What is Reddit's opinion of Elun

I'm not a fan of the masking for some icons though (those not already in Elun). For those icons, I'll usually use the mask found in Coconut Theme: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andromedia.coconuticons

I hate the crap out of my S6 Edge. There are numerous reasons but these reasons are something that most people wouldnt care about (im extremely critical of technology because I am very into it).

If you want to get into the S6, it might improve your experience if you do some research on how to remove the bloat on the S6. After you do that, go download a launcher (I strongly recommend "Google Now Launcher" for beginners. Its in the play store.). After that, download the Google Messenger (its miles better than the Samsung messenger because you can quick reply from any screen and it looks visually appealing). Lastly, you should take advantage of Androids amazing customizability. If your interested, download an app called Minima. This is by far the coolest live wallpaper set that you could get. There are layers of images that actually move independently from each other. Its amazing. You can also download different types of lock screens. There are so many options! In fact, pretend you didnt like the icons you currently have, then you can download an app that changes the look of all your icons! Customization goes so far that you can even emulate the iphone look! Everything from the notifications, to the control panel, to the icons, and even how folders look. Just be sure to explore all the options it has and do not worry about the transition. It should be very very very easy, especially on android. Good luck

ALSO BE SURE TO DOWNLOAD A DIFFERENT KEYBOARD! SAMSUNG'S LOOKS UGLY AS HELL. I use the Google Keyboard with a dark material skin. There are thousands of options but it is worth looking into the google one because of its simplicity, the great look, and the addition of the super helpful swype feature.

If you like the uniform icons and use a third party launcher, give Elun Icon Pack a go. It's uniform like the 7.0 icons, but much much better looking.

I just switched over from the original pixel launcher to the rootless version 3.0 and was looking for new icons as well. Elun is the one I settled on.

Basically Vertumus makes great icon packs with like 4600~ icons per pack.. Lots of options in there.

I'd say Elun is my favorite. I'm in the group of people who likes circular, unified icon shapes, and I feel like Elun does it very very well.

I'm a huge fan of Elun.

Clean Material Design oriented icons, and the far majority of my apps are in it, including some semi-niche apps that other packs never include (Grindr, for example)

Go Launcher has a lot of themes. Nova Launcher is super awesome for making things customized. and there are really specialized launchers out there. Nova is worth paying for but there are free launchers out there that are great too. Have fun.

Plus there are icon packs you can use once you get a launcher. This is the one I use and that guy makes a TON of icons per pack. He makes a bunch of icon packs and each is one of the biggest icon packs I've ever seen. Nearly every app I have has an icon.

I already have two of his icon packs Elun like you mentioned and Durgon but I did just discover his Urmun pack which goes well with my current material theme I'm going for.

I'm a little reluctant to move from Google Music but I will give the trial of PowerAmp a shot and see if I like it more. I will have to move my music from the cloud which isn't too much of a problem though.

I looked at the custom widget apps a long time ago but never really gave them thought because I didn't have any money to spend at the time, but I'll be sure to go back and check them out again. At first glance they look nice and might be better than some of the built in stuff I have. Thanks for all the suggestions!

Settled on Elun for round icons and Nucleo UI for shapeless icons. Am also partial to Simpax and Ijuk when I'm in the mood for less color, and for more simplicity and abstraction.
