Hi everyone! Since I'm rather bad at battling and can't decide who to use for this PGL Spooky Tournament, I'll let y'all pick. Here are all the eligible pokemon I like. The top 6 will wind up being my team, unless someone decides to makes a case for or against any them. I don't really care how well they work together. I just have more fun using pokemon I like.

Today has been pretty tedious playing pokemon but I'll finally have things to trade again soon.

• I SR'd for a while before finally getting a 31/31/31/3/30/31 Jolly Rayquaza

• I ran a full cycle around Kanto/Johto in 4th gen collecting apricorns to get bank balls... 6 times so far. This has been a lifesaver.

• RNG'd and caught a perfect shiny Raikou in a fast ball and a perfect shiny Zapdos in a love ball. Nothing wants to stay in a moon ball T_T

Some people don't find fun in wasting another two minutes to watch their last Pokemon faint. They find more fun in actually battling in close games, so forfeiting allows them to do just that.

This is comparable to chess, wasting another ten minutes in an unwinnable chess game. In fact, under 2% of chess matches actually end in checkmate..

You can use KeySAVe to do this by using a custom Handlebars template.

For instance the following template: {{speciesName}},{{natureName}},{{abilityName}} would generate rows like these:

Remoraid,Quiet,Moody Kecleon,Adamant,Protean Vanillite,Modest,Snow Cloak

You would just need to copy those lines to Google Sheets and select the option to Paste formatting > Split text to columns and have commas as the separator.

I do recommend Reddit Enhancement Suite, it offers a lot of built in preview tools for desktop reddit that helps with formatting (as well as other very useful customizations)

You should try asking for eggs on the gamefaqs pokemon trade forum. I see egglockers there almost every day and the community response is always pretty good. And don't be afraid to bump your topics; the front page there moves fast.

My favorite Ghost-type is Dhelmise. It ended up being my ace in Sun, and even when underleveled it was a ton of fun to have on the team. I love its design, as well-- one of the most abstract species alongside the UBs and implicitly ancient ones like Sigilyph.

Competitively, it compresses roles nicely, offering considerable physical attack with three STAB types, Rapid Spin, a signature trapping move, and spin-blocking support. The most viable sets are Brave-nature and fairly bulky, capitalizing on its staying power and pairing well with Trick Room setters if Pursuit and Shadow Sneak threats are out of the way. I personally had more fun running a mixed set on cart and in the Weakness Cup:

Dredge (Dhelmise) @Assault Vest Relaxed nature, 200HP / 252Atk / 56 SpAtk. *Giga Drain *Anchor Shot *Shadow Claw *Rapid Spin / Rock Slide / Earthquake

I don't recall if the EVs were for specific survival or just testing purposes. Regardless, it gets surprising mileage out of the recovery from Giga Drain. I'm hoping it gets access to Leech Seed eventually. Anyway, I really recommend training one if you haven't already! Here's another fan's rendering.

You may have heard that in competitive gameplay Special Attackers are better off with 0 Atk IVs (and 31 Atk IVs would be the worst), because this stat will only be used for Confusion Damage and Foul Play Damage (and a lower Attack Stat results in less Damage)

Yesterday I've posted that I'm SRing for a HP Ground Modest Xurkitree.

After catching 21 Xurkitrees I got this spread:

I can "easily" Hypertrain the Sp.Atk and Sp.Def, but what's bothering me is that Attack Stat. I haven't saved yet and am still debating :)

I decided to look into the extra damage, the actual difference it would make and thought I'd share the results:

(I used Pokemon Showdown's Damage Calculator)

Xurkitree at Level 50 has 158 HP

It seems that the high Attack Stat makes the biggest difference when facing STAB Foul Play users like Mandibuzz, Sableye, Umbreon and sometimes Yveltal I guess.

Also I probably won't end up with a 0 Atk IV stat, more like 10-20 Atk IVs if I try again. So every Foul Play would make ~4-5 HP more damage. This can be crucial sometimes, I'm mainly worried about Mandibuzz, but A LOT more of the time it won't matter at all :P

He learns bestow at level 50 as exeggcute, but if you have someone else with switcheroo or trick, it basically lets you keep a wild pokemon from fainting and you can just keep knocking out the new one until it calls down a shiny. Similar to the munchlax/Drowzee ditto farming idea.

You can sort by game, game dex order and natural dex. You can even sort by generator within a game for example only show gen 1 pokemon in SWSH by game or natural dex order.

Other features: You can choose to show different version of pokemon like gigantamax, has cloud save (pro feature), track catch Pokemon, shows location of all Pokemon in all the different games, has a team builder showing break down like move coverage etc.

Only issue, it's not a website like you wanted and it's only for Android.

I have a 54 Timid Diancie and a 50 Adamant Diancie. I knew the Timid was a clone but I didn't know the Adamant one was cloned. I clone most of my events/legendaries/shiny O+2 for my roommates, or if I want to keep a copy after I trade, but I don't try to trade a clone unless I specify first (http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/2000458-pokemon-x-y-trading/69821653 I can link too).

Pokemon: Raichu!

Favorite Pokeball to catch in: In general? Probably loveball! Maybe level ball. I the latest gen, I'd say net ball. It's pretty swag.

Why I love it: Man, there's a lot to say here. When I was a kid, I looooved pokemon. I mean, I still do, but I wanted games, anime, cards, toys...but there's two things I think that really caught me on to raichu. First was the cartoon. The episode where Ash fought lieutenant surge. His raichu sounded so cool! I loved the way it looked, with it's awesome tail and curly ears.

The second thing that drew me to raichu was a specific card which I have always called and always will call "pizza raichu." It was holographic. I remember just sitting there, looking at it for minutes at a time. Dark orange raichu with that red and white background-almost made me hungry! Best(worst?) fail: I've lost a lot of pokemon games. I'm a forget full person, and I've had my DS stolen before. For me, the DS is a pokemon playing device, so it pretty much always has pokemon in it. Before I learned that pokemon could be bred and how to do it properly or that there were resources on the internet, I put in a lot of work trying to make a good raichu. I was very happy and named it lieutenant, after lieutenant surge. Weeeeell, he's gone now. So is Thor.
