After going back, it turns out I was looking at dietary supplements
It was one of the first things that popped up for “estrogen mtf”
I can hook you up! I've found the Amazon brand Feminique is great in terms of squishiness and roundness. They're pretty cheap compared to everything else, and look mighty convincing under clothing.
Avoid A-line or flared skirts, and high waists. They emphasize lack of hips.
I have BIG shoulders and ribcage, so I do have some narrowing into the waist. Something like this ended up working well on me, which I would not have expected, since I do have bit of a gut.
Try easing into it; I liked wearing skirts with a t-shirt or polo shirt for quite a while. You can get a simple dress and wear a shirt over the top as well.
Amazon Prime Wardrobe (if you can afford it) is really great, you can just get things you're curious about in every size and return whatever you like, no questions asked.
This will be a bit tongue in cheek, because I can't take life serious.
So it helps being on antidepressants that have weight loss as side effect (lost about 7kg due to eating healthier, and reducing my carb intake, and another 10kg since I started taking Fluoxetin ~7 months ago). Another thing that certainly helps is being XXY, meaning having quite a lot estrogen in your system, even in male puberty.
Other than that, buying a corset that you can wear for hours and work out with
It really does look great (potentially nsfw)
Work out for me is mostly playing beat saber and moving around as much as I can. Trying to make it a dance rather than just flailing your arms around...
And I can't stress eat less, it really helps enough
Edit: I realize that I'm rather lucky to not have to put too much effort into having a figure like that, sorry to not have better advice :/
Maybe. Unfortunately, there is no definitive test to tell if someone is trans or not. It takes a lot of reflection, asking yourself over and over in different ways, "Would I like being a girl?", "Do I not like being a guy?", and "Do I do things to make being a guy more tolerable that I would not have to deal with if I were a girl?" Therapists that specialize in helping trans folk can help you sort things out. Focussing on what you want over who you are can help. Buying adorable stripey thigh-high socks can definitely help.
Search for "breast forms" on Amazon, or just try this link
This was the book I read in elementary school that made me feel all sorts of things. I totally forgot about it!!
God I remember just staring at the skirt and sweater, loving how they looked. I always wanted to see her face.
Edit: It’s available on kindle if anyone wants to relive the old days like me
for anyone wanting to know the exact one from the pic, it’s on amazon!
We certainly aren't angry.
I hatched 76 days ago, Oct 25th 2018 at about 2:45 PM (UTC -5) in a Lowe's (the grocery store) parking lot. To give you some context, I'm wearing dresses, makeup, on estrogen, growing tits, being called by a different name at work. Yes, hatched.
I'm also about a billion times happier being a girl, even when it's obvious I'm trans.
(Sorry brothers for this triggering content) Estrogen gives me superpowers. Enhanced taste, touch, smell, emotional processing, empathy, color perception, freedom from male-style libido, not to mention... estrogen powered orgasms.
Transition is no joke. Easily the best thing I have ever done for myself.
Previous to all this I never really thought about gender. My egg was so strong, so obvious, a trans girl messaged me on OKcupid, and they shattered it. They were an egg hunter, looking for signals. I just happened to message them back.
Having broken a few eggs myself in the last 76 days I can spot eggs now. I'm Patricia Rabbit and it's always Easter.
You are saying pretty eggy things. No cis dude wishes he was born a woman, sorry. Cis dudes don't wish for anything a woman has, they are too busy being dudes. Ask some of your friends,
"Hey, do you ever wish you were a woman?"
"Wouldn't it be cool to have a vagina?
"You know what sounds awesome? Being able to cry easily?"
Some reading material. If you buy a copy I can send you a decrypted PDF so you can print it out and do the exercises.
Like everyone else says, you get to apply the label, but ... you're certainly wearing the uniform.
Ohhh, that's nice too! It's just I've been eyeing up one of these recently so I thought that may have been what you were talking about
For those wanting to look at links that aren't from 2015, you can purchase the updated breastplate here: https://www.jlist.com/tmt1084
I got mine at I think about a week or two before I came out. Things to note, the bra hook for the back is easily breakable so maybe consider getting this, too: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005S6VOCE
It's this one! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MNWKXZC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I'm a little skeptical of what I'm getting, but it was so hard to find an "official" hoodie in this design for a decent price, so I'm taking my chances a little.
Programming Socks are striped thigh-highs, so named because of the stereotype of trans fem people being in comp-sci.
"They help with blood flow to the brain helping me code better" being a common explanation/excuse for why a 'cis' male would get them
Think you can find one for US shipping?
I would say that your best resource would be the internet. Look up makeup tutorials, figure out what you need. I haven't tried to find any myself yet, but there's bound to be plenty of options out there. There are probably even tutorials specifically for trans women if you try to find them.
If by "no support" you mean no one in your life knows/supports you being trans yet, then don't worry. Try it out in your bathroom. Take a 5 minute shower, and when you're done, spend 30 minutes trying on makeup, wearing your socks. You don't have to show yourself to anyone yet if you feel uncomfortable.
Sorry I don't know much about makeup, but if you want, these are the socks I ordered, the reviews said they were great for people with thicker thighs.
If you're in the US, apparently sock dreams should have every size you can imagine so that should always fulfill your needs.
If you're in the EU, I found extremely stretchy ones on the UK amazon after quite a few failed orders of "barely gets over my knees" socks (but I think you could order them to whatever your country is as long as it's in the EU for a small additional delivery fee).
Nice post. Here’s a start to find the anime girl within you
This book really helped me a lot, but as a beginning step you can give some time to brainstorming or looking up things you’d like to try and then trying them. I started with shaving my legs (which felt incredible even though I cut them up something fierce) and buying some long socks. I moved on to buying some jewelry and dresses, then clean-shaving my face, and have loved every step (just bought a skirt, some sports bras, unisex converse shoes, and a few cute tops). Of course what you do will change depending on what you’re looking for and what you’re interested in.
I’d also recommend a gender therapist if you don’t have one yet because having someone to talk to who can help you sort your thoughts and give an experienced outside perspective is amazing.
Good luck! We’re all rooting for you to find yourself whoever that may be ☺️
I got them from Amazon for $30-40. Here is a link I would be careful sleeping with them. they're not technically sleep safe, and could burst if you put too much weight on them. I'd also recommend wearing a sports bra with them (nothing too tight) it'll help the adhesive last a bit longer.

It's got a diaper thing going on but hell It's better than nothing
I just got a pocket bra for my forms and it’s literally my favorite thing and I’m gonna buy a billion of them. It’s 100% more comfortable and secure than the standard underwire bra I was using. And it was less than $20!

A great starter pair imo....though I recall them being half the price when I bought them 🤔
I got this one for $100. It was worth it for me, but if you don't have the money for it there are plenty of less expensive ones. This one is a wet and dry so if you're looking for cheaper ones probably just stick with the dry use only.
This is the one I got: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DFH2QFC?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
It fits me really well! The design is well printed and most of the stitching is pretty good. The only issue was that I couldn’t zip it up (full length back zipper) with the gloves on the suit covering my fingers so I took a seam ripper and removed the gloves entirely - I have proper white spandex gloves coming soon. The stitching on the original gloves ripped anyways cuz my fingers were a little too large. Works better for me since I’m going to be wearing this on Halloween while on a climbing trip and that way I can actually still climb.
Hair is surprisingly one of the easier parts to deal with, just get it waxed every couple of weeks and you'll be good for the most part. If you can't or don't want to have it professionally done you can do it at home with these adhesive strips.
I bought these a while ago they come up to basically the top of my thighs and I'm 6' tall. It seems that they've stretched/loosened up a bit by design after a couple wears to their current height though. They were originally mid-thigh.
I had heard about it and had to see it for myself:

BLUF: Arousal non-concordance is a common experience of genital arousal (erection, lubrication, etc.) in situations which are sexually relevant but not enjoyed or desired by the person. (Can also be the opposite: genitals remain physiologically relaxed while the rest of the person is emotionally, spiritually, or otherwise sexually aroused/experiencing sexual pleasure).
Idk if arousal non-concordance applies to your experience OP, but your post reminded me of attributions that people inside and outside their own bodies assign to their own or other people's genital arousal.
Dr. Emily Nagoski destroys the misconception that physiological arousal = desire/pleasure/consent in her book Come As You Are (written about people with vulvas, but with myriad insight for every*body*). It's a liberating read.
Here's a quote from an article on Dame " The truth is, a lot of people experience a significant mismatch between their physical arousal and their subjective arousal. This phenomena is called arousal non-concordance. It’s when you’re feeling really turned on but you’re not getting wet or hard. It’s also when your genitals respond to something but you find yourself thinking, “wait, I’m not into this.” "
it certainly is terrifying to come out. got a lot easier after telling the first group of people though, so if you have a group of very tolerant friends maybe go with them first! lol thats what i did. HRT really isnt expensive where I live, it's maybe $80/month, and im on a high dose since ive been on it for a while. a lower dose like what i started out on was about $30/month. idk where you live but if you live in the States there is this good app that can help with prescription drug prices: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bytecode.rx
should be on the app store as well! hope that helps
THIS will help immensely with preventing and healing in-grown hairs and well as relieving the itching. I use it on my face, legs, and anywhere else. It’s like magic. You could probably use any witch hazel, but in my experience, this stuff is the best.
At full brightness it can light an entire room!
Tor's pretty cool, but in case it looks suspicious: I use a browser called Brave, which is basically chrome (it even works with chrome extensions), and its got a bunch of no-tracking and ad-block stuff (which could be used to sell it to parents if they wont let you download stuff without consent or something), which is why my Dad (software nerd) suggested we get it, but it also has Tor built in (alt+shift+n opens new window in Tor mode) which I use sometimes
Panasonic Arc5 Electric Razor,... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JWP8F3I
I use it dry, I've tried wet but my hair lays down to flat if it is wet and it doesn't get as much shaved. It also hasn't eaten up my skin like regular razors do and I pretty sensitive skin.

here There you go
I recommend this for shaving your legs, it does a close enough shave without too much agitation. I really enjoy using it. You already said the part about exfoliating and moisturizing, but I recommend lotion every time you leave the shower, itll be beneficial as you learn techniques to shave
Also Nair is a cream that will remove hair, that way you don't have to shave too much and hopefully reduce bumps and nicks on your body. Great for armpits too
It’s just great honestly. Been using it for 2 years now.
anyone looking for a skirt like this, ya boi got ya covered

I've never had any luck with electrics, they seem to just bounce off my facial hair 🤐 hopefully your adapter comes in soon!
>Gillette... expensive friggin blades
Those always seemed pointlessly costly to me, though some people seem to like them. I use one of these (well, one like it, don't recall the brand) instead. A bit fiddly to get used to, but I don't get razor burn anymore and it takes the steel wool off my face 🤷🏻♀️
Aww, one day hopefully!!! Save up and you can do it one day <3
For rem, I'd recommend this one. It comes with the wig and is fairly affordable. My friend got it and the strap wasn't sewn, so she had to do that, but mine was fine. I have a pic of it on my profile if you wanna see how it looks, but imo decent quality.

Having nice smooth shaved legs is actually a bit challenging. I would actually suggest to *not* use a razor. Nicking yourself is really easy to do, painful, and also the razor can easily create little bumps that don't look so pretty.
First, just get the hair as short as you can, either by an electric shaver or perhaps a hair removal cream (or - both - use the cream then run the shaver over the survivors).
Then, use a device such as this to get the super smooth feel. That device is wonderful - I keep my legs smooth by running it over them - while watching TV! - maybe every 1-2 days. It only takes like five minutes or so and you can do it anywhere your legs can be bare.
The other secret weapon is dry brushing, which I talk about in this thread right here. Dry brushing will significantly inhibit ingrown hairs, which are the banes of smooth, sexy legs. Dry brush your legs once or twice a day and they will become fantastic.
I hope this helps and that your journey continues to be a happy one. :)
Here, it's not like I know this because I own both options or anything naaaaaaah.
sure!! u will click on the link to see, because ur cis
IDK if this will be super useful to you, but I'm not sure how much my style will change after transitioning. Yeah, I'm growing out my hair and trying out dying it, but I like my piercings and sort of... happened into dressing in a way that, I feel, works regardless of gender- skinny skater jeans with a v-neck or a henley. I'll sometimes wear slim-cut or fitted button-downs (untucked), flannels, etc. If I eventually pass, most people will probably just think I'm a tall, butch lesbian.
To be fair, they wouldn't be wrong lol
I really like this cardigan over my normal go-to. I thought I'd hate it, but it grew on me super fast. (It also drips if you want to show off for someone by only wearing a bra or bralette under it, but that's starting to go off-topic...) Also, I prefer CK bralettes over sports bras. My experience has been that they're comfier and easier to put on / take off.
Like a lot of other people here, my mirror and I don't really get along. If you're resistant to trying makeup, you don't need to go super hard or hope that HRT does everything for you. I thought I'd hate it, then I happened across this video yesterday and decided to try some of the tips. Just some BB cream (the one she mentions is discontinued so I got one from Maybelline), concealer, and a sponge went such a long way towards helping me feel better about my shitty AMAB skin. It doesn't look femme at all, yet, but I do feel quite a bit better about my face without being able to see the post-shave irritation or minor blemishes
Oh, ok, gotcha.
I used this guide to find my size. Go by hip measurement. Boy shorts are fairly analogous to boxer briefs while still feeling femme. That's probably a good place to start.
I like a looot of stuff, mostly IDM and ambient-ish, lots of stuff from this list for example, with some rap and alt/art-rock inbetween. Here's a small slice of my current library. My absolute fave artists are Radiohead, Aphex Twin, Lauren Bousfield (trans icon!), Iglooghost, Lusine, Talking Heads, Run The Jewels and Kendrick Lamar.
EDIT: can't forget Autechre and Bonobo!
EDITEDIT: and Jon Hopkins, Die Antwoord, Boards of Canada...
3DIT: Mr. Scruff*!!*
:0 neat
I didn't knew either. I'm not sure if the lable already existed before, but a user on a nonbinary community on amino created a flag for it and did a wiki whit description saying they created it. I was like amused by knowing someone that's like me in gender exists and I'm really happy about it.
How did a penguin win out!?
The initial thread with some of the original art.
Also, I just learned nitter is a better way to browse Twitter while noscript is running. Woo!
I think everyone is already saying the right stuff. finding clothes that suit you is just as much trial and error as anything else. plus, as your body changes, so will what suits you!
At the end of the day, it's about how you feel. you could be sitting alone, nude, in a dark room, and if the thought "I'm a girl" feels better than "I'm a boy" you know what the answer is. (flip the answer of course for transmascs, you guys are awesome!)
personally myself tho, I'm having a lot more luck with the tom-boy look. it's a little less intimidating. just the little things like neckline, cut of the shirt, softer fabric etc, is a LOT more satisfying/easier than skirt would be right now! ( I have this one and it's my new comfort shirt)

Yeah, I have some boyshort cuts from Walmart. Was wondering specifically if that brand on Amazon is nice because I have $10 in gift card credit and it's still on my wishlist lol. If you're still looking at Amazon, btw, this brand's jewelry sets sometimes go on a deep sale and they're just as beautiful in person as in the photos. Enjoy! 💕

As someone already said, It's not recommended. BUT
I use this shave lotion, and since it has to be rubbed with a lot of hot water, I often use it in the shower myself. Between the sharpness and control of a safety razor and the lubrication from the Cremo, I get a super-close shave every time.
Just follow the directions or you'll 100% be wasting it. It says "an almond-sized amount" and it doesn't really lather on your skin like normal shave stuff. Still, can't recommend enough.
I was so happy to learn how to dry brush that I want to dive into this like a commercial. Post shaving ingrown hairs are soooooo obnoxious because they turn something sexy into 'ewww what's that bump'.
The reason ingrown hairs happen is that leg hairs have a tendency to bend in as they first grow out of the root, and then the tip can get stuck under some skin cells, which activates a defense response, and suddenly you have a blemish.
So - as the name implies - this is brushing your skin with no water involved. It's good to do *before* you get into the shower (it's more effective than doing it after - you can do it after though as well if you want) .You'll want a brush like this one. I like a wide brush as it just covers more territory.
The trick is you have to brush *against* the grain of hair growth - visualize the cause of the blemishes - that it's the hair growing out and then bending in. This means, if you brush against the grain, you force those tiny little bends 'up' away from the skin.
From the knees down it's easy - you brush 'up', towards your heart. On the front of your upper legs, you also brush up. The sides and particularly the back of your upper legs is the tricky part - you essentially brush 'down' on the back of your legs, and kind of sideways on the sides of your upper legs before pulling back up as you reach the front.
It took me a bit to figure out the back of the legs part - you'll know it's working when suddenly no new blemishes are forming.
Hope this helps. :)
Shout-out to Relay for Reddit! Great app!

Yeah, too expensive for me, but I did find some nice onesfor cheap that also wouldn't expose me
I didn't realize how incredibly long this link is lol. But exfoliate with these before and after shaving. It removes dead skin cells and preps your skin for shaving to reduce ingrown hairs and give smoother skin.
A word of caution if you go by the sizing chart maybe get a few sizes lower then you it says. I followed the sizing chart and the first pair I got was way to big. Returned them for a pair half the size. Much better.
Really pale skin (last time I took my shirt out was last year), black hairs.
This is my machine, sorry for the italian link
It's a lot of small and big stuff, depending on how much of your routine you're willing to change. You can:
It's a lot of stuff and I sometimes get overwhelmed. Just go at your pace, do your research and do what you feel comfortable with. Good luck! n_n
Get an add on one!! It's so worth it. I've got a rental right now but didn't matter. I just removed the seat (it was stupid anyways), set it aside to replace when I leave, and added my bidet and new seat. No electric needed, just hooks into the water line coming out of the wall and to the toilet. Cost was def under $100 but can be done for like 1/3 of that if you're willing to risk it on a lower rated piece or find a great sale. I did it through Prime because I live more in the boonies and don't have stores local with that stuff.
I got a thing for melting wax and then you just melt down wax pellets, spread the wax on and rip the hair out. I got a kit like this
Definitely read the actual books first, the link leads to the first of the trilogy
Also Jonathan Smidt writes them as a web novel then deletes them when he turns them into books
Also also, every couple is straight and every person is cis if that’s something that matters to you
