Recently took a hip hop philosophy class in college in which we read from a book called I Mix What I Like by Jared Ball along with many other scholarly articles/essays on the subject. My prof also writes some interesting stuff on hip hop philosophy. Just search Tommy J. Curry to see some of his work.
We looked at hip hop from a perspective that I had really never seen before. Some of the ideas presented are pretty out of the box and I'm not sure I completely buy into them all, but it's super interesting stuff nonetheless. I could post the syllabus here if anyone's interested!

That's not true. There are several online e-signature services which are legally valid. I personally use dochub. You can also always have people print things out, sign them, and scan them.

Hey, that's me on the right! It started as a dirt circle that people were dancing around. Then someone put a duck in the very center and it became a shrine as people added more ducks. Then people kept adding stuff, kandi bracelets, cigarettes, dollar bills, a bunch of random, cool stuff. I think like 50 or so people put something in it throughout the whole set. Great energy there, such a fun set.

Speed 10. That means you can outrun evreything in the bestiary, except a similarly optimised flinn. Next XP block goes to ticking up finesse for speed 11. Character sheet order could have matched the order of character creation- somewhere clear to note down race etc would be good.

Definitely end this relationship. Lesson learned, never send a word document and never sign a lease ahead of time. I recommend using online document signing programs for leases. As the landlord you should always control the lease, upload it as a pdf and invite the tenant to sign/initial/date in the areas you indicate in the online program. You'll never have this issue again. You can use dochub for 3 free online sign requests per month if you only have a few leases per year. Or if you need to use some of their features for only the summer months you can sign up for only one or two months at a time, which is also nice.

Yeah, it's hard to know what this will work out to. For all we know it could be a tenth of a cent on the dollar, so $5k would pay $5.
It's also possible you'll be paid even if you don't do this (less likely, but maybe).

Edit: I ordered a different shock from J&P Cycles, built an apparatus to suspend the bike, and used a rear paddock stand to support the bike while replacing the shock. I used 12 mm ID washers to space out the new, smaller shock, then adjusted the preload to max. It rides great! I lost some clearance, but seeing as I'm not taking my bike anywhere with bad roads, it works well enough for me.

You mention about "max power iso 90/120/150 degree". I'm wondering how do I implement this properly ? Squat down/deadlift up to 90/120/150 knee degree and holding there for 3sec is good way to go ? (for squat, I just put the bar on the safety bar after iso hold, for deadlift, I just drop to floor)

FINAL UPDATE 15/2/21
Sorry for only just updating this thread, I have been buried in college work for the past week and a half!
Anyway, I received my MacBook on the 5th, so it came within the 2 working day time scale specified.
The MacBook was returned to me in the original shipping box and I can confirm that it is my original MacBook Air, as the scratch is still there. Upon lifting the lid, the MacBook booted back up as if it was a brand new one, confirming that all my data which wasn't on iCloud is lost (my fault!)
After inspecting the paperwork contained within, I saw that the Touch ID, Logic Board and I/O board have been replaced, confirming my theory that the mother board was fried by the USB C hub.
I will attach a copy of the invoice I received, which details what has been replaced and the additional information regarding the repair.
I hope no one else has the unfortunate experience of their M1 MacBook breaking and I really do hope that Apple fix this in the 'M2' or second generation of the Apple Silicon chipset.

Other sites made you pay, or didn't have the ability to sign on your phone. This site was totally free (did have to create an account though) and it could take you to the site to sign your signature on your phone (I was on my desktop and didn't want to sign with my mouse) through text or QR code.

Watch this short film. It's under 6 minutes and really good and simple. How many pages would you use writing this story? We get a lot of information really fast here but the movie does not feel fast:

Watch 1 minute of that movie. Any one minute and notice how much information is given to you and what that information contains. Also, is every word relevant to the plot? Yes. Only jokes can break this rule. Everything else cannot be deleted without breaking the story. In your script I could remove maybe 5 scenes without the next reader noticing anything missing because they feel like extra info. If you want to show a character doing sports just have a 10 second scene where it happens. You don't need a 1 minute scene or yoga to show yoga unless you really need to slow things down. Which you don't as it's not an action movie.
Think about the Rocky training montage. There is a lot of stuff shown but we don't see him talk about doing this stuff. The music makes it interesting.
Another thing. You kinda subdue every conflict. Now, this is what many writers do when they start out because well, we are rational beings. So the script has to be rational, right? Not really. Every scene must have some fight, conflict or interest conflict. Or just drive the plot along. You need to add 2 huge assholes to that story. Add crazy, insane and greedy people. Let them fight it out. Make sure they destroy as much as possible as fast as possible.
Nearly all scenes must not just be emotional but contain small moments of irritation or anger or people who break moral rules.

There have been hundreds of magical weapons and other items made over the decades. You can go to the old d20 srd site or to the Pathfinder srd site. It's really not hard at all to convert them.
Also, I converted a whole bunch a while ago. I really should re-edit them and put them on homebrewery.

edit: This reference takes a couple liberties, such that the characters are already made, and they know their attribute limit is 5 (by the time they hit lv 5 they'll be knowledgeable enough to know their max attributes anyway.) And that they'll rarely if every make multiple-attacks without the feat (it's disadv. 3/attack)
