Yeah. IMO, buy any green bomber jacket off Amazon and apply these patches. (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XDLBGGT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_N0aaCb4VQB1CA)
Would look way better and probably be better quality.
StarCry is an incredible Stargate mod for Crysis. It was updated not too long ago, so it's pretty much bug-free, and it has several hours of gameplay set in the Stargate universe

( Stargate Universe ones to follow )
A new novel just came out in December: http://www.stargatenovels.com/
A Stargate reboot/re-imagining/whatever movie that had been planned for a long time has been put back on hold.
On the fan side.. search this sub for 'podcast'. There's two fairly active ones :)
Okay. There's the Facebook group for the easiest/least effective move. https://www.facebook.com/#!/SaveSGU. That said, the group has jumped a few thousand members this week.
Next up, buy the DVDs. Not just SGU, but SGA and SG-1. Syfy isn't the only player here. The recently bankrupted MGM (under new management) is also a player, and can choose to at least release a DVD movie eventually, or shop the franchise out to another network. SYFY is a sinking ship.
On top of that, visiting the official website, watching vids on Hulu, etc. all go into the calculus as to whether a show is worth resurrecting or not. More important than anything, though, is to start showing the series to your friends. Firefly was a ratings flop when it was first released, partly due to similar issues of "timeslot of death," choices by its network. It was word of mouth that increased sales enough to give us Serenity.
On this matter, if you think I'm full of shit, you can go back and see me predicting SGU's failure would kill the SG-1 and SGA movies back when that would get you downvoted in this subreddit... So I'm asking for a bit of faith here.
Wow, my brain is broken. But I stand behind the other two quotes. Those sound like he doesn't think it got much better if not worse after the movie. "It somehow managed to drag on for ten long series and several spin-offs despite its mediocre origins." Maybe it's just me, but I overall get a vibe that he didn't think much of the movie, and thought even worse of the three shows.
EDIT: Also there's a few other reviews on Metacritic that are more favorable I've noticed.
There's a Sins of a Solar Empire total conversion mod called Stargate Invasion which has Tau'ri, Asuran, and Goa'uld ships currently playable.
It's been a year or so since I played around with it but I quite enjoyed having the Tau'ri forces under my command.
Theres 3 of these Travelers Tales short story books. And then like 50 full novels.
Had some time to use my Google-Fu and found this about the sulphur pile. Its a buisness that sells... wait for it sulphur call North Vancouver Sulphur Works (http://wikimapia.org/675425/North-Vancouver-Sulphur-Works )
Its for fertilizer and its shipped all over the world. Its a by product from these guys http://www.suncor.com/about-us/supply-and-trading/sulphur.
Thanks for all the good posts btw :)
You younglings with your modern day tech
Back when the show was airing, we had to make do with this little exe:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FfkgUxPdjcg
EDIT: here it is! http://www.gamefront.com/files/3842395/sgcsim_v5.0.1.msi
You can find the stargate here
I've ordered from him before and he ships fast and the item was awesome (I got the fridge magnet). I highly recommend and since phaily is usually shy about posting a link to his shop I will :)
10 seasons * $9.99 = $99.90 (maybe there's a discount if you get multiple)
All 10 seasons + Continuum + Ark of Truth = $94.03 (+ shipping; free if you have Prime) [https://www.amazon.com/Stargate-SG-1-Complete-Continuum-Bundle/dp/B01578RC3C/]
Not only do you additionally get the two movies, but you also get all of the bonus content (Director's commentaries, etc.), on physical media that you can always rip (takes a few afternoons) if you want digital access, and can then view it whenever you like regardless of Amazon's then-current business practices.
The Amazon Video offer now is better than it was, but I'm hesitant to say it's a good offer.
continuing on from my original post here, the most upvoted alexa skill was to be able to say:
alexa, unscheduled offworld activation!
So, i made it and it's now live in the US and UK. Link to skill is here
Let me know if you have any other ideas for skills or any updates to this one.
thanks again!
edit: the command to use it is actually:
alexa, start unscheduled offworld activation
amazon state you must start with 'start/open'
Edit2: Updated the sound so now it does the kaawooosh sound too!
https://www.amazon.com/Stargate-Atlantis-Complete-Joe-Flanigan/dp/B004WJT5H4/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1478219072&sr=8-6&keywords=stargate+atlantis It's also on sale in American Amazon too. EDIT: DON'T BUY THIS, JUST DID THE CONVERSION AND THE CANADIAN VERSION IS WAY CHEAPER.
Along those lines I see Teal'c being better as a guest voice on Waze.
For anyone who's never heard of it, it's a "commuter's" GPS nav app for lack of a better description. It's meant to tell you when to leave early because of traffic, warn you of cars on the shoulder, speed traps, icy roads, find the fastest routes around crashes, stuff like that. Media outfits partner with them to promote their movies or whatever by having characters be the voice announcing these impediments. A recent one celebrated the 50^th anniversary of Sesame Street by having Cookie Monster announce warnings. "Police reported aheaa*aaa*d! ...do you see them? Do you think they want cookie?"
Along those lines:
Rainmeter is a little program that can turn your desktop into a more interactive background+widgets sort of thing, all with highly customized designs created by a large community.
Think of it as the desktop widgets you might have had in Windows Vista/Windows 7 or even ActiveDesktop in Windows 98/Windows XP. ( They still exist for Windows 8/10 but you have to dig around and download bits, at which point rainmeter is much more powerful anyway. )
So in this case, /u/aibaron has created a full desktop theme that matches a puddlejumper HUD, and included things like your CPU's temperature and load, network statistics, top few programs in terms of CPU and RAM use, a clock with the date and the bars moving in the bottom are a sort of spectrum analyzer which reacts to sound being played on your computer.
I rarely see my desktop, so after trying a few for a while, I uninstalled it again - but if you often have your desktop showing or at least part of it visible on screen, or want to set it up as a screensaver (I think there's a way to do that), check it out.
Different than the already available blu-ray release?

For research purposes, here's the link to it.

If you take a look at the comments on the Kickstarter page, it's pretty clear this guy had good intentions but simply doesn't know how this kind of thing works.
The [cliffhanger](/sgu) ending kinda fits the overall story. And there's always the hope that someday, somehow, there'll be more SGU or other Stargate.
Meanwihile there's the comic continuation, and plenty of fanfics, mine included.
They finally released the whole series on DVD a couple of years ago! It's cheap too.
I agree with you, I loved the show and was sad to see it cancelled, but RDA was really great in Stargate and I don't think the Stargate would have been nearly as good without him.
I JUST did! It's a bitch to try and find on Google unless you remember what it was called exactly, and I had forgotten. But I did finally google the right key words.
Let me know what you think of it.
From the FAQ @ http://www.ftlgame.com/?page_id=192
When is it coming out?
We will release in September 2012.
What platforms will you release on?
We hope to release on Windows, Linux, and MacOS. Mobile devices are currently out of our scope, but could be an option in the future.
How will you distribute the game?
FTL will be available on Steam and for sale on our own website. We’re still in talks with other potential distributors.
Yep! Watched all 10 season of Stargate SG-1 and all 5 of Atlantis on Netflix the past few months. Stargate SG-1 is in canada, Stargate Atlantis is in the UK, and the original movie and the SG-1 movies are both on American Netflix I believe. If anyone wants to watch them I use a DNS service called unlocator it's free until the beta is over and it allows you to change your netflix location to anything you want it's really nice!
There’s the comic and other than that, not really. As far as I know that’s the only continuation—maybe there are more paperbacks?
oh, and get one of these, the barrel wrench flats are too narrow for normal wrenches to hold.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0791XJ8WC/
FN has a Loctite fetish, so you'll need to hold the barrel shroud in a vise while you put your entire weight on the wrench.
iirc, the barrel shroud is left-hand threaded, so Righty Loosey 😉
Strongly depends on the book. Some feel like they fell right out of the show, some are good but feel a little 'off', some are dull; pretty typical mix. The vast majority take place during the show, though the Atlantis Legacy series acts as a sort of season 6/7 for Atlantis.
I'd recommend starting off with the Traveler's Tales: they're anthologies of short stories spanning both SG-1 and Atlantis, with a wide variety of authors and styles. For the price of one book, you can get a real good sampling of what's out there. https://www.amazon.com/STARGATE-EXTRA-SGX-03/dp/B075TYXW5L
There are audio books, but they're out of print and only available on CD, so some of them are pretty expensive. If you're lucky, you can occasionally snag a used copy for $10-20. They get an actual actor back from the show, though, so they're fun. I've only listened to one--Gift of the Gods--with Michael Shanks doing all the voices. I can't say it knocked my socks off, but it really did feel like getting an extra episode.
Whatever you do, don't get the original box with the plastic gate on the front.
They were notoriously bad about scratching the DVDs. Back when they were for sale new, I returned so many copies trying to get a working set that Amazon wouldn't allow it anymore and so I still have a partially scratched set.
I can't see them investing the money for it unless the stargate command thing brings in enough revenue and interest. Time will tell if they put more effort into it. A few years ago I figured a blu ray release was not going to happen any time soon so i bought the collection off amazon. I dug up the Link it includes all of sg1 + the movies. Ark of truth and continuum do have a blu ray Combo Pack for about $10 but i think the collection is cheaper by at least $10-$20 if you parted it out.
While Best-Lock does have a Daedalus model, this isn't it. https://www.amazon.ca/Best-lock-01114s-Stargate-Atlantis-Best-Lock/dp/B008A21CGG
Looks like this was a fan assembly from a decade ago. https://www.flickr.com/photos/31194766@N08/4210986074/
It's still on Netflix UK, so if you use a VPN like VyprVPN you can still get access. Personally I use the Android app TouchVPN, since I prefer not paying, and it is the only free VPN that works for UK on my phone.
There's a video here - the alarm is pretty quiet, surrounded by the score and background noise, etc. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mn3JCHbmHhs
A clear bit is around 3:29.
mp3 for single generated tone here (headphone users forewarned): http://www.filedropper.com/prometheusalarm_1
As filedropper doesn't retain files for very long: Square waveform at around 490Hz, 1.6s on, 0.8s off, seems reasonable. YMMV. I faded the ends of the tone a bit to go easier on speakers.
And that's why you might be called a "shipper.". The fact is the show was about their Stargate adventures, not so much soap opera. Though I did wonder once what an "All My Stargates" on ABC daytime might look like.
If you read the fan-fic that which has loads of " 'shipping" you will see why it would invariably make for a poor plot arc for the show.
Sure there are acctualy a lot of SG and SGA books out there you can get at amazon or barnes and noble for your e reader or in paperback. Personally my favorite SGA book is Death Game which isn't part of the legacy series. http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/stargate-atlantis-16-jo-graham/1102502448?ean=2940012646033
http://www.stargatenovels.com/books.shtml
And thx on the name it really comes from the rounie kenshin and rounin warriors anime i liked as a kid so i just squished together two series i liked and came up with it.
I read a great fan fiction that gave them a very nice story that continued their existence despite appearing to blow themselves up.
here you go.
You should give Blender a try. They have increased the ability of the grease pencil (in version 2.8 beta) where you can make 2D drawings into 3D ...things. I just...suck at drawing.
Looks really cool! Reminds me of webcomics or concept art!
My experience was using US connection via ExpressVPN (Seattle connection I think?) to Netflix.
Whole run is available! Which is great, since I was always too busy to see the original run of SG1 and SGA when it was on FTA TV in the 90s/00s!
Smooth video, and this was to AUSTRALIA, where we have TERRIBLE net! lol
Happy hunting and good fortune!
(Technically not on the seven seas with a paid Netflix account too! LOL)
Oh and if you can, grab a year at a time. Makes for cheaper VPN!
Hey, in my mind there is nothing wrong with fan-fiction so forget those naysayers. Besides, with everything that happened with the franchise this is as good as we're going to get in my mind. I'm reading another now that included SGU. The writing is okay at best, but the plot of it all is just as ambitious as this one. Here's the link.

It's just a scene to the Plane9 visualizer so you need to do the following.
I added most of these to a pandora list.
http://www.pandora.com/?sc=sh278838987977721424
I couldn't get Gravity or Vissi d’arte, but the rest are there.
I really like the tracks they selected for the show. I really love the show. Thanks for posting this link! I'd been looking to find these songs. I'm re-watching the whole thing so I can start watching the second half of season 2. (It's been keeping me away from this subreddit so I don't hit spoilers.)
Download hola(http://hola.org/) and then go on Netflix. Use hola to set your location to Britain and you'll have both SG-1 and SG-A, if that doesn't work Canada also has SG-1 just no SG-A.
Edit: Just noticed someone already said this
Is it hot where you live right now?
https://www.amazon.com/SplashEZ-Sprinkler-Splash-Wading-Learning/dp/B07MNMT3M7
Tell him no one else has a working Stargate to connect to. That's why it doesn't work as a Stargate. And since it doesn't yet work as a Stargate, we might as well use it as a kiddie pool. LOL
Amazon. It's this one. It's definitely my favorite show of all time, for sure.
Looks like you can get them here: https://www.amazon.com/Quantum-Mechanix-Stargate-SG-1-Coaster/dp/B001W3SWG8 Quite pricey at $249.95 for a set of four.
Oh damn, i got it from amazon, not ebay!
Here's the link https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00D9QZ53E/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The picture on amazon is wrong, the one i got has 9 chevrons!
This is the MacBook cover and the Stargate decal, both from Amazon but sold separately. The company that cuts the decals will make in almost any color you want which is a great touch.
Your comment just made me realize I have the whole bluray series that I opened once but never used because of Hulu and Amazon. I should probably sell it to someone who would actually use it.
As was mentioned, it is on UK netflix. You can use Hola better internet chrome extension to use a UK proxy or zenmate extension. I prefer Zenmate as Hola seemed to have a lot of connection issues. Zenmate does as well, and it kinda sucks because you cannot limit it to only a single tab. I bought VPN service from hidemyass, but then my entire connection would have to be UK based while I am watching, which is not what I want.
On that note, if anybody has any tab based solutions for me using HideMyAss vpns, let me know please.
Solution I've found would be to use a VPN and connect to regions outside the US. As I'm writing this I'm connected to the canadian netflix watching SG-1. There is also an addon for chrome that will do this for you (Hola) I think, but only limited to the computer. The VPN I used can be put on the ipad also.
Basically it's like 4 bucks a month (Private Internet Access). Other regions of Netflix also have a lot better selection of movies.
I actually remember when there was a serious possibility of Unleashed coming to consoles.
~~I do wish the SGC demo app was still available though. It was fun to walk around in.~~ Apparently the app still is available. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.arkalisinteractive.sgapp&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5hcmthbGlzaW50ZXJhY3RpdmUuc2dhcHAiXQ..
What really annoys the hell out of me on top of that is the fact Amazon literally makes using a VPN or proxy server to access geo-region locked content impossible to work. The only work around I found to make it work is using an "obfuscated server VPN." The only VPN provider I am aware of that supports obfuscated servers is NordVPN. For more information, an obfuscated VPN server is a VPN server that is designed to make your internet traffic coming through the VPN server appear to every website or service you are viewing as if your IP is not spoofed. That's how it prevents Amazon from blocking you from accessing region locked content. I hope this may be useful to anyone who comes upon my comment to this post.
It seems that you have to buy the "complete series" which is both seasons 1 and 2, but it's still BluRay.
Magnet. The iPad functions as our security camera display 90% of the time and the rest is me watching movies while cooking. I don’t always leave it plugged in which makes it seem more magic. Magnetic Phone Car Mount WixGear... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M0DUVZV?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Sadly Netflix has been cracking down on VPN users which means that if you use a VPN Netflix will hide all of the non-Netflix exclusive content from the app. Unless of course ExpressVPN has found a way around this that I'm unaware of?
There are two "Stargate Universe" listings. One is the same "video unavailable" broken one that's been there forever. The one that works is currently further down in search.
Laptops would not just be for specialty missions (like in Avenger 2.0) but would be standard issue with common adapters to plug it into Goa'uld or Ancient technology.
The book Stepping Through the Stargate brings up the excellent idea that sniper rifles would be a must for any SG unit expected to go against Jaffa or Goa'uld. Our soldiers could eliminate targets well outside of the range of either staff weapons or zats.
I highly recommend either the Ender 3 v2, for large (ish) models like Atlantis, or the Mars 3, for small, extremely high detail models.
I have one Ender and two Mars 3’s; they’re all great!
Also: if you’d buy a 3D printer for this kind of thing, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the number of other things you’ll end up printing, too. It’s a very rewarding hobby :)
btw 24 is still free-with-ads from Amazon.
Main series only. — (The Redemption movie, and Live Another Day, and Legacy were free-with-ads on Tubi some time ago, but unfortunately not currently.)
You could try to branch a bit there are other media apart from TV Shows. What about
Books: Dune, The Foundation, Ender's Game, The mote in god's Eye and many many others.
Anime: Cow Boy Bebop, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Legend of the galactic Heroes, Voices of a Distant Star, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. More Here
There are also Manga Like 20th Century Boys, Akira and Pluto.
don't fall into the "Age Animation Gettho" These Anime/Manga i put here are for a more mature audience and have intricate plots

Now I just need a clean sample of the sound I used for the seventh chevron locking. The sample I used has a bunch of background static that I can't remove without making the rest sound weird.
While it's not everyone's cup of tea, the "season 6" novel series that was released made for some half-way satisfying wrap-ups for some of the loose threads.
It doesn't fix everything, and it added some elements that I thought were a little unnecessary (specifically a romantic relationship), but it's still a good read if you're looking for some closure to season 5.
Not an MMO, but are you familiar with StarCry? It's a single player mod for the original Crysis that's basically a full Stargate game. It's a bit twitchy, somewhat difficult, and not entirely based on Stargate since there are references to other sci-fi shows in there.
I'm not sure if it was for legal reasons for them to say it's not just a Stargate game, but it's pretty much a Stargate game with a few nods to other shows. You operate from Cheyenne Mountain, get all the SGC and Goa'uld weapons, travel via Stargates, fight Jaffa, etc.
In the spirit of a recent Kickstarter campaign, you can definitely make this work, but make sure you're not setting your goals too high. 1000+ players is something very few general Minecraft servers achieve, and if you're targeting this toward people who are interested in Stargate (or at least at people who can play nicely with others), you're probably going to end up with a few less than that.
An RPG server with Stargates is a really great idea, so you should take it and run with it. Add lots of features, and advertise those. I can't honestly say I've ever seen a server ad list the number of slots it has and had it pop out at me. Have you? Once it gets a thousand players (or a hundred), THEN you can advertise that it's so populated, but until then, you should focus on making it a great experience for anyone who joins at all.
I'll be happy to make a few YouTube videos about it once it's up and running. For advertising, once it's up you'll want to make a thread about it on the Minecraft forums. That either works or it doesn't, just tell your friends to tell their friends about it and hope it spreads. Again, a lot of popular servers have websites for more organized/more on-the-book discussion. I'd be happy to help set one up if you decide you want one.
That's all I've got, you'll have to tell us if there's anything aside from advertising that you could use. Have you thought hosting through? Even with separate worlds, you'll need a server powerful enough to manage all the players, and a quick internet connection too.
If we're getting crazy technical, the cup, after having traveled through the wormhole and exited the destination stargate, should have been destroyed upon coming into contact with the event horizon. This was an issue in SG-1, season 3, episode 13 "A Hundred Days" where a stargate was buried underground horizontally. Watch here around 23:45.
Also, a "Chevron 1 encoded" would have been cool.
Since you got downvoted, I'll just leave this here, a verbatim quote from Prime Video Terms of Use.
I applaud Amazon for being transparent here. (Some other providers seem to hide this probably universal fact about online video "purchasing".)
(Note: Emphasis is mine. The bolded text here isn't bold in the original.)
> ...
> Availability of Purchased Digital Content.
>
> Purchased Digital Content will generally continue to be available to you for download or streaming from the Service, as applicable, but may become unavailable due to potential content provider licensing restrictions or for other reasons, and Amazon will not be liable to you if Purchased Digital Content becomes unavailable for further download or streaming.
LOL so that basically says the "purchased" content can be pulled for either a licensing change or unspecified "other reasons" (translation: any reason whatsoever, and they won't even owe you an explanation).
Also pulled it in Season 1 Episode 1 when Carter gets her first look at the DHD.
" Amazing. This is what was missing from the dig at Giza. This is how they controlled it. It took us 15 years and 3 supercomputers to MacGyver a system for the gate on Earth. Look how small it is! "
Since you are actually advocating piracy, but not actually helping anyone..

For client if OP doesn't have one: http://deluge-torrent.org/
PS to mod: I am not linking to pirated content but merely a search results on an aggregator of content.
PS to the franchise: make your paying content accessible to the world or lose said income. People will get your show regardless. Signing eclusive deals will only encourage it (see how much revenue GoT lost because of HBO exclusivity).
Honestly, I never let it bother me. In reality as a special forces guy (O'Neill) and an astrophysicist (Carter), it's very likely that in the real world neither of them would have been a pilot as they quite simply would not have had time to be trained as one plus their main job. Besides which, as I'm reading an F-16 pilot's memoir, fighter pilot slots are actually pretty rare in the Air Force. Granted, this doesn't really jive with the fact that they can actually fly, as we've seen, but either way.
Not Netflix but FWIW, in Germany, SGA currently appears to be included with the Amazon Prime Video MGM channel (14-day trial available for that channel), or the show can be purchased. SG-1 and SGU are for purchase only.
If you use Reddit Enhancement Suite, it has an ability to ignore people. This sub-reddit has been much more enjoyable since I installed it and blocked one or two people.
It's a real journal : http://issuu.com/pml01/docs/190412
I really don't know what to think, the most obvious explanation is that the villagers lied. If the event is real, it could still be Tau'ri technology. It doesn't necessarily mean we've been using the stargate program since 1997 and that we've accumulated alien artefacts. But that would be really cool.
Would you trust a company that made a mistake on their main artwork? The stargate should have 9 chevrons, not 8...
> Essentially his presence was a negative influence on the bodies cells, they began to die off trying to fight the foreign presence. > > So theoretically an enhanced ability to heal, may have allowed the body to survive with Anubis living there.
It could also go the other way, an enhanced ability to fight off an infection could accelerate the damage akin to a cytokine storm. This is the exact reason why the Spanish flu disproportionately killed strong, healthy adults as opposed to young children or the elderly that are normally more vulnerable to conventional strains of flu -ref.
I work for AirConsole, we make local multiplayer party games that you control by smartphone. Specifically, I've worked on Silly World Series and Dust Squad - Tanks for Nothing.
I'm totally new to CAD, so I'm using tinkercad (https://www.tinkercad.com/) for everything since it's free and about as easy as paint to get started. I'm sure the more advanced designs are using more expensive or at least more difficult CAD programs. As for file types, STL seems to be very common and easily moved from one program to another. I've been using a slicer program called Cura to generate gcode for the printer. Like most of the CAD programs I've seen the slicers can import STL files fairly universally.
If your curious, check out /r/3Dprinting/ I've learned a lot from that community.
I checked Can I Stream It and it looks like only Comcast has season 1 in the US. http://www.canistream.it/tv/series/72449/stargate-sg-1
You can set up alerts on that site though for other services.
"I love the whole 'sexy librarian' thing you've got going on..."
I was obsessed with this whole theme when I was a kid. There were other parts where Carter and O'Neill were going through their whole, "Are they in love" phase, when a similar theme played. I wrote up a .mid of it actually. I call it, "Stargate Sad Music." Haha...
Here is the .sib Sibelius file (if you're interested in printing/editing it in Sibelius)
That's actually an updated cover too, I remember reading it in the late '00s and this was the cover.
Seems like just some funkiness on Amazon's part.
Mate, how are you watching the series? I’ve been using NordVPN but all of a sudden it’s disappeared despite using a US IP. I know of other methods but at this point it’s just more convenient to use Netflix

Amazon has all 4 seasons on DVD for 25 bucks. Well, I know what I'm buying.
After this: https://stargate.fandom.com/wiki/Stargate_SG-1:_Valhalla
Im not sure what else to tell you, without spoilers. Um, the books are usually on Amazon. Someone sent me a link to the US Amazon for a complete bundle of all 31 SG1 books (but not he other 25ish SGA books).
It looks like you can buy the e-books separately from there (but it didnt seem to work for me in Canada): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B084GTF8FJ
Damn, now I feel like salesman. I swear I dont work for the writers lol. But I really dont know what else to say without spoiling parts of the story.
Actually it's used MORE than time travel.
There's really only 4(5) Time travel episodes.
"1969"

Whereas Tritonin is in more depending on how you define a "Tritonin" episode.
Martha Wells "Entanglement" She writes brilliant books (Murderbot series) and is a huge Stargate fan. This is set in the Stargate: Atlantis series, but well worth the read if you like SGA.
NOT Blu ray SG:U DVD at Amazon but for £12.03 it's a good price for what you get.
Oh okay. I have the 15th Anniversary Edition of the DVD and Blu-ray. I'm starting to think every 5 years gets a new edition release lol. The 15th Anniversary Edition coverart is actually very similar to your steelbook. Not exact, but very close.
This is the steelbook I have: https://smile.amazon.com/Stargate-Blu-ray-Steelbook-Digital-HD/dp/B00FAHYNPQ/
Stargate Collection - All Three Series Stargate Atlantis, Stargate SG-1, Stargate Universe on BLU RAY https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08T6P2B6J/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_EGPJ232667A82A6HM1WJ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 there are complaints of the upscaling in early seasons of SG1 but this is a good set.
Edit: I don’t know about Netherlands availability, I am just commenting towards complete set question
And there I was clicking on the link and thinking a M1 Abrams going through a Stargate...
Mostly because I think of mecha going through Stargates, because that's the way I roll.
If the idea of mechs stomping through Stargates floats your boat, then check out the Gate Walker trilogy.
There are lots of different VPNs out there, many of them very user friendly and easy to set up.
As with most things, don't look for a "free VPN" or anything like that. You're routing your entire web-traffic through there, and at a minimum anything that doesn't have end-to-end encryption is going to be openly visible and readable by your VPN provider. Don't pay thousands for VPN access, but your privacy & security matters.
I would recommend looking into what VPN providers there are and which ones might fit in your price range.
I don't have one I would personally recommend. However, I do think you should stay away from PIA (Private Internet Access). Their failure to disclose privacy breaches (among other things) that came up last year raises some big red flags with me. Nord VPN and Surfshark are both VPNs I've heard some people recommend. also has some recommendations, and provide some good explanations for things you want to look for.
I bought a weird DVD set back in June when everything was out of stock or not released And I had an intense craving for Stargate during the lockdown: this. It was like 360 bucks plus tax at the time, but I thought it was worth it since they did not have any streaming versions online(I am Canadian).
The video and sound was terrific on them, on SGA they even had a nice UI.
I am still wondering if i should get the bluray set though. They look good. On the other hand, I know most of the props used weren’t necessarily well made, the old grainy version sort of hides it; but the reduced noise would certainly poke a hole in the bag.
