I personally enjoy Radio Garden. They have a App and a Website. It is free and allows you to listen to radio streams from around the world. You can pay to remove on screen ads on the app but the functionality is still the same regardless. The webpage is lacking some quality of life features from the app such as favorite stations etc but you can't go wrong either way.

The Radio Garden app lets you tune in to local stations all around the world. I've been using it for a while. It's great if you don't mind the occasional song in English, plus you'll get to hear some local DJs speaking in different accents.

El Hilo is produced by the same studio, but is more focused on Latin American politics and current events.
For people who learned other languages,most radio stations these days stream their content online got free. Radio Garden is a free app that lets you stream from radio stations all around the world. Look for a talk or news station in your mission language and enjoy.
