I believe this is the english translation of the previously french-only graphic novel released alongside watchdogs 2. There was a thread about the translation announcement here on the sub.

Ultimately, it sounds like they aren't factoring in the plot from the previous entries. Sure, it's post Brexit, but the real world doesn't have entire cities that run on a single computer system running rampant with hackers, gangsters, govt. officials, terrorists, etc. It's just a bunch of people talking about things they know nothing about.

I got it from GAME, the UK's equivalent to GameStop but you can also get it from Amazon for about $40/£30.

This post confirms 900p/30fps for PS4 and 792p/30fps for Xbox One. Now I have even less of an idea of what system to get this for. PC or PS4...

Hello all. I have finally released the Watch_Dogs 2 theme I had on my phone that I showcased a few months back. I will update the file/images accordingly with people's suggestions/critique. Here are directions on how to get these to your cellphone. Or I should say "here is how I did it". First off I transferred the images using a program called air droid, which is compatible for both android and apple OS. Once all the files are on your phones, then you can start the process of changing your app icons. Unfortunately I do not know anything about customizing apple's UI, that will have to be up to you if you have one. I used a 3rd party launcher for when I changed the app icon looks. Nova Launcher Prime was what I used as it is very user friendly when it comes to complete customization like what was created in WD2 in game phone UI. There are plenty of tutorials for just about any 3rd party launcher for smart phones if you get stuck. If you have questions, I should be able to answer them. The followers bar which I actually used as a battery bar on my phone was completely done with a android app program called (KWGT)[https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kustom.widget&hl=en] I did not included the followers bar as that is something you will have to create yourself. However, I did include the 3 little skulls the sit on top of that bar. 2 versions, one clean and one more pixelated. I am not going to be able to get the game, so I will not be able to do any updates of what the games in game UI phone has unless I catch it on a youtube video, or something points me to images/links, whatever - etc. Any chance I get the game will probably be in like 4 years when target has it for 20 dollars or less.

If you're doing just w_d in general, and/or a dedsec thing, i'd stay closer to the h_ide app. Dedsec has a very playful and anarchistic aesthetic, which focuses heavily on ASCII art, so I would look into that if you are going in a dedsec direction!

The damage model in Watch Dogs looks pretty much like a damage model in a racing game. The cars in racing games are purposely designed not to be damaged so easily or else your car would be a scrap pile within a couple hits at high speed. Do you know why Watch Dogs has a racing game damage model? Because the Disrupt Engine (which Watch Dogs runs on) was designed to be used for a racing game when development first began, for what is now Watch Dogs.

Because you don't get even close to constant 60FPS? Post benchmark stats with those settings over a period of 5 minutes of average gameplay with your specs, model and the resolution you used and we can continue this. Alternatively, run Furmark on 720p preset for 5 minutes and post the results, but I'd much rather prefer in-game benching as that's what we're talking about right now.

Considering the fact that my other, now previous PC, an E8500 @ 3.9GHz, 4GB DDR2 and a GTX 460 didn't get constant 60FPS in BF3 without any frame drops, let alone on max settings, I'm not that willing to believe you are with much inferior specs, separate graphics or not, as the GTX 460 still blows any MB or MBP-s graphics between that period of time out of the water.

If you're using Google Chrome, you can just download the extension called "DotVPN", and create a new Uplay account with it. Then you can turn it off after making the Uplay account and it should work perfectly fine.

There is nothing physical you can buy to make your internet faster.

You pay your ISP for a set "top" speed. Lets say 300mbps. However, if you have an older router that can only handle 100 mbps, then suddenly all the bandwidth coming from the router to your game system or computer is slowed down to 100mbps. These days, the safe bet is to have a Gigabit modem (usually provided by the ISP but you can buy your own, too) and a Gigabit WiFi router. Making sure all your internet cables are at least CAT5e can be helpful as well.

So right now you can go to https://www.speedtest.net/ and get a rough idea of your current speeds. Compare them to what speeds you "should" be getting from your ISP. If its within 150mbps or so of what you are paying for, you are likely good. If its significantly slower, you gotta either call them to check the lines or start looking at your equipment to see if anything is really old.

Keep in mind that there is a difference between Mbps (what you see advertised by the ISP - Megabits per second) and "MB/s" (Megabytes per second) which is the actual data transfer speed you see when downloading files. So if you pay for 100Mbps from the ISP, you would ideally be seeing up to ~12.5 MB/s download speed on your game downloads.

I don't think there's an easy way of doing that. You may probably have to get on the save file on your PS4, use a text or hex editor and copy-paste the data to your PC save file. Why are you moving to PC anyways? You'll have to do everything again unless there's a step-by-step on how to transfer save data from PS4 to PC.

Ubisoft confirmed Watch Dogs as a franchise at E3 I think they were even talking about a sequel back in November.

No they're not. They have plenty of issues with denying games randomly based on personal preference, such as Zachtronics' Opus Magnum. They've also said some genuinely shitty things on Twitter, and Gog Galaxy 2.0 is not coming to Linux. Neither did TW3, despite being promised as such early on.

There was a dedsec design kit you could use but I can't find a download for it. You could always use a free graphic software like GIMP, use layers, filters and squared brushes etc.

Don't have a 360 myself but hopefully this will help in backing up your save, it would be stupid for you not to play the game because of a bug like this.

Also if it helps I came across this bug and it happened the first time I had quit the game and then once I restarted the game I never ran into it again and have now finished it.

The website is down, so are the other servers. A lot of people are annoyed by this because pirates can play the game without any problems, support tells their customers to send tickets and Ubisoft streams the game pretending nothing is wrong.

i dont live in the US so i had the same problem. I tried to use several php based proxies and other web tools but none of them worked.
