No, but that's only because you're stopping at the nomenclatures. DAGs like the Tangle or Nano's Block-lattice are fundamentally different from regular blockchains. What do you want to call them? Blockless blockchains? Sounds a bit stupid, don't you think? Thus, everyone just calls them 'DAG'.

I personally haven't heard of Blockless before, but I've been using for over a year and it's been great. I set it up on the router so any device in the home can get access to American Netflix, Pandora, HULU etc. Also set it up on my phone so that it works on the go. Only issue is that sometimes in peak traffic times it won't load a movie on Netflix, I find if I exit Netflix and try again it will work every time. Hope that helps.

Start on defence, they can't really score if they don't get too many players removed. Keep your screen up and hit the ball when you can. Blockless runners can be 1 died easily. I'm a cord-cutter from way back (no cable since 2008). The things I found work best are:

• Get a media streaming device so you can watch your media on your TVs. Seems obvious but sometimes you miss a crucial step. :) I use Apple TVs but Roku and WD make decent devices.

• subscribe to a service like Blockless or Unblock-Us so you can watch Netflix from different regions. You can also subscribe to Hulu Plus (which is a pay service with ads - not to everyone's taste be I like it) using your Canadian credit card - there are a lot of sites that will explain how to do this.

• a chromecast is useful if you like a lot of shows that are on networks not available over-the-air. I like a lot of the shows on hgtv - the video quality sucks but it's watchable.

• finally, I got an internet plan through shaw with 5mbps and 400gb of monthly data. Definitely helps make sure I don't blow my cap.

Layer-2 solutions will gradually take over on Ethereum. Settling large amounts from larger players is probably how Ethereum will evolve to be used. There are alternative platforms like Cardano, Obyte and a number of projects where users will offer their need for decentralization. Essentially, some of the problems introduced by the structure in which a block producer gets to determine the order of transactions within a block are problems I believe will eventually have to be sorted to prevent front-running and sandwiching. Blockless designs solve this, but has their own fair share of obstacles to overcome.

Blockless stopped working for me over a week ago. Now it won't even work if I have it set to Canada where I actually live. I've had to change the DNS settings on my Xbox One back to normal or Netflix won't work at all.

I'd recommend just using a smartdns program. Try out they no speed degradation or anything. It simply allows you to change your geolocation so no security. They do allow you to use it on your mobile as well. Including using it over cellular with their SmartVPN service.

I already use Blockless (VPN and DNS service) to get US Netflix in Canada. They're one of the more popular ones and reputable. Myself and a few of my family members have used them for over a year with no problems.

I use Blockless DNS. It's been working consistently for two years.

You can use your Canadian credit card to pay for US-only subscription services. I've been using this successfully to get Hulu, but it works with HBO Now and everything else too (and it's not really below-board - the credit card companies have actually tweeted about dying this method to pay-at-the-pump when you're travelling in the US. You can google it for more info.

I use a service called proXPN for which I'm very happy with and has worked for me flawlessly (barring one recent disasters is software update) for more than 3 years. It's $79/year and works on iOS/Android/Windows mobile devices, too.

I also use Blockless for DNS spoofing. You get access to every region Netflix is in, and it's easy and fast to change from one region to the next. I think it's $45/year, but around Christmas they usually have a half price yearly subscription.

I also have a U.S. iTunes account, a Hulu Plus subscription, and and HBO Now subscription. Look online on how to make payment systems think your credit card is American. I've been using this trick for many years with no complaints from my credit card company or Hulu.

So that adds up to about 10.50/month to access all the content I could ever need, and I've all but stopped torrenting altogether.

There are numerous DNS spoofing services that will emulate a us IP address. I'm in Canada and I use Blockless. The trick is paying for it from Europe.

With a Canadian credit card, you can make it think you're on the U.S. quite easily - not sure it's so simple for a European card.

If you ever travel to the U.S. I believe you can buy a gift card for a year of Hulu subscription, but there has to be a simpler way than that.

Don't get me wrong, I still prefer 3 set blocks. I just think that 2 set blocks did demonstrably work and did achieve their goals without sacrificing too much of the narrative. It wasn't perfect, but it worked. It was a compromise. Blockless sets are just the worst of all worlds.

Try a smartDNS provider, seems to be a better option than a lot of the more popular/reputable VPNs which Hulu seems to catch and block right away.

Yup. Any free ones will sell your bandwidth, like hola, and usually don't work well during the Olympics. Thats why I said spend a few bucks and mentioned Blockless(chrome extension) has a free trial.

Blockless or Private Internet Access to tunnel traffic for the things you want to hide. A true VPN will remove the threat of getting nasty lawyer letters for torrenting etc, but is probably overkill for Netflix.

I have a feeling that this has a good chance of turning into a tiring argument, so I'll just say this: oftentimes there is a legitimate need (or desire) to go on a website that treats its users or content, past or present, like shit. I've got a blog post with step-by-step instructions on how to setup and use a service called Blockless. It's only a few bucks a month and it lets you switch between numerous Netflix regions for all devices in your house (including PS3...I do that at my house).

I'm at work so I can't check Netflix now, but a simpler solution is to use an addon like Hola Unblocker (which is free -- ) or a (though this costs like 5 bucks a month, but you can stream to your Ipad).

If you do use a vpn, I can confirm that Netflix only checks your IP while you're browsing the site and before the video starts. So, literally seconds after the video begins, you should disconnect from the vpn and stream the movie as normal to get to a better stream quality.

If spotflux doesn't work, another free option is proxpn. Or if you're willing to pay like 7 bucks a month, I used witopia for a year with no complaints.

You pay a 3rd party company to provide an American DNS address. You manually (and simply, they provide step by step instructions) enter those DNS addresses to whatever devices you want, and internet sites assume you're in the states. Then Netflix automatically gives you the American content. There's several companies that do it, I use Blockless It's well worth the money

GPUs and ASICs are unable to compete with trillions of small devices. In the end the network with the cheapest transaction costs will grab some of the largest market share. My bet is that it will be DAG or hashgraph-based. Blockless chains are so much better at scaling.

NFL GamePass as others have said, there's a heap on the during the week too about NFL in general. After I watch the Bears live (got to love sucking sometimes seeing we're always play at 6pm) I watch all the other games on Condensed (40 minutes each, every play) during the week to keep me going until next Sunday. If you get Blockless or another VPN (you should already have a VPN in the UK anyway seeing they've blocked nearly all the good torrent sites) you can get around the rare Bears blackout game by just saying you're in Germany or somewhere

I think the problem is having to transmit blocks. I suggest dispensing with he notion of mining, and instead moving to a fully decentralised system whereby as soon as a transaction is broadcast and its validated by any other bcore node it is considered mined. This way we don't have to pay miners. We can trust other nodes to validate everything. Fully decentralised, and any discrepancy can be resolved by checking against the blockstream master ledger. That way there is no danger of anyone following the wrong transaction ledger as block stream will have the definitive one for you to verify yours against. Its truly revolutionary. Here in Austrailia Express VPN is the only one working for US Netflix. I'm still getting all the UK shows as well. Blockless VPN isn't working anymore and I'm getting the proxy error when I'm hooked up to it.

Blockless works. Netflix US is reliable. Hulu Plus is intermittent. I assume that Hulu is being far more aggressive than Netflix in enforcement. But the Blockless engineers are pretty good to restore service after a day or two.

I have a question of a slightly different flavour. I've jumped through a few unblocking services over the last couple of months and for now have settled on using the Blockless desktop app. I noticed that when I used their DNS in my router settings, it would mess with Canadian content every now and then. I'd set my region to Canada, but, would be unable to stream CBC the National. So I switched over to the desktop app and use it only when I want to watch US content.

So, will your service allow access to all US content such as NBC, CBS, etc AND will it not mess with Canadian sites when set to Canada?

I got the warning from Netflix this evening, immediately after I pressed play. I can still access (browse) the US library, but I can't seem to play anything. I'm using Blockless.

Here is a simple use case, to simplify: Odds of being knocked down (2D) + and armor broken : Blockless AV8 (yes, presuming the attacker has block and/or will use a bothdown result to hurt you) : 20.8% Block AV7 : 23.1 %

Yes, +AV is better at surviving (As long as roughly less than 10% of hits are claw hits). Not accounting the fact that block may save you from being knocked down, but you're still standing to get hit again.

Also, you can pick block later, but you won't roll 10 every time.

I had made a full analysis on block versus AV9 for an high elf lineman, but I can't find it right now. AV9 edged out (sligthly). (He eventually got block AND guard and survived 80 game on the LOS, but some coaches will say that's anecdotic.) The boost from AV 7 to 8 is more significant still.

So I really love Blockless.

They use both VPN and DNS based systems so even if you have something like an AppleTV which does't support VPNs you can still get around content restrictions. Combined with you can watch so many movies, things like Frozen are available in the Netherlands but not elsewhere.

I've never had any issues with speed and because I have never had any problems I can't compare the support. I can however compare the prices. They appear to be the same except for the fact Blockless fees are in US dollars which right now can make it more expensive. Otherwise they appear to be almost identical services.

I know this thread might be dead but i am from the Caribbean (Trinidad) and I am using Playstation Now I just had to try connection test Multiple times worst case 4 times. you can try using Blockless I used that first but now i see I'm connecting just fine without it.

Well SmartDNS services are basically DNS services like the ones Google is providing but in differentiation they also enable 'smart actions' to manipulate a little bit. The 'manipulation' is set by the provider for each site and often even each device. That's why maybe HBO Go is even accesable in the browser with your US proxy set but not on Apple TV.

Blockless has a heavy price tag and I wasn't convinced by the selection they are offering some time ago. I would suggest, talking to the support on Blockless if you want to stay with them or if you are commited to a subscription. Otherwise I can recommend adfreetime for only 2$ a month. UnoTelly offers even more channels than adfreetime for also 5$ a month but I think that you will be fine with adfreetime's selection.

So yep, getting the country restriction error when I remove the proxy, so I guess that's the issue? Weird that it wouldn't be affecting any of the other apps. Both my DNS options with Blockless have been tested and do not work; just a matter of waiting it out, do you think, or time to find a new provider?

I know this is a month old, but I use Blockless, mainly because it's compatible with my Apple TV basically it uses DNS instead of traditional VPN so you can access Hulu, Netflix (in any country to see what you can see in different countries) and Yahoo! Screen.

Yeah, I had the same thing. The list has changed at least a couple of times since I first got it to work. Now I have "My Channels, News, Channel Store and Settings". I know that Movies and Search are missing for sure.

I also had a bit of a glitch with the Blockless DNS servers last night. All the apps knew that I was in Canada for about 15 minutes. Eventually it fixed itself.

They are now going with the same $4.99 a month model as Unblock us & Blockless. All four worked for me during trials though I've stuck with Unblock as switching regions was super quick whilst on my phone.

you have to trick it to thinking you are in the U.S.. There are multiple ways to do it, just google it and you will find out. is one of the easiest ways, you just use a DNS in the U.S. and modify the DNS information on your device that you watch netflix on. I am not sure how to do it without having it cost you a little bit of money tho (like $5 a month). Also, if you rent a US server for anyything, you could set something up through that

From what I've read about media hint, it only works within your browser, meaning you have to watch Netflix on your computer. Blockless can be setup in your router so that all your devices can view other Netflix regions. It also lets you switch between regions, which I've found useful since Netflix Brazil actually had a lot of titles that the USA doesn't.

For DNS, there's Blockless, Unotelly, which all worked fine for me (I went to each as trial ended.) Netflix and Hulu worked fine on Xbox and PC on all of them. I use Tunlr though now as its free, though Hulu doesn't work for me but I'm canceling that though.

With the smart DNS service you can also access Hulu and Pandora outside of the US as well as many other sites/services.

Looks like I jumped the gun on that comment -- its not just geoblocking; You also must have an American cable log-in (as OP clearly wrote in the post). Blockless is great for getting free online content that has been geoblocked, but obviously doesn't solve this problem. I feel bad.
