In Trump's first 100 days of office congress will draft some form of anti LGBT legislation which curtails specific rights and Trump will sign it into law without protest. This is a pretty easy one.

I think the real absurdity here is the lengths you will go to to deny the clear anti-LGBT leanings either of the GOP at large or the administration that Trump is putting together. There is no such thing as checks and balances when you've got the congress and presidency in lock-step on how to approach these issues. Perhaps you should give the party platform they drafted together just before the RNC a read-through. They don't make any bones about the sort of literal torture they want to put LGBT people through.

Can you name a single figure around trump at this moment who would want to put the breaks on any anti-LGBT legislation because they just support gay rights so much? A single member of his cabinet? An adviser? Who is going to be that voice of moderation? I just don't see it.

Peterson is not your usual right wing conservative. He is charismatic, looks presentable, has that calm demeanor, and knows how to argue.

Because of this, he can easily get away with saying lots of dumb things that can be easily discredited. But because he knows the dirty tricks on winning arguments, he makes their opponents look stupid.

Besides, most of his opponents don't have enough time to do a detailed deconstruction of his shtick, so our guy now basically gets more credibility and growth with little barriers. Skeptics, people who study philosophy usually discredit him with a few litmus tests and move on.

This is not reading the fine print, checking that the host provider is not a power tripping moron that can remove your site for being "offensive" or "profane" is basic stuff. We are not talking about "we will remove you if our legal team decides your site is illegal under US law" or similar clauses, those are reasonable: DigitalOcean went out of their way to make it clear they are a "no fun allowed" zone, and Vordrak exploited it. I would suggest checking your new provider ToS carefully.
