My little brother went back to school last year to study 2d design, he and his friends are releasing their first game today.
Just wanted to spread the cuteness. Have a great day
EDIT, Google play link for the mobile version: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.LCG.Cateau
EDIT 2: Running steam://install/949370 may trigger the install. Just a quick fix that should work until they work out the problem with steam
Check out Revision and various other mods that can really help with the visuals and gameplay.
This really is a classic that deserves a look, if, by some reason, you don't have it already.
It is worth $30 easily. It has multiplayer already, the promised features have been implemented, and many more features have been added. Since release the game has grown substantially.
They've added stuff like base construction, quests, freighters, frigates, freighter bases, planetary bases (anywhere now), portals, community events, a real story, enhanced graphics, vehicles, archeology, character customization, a bunch more biomes including improved underwater biomes, a great photo mode, and more that I cannot think of currently.

Just watch the videos for the named patches (Foundation, Path Finder, Atlas Rises, Next, The Abyss, and Visions): https://www.nomanssky.com/release-log/
The game was a buggy unplayable mess at launch and deserved every bit of criticism it received yet IMO calling it anything short of good now is disingenuous.
Command and Conquer is really good, however the latest game: CnC 4 Tiberium Wars is just god awful bad, so don't even try to play that one.
I can mostly recommend Command and Conquer Generals and Red Alert 2.
I don't know about the steam version, but the origin version of these games run fine for me on Win10.
Here is the Origin Complete pack (they don't sell the games individually anymore) https://www.origin.com/nld/en-us/store/command-and-conquer/command-and-conquer-the-ultimate-collection/ultimate-collection
I'm a big fan of the series, so ask me anything if you want to

If you plan to complete it all, then yes. It's essential to own with the base game for those that have the time to invest into it.
And to save money(an extra 17% off), snag the Ultimate Edition for just $6.49 on IG here... Fallout New Vegas Ultimate. It's the same Steam Edition for $3.49 less instead of paying $9.99.
A couple of these games are also in the Humble Weekly Bundle: Japan Edition which lasts another 2+ days. Most notably, Astebreed is $10.49 on Steam, but you can get it in the bundle (with six other games) for $10.
<strong>Dishonored</strong>
Metacritic scores: 91 Critic (29 Reviews), 8.2 User (1790 Ratings)
Edit: Apparently it's only $29.99 for other parts of the world that aren't Ausfailia.
If anyone knows a way I can view actual U.S. prices, so I can target the most people, let me know.
FYI this is also part of the Humble Weekly Bundle currently if you pay more than $5.20. I know that's more than $2.49 but you get a bunch of other (equally mediocre) games along with it!
I love this game and the soundtrack (PPPPPP)! You can download the demo on Steam or try it out on Kongregate.
I bought the game way back at $20 and it was worth it. It's a steal now at $2.49 or even at its current full price ($4.99).
The controls are simple, movement + a button to swap gravity (no jump) but mastering it, the timing, the tricks and the different gimmicks is satisfyingly difficult.
It's similar in that you craft items and build structures to shield yourself from monsters. The gameplay is pretty different; Terraria is less of an open-ended sandbox and more of a game. I think this article sums it up pretty well: http://www.ign.com/articles/2011/06/28/terraria-is-a-better-game-than-minecraft
I really want to get Shadow of Modor, and I realize that this Daily Deal rate is the cheapest it's going to get this sale, but I also recently discovered IsThereAnyDeal.com and there's currently a listing for the game for $17.99 (£10.99) instead of $24.99 over at this website called Gamesplanet.com. Does anyone have any thoughts on picking the game up from Gamesplanet at that price instead? Can I even purchase a game from this site if I'm not in the UK? Just looking for the best deal possible.
Have you tried it since any of the updates? New one just came out today, which adds 30 hours of story and lore, missions, terraforming, crashed freighters, a new race, portals (basically stargates), wealth/economy/conflict to star systems, new S class ships, new biomes and planet types, a bunch of UI and graphics improvements and the beginnings of multiplayer.
According to the Critic Reviews on Metacritic (the User Reviews are all positive) it's a bargain at $10. It seems difficult to play due to poor explanations and a poor difficulty curve but otherwise good.
I heard it's quite cool and all, and a unique experience. It's supposedly 6 to max. 9 hours long. Searched for "replay value" and found a few blurry statements overall saying that it has a bit of replay value.
Gamespot:
> The Good > > Mind-bending and inventive puzzle design, stark and stylish visuals, eerie ambient soundtrack is a fitting accompaniment to your travels, gives you a great sense of accomplishment. > > The Bad > > Some brief moments of frustration.
The most negative featured review of Metacritic is also worth a mention. It contradicts the "sense of accomplishment" claim strongly.
I don't know. I can spare 9.5€, but I don't want to throw money out the window. What say you?
Jagged Alliance 2: Unfinished Business has a Metascore of 64, while neither Jagged Alliance 2 Gold nor Jagged Alliance 2 have any critic reviews listed on Metacritic. I know it's arbitrary, but my criteria for using boldface is games that have Metascores (not User Scores) of 75 or above.
I built the list above by hand.
It's times like these (when no one that's actually played the game hasn't chimed in yet) when I'm glad YouTube gameplay videos are around along with GameFaqs reviews
Looks fun for a couple of hours, but then "meh" after that.
There's also a special discount on the main website where if you own Trinity, you get $10 off Rebellion. If you were looking into picking that up as well, you essentially get Trinity for free with this discount.
This game holds an 80 on Metacritic and I've heard great things about it. I tried the demo during this year's Summer Camp Sale, but it was a little too complex for me (there's no tutorial). Maybe for $4.99 I should give it another shot...
There's a small discussion started over at /r/gamedeals/ with generally positive reviews.
Metacritic score is 83/100
For anyone interested in Trials Fusion (and not Evolution, as that's not on sale), serious performance issues plague the game and will never be fixed. With an i7 7700hq (laptop CPU, capable of 3.5ghz) I experienced frequent and severe framerate drops which also slow the game with it. This makes many of the tracks, specifically stunt tracks, essentially impossible to complete with a reasonable score or medal. On an i7 4790k I experienced these issues far less often, but often enough that I needed to give up on quite a few platinum medals, a few gold medals, and every stunt track. These performance issues occur regardless of settings, even at 720p lowest on the i7 4790k (with GPU usage not even reaching 30%).
To be honest, Trials Evolution was the much better game in the first place. Unfortunately it suffers the same slowdown issues but significantly less frequently. I never needed to give up completely on any of the tracks for Evolution due to performance, getting platinum medals on everything but the most extreme of extreme tracks with the aforementioned 7700hq. In my opinion the physics are much stronger as well. Unfortunately once more, Evolution is not on sale. If you're interested in Evolution and willing to buy off Amazon, you can get the physical collector's edition for 8$ which is still less than 50% of the current steam price.
/u/rembrew pointed out it's also

I love Unreal Tournament '99, but I have never played it online. It's just fun, for me at least, to configure a bot match and go hog wild on it. Despite never having played with anyone else, it remains one of my favorite games of all time.
Favorite match: Capture the flag, Hall of Giants map. That map is part of one of the expansions. Also I like the "MatrixMoves" mod, and a mod, I forget the name, that enhances all the guns. Adds rapid fire to a lot of them, or multiple projectiles for others. Oh, and a mod to disable fall damage.
My UT mods folder is not big at all. 11MB. I compressed it down to 7MB with 7-zip; if anyone wants it you can grab it here. I forget how you install them now. I think you just double click on them (after installing the game) and they self install. You just need to know the path to the game for some of them. They probably don't support Steam; you may have to get the URI, copy it, and manually paste it into each mod's installer.
That seriously sucks. You have my empathy. My advice is to take screenshots of your attempt to purchase the game clearly showing the date and then send in an email to Steam support.
Theoretically that should result in Steam retroactively crediting you for the purchase of the game at the sale price. After all, it's not your fault they are having problems processing your order.
Persevere, if you can, the game is worth it in my humble opinion.
Oh, and if you want to try a demo, you can try one on the Humble Store. Trying the demo helped me to make my decision to purchase the game. https://www.humblebundle.com/store/p/democracy3_storefront
Cheers!
Humble bundle currently has it cheaper at $0.79 (you redeem it in Steam) here
There's about 17 hours until the deal is finished so if you're planning to buy it this would be the time Edit: Formatting
Metacritic sums up the general disposition toward BG.
And the EE version also includes 3 new NPCs, new quests, the Tales of the Sword Coast expansion, and numerous...numerous bugfixes.
It's from the creator of Another World/Out Of This World.
I picked it up as it was only £3 and from the people I've known who have played it, they have nothing but praise.
I am the developer of Steel Eagle. If you have any questions about the game, I will try to answer them.
See also bundle "Collectors Pack" where you can buy separately each part of the game https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/6476/Steel_Eagle__Collectors_Pack/
Obligatory link to TotalBiscuit's WTF is? video.
It looks like a fun game, but if I buy it, it'll end up on my "to play" list and probably never actually get played.
I really wanted this game to be good. A Game of Thrones RPG has unlimited potential if done by a top notch studio like Bathesda or something. Apparently though this game is terrible. It has a metacritic score of 56, the user reviews are slightly better though.
It's a remake of the original Bionic Commando. From what I've heard, there's a few new additions. Play the first one on an emulator, and purchase away!
PSA : I saw another post mentioning that you can get it for $21.99 (63% off) on IdieGala and get Call of Juarez for free.
There is 1 dedicated subreddit for price errors.. But nobody use him (/r/pricingerror) If you want find good deals you must watch ALL deals :( Subreddits like /r/GameDeals or /r/steamdeals
Anyway you can use this page, but prices somethimes are not fresh
If you want to get a feel of this game, try the free predecessor, http://nitronic-rush.com/
I loved nitronic and backed Distance on kickstarter, I am in the credits :D
BTW, a while back the official Command & Conquer site had some of the old games available for free, which I thought was surprisingly cool for EA. I just checked back there again and it looks like they're gone now, replaced with some guff about EA's new strategy games division (called "The piss-soaked corpse of Westwood" or something.) However, some light Googling shows they are still available on other sites, presumably legally.

Bioshock is retrofuturism at its finest.
It even made things like this come into existence. Something that might interest you by the look of your name.
Just wanted to pop in and say these dudes are legit.
Here is probably the game they are most known for,

The game has been out forever and they still update it. They have a history of really supporting their games, and their games on android are proper games unlike a lot of the dreck on the mobile platforms.
<strong>Omerta - City of Gangsters</strong>
Metacritic scores: 54 Critic (37 Reviews), 4.6 User (144 Ratings)
I'm aware this is /r/steamdeals but it's currently on sale for £40.47 at Greenmangaming but only until midnight tonight. I've bought from them in the past and had no issues, in case anyone is not familiar with them.
Can also get this from Epic Games for the same 75% off.
If you were able to get GTA V for free, then you may have also gotten a money-off coupon which you can then use to buy the gold edition at 80+% less than the full price of the standard edition. Gold edition includes three DLC and Far Cry 3.
Looking at the deals trend here, it might return with equal or deeper deals in the future.
I really enjoyed the original console version (+ this pc release) and imo superior compared to it's sequels even though both sequels expands the gameplay. The first game as a whole is complete by itself.
Gamespot tears it apart.
I thought long and hard yesterday whether or not I want to buy it. I don't have to turn every coin, but I also intend not to waste anything.
The decision not to buy it came in the end because I saw in video footage that the game has an extremely narrow FieldOfView (must be below 60°, I usually play at 130°), and I couldn't find any forum with a solution.
Anyone checking this, the chrome isthereanydeal plugin told me GreenmanGaming has it cheaper
https://www.greenmangaming.com/games/deus-ex-mankind-divided/ Only shows for me in Australian dollars $6.54 AUD
Hard to compete with free! Thanks for telling me, almost paid for it on Steam. Here's the link if others are interested:

There are comics for Avatar: The Last Airbender, which continue the story and set up connections to Korra.
"The Lost Adventures" I heard was just okay. The ones you want to read are "The Promise", "The Search" and "The Rift". There's also going to be "Smoke and Shadow", which hasn't been released yet.
Here's a legit source to buy digital versions of the comics: https://www.comixology.com/Avatar-The-Last-Airbender/comics-series/9399?ref=c2VhcmNoL2luZGV4L2Rlc2t0b3Avc2xpZGVyTGlzdC9zZXJpZXNTbGlkZXI
You can also get them on Amazon if you want physical copies.
I just bought it. Don't plan on playing it right now, but it's less than a Coke Zero. Metacritic has very mixed reviews on it, so I thought it's worth a shot (eventually).

I just bought this 3 weeks ago without playing yet dam. I was trying to refund to buy it again, but i believe i will not make it. After 2 weeks steam don´t refund argh. Tho awesome deal just buy it guys, its the lowest price i believe
Price History - Historical low yes
2.50? I don't see that price in the history, $3 seems to be the historic low.
Maybe I'll wait. I know it's $3.74, but still. Something about not paying what I know I should be kills me
If you already have this game you can get your Steam key in your account page http://www.newstarsoccer.com/myaccount.php
I got NSS5 from the Little Big Bunch bundle back in last December and received a Steam key.
In the case of a game that provides the tools to do it, it will not be illegal, that is true. I jumped a bit too far there.
However, asking money for it has never been legal and receiving donations for it has always been a legal grey area.
Now there's a framework for it. And apparent, they whole 25/75 division isn't set by Valve but by Bethesda: Source
I don't know how long this deal will last so pick it up soon!
I bought the complete pack when it was 85% off during the holiday sale, but I have yet to get around to it. The 7.5GB download is intimidating, and I've been playing the other games I got during the sale.
Here is the metacritic link if you are looking for comments and reviews.
Check out this forum post for suggestions on how to solve .NET issues.
Most of the problems that people have are .NET/Windows issues and not issues that I could solve by making changes to the current Universe Sandbox code base.
That said... I'm switching engines and will not be using .NET 4 in the future. That will likely solve your problem when the next major update is released next year.
This link used is weird or has issues, it will sometimes redirect you to two different Steam store pages; one with only the digital deluxe version on sale with 50% off the price and the other is both the standard version of the game and the digital deluxe edition at 66% off.
Here is the other store page: link, and the prices with the different percentage off the price for the people who have it at that:
StarDrive 2: 66% off at £7.81/ €9.51/ $10.19
StarDrive 2 Digital Deluxe: 66% off at £9.17/ €10.87/ $11.89
As someone who loves Tekken, and in particular 7, for all its amazing qualities as well as shortcomings, now is the best time to jump in, any OP characters are at a standstill, new players are in so you can jump in and not get auto destroyed, just making sure to pick up a fighting stick prior
Even if not, there are a lot of free and easy to use proxy services.
My high school students use ProXPN when they think I'm not looking / in other classes where the teachers have no idea what a proxy is.
I can't wait to replay Firewatch with a graphics card that won't stutter. The game was so good I couldn't stop, but it was definitely the lowest framerates I've ever put up with. My GPU doesn't have the right DirectX comparability, but forcing the game to run under the old DirectX worked.
FYI, I have the Sapphire Radeon HD4870 1GB and I'm budgetting to get the $140 GTX 1050 Ti 4GB soon.
Well I tried. External drives are pretty cheap http://www.amazon.com/Epartsdom-External-CD-RW-Combo-WriterBlack/dp/B00E6GWEG2/ref=sr_1_48?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1428874421&sr=1-48&keywords=external+dvd+drive
