Don't really know about the disappearance, but 1.5 hours seems about right since he's taking public transport.
There is no special timezone for Kowloon city haha
>When should he actually get up and run for the bus?
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nwfb&hl=en ^ You can use that app to check real-time bus arrival times It's not too accurate so he should arrive a bit earlier to the bus stop
I had the same problem with a new phone a few weeks ago. Arrivo seems to have disappeared from the Play Store search results, but it can still be installed if you have the link.
Yeah it's flash doesn't work on iPhone. Just discovered that myself. I did find there is a mobile app "MoDOT Traveler Information". https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/modot-traveler-information/id568051012?mt=8 Or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=gov.mo.dot.timm&hl=en
You have to pay at motorcycle bays, same as in whole Westminister. Its 1£ a day, 3£ weekly, 12 monthly, 100 annually. And park ONLY in designed motorcycle bays. You are not allowed in car bays.
There is quite few bays around Victoria , depend;ng on a time you will most likelly find space , if not look around and you will be in 10 m;nutes walking distance from one.
Use this app for payment.

Use this site to find where are the motorcycle bays.
My biggest gripe is that the Delta app doesn't have an "Add to Google Wallet/Pay" feature yet. United, Southwest, Alaska, even f-ing Avelo have it.
Really wish they would add it, as I sometimes get notifications about delays through Google Wallet faster, but I doubt it would happen. I get the sense they don't care about the Android app, and the reviews of it show.
It would also be nice to just be able to do stuff online or on the app instead of having to call. Especially when Schedule Shift Saturday hits, we should be able to modify our flights online if the new times don't work for us. Been able to do that with Southwest and American, but the "Change Flight" feature online/on the app is no longer an option when schedules change with DL.
Heck, would also be great to just apply RUCs/GUCs online instead of having to call when space is available.
Like flying them, but Delta may be one of the worst large US airlines when it comes to tech. Probably why their app is the worst rated among the 4 largest US airlines too.
Here are the links for the delta app: iPhone: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/fly-delta/id388491656 Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.delta.mobile.android&hl=en_US Hope this helps!!!

Just like 99% of other airlines, you can access a mobile boarding pass on their app.
You need to Google a bit before you start making so many nonsensical comments. You're shitting on Ryanair for not having something that they actually do have!!!
I use Google Translate with the camera feature for translating text (take a photo and use your finger to highlight, the instant translation is neat but somehow gets much worse results).
As a tourist though, if you need to communicate with a human, I would recommend VoiceTra. Unlike Translate, it specializes in Japanese and it's eerily good, at least when compared to the nonsense that Translate often spits out. It won't be perfect, but for hanging out as a tourist, it'll be fine.
Not entirely same user case, but spending alot of time in the wilderness I use a combination of two apps.
Locate Driver --> https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.micutu.locatedriver which sends coordinate sms reply at keyword.. txt keyword, get reply...simple and helpful.
Dradis -->https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.prototypezero.dradis which is a widget placed on homescreen. You start widget, set receiver number and schedule. Widget also holds "I'm OK" and "I'm not OK" shortcuts.. simple and helpful too.
I've also read Whatsapp and other social apps can report positions, obviously using data, not sms. Maybe the best solution in urban areas.
But you probably want something that works in the background, and your brother will not know its running and no email/sms traces in phone log? Sorry, thats way over my head.
Best of luck
Edit: word
Maybe Google Maps has the needed feature...
I track my father with Locate driver. Its for auto answer some info about user via keyword in sms. Maybe worth to check out. Its a different approach to it, but I'm happy.
Here is another App that seems not listed in Play Store in VR mode but worked with Daydream platform:
Gala360 for Daydream VR: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=team.apollo.gala360unity
I use Arrivo for Android. It's great for buses, especially if you don't know where you are. The train feature could use a little work - fine if you know what train you are catching but if you don't... not so much.
Arrivo Sydney claims to work with Android Wear. Haven't tried it though (Android Wear, I mean - I use the app itself all the time).
