> Whatsapp is for idiots anyway. Don’t cave. You don’t want to have anything to do with those types anyway.
Yeah, I'm going to convince my technically illiterate family to install some obscure mobile xmpp client nobody else uses. That's going to work just fine!
Get your head out of your ass please, and come back to the real world.
edit: to strengthen my point: Whatsapp isn't the best Android app out there, but compared to XMPP apps, it's fucking gold.
This is the outdated Gingerbread themed shit that you have to use for xmpp on Android: http://appcrawlr.com/android-apps/best-free-apps-xmpp-client
http://appcrawlr.com/windows/obdautodoctor
It doesn't work with all OBD2 vehicles but when it does it's nice. Gives you trouble codes and live sensor data. I think the OBD2-Bluetooth adapters only cost about $10.
Don't forget when smartphones first came around, we had Tap Tap Revenge (and all of its sequels and spin offs), as well as Rock Band, and literally dozens of others.
The EPA released this one for Android. It isn't as pretty but it works:
http://www.epa.gov/enviro/facts/uv/android.html
this one seems similar, but it costs $1.33
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nu.pich.android.uv&hl=en
some of these provide UV Index as well, most are just not dedicated to it:
Hai provato questo "Gallery Vault" ? http://appcrawlr.com/android/gallery-vault-hide-video-photo#authors-description
Da quello che leggo, può salvare su SD, ha un media browser integrato, quindi suppongo sia on-the-fly. Non credo possa criptare anche file diversi dalle immagini e dai video, però.
Comunque ce ne sono anche altre: http://appcrawlr.com/app/related/634
Buy 2 sets of adjustable dumbbells. Buy a model where you can buy additional weights after you get bigger.
Download HIIT training software in your cell. Like this http://appcrawlr.com/android/7-minute-workout-7
I use a sturdy arm chair as "inclined bench". Works ok and takes no extra space. I also have a spinning bike next to the television with a deal I can watch telly only while biking.
If you're doing this as a learning exercise because you want to learn how to program mobile apps, awesome, you should. However if you're just looking for an app that can do this, there are plenty of them out there. Here is a page that lists 9 android apps. Some are diet trackers, but at least one I looked at was a simple log and reminder, basically what you're asking about. I didn't dig too deep, so I don't know if they're free or what kinds of features they have or don't have. Unless you are trying to find a project to work on for learning purposes, you can usually find something that someone has written to fill your needs without spending months trying to learn to code sufficiently to make an app.
> the one thing your phone can't do, is the optical heart rate monitoring.
There are, quite literally, apps for that. More or less anything with a camera can do that sort of Eulerian video magnification.
Haha, pas de problème, je vais répondre en anglais pour le public.
There are a ton of apps on Android that help with finding mobile-friendly streams. I use Football Live-Stream. It's a pain though, because it takes a lot to load and the stream may stutter a lot, not mentioning that if you don't find a quality stream, you won't see the ball. I got lucky with a nice one last night.
it was called Context Camera
Perhaps this person got what was needed here
this one looks less helpful but you can check it out for yourself
Good luck.
In the absence of a light meter you can also use an app on your phone. I have used Fotometer Pro successfully when shooting with vintage cameras. I have also compared the readings to the light meter of an Olympus OM-G and found them to be similar.
What model is the Nikon?
(and, as mentioned, lock in the ISO for correct meter readings)
Oh man this is just like a game I used to play on my iPhone 3. It had this little happy block as the piece you moved and it would do a little dance when you finished the level. Loved that game so much. Haha. This looks fun!
Looks like the game I was talking about stopped getting updated a long time ago. Haha. http://appcrawlr.com/ios/blocks-mania-premium
Do you have apple or android?
here is a link of some for android that i have tried. you can use more than one.. i think they have the same ones for apple
The one I use is called Commit. http://appcrawlr.com/ios/commit Perfect for tracking one thing.
For tracking up to 6 items: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/streaks/id963034692?mt=8
And if you need even more, simply use Habitica
Because as you can tell from your post, I'm the only one who answered. Everyone else is in the same boat with the questions. I told you to search in /r/showbox which you didn't.
I may be an asshole but if you had even used google you would have come across this http://appcrawlr.com/android-apps/best-apps-korean-drama which was #2 on my google search for "any asian drama apps" #1 was ios apps, not android.

I don't have an android, but I found this which might be useful: http://appcrawlr.com/android-apps/best-apps-school-biology If those aren't what you're looking for, I usually browse through Pubmed, some university bio-info sites, or even Mayo Clinic for some reading. Hope this helps.
The nice thing about the Pi MusicBox and Volumio and RuneAudio and any other MPD and MoPiDy player, is that they can be controlled by an MPD client on your iPhone like these:

I have a private photo diary on Lifetile since my son was born to keep all the thousands photos of him :)) app also exist. And for my thoughts I use Diary notes
this website is great for finding 'equivalent' apps on a different OS
i already linked to a search for you there. my study life or myhomework student planner seem like the best bet.
Well, a SITE that I like to use is called TravelMath. It lets you plan these things out and is handy. A popular app is called TripIt, but I don't know how good it is personally. Another popular one is RoadTripper. Both should be found in the app stores.
12 hours a day seems to be a bit much for driving. If you can do it you are a machine. Just don't fall asleep and die. :-)
I just found this phone app, and it seems to work for free for local stations. My local Cards affiliate (and Cubs affiliate) is on it.
EDIT: The game broadcast has started, and the stream went silent. I guess that it's blacked out.
A few of these are inaccurate.
Not exactly the same by any stretch. The apps are using the same type of edge-detection filtering that Photoshop has been using for years. This algorithm is doing an awful lot more. You'll never find a phone app or photoshop plugin that can replicate abstract styling like this. Phones couldn't process it to begin with and it takes much too long for it to be a useful plugin for Photoshop. At best, you get this type of thing.
c:geo is Android only unfortunately. You could try:
...or have a look at this list. I'm an Android user so I'll stick with c:geo. Way better than the Geocaching Intro app.
EDIT: farking spelling, had way too much booze
EDIT 2: if that guard was any good at his job, he woud've known about the cache (provided that his employer would've informed him, which I doubt to be honest)
anyone have insight as to how much an app like this would cost to make?
http://appcrawlr.com/ios/slang-sneaker-marketplace
Would I be able to take my chances on a younger developer or an abroad team? Or is it worth dropping higher amounts for an established dev/dev team.
Anyone ever work for less but promise of equity?
One ecosystem. Software updates. http://appcrawlr.com/ios-apps/best-apps-marking-up-photos, markup apps o-plenty. Reboot holding down CNTRL-R to boot under a OS-X recovery partition and you can re-install your operating system. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201314
I was in a shop once and my unsigned friend's song was playing. I went to ask the staff and they said it was some app, but I don't remember the name of it. Maybe it's one of these - http://appcrawlr.com/ios-apps/best-apps-unsigned-artists
There's this neat app here that has most of the books in-game. It used to be on googleplay though, but I can't find it. So I'm not sure how good that site's version is.
Edit: Oh blast the download link was to google play. So its not there anymore.
kk :)
Then try Tactics Maiden, Kingturn RPG (and others in the series), Great Little Wargame and Great Big Wargame (these are more like Advance Wars than FFT), Record of Agarest War and/or sequel (another console conversion), Tactical Soldier, LostStar Tactics, Skulls of the Shogun, and stuff generally on this list: http://appcrawlr.com/iphone-apps/best-apps-tactical-rpg
Also, google "iphone srpg" (as well as "ipad srpg" and "ios srpg") and you'll find a bunch. TBS and SRPG are generally the keywords for these kinds of games.
> Steam isn't curated.
It is not curated for quality - and I, too, have a bunch of games in my Steam library that seemed unfinished and haven't gotten much better. But it is curated to exclude junky, valueless knockoffs.
If you look in the "open-world" section of Steam, you'll find a bunch of games that take the Minecraft concept, and do something different with it: voxel-based ship-building; underwater; open-world voxel environments as the setting for a competitive FPS or tower defense; etc. And there's great value to allowing people to take a game concept and do something new with it.
However, if you look in the "adventure" section of the iOS App Store, you'll find dozens of straight Minecraft knockoffs. Mooncraft, Lunacraft, Eden World Builder, CubeSpace, World Explorer, Blokify, Block Earth, World of Cubes, etc. ... their similarities vastly outweigh their differences. These clones have no value; they simply clutter up a small, successful space of the market with unsatisfying knockoffs.
there are apps for light painting, first couple of search results are:
Then found this list.
Hmmm...I feel like I've heard that this already exists. I don't remember what it's called, though. Maybe it's one of these: http://appcrawlr.com/ios-apps/best-apps-classroom-library
Perhaps you can look at feedback about these apps to create a better version?
Quick search, this game seems to have a ninja in it, http://appcrawlr.com/android/death-tower, but the aesthetic that it was would make things easier. 8 bit, hand drawn, etc.
It doesn't force you to use Bing or Cortana. That they are "suggested" seems like a silly complaint.
I would also argue that Google Search vs Bing Search seem to be on par on Android in terms of implementation, with Bing getting the edge for photo / video / barcode searches and things nearby (its basically a very clean version of Yelp+Trip advisor all in one), where Google has a better return on embedded navigation capabilities and text based questions or non-traditional queries. If someone were to compare the current Google search app to the Bing search app they'd be hard pressed to declare Google the winner. Thats not just Microsoft fan-girling, its the general consensus of hundreds of reviewers on Appcrawlr (Bing: 7.6, Google: 7.3) (http://appcrawlr.com/android/bing)
I think everyone would agree that Google Assistant is more functional than Cortana on Android devices. It's not like they don't have the platform advantage for skills integration.
Well I think the main reason for an alarm is to get you up (or doing whatever it is you need) and when that happens you just stop it altogether. The stock alarm app snoozes (if you turn on that option) after you touch any button or the screen and then goes off again.
But no, Haven't heard of an app with auto-snooze option 0.o but check this list I found at appCrawlr: http://appcrawlr.com/ios-apps/best-apps-auto-snooze

You can try something like http://appcrawlr.com and use different search terms like "offline," but you'll run into the same trouble you have on the play store.
Even when you find websites with click bait articles with titles like "10 offline you have to try immediately or something bad will happen," the lists themselves have lots of games with lots of IAP. Going to be hard to make an IAP with no internet.
I'd suggest posting in one of the suggestion threads, say you want offline games, and give some examples of games you like and don't like.
I use The Bowling Buddy. It keeps track of my weekly league night scores and averages, plus my handicap and my overall average. Also, you can share your stats in the app via email (it shares it as a CSV file).
Update:
I'm sorry, I just realized the text didn't appear witch the photo album. The only apps required are nova launcher and minimalist text widget.
Edit: formatting/spelling
Updated screenshots:
Wallpaper:
Apps:
Nova launcher
minimalist: text widget
landscape wallpaper - allows you to center the wallpaper so that when you move between homescreens, the ENTIRE wallpaper scrolls (so one homescreen is black and one is white)
Both are available in the play store but I'm on my phone now (in class) and can't figure out how to extract a link.
Free version of nova works just fine. You MIGHT need to buy the minimalist text widget app. Either way, I bought them both because they are fantastic.
Sorry for the delay!
Thought of some more:
The Bards Tale (2004 version)
Legend: Hand of God Edit: Not sure this meets your criteria, it will work on a modern OS, however you need to remove Physx and install an ancient version to do so. You can then reinstall a current version of Physx and it will still work.
Ember - just recently released.
This brings up a question, are you limiting this list to PC games, though I do see some console titles like Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance? Ember was just released on IOS too, and there are several other mobile games I can think of, though I have only played the original Dungeon Hunters on an iPad.
This is a list of some of them on IOS, though some are also on Android too.
All of these require some sort of activity to disable the alarm, nothing really new. These are just apps. They are tons of physical alarm clocks that do similar things as well.

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/freakyalarm-puzzle-alarm-clock/id383313224?mt=8
He said it's the Content Aware Scale app - for both iOS and Android... I searched for it, but can't find it in the App store. I did find a lot of other apps that do similar things here?
I also found a sub that's devoted to Content Aware Scale in Photoshop - /r/contentawarescale/
Edit: this sub is so great http://imgur.com/DgKAems
App crawler seems to have a few suggestions: http://appcrawlr.com/android-apps/best-apps-astronomy-picture-of-the-day
I'm on my cellphone, so I didn't dig deeper to check if it automatically changes the wallpaper but that should be a start.
I use an iPhone but on my Nexus 7, I have TapDeck which changes the wallpaper daily bases on my preferences. Perhaps, there's a NASA APOD selection - I have to check.
Wow I hope you're not a parent thinking blocking each and every thing off and putting them into a bubble will help them in any way.
But since I'm not the one raising your kids: This android app seems to be very suitable for what you want to do on the kindle. Please be aware that you can calculate up to 5 hours of configuring until you get exactly what you want:
http://appcrawlr.com/android/web-filter-with-app-control
For the windows Client, here are some apps:
http://lifehacker.com/5312820/five-best-content-filtering-tools
But I think K9 is what you want and it is a widely used tool. Here as well, prepare to config and tweak for a couple of hours.
I'm not sure what its called. I'm not sure if apple will truly allow you to stop being monetized and spied on. All I found was this and it sucks dicks. It only allows you to lock or unlock the device, where as dvasive will keep all apps other than you calling and using the microphone, locked out of your camera and micro phone keeping it locked constantly and allowing you to use the device however. without use of the camera until you unlock it. No quick wifi blue tooth or stingray lock downs. Basically you can do this with the settings. How can you trust apple settings, because the pics they take of you don't get stored in the gallery. I'm so glad I went to android. Its so much faster and I have way more piece of mind. Apple was big brothery. http://appcrawlr.com/ios/anti-spy
If you like gadgetry, have a look at 'Music Journal' for the iPhone.

…or here's a bunch more. These may help you structure your time.
You might want to have a sleep study done. You may have sleep apnea or some other disorder that's preventing your sleep from being healthy and restful.
You also might want to do a little research on smartphone apps that track your sleep and detect sleep problems.
Well, it does help get you better answers if you start off with what you're looking for.
I, personally, can't make any recommendations for you as I have never used that app, nor am I artistically inclined. But I did a simple search and got back a page of apps you could try.
http://appcrawlr.com/windows-apps/best-apps-drawing-painting
I also saw that Sketchbook has a non-mobile version of their app for Windows, so it's possible that they could enhance that to be universal.
Hmm I was thinking one of these: http://appcrawlr.com/ios-apps/best-apps-silent-camera I dont have an iphone in Japan to test but I would assume these would work. Maybe not worth spending money on a reddit post but damnit now im curious.
What are you asking exactly?
I searched for Tiny Tunes on the Play Store and came up empty, so I turned to Google and found this (which appears to be an app that allows you to download music without paying). If you're asking for an app similar to it, there's an alternative list here.
If you're talking about moving those files to your computer, just plug your phone up, navigate to the Tiny Tunes folder, and copy and paste the songs onto your computer.
I did a search on "stock market simulator app" and there are dozens of such apps.
iOS:

android:
https://play.google.com/store/search?q=stock%20market%20simulator&c=apps&hl=en
I was thinking is an app that's activated in theatres and samples (decibel levels, timestamps) and puts them somewhere. You activate the app when entering a theatre and deactivate it when leaving.
There are a whole host of decibel level apps available for Android. I don't use an iphone, so maybe someone else could chime in about it.
This website provides a few recommendations. I've never tried any of them, but hopefully the reviews will help.
Pages, Word, and Notability are some of the more popular word processing apps for iOS, but they don't check grammar :(
Unless you're talking about a desktop, then absolutely Microsoft Word.
Absolutely. I am currently reading a bunch of programming books which contain a lot of screenshots and areas where they've replicated code on the pages and it is perfect. For iOS I heartily recommend Marvin ebook reader, its $3.99 but totally worth it. Here are some other options http://appcrawlr.com/app/related/20861. To find books you'll have to purchase them on Amazon or see if the publisher offers ebook versions. Otherwise, of course, you can attempt to find them on torrent sites.
I found these two links, not sure if they are actually stickers:
http://www.appjenny.com/Android/App/com.chibiapps.sailorstrickerlinefree
http://appcrawlr.com/android/sailor-sticker-line-free
they both don't show up when I look for "sailor moon sticker" in the android play store
My son uses ProLoquo2Go but it is for iPad, so the combo can be expensive.
There are Android alternatives
For these types of apps, plus the games that requires the processing power, you can find a ~$60 Android on tablet on Amazon and save hundreds (there are tablets designed with drop resistant casing already in place, so that $60 tablet saves you another $40 for a case if you bought another). You can buy two and have a backup in case of a break or battery drain and still save hundreds. Just as functional.
I haven't used it, but this looks like a winner. I found it by searching for "perspective tool android", since in photoshop-land the tool you're looking for is called Perspective.
I tried http://appcrawlr.com/ipad/knit-designer on my ipad and didn't like it. IIRC you can't select color and I just found it awkward to use. Honestly my favourite program for designing charts is excel. You can copy/paste, print it, email it to yourself.
waze is alright but depends on the community which is bigger in some countries than in others. Most other apps just give warnings for non mobile speed traps
You could use one or more of the so called gay dating apps, which are basically just online whore houses and the majority of the guys on them are only looking for a sexual hookup.
Print it out, sign it, then scan it into a document, and email it back. If you don't have a scanner, you can use a smart phone and an app that turns photos into documents.
I looked around, and even developer forums do not seem to have any good responses. That said, there are apps that come close with huge caveats such as iffy quality and bad/unnecessary equalizers. Also, some of these pretty much only works with apple tv, not just any airplay speaker. http://appcrawlr.com/app/related/1447996
Careful, they might charge .99 per 10-block of encounters.
(sorry... REALLY not a fan of Hero Lab's charge-per-source model)
DM Tools on IOS looks halfway decent. I've not used it myself though.
There is no preparing for it, it's just a case of how much you really want it or not. There are many, many apps you can use to meet guys and go from there. Many will not want to be bothered with someone who is inexperienced, but there are some who will.
Gah, I had a whole response typed up and my cat deleted it.
I enjoyed Scrabble and Scramble with Friends (basically Boggle). Osmos is also rather addictive and has multiplayer capabilities.
We've been playing a lot of Trials Frontier, a bike racing game. You can't race people simultaneously, but you could add each other as friends and race each other's ghosts (I think you have to unlock this ability, but it happens early in the game). It can kill a lot of time.
No problem :)
Here are some links with iPhone vape apps. I've never used any of them, so no personal opinions to offer. Hopefully you can find some sort of coil/battery toolbox app in there.

You can usually just do a generic Google search, like "music apps for android" and some reliable sites pop up like android authority and android central. I rarely use the play store for searches unless I know what I'm going to get.
Edit: Search for chromatic tuner gave me this
Looks like no one knows. Drat.
I don't know either, but here's what I found on google :) http://neomam.com/infographics/9-awesome-music-visualizations/

I have used it before. But it was a friends. Too expensive for me right now. I think you get something for your phone for free.
Sorry i was looking at the description.
http://appcrawlr.com/ios-apps/best-free-apps-photo-lock Link with list of good apps for this cause.
I would suggest "Private Pics FREE" I remember using it on my Iphone and it was fairly good. In my personal opinion though the App Store in general doesnt really have anything all that useful.
A quick Google search for 'free writing prompt app' turned up a variety of links for me, including a calendar with daily writing prompts which looked like fun, but I also found this website full of writing apps. Maybe you'll find what you're looking for there.
Can't remember where I found it as I have had this style for about 5 months, but after a quick search this is it. Not sure about the trustworthiness of the site though.
To add fuel to the fire here, there are certain apps that provide a 'decoy' password, which means that if someone finds it and demands the password, you give the decoy password and innocent butterflies and rainbows appear instead of whatever it is. This is one that has the decoy option. Here are apparently more apps that also have the decoy mode. I only discovered this when I downloaded the same app my husband uses and realized that was even an option!
edit: Some apps also are disguised by looking like a calculator or something totally innocent so that people wouldn't think what they actually are. Crazy how they have so many shady apps!
Is there anywhere to do this in Orlando or possibly New Smyrna Beach? Jupiter is a bit of a haul for me. There has to be a fish identification app for your phone and yes I found a few. Check them out!
http://appcrawlr.com/android-apps/best-apps-fish-identification
What do you mean you plan to do this on SCUBA? Do you mean you plan to scuba versus snorkeling to get deeper for bottom fish I would assume?
I am super interested in this but would love to not have to road trip everytime to do it. Any thoughts?
http://www.spearboard.com/showthread.php?t=119781 Here is some info on Orlando spearfishing..
I'm not a Windows phone user, but try http://www.windowsphoneapplist.com/en/ or http://appcrawlr.com/ to find something that works for you. Or ask on one of the subreddits, I'm sure others use such apps too.
I use Moto Minder, it's great for tracking fuel and maintenance items. I can build out my own schedule and then as I input fuel stops it alerts me things are due (Lube chain, clean chain, oil change, etc) Overall, it's been great except the developer has stopped updating it. I'd love to see some of the functionality you are talking about built on top of this.
Here's a great list of the apps and features: http://appcrawlr.com/app/uberGrid/402070
There are many games for both Android and Apple devices that are based on Rube Goldberg machines.
http://appcrawlr.com/ios-apps/best-apps-rube-goldberg, That is just a few and some are loosely based. Couple are almost free form though.
Not yet, there is an app called Ubersense that is currently working on an android version. It is a completely free swing analyzer.
in the meantime, V1 golf is pretty good.
Edit: check here to see the list for yourself
Here is a link that has a bunch of different ones. I personally have not tried any of these myself. Just providing a resource for some research is all.
At the beginning it is necessary to train your eyes and brain. After a few months, you probably won't need it anymore. I still weigh my bread because I find it tricky to estimate but that's all.
You can find apps for this task, too ;)
