Welcome! Some players have had the same issue previously. My recommendation would be to redo the account creation process, and if it doesn't work, use an alternative VPN app for Android like Hola.
Install this.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.hola&hl=en
Open it then switch the flag to Canada
Head to
flixstervideo.com/redeem/enter-code
Plop in the code
Sign In
Flixster will ask you to confirm you're Canadian.
And as long as your flixster and Vudu account are linked at https://www.myuv.com/redeem
A few minutes later Harry will be in Vudu (albeit in alpha order rather than numerical )
Come on guys, don't you know abou the APK's?, just install this one:
http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/youtube-music/youtube-music-1-03-12-android-apk-download/
and if you live outside the US install Hola Better Internet for VPN:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.hola
It worked for me on my Nexus 4 MM Chroma, so, it should be good.
I heard that this was an iOS bug from the recent update.
If you're on Android, make sure your time is set to automatic and that you don't have any kind of adblock enabled. Also try setting your country to US with Hola VPN
Yeah, it does. Surprised the shit outta me! I learned it here (Reddit). I also use NFL (I subscribe from a different country to get live NFL, from somewhere like Romania) and NHL, and you can't share them (whoever signs in boots anyone else off).
Anyway, it's me and one other guy and you. We tested it. I used two computers (home and office, different IP's), and he used XBox. So pro-rated (I go monthly) you would owe me $6.50 for this month.
If for some reason it didn't work, I would give you your money back. I'm not here to rip anyone, just trying to share with my KC buddies and save a few $.
If you are in the KC area (i.e. blacked out) you will need to use some kind of VPN. I use UnblockUS https://portal.unblock-us.com/. It's $5 a month (use the one week free trial), but no hassles. I have also used Hola https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.hola&hl=en , it's free. Last time I used it I signed in from Finland to get MLB/TV.

Hola is a free vpn. A VPN fools the Oculus App into thinking you are in the usa.
Install it and open it.
Choose my apps.
Scroll down to the Oculus App and click open. It should ask for permission. Tick the box and click OK.
It will now open up Oculus Home and you will see Milk in the Samsung tab. You can install it from there.
Once it's installed you shouldn't need to use Hola to run milk. It should be like it was before and it should be in apps in the Library section of the Oculus 2d app under the apps section (the library is near the bottom of the left hand menu- don't try to find it in the store in the app when not using Hola as you won't find it there).
Let me know how you get on.
Cheers
Edit:- For future reference you can find the version number in the 2d app (the app you can open from your phone without using the gearvr).
The 2nd and 3rd solutions always work, you are probably not doing them right.
Well, that sucks. Try the following:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.hola if you're using android. Install the app, grant it permissions, then in the app it will list all your apps, select the Chrome app and then it will say "access from" and change that to Canada. Then hit "open" the just go to cbc.ca/Olympics whenever you're done just change it back to USA.
You might be able to get it to work if you use a vpn. Download this and try changing your location to Japan. I had to use this to get milk vr when it wasn't available in my country.
APKMirror is usually really good...you try using Hola? You should try that it's a good one – here is a link for you to test it, let me know if it works!
thanks a lot! I just did it with hola It's easy as you said, fuck off localization!!! Just one thing that may help others; I initially dodn't notice that I had to run the Oculus Store from INSIDE the VPN app, only then you are really connected as an american phone! From then everything is just easy, maybe I'll do a full tutorial on sideloading, still amazed at how counterintuitive they made it to load your own content -__-
I use to have this problem with my LG G Watch. I downloaded a VPN app and changed the Android Wear App's address to the USA and it worked! If you have enough data, try doing that too. Here is the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.hola
I'm not entirely sure what you are asking of, but a VPN App like Hola will let you access country specific contents from another country: Link
Contrary to some others in the comment section, I can confirm the app works outside USA with the help of Hola VPN app. Using from Bangladesh. Just sideload the APK from here: http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/youtube-music/youtube-music-1-03-12-android-apk-download/
Then install the free Hola VPN app from here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.hola
Open Hola and select YouTube Music app. Change the country to USA and open the app. It will work! The beauty of using Hola is it allows other apps on your device to work normally. The country change only affects the selected app.
What country are you from? That affects the ads. It's worth trying Hola Unblocker, which is a free VPN. You can use it to fake your country and pretend you're in the US. I use it from Australia and I can complete US Tapjoy offers, which pay much more than Australian ones.

How is Hola guys ?
Download Hola to your phone on app store and run Oculus via Hola selecting USA as your location. SamsungVR will appear.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.hola This is what I use in korea. Gets the job done, but I'd like an alternative too.
if youre using android this has to work for you as well! hopw it does https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.hola
Link to vote: https://teenchoice.votenow.tv/ Link for HaloVPN: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.hola
I use Hola, works for me.
I might be completely wrong, but cant you use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.hola&hl=en to get around that?
Heres one VPN i use for android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.hola
http://www.rte.ie/player/ie/show/the-rubberbandits-guide-to-1916-30003777/10511090/ plus Hola extension for Google Chrome https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.hola&hl=en
I used Hola and it worked well very easily.
Using Hola Free VPN makes Tapjoy think you're in the US and therefore serves you more adverts.
Nevermind, here is the mobile app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.hola
Search for Hola Better Internet for a chrome browser plugin to help with the blackouts.
There is an android version as well
If you have android there is a hola app that works perfectly. Linkie!
I have not tried it, but maybe Hola?
Linkme: Hola
Edit: Hola!
Hola VPN has high scores on the play store.
