Here's a copy for the original epub that was used IIRC. I don't think there was a PDF originally so if you want it to be in PDF form with good margins and such, you'll probably have to convert it. CloudConvert should be able to do that job for you; just upload the epub, select the PDF format and change the settings until it seems good to you :)
Hey guys, I guess the mod was removed for whatever reason, so here's a direct upload onto google drive. Just download it from here, and drag the data file into Oblivion's install/data directory.
Pretty sure you'll need something that works outside of Oblivion (Bethesda tend to make quite a few of their hotkeys hardcoded).
I'd get AutoHotKey, then create a script for use with Oblivion (i.e. run at the same time) that contains
;Top 5 lines, including this one... (bits starting with ";" are comments) #Persistent ;Personal preference #SingleInstance Force ;Personal preference #IfWinActive ahk_class Oblivion ;Limits Hotkeys in this block to running on Oblivion SendMode, Event
;Further down, you declare hotkey, this is where you set an alternate for Escape. ;Since Escape is used fairly often, you'll want a single key you don't use very often. ;I willl assume you don't use the keyboard context-menu ;(aka AppsKey) very often since I don't. Appskey::Escape
A list of keys you can use & how to substitute them into the above script can be found here.
The key you wish to use goes on the left of the "::" & the key you want Oblivion to think you actually hit goes on the right, for more complex usages of AHK, I recommend /r/AutoHotKey.
Here's Windowed Borderless Gaming.
It's extremely simple to use. You turn on the program, play the game in windowed mode, and press F3 and it will play the game in windowed mode and take away the window borders to make it look fullscreen.
You'll have to bring up Steam overlay to use the other monitor but it'll work.
Moving the keyboard is a huge one. I played a LOT of team fortress in the Quake 1 days and I had a ton of custom commands/buttons mapped on the keyboard. Enough that I had to make a spreadsheet to list them all. With WASD remember that tab, `ZXCVFGERT are all fairly easy reached keys along with the usual ctrl and shift. I stopped playing shooters and moved to MMO's. I have separate abilities on all of those keys, and 1-6, shift+1-6. I use the raid target system quite a bit and those were on F1-F9 and VERY VERY quick/easy to set. I still use the numberpad for a few commands, namely the giant 0 key is a PETSTOPBEINGRETARDED button. It wouldn't work as well in a shooter to peel your hand from the mouse, but I can get away with it. Arrow keys have a lot of awkward reaches and the space below them is useless where you have buttons to press in a WASD setup.
For anyone who wants a game to practice not being a clicker with, grab magicka and practice the complex spell combinations. After playing through it twice over a week or two my brain was stuck on things like QRERAS. Imagine accurately typing combinations of letters like that in ~1 second. Anything slower and you're probably dead.
What is the best mod manager to use for Oblivion?
Years ago when I played Oblivion, I used Oblivion Mod Manager (OBMM), but with Skyrim and New Vegas I've been using Mod Organizer, which to me is a much more sane option, since you don't modify the actual game install directory.
Does Mod Organizer work well for Oblivion?
this is the best Oblivion and Skyrim troubleshooting guide on the internet at least as far as I know, it's not perfect, but it's still pretty damn good, and I honestly think it should be in the sidebar.
this one on the wiki isn't bad either
Unfortunately, none of them list your specific problem, so you're left with the "general solutions", like deleting your Oblivion.ini file, etc.
If I had to guess, I'd say there's something wrong with your gamma, either as a setting on your gfx card, or in your Oblivion settings, if it's the oblivion settings, then deleting your ini will probably solve it, of course, I could be very wrong.
I couldn't wait so i got it from here https://www.g2a.com/the-elder-scrolls-iv-oblivion-game-of-the-year-edition-deluxe-steam-cd-key-global.html
it is still cheaper than steam and I had no problems.
The only way I've found to deal with it is to use a fake fullscreen mode.
If the game is actually fullscreen, it will never, EVER cooperate with alt-tabbing.
The program I use is called Windowedborderlessgaming.
Here's a steam page and download site I just found for it:
https://steamcommunity.com/groups/WindowedBorderlessGaming

Good luck, mister!
The best way to explain it would be to look at the descriptions of both mods. Another member however (from gamespot) explains it pretty well:
"Fran's - Not every bandit will level with you to 50, some will stop @ 15, others will never get daedric/glass equipment. It doesn't really affect gameplay but it provides a more stable world where you can still see scamps where you usually would see only storm atronarchs. You're still able to go to most places, but with all the optional files you still have a fairly balanced game.
OOO - expect to spend the first 7~ levels to walk around the IC island killing mostly animals, and doing a few simple quests. And don't even bother with the main quest until you're at least 10. You could find a full set of daedric @ level 1, but the enemies protecting it will kill you in one hit until you're level 10, where they need 2 hits. You have ot be very careful where you go because those last 20 minutes of hard work could be destroyed when you see that Frost Titan running towards you.
I prefer Fran's but I have a save for both at the sewer exit"

I have Qarl's Texture Pack III and the LOD normal maps installed.
But another tip I read in the list of tweaks was enabling anisotropic filtering in the graphics card options, which improves the look of angled, distant textures. Coupled with antialiasing (and turning the view distance limit all the way up) I found that it made faraway features look much better.
Of course all this extra processing is going to come at a price, and I find that I hit the limit every once in a while when in heavy forest and I stutter when going from one area to the next. But once the textures are in memory I stay up around the 40-50 fps mark, which is fine for me -- I can deal with the occasional stutter if I'm able to produce such awesome scenery with my rather limited setup.
Daggerfall works fine in Boxer over here.
I think Arena does, too, but i never actually played that longer than a few minutes for curiosity's sake.
My laptop runs Oblivion at what I consider acceptable graphics and all I have is the Intel graphics chip. You can check out http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/intro.aspx to see how close your netbook comes to meeting the requirements. Again, my system is under the required specs but still runs it. here are a lot of graphics options in game you can play around with.
just check http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/ for oblivion. Morrowind isn't there but basically, if you can run or is almost able to run oblivion, you will be able to run morrowind.
I won't make a statement about wich game you should play since I've only played Oblivion.
cool. You can use this tool as well to see if the crashes are caused by memory use. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx Oblivion's game engine was written before 64 bit windows OS's were commonly available so it just dies when it hits 4gb RAM use no matter how much RAM your system actually has. There are mods you can use to tweak the performance and this tool can help you figure out if you need them.
Issues like this are usually caused by a specific mod. Delete any loose files in your Data folder and install them one by one, launching the game in between to see which one causes it to crash.
If the game is crashing instantly, odds are you have a missing master, which means one of the mods you've installed is missing a plugin that it depends on. It's possible that you're missing one of the DLCs. A mod manager would've picked this up immediately. Use one. Seriously. Try Mod Organizer if NMM doesn't work, making sure to backdate your BSAs using the button under the "Workarounds" tab in the settings. Also make sure you're doing as /u/docclox says.
Use Mod Organizer (MO) instead of NMM. Watch Gopher's video's on MO. They're really great. Even though they're more aimed at Skyrim players, it works perfectly for Oblivion. Just watch out for omod installers, they can be tricky fuckers with MO or NMM.

edit: added links and stuff
I downloaded and set up TCOM, and while it was a motherfucking pain in the ass, it is GREAT. I'm really happy with how it all turned out. Took me maybe 8 hours from installing Oblivion to being able to play for an hour or so without crashing to desktop every 5 minutes.
Here is a really good guide that helped immensely getting everything set up. If you are going to try this, do freaking EVERYTHING in the guide. Use the load order at the bottom of the google doc file, but run BOSS first and then modify. It took a long time to install everything, and longer to get it configured correctly (and I still have stuff that is a little messy to clean up).
It's a lot of work, but if you really want a fully modded Oblivion, it seems like a great place to start.

torrent of almost all the omods, you will have to download a couple from tesnexus.com or something: http://www.demonoid.me/files/details/2215934/24673468/
i meant on the installer tab, here is an image you can see the flora mods are yellow https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=8B18AEF0DB7575E5!20331&authkey=!AEJMIhI9Su6QdV4&v=3&ithint=photo%2cpng
one more thing do you know what the red BOX means in the same image?
Good question, I'm in the same boat. I have installed and downloaded some of the awesome mods. However I've already finished this game before and want some new quests. Some of these mods, which you might already have installed, are awesome.
Really depends how you see your webcomic growing, but the first step is really coming up with stories to combine with your drawings. You can post them on reddit, on a dedicated website (Tapas and Webtoons are the most popular currently) or even on a personal blog. Some people also use Instagram or Twitter.
I know this is a lot of info and it will probably not help you make a choice, but the most important thing is that you have one place where readers can find every page. Personally I made a dedicated subreddit and pinned the posts to my profile page, but there's really no wrong way to go about it.
Traditional can be a little inconvenient, but you can use the same technique you used to post these images here. Before I got a (cheap) tablet, I drew and coloured using a regular mouse. It takes some getting used to but it gets the job done and it lets you test out the functionalities of digital drawing without spending money. An insanely good software to check out is Krita (it's basically Photoshop, but free and open source, I use it for pixel art and animations as well). You can also draw lineart on paper and colour digitally to get a feel for the colouring tools (filling tool is a Ninesend).
If you feel like getting a tablet, I can tell you this: it takes some time getting used to, but it comes with many advantages (cancelling strokes, using layers so you can separate sketching, colouring and inking, adjusting your canvas, easily compositing, etc). Overall, it's about what you feel the most comfortable with. Considering the time and effort you invest in your art, I don't think it's unreasonable to consider getting one. Also if you know someone who already has one, do ask if you can try it out, it's always better to make an informed decision.
Found the exact advertisement! Not gonna lie, I'm rather upset its not $5.99, I wanted some! was this on WISH?
Rant time.
I knew this would happen years ago. Mod authors and users have been a bit incoherent about the whole sharing thing. I've argued that mods should be open source, and freely copied, instead of all these stupid restrictions about not uploading to other sites and stuff like that. I'm also a member of the Open Source Software community, and people act like mods are just another form of shared community. They are not. This is why I made every one of my own mods explicitly open source by adding on a Creative Commons license letting anyone copy and upload to anywhere without needing permission. I have explicitly asserting that my mods are not my personal property take down if I get into a huff.
What we have here appears to be a modder that got miffed and took his ball home with him. (To be fair, maybe he just got hit with a bus. Same effect either way).
The problem is not that the author took down his mod. The problem is that people have made their games dependent on the ephemeral whims of a single modder. The mod is not a shared resource, it's the explicit property of the modder. If the mod were open source then it could have been mirrored on other sites. Such as Nexus. Or something like that.
All these banners on mods saying "Forever Free" in response to commercial mods, yet so very few mods are actually free in the sense of being free to share.
Lesson: If you don't like this situation, then ask your modders to make their mods free by using a Creative Commons license or similar.
https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/
End rant.
For future reference, there's a neat site that checks your computer out for you and tells you if you can run it.
Take it with a grain of salt, though, because it says my video card has plenty of vram, 3D support, correct pixel and vertex shaders, and whatever the hell "hardware T&L" is...yet still failed me on the graphics card. :y
I don't have it on steam, but I'm guessing it's basically the same method. Find the game's installation folder (with steam, it's probably under Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common) and navigate your way to the Data folder. One of the folders in Data should be called music, and it should contain several different folders named explore, battle, public, etc. Pick the music you'd like to hear, drop it in the relevant folder.
For example, if you wanted to hear a song while you're running around outside (I HIGHLY suggest this one by the way, it works so well for the game), just drop it into the explore folder and it'll play at some point. I also highly suggest this mod, though it requires OBSE.

here you go. I used https://pixlr.com/ to edit it slightly, its pretty intuitive if you want to try taking a different picture and edit it yourself, if you want to take a picture of a different angle or one with a troll further in the background.
Yeah, if you're into that sort of thing, OBS is better for actually recording gameplay. I never tried to do screenshots with it but if you want to record gameplay, OBS is free and uses much less space/resource than FRAPS does
I'm going to have to say you can't. I'd recommend checking out Pinnacle Game Profiler and this mod.
As far as Oblivion being meant to have controller support. It's not. Bethesda never implemented the option for it on PC.
Do you have a program to monitor temps to confirm it's heat related? Both the GPU and CPU? If not, snag one and it could help nail things down. I personally use MSI Afterburner which is technically an overclocking tool but you can use it just for monitoring temps and setting fan profiles to cool your GPU more to prevent wear from heat. It has an on-screen display through Rivatuner that you can configure to use to monitor it in real time. Mine shows GPU temp, useage, and VRAM useage then CPU useage and temps along with RAM useage. It's helped me troubleshoot a lot of things including catching runaway memory leaks that have locked up my computer in the past.
You might try CCleaner and have it check registry entry of programs no longer installed. It's a pretty handy tool to have anyway for tune ups.
This software can set affinity to one processor: Prio
I doubt this is the problem, though (but it won't hurt to try) as I am running Oblivion without issues on a multi-core processor (AMD Athlon II) and has even modified Oblvion's .ini to use more threads.
I'd DL it from pirate bay or something first, and see if you can handle it. If you can, you can always just nuke your copy and buy it on steam.
UPDATE: In case anyone else has this problem, heres what I did
I installed homebrew (https://brew.sh/) and then put the command " brew install zenity " in terminal. Lastly, and I'm unsure if this step actually did anything: I opened porting kit, right clicked oblivion, wineskin tools, launch wineskin, advanced, winetricks, found d3dx9_27 in the list of dlls, pressed run on the left side, and then pressed run on the bottom. Again, I'm unsure if that last step did anything, but I'm explaining all I did. Afterwards, the game worked fine!
Just a heads up - MO2 basically doesn't work at all for the Steam version of Oblivion but the GOG.com version works perfectly. I have no idea why. The only real hitch is that you have to copy OBSE files to your Data folder directly.
I'd suggest not using OBMM. It's super outdated and lately I've seen several reports where OBMM wrecks the UOP files (I assume this is mainly windows 10's fault, but it still happens) and causes the game to crash.
The fact that you need to make omods to even install mods with OBMM has given me headaches since 2009 and I am completely perplexed why people think this is easier than literally any other mod manager.
Every mod can be installed manually. The problem is uninstalling. Installing a mod will copy a lot of files to your HD, and if you don't want to go through 100 folders, picking them out one by one, the only way to get rid of them again is a complete reinstall. And if you use more than one mod, you need to know exactly what you are doing and in which order. And you'd have to do something called Archive Invalidation manually, which some mod managers would do for you. So yes, mod managers do make your life easier.
If you are 100% sure you don't want any other mods, you can just download the UOP, grab 7-zip to extract it and copy all the files into your Oblivion\Data directory. Most mods (UOP, too) come with a readme, either in the root directory or in one called "docs" where you will find those instructions, too. One of those instructions is to get some form of Archive Invalidation if installing manually.
If you plan to go the mod manager route, Wrye Bash is the one-in-all package for Oblivion, while some people find Mod Organizer 2 more comfortable to use (does not currently work with OBSE on Steam, as far as I know). I was a bit slow - see post of redondepremiere :D
So, I actually found two files that I had. I dont know if they are most updated of V1, but that's what I got. Hopefully they work with no issues! Here is a 48 hour link
https://expirebox.com/download/1e12cef195b5379ad0dee2570e6500cc.html
I suggest you to use MO instead, It's easy to organize and troubleshoot when you have problem, it keeps every single mod in a single folder, give you the flags that show you what mod is it conflicts with.

Here's the installation documentation for TCOM
I found TCOM a pain to install, but did use several of the mods within it, and followed what I could of those instructions.
I have been traveling the last week and I have been playing it on https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B014D847FS/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It runs on low to medium settings if you want a decent frame rate
A bit late but...
This is your best bet for value. All 5 games on disks, DRM free, and all expansions (but not DLC)
the first 2 games don't really matter as they're freeware but that's still $10 per game. You find it at $30 anywhere you look.
I personally haven't got it yet neither have i played oblivion. But this gets you Morrowind and Skyrim as well. (Skyrim is the only one that requires steam to play)
There is an Apple music app on the play store, but it didn't work to well compared to it's iPhone counterpart. It costs a couple bucks a month of if you wanna risk it (I had like 400 songs and the app stoped working for me) pretty sure that's what the OP is using.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apple.android.music
