You can try installing some kind of ad blocker, but what I did I bought a vpn which also blocks ads, that way I got ad blocker and security in one purchase. I bought NordVPN, it has this kind of feature and works pretty smooth.
Hmm, 'partially restricted network'? Do you mean your traffic being monitored, like P2P or something? If that's the case I could recommend to use a VPN, like NordVPN or . I use Nord myself for that very reason because my dorm monitors the usage of peer to peer trafic.
I, personally, use a 3rd party app (Advanced Download Manager) for downloads and never have an issue. This also allows you to change the title, choose download location, and resume failed downloads.
Just remember to change the settings in TerrariumTV for your default download manager to "external download manager".
Here's my speech about a download manager.
It helps by showing you when the download is complete. Also if a d/l is interrupted you can resume from where it stopped. And ADM will allow you to d/l three files and the same time. If you add more, they will be queued up. ... Settings in Terrarium Chose default play action (Chose download) Scroll down in the settings for: Choose default download manager=external manager.

Go to https://real-debrid.com
Sign up, choose your package.
You'll have a username and password.
Log out of terrariumtv
Log back in
In the menu of terrariumtv, go and log in to real debrid
When you choose what to watch, you will have links in green from real debrid, they load instant, no buffering. You're paying for own private server. And you won't look back.
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! So if it's free , well you do the math.
Why is it that people buy $500-$900 phones without a problem but then want to skimp on protecting the privacy and device contents?
I've been using NordVPN for years and I'm very happy with them. For those interested they now have a special at $99 for 3 year subscription which allows up to 6 concurrent device connections.
If $99 is too much for you, then you could theoretically, and I'm not even hinting that you should, "share the use" of those 6 concurrent devices with someone who would let's say pay you half for their use of your account. Like I said, this is just theoretically.
I use PIA for my VPN service and it also includes ad blocking. I've seen a few ads sneak through but not many at all. An added bonus with PIA is that all their servers are white listed with real debrid if you have an RD account. I had some issues using IPVanish and found that not all their servers were whitelisted and would not work.
Here's another way:
As far as I know here in the states streaming has not been a problem. Uploading is... However that could change any time. Especially since the overturn of the net neutrality rules by the current FCC. I suggest using a VPN. Private Internet Access is $40 a year. As a plus, the built in adblocker blocks all of the ads in Terrarium.
You can with the 3rd party casting app such as Web Video Cast or Localcast. Open the link with "Play with" in ttv then choose the casting app. it will detect your roku device.
Is this with the stock Android downloader? Try using ADM, I started having failed downloads too but ADM solved it and downloads faster as well.
I second this. It’s really cheap when you prepay for a year and they have an app that works well for all the major devices.
I compared it to Express VPN for a month and chose IPVanish for these reasons plus the 5 simultaneous device usage for my fam.
Edit: FYI, I’m pretty sure don’t NEED a VPN for streaming using Terrarium unless your ISP is blocking/throttling providers or if you just want an added layer of protection. If you’re downloading torrents to your device, then you need it from what I’ve read.
The 2 I suggest/recommend would be Private Internet Access or NordVPN. I'd highly recommend checking out Torrentfreak's list of VPNs:

The dev has said that in order to get your device's email he has to request permission to contacts. That's just the way Android's permission system groups it. I've seen this same complaint for other apps, although I can't recall them, and those devs have said the same thing. Unfortunately there's not much he can do about that.
EDIT: I just found this answer on Stack Overflow and this post on Medium that's a bit more recent.. As you can see, at the bottom of both posts, getting your email requires access to your contacts.
Reddit sidebar. If you are installing for the first time, simply use https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/terrarium-tv/ or http://rawapk.com/terrarium-tv-apk-download/ instead of www.terrariumtv.com.
If you are updating from 1.8.1 or 1.8.2, ignore the error about the website being down (it is) and just download from the sites in the sidebar (which I just listed in my previous paragraph) and install overtop of the old version. If there is any trouble, save the settings (there are guides on how to do this online) and uninstall the old version. Then download the new apk and restore the settings.
I hope this helps :)
As far as I know, RD does not hide your IP address in any way. It merely provides a list of high quality sources to stream or download from.
In general, if you are just streaming you probably don't need a VPN. Although that may not be true in all countries, so be aware of the laws where you live. If you are downloading, I would get a VPN. RD doesn't play nice with some VPNs, so check their site to see which ones they recommend will work with the service. I use Private Internet Access VPN with RD and have no issues.
It kinda seems odd that you received the letter for TTV. Could be a scare tactic like some people mentioned here. If you have a VPN I would suggest using it -- better safe than sorry IMO. I use NordVPN and zero letters so far. And I do torrent too. It also helps to access geo-locked content (since I'm in Europe our Netflix, for example, library is much smaller).
No HK ISPs are blocking TTV. A VPN is your only option unless you move out of HK or China NordVPN and Private Internet Access are popular choices for VPNs and you won't suffer major performance issues and have P2P friendly servers
This will probably show up on mobilism sooner or later
Perhaps someone will create an app similar to Tipatch to do it on the fly. It's a great example of a workaround
I've been having this issue for a few weeks. However, Web Video Cast is such a nice casting app that I don't really bother anymore.

This method to install Terrarium TV on FireStick is easiest and takes no time. But it works only if you have already installed this app on your Android smartphone
STEP 1. First of all, we need to Turn On “ADB debugging” and “Apps from Unknown Sources” on your FireStick. It can be done via Settings > System/Device > Developer Options.
STEP 2. Now we need your FireStick IP Address. For that, you can go to Settings > System/Device > About > Network. You will see the IP details on the right-hand. Note down the IP address somewhere.
STEP 3. In this step, you need to download and install Terrarium TV APK on your Android smartphone if not already installed. The APK file can be downloaded from here
https://www.apkmirror.com/?post_type=app_release&searchtype=apk&s=Terrarium+TV
STEP 4. Now if you don’t have the Apps2Fire app already installed on your Android smartphone, go to Google Play Store and install Apps2Fire (Original).
STEP 5. Launch the Apps2Fire app on your smartphone. Go to SETUP and add the FireStick IP address which we noted down in Step 2 above.
STEP 6. Click on “Local Apps” menu in the Apps2Fire app, and search for Terrarium TV app. When you will click on the app, it will show your option “Install”. As soon as you click “Install”, the app will start uploading on your FireStick.
STEP 7. That’s all. You have installed Terrarium TV app on Fire Stick using Apps2Fire.
Best way I found in installing it to the firestick
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/terrarium-tv/
I find the easiest way to install is with using adbLink from your computer. One time setup and then you can install/uninstall any APK file quickly onto any FireTV Device right from your computer. I have not used it on other Android devices, but should be fine.
Version 39. You can download it from here
Make sure to do a backup of your settings before uninstalling the newer version..
RD is not machine dependent (Shield owner too). You signup here: https://real-debrid.com/ You can try it for free, but a paid subscription is better. The 6 month plan is best . Once you do, there is section in TTV settings where you register RD in TTV. You will not be sorry.
Great FAQ!
Couple of things in regards to Real Debrid:
the signup link is actually just https://real-debrid.com/ (then click on the 'signup' button) not https://real-debrid.com/signup.php. The PHP site is a dead site.
After signing up, when you are on the Ttv app, and click on "Log in to Real Debrid" in settings, make sure you are not using VPN. If you are, you'll get a "too many attemps" error message even if you enter the correct info.
source: me signing up.
hope this helps.
You can connect the FireTV Stick to Ethernet, if available, with the Amazon Ethernet Adapter:
https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Ethernet-Adapter-Fire-Devices/dp/B074TC662N
Note: Will not work with the original FireTv Stick (Gen 1)
Hi, I recently switched to PrivateVPN and that’s seen the number of links go through the roof. I tend to have it set to UK, but quite often it’s on US as it also works with Netflix and such, which seems to be a rarity these days (they actually have specific servers for Netflix all over the place)
I use a handful of different VPNs, some paid and some free.
Windscribe gives 10GB/mo, for free, and works so well that I'm going to switch to the paid version.
I have occasional hiccups, with the others, but Windscribe has been rock solid, for me. (I have paid versions of PureVPN and Tunnelbear, and free version of Proton.)
I use NordVPN with RD, because RD is known to log stuff, so just to keep safety precautions I use Nord with it. It just depends if your want your info to be collected and used. And if they get in trouble you can get in trouble also, if they, for example, they start leaking information your data could be stolen.
Actually, I respectfully disagree. These people streaming here with TTV are, I believe, not interested in going out and getting themselves a Newshosting account, or any other, and paying that fee, and then setting up say a Plex server, or whatever you want. Although maybe easy for you and me, I feel the person who wants that has already done so, and is not posting here in this TTV Forum.
as for me I don't need a VPN to run v1.9.0.
did you try clearing the caches and data of the app and tried again? if not I'd recommend that first.
A VPN is never a bad thing though, personally I'm using NordVPN. Obtained it in a sale which I would recommend too so you can save some bucks.
Without answering NitroXenon's questions, possible causes could be as follows:
Some possible solutions: -Clear App Data and Cache -Uninstall and reinstall the latest APK from an official source (rawapk or apkmirror) the most current version is 1.9.1
If you believe your ISP is blocking access, you can use a VPN. Commonly recommended VPNs include NordVPN and Private Internet Access (PIA)
Another solution worth trying is setting up an Alluc account and adding your API key to TTV settings which is free. Another alternative to get more links is having a Real-Debrid account which gives you access to more premium file hosts, but this is a paid subscription (it is cheap though)
When have I assumed anything about you? Man you're thick. If you're into torrents and VPNs I'd recommend you use Popcorn Time. They're very similar to applications like TTV, Showbox, FreeFlixHQ, etc. But use torrents as a back end so you have better luck finding older content. The only thing is, because you're streaming torrents, you will need to use a VPN that's ok with p2p traffic in which case I would suggest NordVPN or Private Internet Access. For what you want, streaming file lockers won't be your solution.
Instead of being an asshole or a dick you can just say what it is you're looking for instead of putting up an incoherent pile of garbage then calling people monkeys and stupid millennials.
I know this is said a lot but try clearing terrarium cache and force stopping, if all else fails download Betteropenwith and see if that helps you out.
Download a different VPN.
I just simulated your situation. I used a VPN to move myself from Canada to India and I can see the "blackout" for the main card of the Werdum vs Volkov event. I then used the same VPN and switched it to United States New York and I can see the main card just fine.
Go on Google Play and search VPN proxy. Click on the first one that isn't an ad. The screen shots should have black background and have an earth on some of them. It should have 500 thousand downloaders.

Greenify is a very good app to keep your running apps under control. It can work with and without root. Have play around with it and see if it fits your needs. :) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.oasisfeng.greenify
If it plays with no sound, the audio might be (e)ac3. If casting simply doesn't work, the audio is probably aac 5.1.
Since Chromecast doesn't support (e)ac3 and aac 5.1, the audio needs to be transcoded to be played via CC . You can use the local transcoding feature of bubbleupnp on your android phone or bubblupnp server on your pc. The audio will be transcoded to compatible formats with it. Free version transcodes only for 20 minutes.
Don't play it inside bluestack. Click on the link then choose 'copy stream link'. Open the copied link with the video player you usually use on your pc.
If you have an android phone/tablet and want to watch on your tv, install TTV and a 3rd party casting app like Localcast or web video cast on your android device. Cilck on a link in TTV, choose 'play with', then open the casting app. It will detect your smart tv, then cast the link. It will play on your tv.

Now I truly understand the impact of netnutrality. That is freaking crazy that they banned those sites. Everything is working normally after downloading now.
Cause RD has nothing to do with how the file is encoded. RD lets you get the original file. Most of the other links are from the video hosting sites on which the original file is uploaded and re-encoded and that's why the file sizes from them are usually smaller.
And I think most of the original 1080p files are encoded with ac3(or eac3) codec which Chromecast doesn't support. That's why you have no audio issues with all of them.
I don't know how to explain better about what RD is for since my english is not good enough to explain more. Anyone?
Edit: If you want ro stick with Chromecast, I recommend to give it a try to cast the RD links with the app 'bubbleUPnP'. It detects the audio codec of the file and when it's not supported by Chromecast, it transcodes the audio to aac codec which Chromecast supports. (Don't forget to enable the local transcode in the settings)
If nothing satisfies you, Just ditch Chromecast and buy the android box :D

Yes and voice search works on it too. In my opinion it handles popups/ads much better than any other browser I've tried and you're going to get them when playing live streams. It prompts you to open a new page for the popup and you simply deny it.

You have to set up subtitles. I never use them. EDIT: you might have better luck going to subscene.com and looking through the list of subtitles and over to the right side it will list that language.
SDH is subtitled for the deaf and hard-of-hearing. HI is for the hearing impaired which will usually show some of the action of what's going on .
I can't remember if those two terms are interchangeable.
Forced that's where there's the extra language subtitle for the non-english parts. I'm not sure if anyone uses term anymore but I used to when I would upload subtitles to the site.

I was thinking of switching to NordVPN, what device are you running it on? If you run it on a Fire TV/Stick do you have to enable it/open it everything you turn on or reboot your Fire device?
Or do you set it up once and it runs in the background without doing anything?
I looked and did not find a apk for EUMC. I looked at apkmirror and amazon and google play app stores. What am I missing and were should I be looking?
I agree with ProtonVPN. For a free VPN there is no complaints. Been a long time since I used CyberGhost. Thanks.
I use ProtonVPN and I do not pay for it. I use the free connections which is all I need. I have never had a issue with them. I have streamed for hours and have never been cut off. Everyone likes the VPN they like. It is up to the user what they prefer. My ISP speed throttles and the download speed is horrible! I will never stream even though it is legal without a VPN as my ISP is crap!
Be careful with IPVanish, they have been caught collecting logs, so it's not really secure. Better get a new one that doesn't collect logs and is pretty reputable. I would recommend Nord, Pia or Express VPN. I personally go with Nord because it's really good with bypassing geoblocking and I found a nice deal online. But the other two are also decent.
I use Private Internet Access, which is a VPN with a feature I love called split tunneling. That means you can leave the VPN on all the time and select which if any apps run outside of the VPN. Works very well, and is also a white listed VPN with Real-Debrid which IPVanish is not.
Humble Bundle, which is a reputable charity store I mostly buy games from, is running a software deal right now. Private Internet Access gets good comparative reviews, especially for being somewhat less taxing on internet speed side of things. $1 donation gets you a month sub to try, as well a 1 year sub of System Mechanic (the latter which i didn't care about, but it was added in for free so whatever).

Same thing happened to me before. What I did was uninstall and reinstalled TTV from a link that was given to me here on Reddit. I also run IPVanish now, and no more problems. It's my post that is half way down the thread.
PIA vpn - Private Internet Access, their icon is a little green man. I'm using this one right now. Easy to use, fast connections.
Nord VPN - their icon is a mountain They offer a 7 day free trial.
These 2 are the best ones. They don't keep any logs of your activity. The free VPNs are junk. They may keep logs on you.
You could use the built-in browser in Localcast, which allows you to stream any video on a page to your casting device. I don't think it'll grab the embedded subtitles, though you can easily grab subs from opensubtitles.org right in Localcast.
You can get it here: Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.stefanpledl.localcast
iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/localcast-for-chromecast/id969804264?mt=8
can't be 100% sure if it works in your case but try Seriesguide with its TTV extension to open the source page. Setup guide
It can request those things - you don't have to give permission, although I don't remember anything like that when I installed it - you sure you downloaded from a good source? Anyway just deny anything you're not comfortable with, although it will need WiFi at a minimum and perhaps storage access to save downloads.
You may also want to install DNSPlus from the Play Store - it creates a local "VPN" to filter network traffic, including ads in all apps. It's not really a VPN, but it makes Android treat it like one because that's the only way to filter network traffic without rooting.
you can use the local transcoding feature of bubbleupnp on your android phone or bubblupnp server on your pc. The audio will be transcoded to compatible formats with it. Free version transcodes only for 20 minutes.
There's an app called "better open with" that should give you all the options. You could try it and see if it helps. If it works you can usually uninstall it afterwards. I haven't been on TTV today but I was still getting a good mix of the different links. It could just be whatever you are wanting to download isn't on those servers.
Edit. Better open with app, Google Play Store link
Private Internet Access is fast, inexpensive, keeps no logs, has a great adblocker and allows user to bypass certain apps so Netflix etc... Work.
Try M3U8 Loader and M3U8 Converter.
Open the source with 'Play with' and choose M3U8 Loader. Check "Convert on load end" then click on Download.
Not all hls links work with this app though.
It's what Norman 05 said. 05x05 will air on Nov 7th due to a sports game. See screenshot from the TvGuide.

Setting for ADM app: The first setting says Downloading. Look there and at the top it will tell you the folder of where the movies are. You can change the folder. I made it easy for myself and created a folder called ADM. And this is where all mine are downloaded. You won't see the downloads inside the terrarium app.
Place a check mark in the boxes to create an empty file and the Box to Auto resume.
Change the number of downloads to 3. Change the number of threads to 9. Speed of download is Max.
There's not much else that I changed. You can always adjust your notifications how you like.

EDITED: I downloaded 19x11. I used a real debrid link of 393Mb. It looks like a full ep of about 42 minutes. That was an MP4. I'm downloading two more files back in a minute with what I found.
EDITED again: I downloaded a Primewire link. It was an MP4 . It played Ok, full episode. I downloaded another Primewire that was a FLV. This took a long time to d/l . Took over 14 minutes. The others only about 2 minutes. The FLV played on my TV as FLV w/o renaming the file extension.

I'm not sure where you found firedl but I've never seen it mentioned anywhere I always see apps2fire mentioned on the ftv sub. Give that a try it's probably a better option. You could also try the downloader app for your ftv, it's made by the AFTVnews guys and seems to work pretty well.
*Edit: You also have to turn on ADB in your settings on the FTV as well.

Download with the manager and test to see if the video is still on your device.
You can't install TTV on a PS4 if that's what you're asking. However if you have an android phone you can cast from your phone to your ps4. You can download an app like BubbleUPNP or possible localcast and use that to cast to your ps4. I've seen you may have to open the ps4 media player before you can cast but I can't confirm since I've never tried it on a PS4 just Xbox and a few other devices.
Web Video Caster can search for subtitles and cast them along with the video.
Unlike LocalCast it also supports casting subtitles to DLNA devices.
On your phone click this link and it should start downloading the apk

Have you tried MX Player ...
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/j2-interactive/mx-player-pro/
Are you getting the Yesplayer from here:
You can download updates from here https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/yesplayer-team/yesplayer/
Though I've found VLC working better for me.
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/terrarium-tv/terrarium-tv/terrarium-tv-1-8-3-release/terrarium-tv-1-8-3-android-apk-download/ you could either type that url or just google terrarium tv apk mirror and it should pop up
You can get it form https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/popcorntime-sh/popcorn-time-ce-for-android-tv/ But due to using torrents as source, this app is preparaty unusable. Remember, you need to have Android TV (not Android) to get app running at all.
