Had to look it up. This is the one I referred to. Think this is the renamed Relaxio?
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio&hl=en_US&gl=US
just to reiterate for others, DO NOT USE THIS APP
I've found these work fairly well. If you have a speaker you can connect your phone to, you can also put on some white noise to cover up their snoring. If you have android, I'd recommend this this app, as you can customize the sound and it has a timer for turning off after a while (useful if you don't want your morning alarm to be drowned out with white noise).
Honestly just use your phone and run it all night, no need for extra tech - better for the environment. I've been doing it for over a year with my phone, some audiophiles even run white noise to burn in the audio. I recommend facing the speaker towards the noise source to help cancel out the sound waves, cheers!

If your device battery can handle it, you could get an app like this and play yourself the white noise of your choice.
I normally use it when traveling, but it's also handy when we lose power.
I have been using "White Noise Generator" by Relaxio for 2+- years. Have had any problems and has many different sounds you can turn on simultaneously and adjust volume outside of standard media volume setting. Here yah go.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio
It was more of a "white noise" app where you could customize the sound by mixing a couple and changing the volume of each. This isn't the app, but it was very similar:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio&hl=en
Was going to make these suggestions too. We have blackout blinds in our bedroom and run an empty old humidifier just for the fan noise.
When traveling, I use this app to generate white noise. There are also YouTube videos that play nothing but white/brown/green (or rain or traffic or whatever) noise for 10 hours. Just make sure you're on the hotel wifi or your data usage will hit you hard. Ask me how I know.
Try different noises and filters. I use white noise under a pillow to mute out high frequencies.
In relaxio app (android) I use a car+wind+fan combination under the pillow.
Find your mask.
Go to doctor, try to find the source. Try the different meds available
Like the other person said, try wearing ear plugs.
Another option is a white noise generator. I use this by Relaxio (free app, can purchase to remove ads). Was staying at a friend's house one time. My room was on the first floor by the sala and kitchen. She asked the next day kung nagising daw ako because her mother-in-law got up early and is really loud. I had my app running and didn't hear a thing.
I hope that helps and that maybe someday soon you can find a place that gives you peace.
Relaxio is a solid choice too, and there's more than just rain and white noise. There trains, a coffee shop, and some other stuff.
I use this app and I used to have this problem with it. At first I thought it must be the power saving policies. Disabled all of it for this app but it didn't fix it. I found the solution: I have to disable Dolby Atmos. When I do, the app runs flawlessly. It's weird because it's the only audio-related app that I use that doesn't like Dolby Atmos for some reason. I don't mind it since Dolby is one of my quick toggles :)
So yeah try disabling Dolby when you use your music app to see if that fixes your problem!
I have used White Noise Generator, used to be called Relaxio. Looks like they added IAPs, but a lot of the functions are still free:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio
We use it with a bluetooth speaker when we stay in a hotel room since there is always so much random noise in hotels.
Y'all are making me lose my mind. Why are you using podcasts and streaming platforms for this kind of stuff? Of course you're going to be interrupted by ads and voiceovers.
I use this app (Relaxio in case the link doesn't work) on my Android. You can customize your mix of like twenty different sounds. Mine is Wind+Airplane+Rain.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio
Look up white noise generator on the app store!
(Google play link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio)
You can combine different ambient noises and set timers, etc. Perfect for sleep too!!!
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio&hl=en_US&gl=US
I've used this one in the past, as it allows you to mix sounds at varying noise levels. A mix of rain with a little bit of fan is my go-to. Only time I use it is when my power is out and I can't run my actual fan.
I use this free white noise/nature sound application and play it through my wireless speaker. It does the job. Honestly, the white noise doesn't much for sleep help, neither does the melatonin. 🤷♂️
I use this one. It allows you to create your own by adjusting levels of various sounds as well as just using presets.
I use this app for various white and natural noises through the wireless speaker. If only I can get rid of that annoying whistling sound from the speaker... 🙄
Yeah there's a great app for Android that I've used in the past (might be on iOS as well, not sure):
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio
You can choose which sounds you want like rain on a window, rain on leaves, wind, thunder, fireplace etc. And choose the volume level for each one so it matches your preference.

vacuuming at 1am is a bit unreasonable. i feel like you could mention this to them.
Dunno if it does tv chatter, but this is one, that may help: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio You can also such on keywords like white noise background noise, etc. That's all I can help you with, but I hope it helps.
I used rainymood.com for about 12 years, but I just switched to this app that lets you fully customize and mix everything.
Why just fire? There are various kinds.
Check this one:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio&hl=en
It doesn't have animation, but it have various sounds...
There is "Relaxio" app which I have, which can play some nice sounds:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio&hl=en
It has a timeout too, so that it won't play for the entire night.
Not a podcast at all (sorry) but have you tried something like a meditation app Aware is what I have used when I had real trouble relaxing and getting to sleep so I started doing their 20 min relaxation sessions.
Also the other thing I do is listen to white noise using Relaxio, this is now my usual go to for sleeping.
I would offer podcasts if i knew any, but none of the ones i do listen to will help. Hopefully one of these apps will help you though.
This sounds similar to White Noise Generator. It has multiple sliders as well for things like cars, fans, storms, wind, nature, etc. You can combine and adjust each to create your own little white noise cocktail.
I'd suggest Relaxio-white noise generator: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio&hl=en_GB
No adverts and minimal battery use. Has other sounds as well.
Just a bit of fucking discipline, mate. Get into the routine tonight and stick to it until exams are over.
I go to bed at 9:30 and wake up at 5:30 for the gym and early start revision. Little things can make getting to sleep much easier.
Exercise is one. As I said I get up early for the gym so the exercise exhausts you for sleep later on.
1 and a half hours before you go to sleep, get into bed ready to sleep. Do some light shit. Read a book or even just dick about on your phone. BUT if you're gonna use your phone...
... use a blue light filter for the hour you're in bed. Then for the remainder half hour / 20 minutes, just don't use your phone at all.
Sleep with no/very little clothing and sleep cold i.e. keep your window open or stick a fan on all night. This makes a sleep environment a lot more comfortable.
Don't use your bed apart from sleeping. This way your mind associates your bed with ONLY sleeping and knows what to do once you in it. Work on your desk. Watch TV on your sofa. Play on your phone on a chair. Do nothing in the bed but sleep, and maybe sex, but probably not this is Reddit.
If your mind wanders a lot whilst trying to get to sleep. Stick on some background noise; maybe just generic background noise or search ASMR videos on YouTube.
If your mind still wanders however, stop thinking about the fact it is. Focus on your breathing or heartbeat. Count backwards from 100. Something to focus on but not lose yourself in. DO NOT open your eyes or pick up your phone or anything like that. Just push through it and sleep.
Finally and most importantly, routine. I close my eyes at 9:20 and I'm asleep by 9:30. My alarm goes off at 5:30. It's the same ~~every~~ most days. Your body will start finding way easier to wake up. For example, this morning was rest day for the gym so decided to sleep in until 7 o'clock, but I still naturally rose at 5:30 and had to force myself to lie in. My body knows when to and how to wake up early because it's used to it.
I'm sure there's more stuff I'm forgetting but that should get you going. Just give it a go and don't fuck around is the key. You have 2 weeks left of exams just get through it. I'll edit if I recall anything else.
edit: btw this is all sourced from personal experience, a book I read 3 pages of, and a Joe Rogan podcast I listened to once.
There are free whitenoise generators online or as phone apps.
In a busy office I personally found brown noise (as opposed to white/pink etc) best at blocking human voices without being distracting of itself
https://mynoise.net/NoiseMachines/whiteNoiseGenerator.php?l=50464238343027242118
but on that site you can play with presets and try different frequency mixes etc
I also found free apps like this
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio&hl=en_GB&gl=US
handy as you can make mixes of wind, rain, surf, cracking fire, etc
there's this app that helps with my anxiety- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio
it's pretty soothing and helps me sleep! I hope it helps
Relaxio is what you're after! It's awesome!
Android:
This is your friend, friend. Run it on your phone.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio
Looks like a White Noise knock off with worse rating, fewer votes, and fewer installs.
I have android
Just play the sound of a fan. There's a lot of apps.
Try this
I use an app called Relaxio:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio

If using Android..
~~~~Try this~~~~
I use this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio
More for the brown noise, forest and waves sound though.
> White Noise Generator
I use relaxio. It's a white noise generator with a fair bit of customization. It has a sleep timer too. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio
White Noise generator is better replacement to Noisli, it's lightweight (12mb) too.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio
Need I say more? It's my go to for zen and/or sleep.
Monument Valley 2 and Alto's Adventure were calm and chill as well
I like using Relaxio's White Noise Generator, casting or Bluetoothing to my GH.
This is the app that I use: White Noise Generator
If you have an old phone laying around, run something like this on it. Jesus does it ever put the kids to sleep.
Coba pasang kamera selama lu tidur, mungkin tidur lu ga nyenyak jadi kualitas tidur lu jelek biarpun 8 jam. Try listen to white noise (I use this one). If it doesn't work go see a doctor la.
Relaxio app, ftw https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.relaxio.relaxio
