No you don't. Just gotta utilize your space more efficiently.
1) Invest in a 2nd monitor and mount it to that wall. You can put your webcam above this monitor as well.
2) Mount the speakers to the wall on either side of said monitor. This removes them from the desk instantly giving you back some desk real estate.
3) Get a stand or laptop cooling pad that raises you laptop. I use both a cooler and a stand so my laptop is elevated and cool.
4) Grab a wireless keyboard and a mouse pad or large desk mat.
5) Game on.
i think this gave me retinoblastoma...
you need to buy a couple of these
My home office corner desk work/play setup. Recently swapped out two 34" ultrawides for a single 43" 4K display and haven't looked back. I work from home in Boston as a software engineer and devops guy. Details:

I'm using a Varmilo VA68M Mechanical Keyboard with a silver case and custom keycaps.
My monitor is the LG 34-Inch 21:9 Curved UltraWide.
I'm mounting my monitor with this Gas–Spring Mount from Amazon.
I'm using the 2016 15'' Macbook Pro.
My trackpad is the Apple Magic Trackpad 2.
The External Hard Drives are G-Drives, which collectively have a total of 38TB.
You probably need one of these
I got it from Amazon! It works really well, I'm surprised!

Thanks,!
For the left monitor I purchased this Gibbon Mounts monitor arm on Amazon $49.99.
It came with a vesa compatible tray which I used on a North Bayou $29.99 Ebay monitor arm for the laptop.
And the right needed a post setup (arms work badly against walls) $39.99 Insignia Monitor Arm from Best Buy
Total $119.97
The research for which tray and which arm to use against a wall took the longest.
Its only custom in the sense that i designed stickers to indicate the shortcuts. Its an old macro half-keyboard that came with a drawing tablet i bought about 5 years ago for an extra $45. Not sure who makes it. Goes by many names. Its being held up by an old wiiU game pad stand lol.
Just recently found the software for it, so I created stickers in illustrator set the macros for shortcuts in my adobe programs. The software is no iCUE, but it gets the job done fairly well.
You can find this model on ebay for around $60 nowadays. Here it is rebranded on amazon if you want a closer look. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076LRJ528/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_mJCuEb4GBFKRZ
The monitors are Edifier r980t. For being on the cheaper side of studio monitors they sound fine with some EQ tweaking.
Looks like it's this one:

They are almost fully adjustable yes. One section only rotates 220°. Link here:
This is the one I have and I love it. Main monitor front & center, laptop on the side. Works great, I have post in here a few weeks back showcasing it.
WALI Single LCD Monitor Desk... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072QZ2XZ3?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I actually just got it from an old job, and it dosent have any branding but from a quick search it looks like it could be this one on amazon. It's OK but its hard to get the monitor as close to the wall as I'd like it.

unless you tilt the mic so the top of it is facing you while recording, that filter isn’t doing anything. the point is to talk through through the filter so it can literally filter out the “puh” sound that’s made when saying p’s. as of right now that thing is doing close to nothing
but maybe you do that already, i just assumed that the mic is set in the position that you use it.
edit : i forgot to say, usually the filter is positioned right in front of the mic inbetween the user and the mic. like the first picture in this Amazon listing

Thanks mate. At the moment this monitor is not being used by this laptop (Linux), but by another one (Windows), keyboard/mouse integration is done by Synergy Virtual KVM Pro edition (https://symless.com/synergy)
In the future I'll get a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2019 when it is out) which supports 3 monitors, and start using the windows laptop through RDP only and it is work related.
It's definitely a game changer. I also use my phone as a webcam with https://iriun.com/ and it makes for a good zoom experience. I'd get a Logitech brio, but not at the prices they're at now.

This one is expensive but it's been totally worth it for me. Tons of space to tuck laptops/headphones/books/etc undearneath & keep the rest of the desk clear.
actually, it has helped A LOT. I used to have it on the table and noticed the fans would kick on quite often. Once I put it on the stand, its been running quiet all day. Even though a portion of the fan is blocked, there is way more airflow, at least colder air between the entire bottom of the laptop and the surface. The stand only makes contact on the sides. see amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/Nulaxy-Ergonomic-Aluminum-Detachable-Compatible/dp/B08CR2RP5V/ref=sr\_1\_5?dchild=1&keywords=laptop%2Bstand&qid=1624323272&sr=8-5&th=1

Presumably that signal is going horizontally right, not vertically? So desk shouldn’t get in the way that much. It’s also already passing through walls.
I think double sided tape is ambitious though, I’d go with an under desk tray like this which you could screw in for more stability
Yes, everything in my setup is budget friendly haha is this one! :)
Of course it’s this one off Amazon: Hoidokly 2 in 1 Wireless Charger Stand Pad Qi 10W Dual Charging Station for Samsung Galaxy Watch/Buds Live, S20 Ultra/S10/9/8/Note 20/10/9, 7.5W for iPhone 11 Pro Max/SE 2/XR/XS/X/8 Plus Airpods Pro/2 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WT36M2F/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabc_y9wRFbCP09BK9?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Here's the official specs and an Amazon link for anyone else that checks this out.
The price seems really reasonable compared to everything else like the Poker 3 that everyone in the sub goes on about. You said the keycaps are cheap? They make a point out that they are laser engraved, but don't say what the material is...
oh wow the dimmer is a great idea! i never thought of that, i found this on amazon a while back, sadly no dimmer :-/

It's an Acer R240HY I found on Amazon. One of the few budget monitors I could find that had a 60Hz IPS panel, and it looks gorgeous.
I would add a laptop stand which hold your laptop next to your monitors? takes up less space and lines the laptop up with the other monitors! They are on amazon here! Besides that maybe some cable sleeves for wires as well! but seems nice!
Hi! I'd definitely recommend a mount, as it clears up a great deal of desk space. I'll post a link to the one I got off Amazon below. As far as mounting it, if you have the exact same desk then the mount/clampdown screws should line up perfectly with the metal frame under the desk on any of the corners. If you have any other questions or want more detailed pics just PM me.

A simple stand like this
You might have to do some searching for a truly vertical one.
If you have plenty extra to spend, the Roost ones are highly rated. Pricey though for a stand.
Thanks! The side monitors are using VIVO single monitor stands and the center monitor is on the HUANUO monitor arm.

I don't really know of any laptop mounts that can attach to an existing stand but if you have extra space on your desk you could get a simple laptop riser and set it next to your monitor. Here's an example: https://www.amazon.com/Ergonomic-Compatible-Notebook-Soundance-LS1/dp/B07D74DT3B

It’s a chonchow rgb keyboard. I want to recommend it but my m key only works if I press it very forcefully. But for a 25$ mech keyboard with blue switches it’s pretty solid. I highly recommend it. I got lucky and managed to get it used with only minor damage on the box from Amazon Warehouse for 200usd when it was selling for 300 new.
It's an Eagle Cap truck camper, the 1200. My ideal solution would be to build my own trailer, since literally everything built by the RV industry is crap (trim falling apart, creaky bullshit, etc). Google "Leaf House 2" for my favorite bit of inspiration.
My utility situation is almost ready for complete boondocking. Internet I have some large directional LTE antennas and a good cell router (Mofi), combined with a VPN service that does channel bonding (Speedify), which allows me to utilize the combined bandwidth of any nearby wifi networks I can get on.
For energy I'm in the middle of building my DIY solar + battery + inverter setup. My previous job was as a systems engineer for a power electronics company, so I'm eagerly designing my own system on the cheap!
No sorry actually, I literally thought that was the ONE thing that NO ONE would be interested in HAHA.

If you're asking about the laptop cooler, its an IETS GT300.
Just the Vivo Dual Monitor Arms I got from Amazon!
Oh i totally get you, this must be annoying to deal with, but have you tried something like this ? It could help you with your armrest problem somewhat. There are also 3d printer office chair risers online (I've seen them used for people who like sim racing to not move about).
It's a nice setup. Only issue is the desk isn't very big, so you have a lot of things fighting for desk real estate.
I read that someone suggested you get a monitor arm with a laptop tray and I suggest this as well. I use that same laptop cooler and I'm sure it'll fit on a tray like this one.
I use this one. Originally it was to help airflow for my computer but now I use it for myself. Very powerful. Behind the laptop can work but be sure to have cool airflow coming in. Winter will be your best friend lol.
Yeah, I ran out of money for the project. Lol. It’s definitely bare up there. I was thinking about doing one of those white geometric panel accent walls and bordering it with some hidden rgb lights down the road.
Here’s the desk , I removed the second lower shelf since it was pretty much useless since there’s like no clearance. Plus I needed the headroom for the laptop.
It’s an audio mixer. I can tweak my discord, games, internet, etc. volume controls on the fly without having to go into the volume mixer app.
Love the flag Also I believe this is a great mouse I have a friend that had one and loved it. Redragon hasn’t let me down yet.

It's one of those vertical laptop stands on Amazon. I just got the cheapest one I could.
There are a few options if you want to have both screens.
Joint monitor and laptop arms to raise them both off the desk.
Laptop riser next to the monitor to stand the laptop at an angle and rise the screen up so it’s more level with the screen.
Your other option is to keep the laptop lid closed and use either one of the vertical stands or just lay it on the desk. A docking station will make this better, especially if you are going to use the laptop as design intended (i.e portable)
That's the one but you need to find the double height version

The mount holding the top monitor is the Vivo Extra Tall 39" Dual Monitor Stand and the mount holding the bottom one is the Ergotron HX
I actually haven't seen very many setups with the smaller monitor at the bottom but would be curious to see how it plays out!
Its called a Neo Chair, it's OK for the cost. This isn't my main setup (I have a windows desktop PC I spend more time gaming on) so I got a cheaper chair. The other chair I use Is an autonomous.ai chair. This one in particular
Right here sir

Not sure if this would fit your needs. I switch between work and personal laptops and I have 5 screens. a 5 screen KVM is outrageously expensive, so I change the video input on the monitors between the 2 laptops (sometimes I mix and match) and have the 2-computer version of this for my keyboard, mount, webcam, and label printer.

Take the drawers out and slide them under the bed, maybe? You could also get a mount like this one:
With a laptop tray attachment like this one:
So both devices are off the desk, saving space.
Sure! I use Unsplash Wallpapers for my Mac, so it auto-magically downloads new wallpapers for me daily. Here's the one from the photo.
Perfect! Make sure you have a Hue Hub as well, if you don’t already have one. It connects to your router and will allow your bulbs to access your network.
This starter kit will probably be better for you. It includes two Hue light bars, in addition to the hub.
Thanks, bud! It is indeed a Hue Light Bar.
I have the rest of my home fitted with various Hue lights, and I wanted the same level of control and theme color options with this desk space, so that’s why I went with it. I think it works out pretty great. :)
I second the idea of mounting a power strip - that way all your power cables can be hidden except the power strip cable itself.
For hiding the cables, I had good luck buying some of these. You can stick them to the bottom of the desk and play around with how you want to coil cabling underneath.
Better late than never :) I actually found it while walking through Walmart one day. It's cheaper in the store but here's the link

Highly recommend anyone seeking Flat / Minimalist design wallpaper go to that site, TONS of choices.
Thanks. I like the way you think. Btw, I bought my stacked monitor mount through an Asian shopping site called Shopee and not Amazon because it would be too expensive to ship to where I live because of its weight and size. After moving overseas, I only shop on Amazon for smaller/lighter items.
But I did find one on Amazon which could be what you're looking for. Check this out:

Good stuff! Btw, check out this monitor stand. It can handle 2 27" monitors in a stacked configuration. I'm sure you have desk space for this. And it has a base plate (not a C- clamp).

I made sure to get one that is sort of open on the bottom so a very minimal amount of the vents are blocked. I’m using this one. If you scroll through the pictures, you can see that it is a very open design
Yup! I’m using this one
Thank you! Here they are. The adhesive has never really come unstuck and they can fit a good amount of cables so I guess I’d recommend them :)
Underneath the desk there’s an Anker 11 in 1 usb c dock. It’s a bit spendy but worth it. There’s a display port, hdmi, Ethernet and multiple usb type a and type c ports
Here is the laptop stand. I just got it recently and I love it. It’s about $35 so pretty speedy but it’s totally worth it to me.
And yes, a screen bar is definitely going to be one of my next purchases, thank you!
It’s actually the ones that came with the Anne Pro! Hahaha Here’s a reference
(Didn’t buy it from here though)
That's these guys. $18/ea and are fantastic! Clip to the monitor or you can screw them onto a stand. USB powered and with a little controller that I've attached to the back of the monitors.
They are cool because its a little magnet ball that attaches to the clip, so they are super easy to position.
No such issues with this one. It doesn't have a power button though so maybe that's it?
