OP uses DU recorder it allows you to record gameplay i used it too before i got the S8. I dont know if the app is on the app store if youre on ios
I use DU Recorder on my phone (non-rooted phone, Xperia Z5 compact) and it works fine. I thought it would make my phone lag but it doesn't. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duapps.recorder&hl=fr
Pro tip: DU Screen Recorder. It's free.
I hate seeing people record their phone with another phone when there are better ways of accomplishing what they want to do
DU Screen Recorder is the best in my opinion, because it supports recording directly to the SD card, which is a big help if you don't have a lot of storage space on the internal storage.

However if you can get your hands on one, I'd recommend getting a Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+/Note8 because they have a built game recorder as part of the Game Tools app and it records internal audio, unlike every other screen recorder.
It is very limited. The only good feature is that it can record system sounds without the mic. Be careful it fails to save recording if it's longer than a few minutes.
A better option is DU Recorder
I use DU recorder, also allows conversion of video to gif.

Just remember to turn of watermark in settings (which countless people on this sub Reddit don't do).
Also opt out of the 'User Experience Program' in settings too.
Download Link: DU Recorder
It's free. You get watermark, but you can turn it off in the settings. It also comes with a basic video editor inside the app.
Now, if you want to record to the internal audio on Android, which is not possible by default on Android, you'll have to use earphones with a microphone and a button. After plugging in your earphones, use a clip or thread to keep the button on your earphones pressed. It'll trigger Google Assistant which you can close and now you can record internal audio in pretty much any app on your phone.
P.S.: You won't be able to use the in-game voice chat.
DU Recorder is a good option if your phone doesn't have it inbuilt, it just has a watermark, free and reasonable quality sample: https://youtu.be/gb5N1WtXJWM

Is this what you need?

sorry, just read the comments, don't think internal is possible.
Try DU Recorder to do a screen recording. It also has tool to clip the ends of from when your starting the recorder and looking for the stop button. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duapps.recorder
This one might be overkill, it's a screen recorder that lets you make gifs. Not sure if it lets you simply select an area beforehand
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duapps.recorder
I just downloaded the app. If it wasn't for the marketing watermark on your video, I'd never have known about it. It works like a charm on Android. I might actually use it to record a Deck Discourse for fun. For a free app, it does quite a bit, and it will even let me remove the default marketing watermark and add my own.
Here is a screen recorder app from the play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duapps.recorder&hl=en and another one here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hecorat.screenrecorder.free&hl=en
Nice setup, though it's hard to piece the screenshots together and view the whole city. At the risk of overkill, might I again suggest short video of you navigating the city. Makes for better storytelling too believe me!
Plenty of apps do screen recording, this one's on android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duapps.recorder
I actually used the Game Launcher app pop-up thingy that comes with Samsung (S7?) devices by defaut. It conveniently has a recording feature that makes my life enormously easier.
I've seen other on r/MemoryDefrag use DU Recorder, which also has pretty good quality from what I've seen
Just a quick follow-up:
Today I replaced my cheap generic bluetooth dongle with the OBDLink LX (Amazon).
It works very much better: Much bigger bluetooth range, more readable sensors and the gauges refresh about 10 times per second, not every second. Really worth the extra buck.
Also I forgot to mention the app that I use to record the Torque app which is DU Screen Recorder.
I used this app for Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duapps.recorder
Not sure if it is the best option though
DU screen recorder is pretty good.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duapps.recorder
The problem with all screen recorders under Android is that they record audio through the microphone, rather than internally, so the audio is fairly poor quality and all ambient sounds are included.
I was able to get DU Recorder sideloaded and working but that's just a temporary fix. The built in Experience streaming was way easier.
do you play on mobile or PC (bluestacks or nox or another emulator)?
for android something like this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duapps.recorder
for PC emulator: https://obsproject.com/download
Try DU Recorder
At the end of each league match, you're given a Duel ID, which can be used to view games/share with others from the 'Search' Option in Featured Duel (TV, bottom right)
If you're interested in screen recording, it depends on the OS (Operating System) of your phone.
Apple's iOS: As of iOS11, now has inbuilt screen recording from settings. See here for more information
Samsung's Android: As of Android Nougat Update, Samsung phone can record game via the Game Launcher
Other Android Devices: Can use third party screen recorder such as DU Recorder from the Play Store
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duapps.recorder
If you keep the whole screen, there is a little watermark on the bottom right corner. But if you crop it, it doesn't put a new one on!
The best way to take and share views of any city, is capture a quick video of navigating it.
I used this app on android. Quick and easy.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duapps.recorder
Thanks! This screen recording app is pretty good. It let's you upload to YouTube. Then you can link to YouTube here.
We're having trouble seeing what's happening, the vid will help a lot.
This one is my favorite because it allows you to record at 1080p 60FPS at 12Mbps and store those videos on the SD card as opposed to the more limited internal storage.
DU Screen Recorder: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duapps.recorder
Hiya! Welcome ^^
If your phone is an Android, there's DU Recorder, which is what I'm using. There are a few others you should be able to find just browsing through the marketplace, so whatever you think works should be fine.
You'll also find that starting floor 51, you're no longer allowed to use Phoenix Downs, which is why you might have been led to believe you have none left - the game won't let you use them! So the challenge really starts ramping up. Good luck, and welcome to the subreddit! ^^
u should use Mobizen dude i switched from AZ which i see u are using or were at the time... but i seen this other screen recording i might switch too..

(Sorry for the late reply again…) You can use any screen recorder from the Play Store, like DU Recorder or AZ Screen Recorder (the two most popular ones). There is also Mobizen for SAMSUNG (I use Mobizen for LG) which can record internal audio, but the audio will be silent for you. Most screen recorders cannot record internal audio because of an Android policy, but they can only record audio from the external mic though. However, there are some Android devices that can natively record internal audio without muting the sound, like newer Samsung phones or the NVIDIA Shield.
As a sidenote, when choosing your recording quality, the auto function should be fine. But I think recording at 720p @ 30 FPS with a 8 Mb/s bitrate offers an optimal balance between quality and performance. This will take up a lot of storage though (About 2 GB for a 30 minute match), so a micro SD card may be handy.
Are you really this dumb, Vic or just an n-person (lazier than a pile of shit)?
I personally use DU Recorder for this purpose
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duapps.recorder&hl=en
I installed DU Recorder, should I be concerned?
here's the link
DU Recorder

I know this isn't really a solution, I used to be able to do that on my Xperia really easily. To record your screen I highly recommend du recorder.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duapps.recorder
It's free apart from the annoying ad after you finish recording but comes with loads of video editing tools.
good. If you save replays you can also replay them on your phone and record it. I use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duapps.recorder&hl=en
