didn't make sense.
I loved this book and it took me from somewhat skeptical of UFOs to 100% convinced that the USG has known ALL about the phenomenon for 70+ years.

p.s. Keep in mind that although Blue Book was commissioned by the USAF, this was basically a hotline for civilian and aviation reports to be submitted. There is a lot of evidence that the Air Force had their own internal reporting and investigation project going on behind the scenes and that Blue Book was primarily intended to be the public-facing effort with the ultimate goal of minimizing the hype surrounding UFOs.
This isn't the first time this had been brought up in Ufology. It's actually also implied, and more directly mentioned, in Alien Interview. But if that's true then this might be a prison planet.

”Product Description On August 25, 1974, along the Rio Grande River near the Texas border town of Presidio, a thunderous explosion in the sky shattered the stillness of the warm summer night. An unidentified flying disc traveling at 2,000 miles per hour collided with a small airplane heading south from El Paso, Texas. The flaming wreckage of both aircraft fell to the Mexican desert below, igniting a desperate race by two governments to recover technology from beyond the stars. This book was the basis for an episode of the History Channel's UFO Hunters television series.”
83x zoom is a good start. Paired with a tripod, this would be a great camera to have. Does anyone here own one? If so, how are the low light capabilities?

To the best of my knowledge, Bigelow has never released the complete NIDS findings (report) nor has he stated why he hasn't released it. I suspect some of it may fall under DoD "classified" as that was where he received the initial funding.
You should watch the entire interview (not just the Skinwalker portion), he explains quite a bit of the start and how he got there.
Also, if you've never read it the "Hunt For the Skinwalker" book by Knapp is the book that started it all and is worth a read.
Not op but here you go
There are probably cheaper alternatives but this is the first one near the price range I found
