No, you take a typical phrase, like "linkedinpassword" and run that through an SHA1 converter, like so:
http://www.online-convert.com/result/861c24494f0fc6e0e94f7c54fad52a7f
Then check down your pw list and there it is. There are already tables out there with most common phrases and password combinations hashed in this way.
The problem (apart from how the guy got all this) is that LI didn't salt the hashes which renders this kind of attack moot.
download it, open in vlc, go to video and set as wallpaper.
or, download, convert to wmv, download and install dreamscene, righ-click the wmv, and set as wallpaper.
doesnt work on well on dual screen.
I used the http://www.online-convert.com/ site to convert it I have two differently rendered files on my google drive Copy 1: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1qr9J_8H06bdkxlNFpXNUliVGM/view?usp=sharing
Copy 2: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1qr9J_8H06bSk1NZndZNGRSNGM/view?usp=sharing

http://www.online-convert.com/
rename it to connect_power.caf and replace it with the original one located in /System/Library/Audio/UISounds (Make a backup of the original file, if you want)

Have a look at
X:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Europa Universalis IV\gfx\interface
There you will find:
Use a tool like http://www.online-convert.com/ to convert and upscale the images.
I do not know where you live and what the laws allow you to do with intellectual property of others, but I shall remind you that you most likely cannot use these images for any profit-related business and shall need to give credit where it is due.
Furthermore, it might be best to contact PDX and get their permission to use it for whatever you want as /u/RevengeoftheHittites stated.
How to create your looping system in Minecraft 1.8.3
On your desktop
1) If your file is not the OGG format, convert it into that, there's plenty of online free converters which make this quick and simple Recommendation
2) Rename your new file to something which is in Minecraft already, for example 13.ogg [which is the name of the file for the song "13"](/spoiler) and place it into the correct folder in your resource pack, and place it into the resourcepacks folder in .minecraft
Resource Pack Folder Structure
In Minecraft
3) In your map, select your new resource pack
4) Set up a new scoreboard objective with the command
"/scoreboard objectives add Timer dummy"
5) Find the length of your song/sound in seconds, and multiply it by 20, and then add 1. Eg, a 3m1s song is 181 seconds, multiplying that by 20 gives you 3620, and adding one gives you 3621.
6) Set up a fill clock attached to 2 other command blocks next to your Redstone Blocks
The following commands are if your song was 3m1s long as previously stated, but can simply be changed to fit your song's requirement. The stuff in italics is changable for your song
Command Block 1's command
/scoreboard players set @a[score_Timer_min=3621] Timer 0
Command Block 2's command
/scoreboard players add @a[score_Timer_min=0,score_Timer=3620] Timer 1
7) Then have a comparator taking an output from Command Block 1, and have that comparator leading into a repeater, then a command Block
Command Block 3's Command
/playsound records.13 @a ~ ~ ~ 1 1 1
To trigger the system, you will then have to enter this command
/scoreboard players set @a Timer 0
You may also want to enter this command to prevent chat spam
/gamerule commandBlockOutput false
There ye go
My go to site is http://www.online-convert.com/ Lets you convert soundcloud/youtube to a variety of different audio file types with a bunch of different options (mp3, flac, aac, etc.) although it'll only sound as good as the source. It also has a number of other converters.
http://www.online-convert.com Works fairly perfectly to convert anything to anything. Upload the flac file, choose mp3 output, make sure it's 320, and leave everything else the same. That should do it.
It's annoying to do a bunch with this, but I just open up different tabs and do multiple at the same time.
Right here. Just click on the drop-down arrow under audio converter, select wma or mp3, click 'choose file,' and then browse to the audio, select it, scroll down a little and click 'convert file.' It shouldn't take very long at all. :)
keepvid, just use the search window, dismiss everything under.
deturl, not sure does it work with other than YT links.
alternative: upload and convert a file for free - http://www.online-convert.com/
dvdvideosoft works for me, it has a lot of free utilities, even if you don't want all the 50+. if you don't want to download anything, you can try http://www.keepvid.com or http://www.online-convert.com/ online convert is a little more advanced but easily applicable for newbs to video encoding. in all cases you can specify youtube urls. hope this helps.
Here's how I've converted text to models (for printing).
Nope, epub and mobi work a billion times better in every e reading app I come across anyways. Hell Edge will run epub in reading mode now. But try this online site if you still want PDF.
Several online sites can capture URLs as long bitmaps.
And some can split the long bitmaps.
For first graders I would have them draw an animal in black. Have it all filled in. Then you run those drawings through http://www.online-convert.com to turn them into SVG files. Then you can guide them through importing into tinkercad, choosing the size (dont let them get too big), then exporting the STL. Printing takes a long time, that will have to be spread over several classes/days unless you have them make it small.
I recently was on the site and was interested in downloading the new songs on the site. I may of discovered something others know but when I took the sites URL http://www.blankbanshee.com/--1.html http://www.online- and any following URL after clicking the images I got a message with the use of a online web to mp3 converter. This was a big surprise since I expected to get the songs, sadly these messages don't hint to anything new and rather state that it will be soon. I used this site for the conversions: http://www.online-convert.com/result/bd6b6f078e361ff73494cd09bc3c7d6b.
No problem. I have mine set to automatically upload to OneDrive (because it makes transferring to my computer easy as well as provides an automatic backup). Just some advice, switch the recording format from 3gp to ogg. You lose some quality with 3gp but I've found ogg to produce the smallest files with no quality loss (you can just convert the files later if you need to using a program on your computer or a site like online-convert). My default player on my PC is VLC so I have no problem with ogg/vorbis files.
Edit: Its one of the more expensive apps but completely worth it. You can call a number like (631) 380-8152 to test and play around with the settings.
Edit 2: I hope the developer implements OPUS audio at some point. That would give amazing quality at a very small file size.

^ this site will do the job. Also perhaps something like VLC media player would work for you. I'm afraid I don't know which sub you're looking for, but a good place to find software is alternativeto
Do you open it via OneDrive? I just put a .doc file on my OneDrive and successfully opened it on my Lumia 925 running Lumia Denim.
Alternatively you could try something like Online Convert.
download it, open in vlc, go to video and set as wallpaper.
or, download, convert to wmv, download and install dreamscene, righ-click the wmv, and set as wallpaper.
I own a Chauvet Storm FX Red/Green and love it!
Here's a (Download link) WebM of it in action. Works great with DXM and Weed.
I've used this program called Movavi Screencaptureproject. It's a 7 day trial and works on pc and Mac. I recorded a simple youtube video and it's working perfectly. I'm now using http://www.online-convert.com/ as /u/pica_fioces suggested. Takes about 5 minutes to convert a .MOV to a .GIF that's about 20 seconds long.
Edit1: Uploading to Mediacru.sh now. Takes about 5 minutes again, i think. I get to see a small preview and i must say it looks really great!
Edit2: final product: https://mediacru.sh/GXbNKL9_XhR2 Must say it looks really smooth.
I'm at work so I can't right now. Try using this site
edit: that site doesn't work; try this one instead: http://www.online-convert.com/
1 - Photoshop or other program that reads and can "save as" the file into a different format
2 - Find a friend (or stranger, HEY - PM ME)
3 - find a free converter online (website that requires no donwloads). I have never used one so I can't recommend anything, but make sure you know what you are doing before you download a file from someone - EXAMPLE - http://www.online-convert.com/
There are various online file converters. I use http://www.online-convert.com/. With some files you can just change the file extension. With other files this won't work and you have to use a converter.
Try using the document converter on this website: http://www.online-convert.com/. It should work, though I have never tried converting .pages. Also, you can download the file right then and there, it doesn't need to be emailed to you.
Too bad, but it might serve another redditor stumbling on a similar problem.
There is another, any file converter, PDF to *.doc or *.docx will give you a Word file with pagination present.
Nothing is written about file size limit or I couldn't find it.
Do not click the large green button Download, click Upload Your document you want to covert to doc(example), Browse and point to the local file, click Convert, wait for the link to DL the result.
Or PM the PDF and I will cut it into pages, transform into Word, whatever.
