Would it not be more worth to just get ryzen 3600 for 10$ more?
save $46 and just buy these:
Available in both black and red.
The 3200MHz kit (E: CL16) is also ~~85$~~ 80$! (May have expired)
E: am I missing something here? Not 100% as to why this is being downvoted
At this point if you want a Zen+ based 8 core I would stick with the 2700, Amazon.ca has it for $301 right now
But really we are so close to Zen 2 based parts you should wait 1 month and see how things work out.
EDIT: Also note the Amazon.ca listings for Ryzen don't list the game bundle anymore, Canada Computers has the 2700 for $309 with Division 2 Gold and World War Z.
Careful of EOL Tech -- EOL means: End of Life.

The drives they sell are VERY close to dying, with TENS OF THOUSANDS of hours used. i.e. Close to dying, they might work for a day, a week, a month, 3 months - then die.

Furthermore, these are COLD STORAGE drives, not meant for constantly writing/deleteing stuff.

I've gone between Kindles and Kobos over the years since they've been released. I've never had to change a device because it wore out, and the old devices have always made great gifts/hand-me-downs. DRM is looser on a Kobo than a Kindle, but if you need to convert any books to any format calibre is the recommended app.
If you have any other questions, just let me know and I can try to answer them!
If you need one now, get this instead.

At least that one have DRAM buffer. SSD Plus is one of the slowest SSD tested.
https://nl.hardware.info/reviews/7694/7/solid-state-koopgids-69-sata-ssds-review-as-ssd
My suspicion is this might be a price error due to not factoring in the exchange rate as the sale price is the exact same on Amazon.com's daily deal.
if anyone is interested in this, you might be interested in a cheaper alternative:
$149.99

Anyone wondering about wifi6 should jump on board. I bought this and converted our laptop wifi cards to wifi6 at the same time. Much more stable connections. We do live in a small 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom house, router is at one end of house and I get full coverage at the other end of the house.
Just buy it from Amazon and save the taxes and shipping ...

don't forget to add the 30$ coupon to get it at the same price
Don't feel bad.
Feel bad for people that paid $100+tax for these.
>Amazon's Choice
fuck this case, let's get the meshify c boys up in here
EDIT: I'll write a more meaningful comment since I've actually done research on both cases. The H500 is a negative pressure setup. DO NOT put any fans in the front, leave the fans in the default config. You will not improve temps by throwing 2 fans in the front of the case. If you are looking for something with better airflow and not negative pressure, check out the meshify c. With stock configs, the H500 typically has cooler GPU temps whilst the meshify c has cooler CPU temps. This is because the back IO ports of the H500 bring in cool air into the GPU. Getting a proper fan setup in the meshify c (which isn't possible with the H500) will definitely beat the case in terms of airflow. But, thats if you have some more money to throw around.

Link Here Sorry I'm new to this. lol
...and a 1050Ti. Ouch.
Pretty sure you can find GTX 1650 laptops around this price now
E: Ryzen 7 3750H rather than 8750H but here's one
E2: 8300H, but this one is a cool 800$
Note that I'm making abstraction of other features, such as keyboard quality, screen type/refresh, storage, etc. Just going by GPU.
This is a good SSD for lower-end/budget builds. QLC NAND, but SLC caching.
For most usages, however, the 70$ SU800 is a better buy, as it's TLC and includes a DRAM cache.
E: or that 500GB 860 EVO that came back on sale
I have this kit and it is Hynix CJR. If you want Micron E-die, I would just get the Crucial Ballistix 3000 CL15 from amazon. They all clock to 3600 CL16 anyways with some tweaking.

It's been that price on Amazon since September 21. The M.2 version is actually cheaper at $199.99.
There's a prime day deal for a Switch with a 64GB micro SD card + $20 eshop gift card for $380, but with this you get a game and you can just buy the same 64GB micro SD card for $18 if you have prime: https://www.amazon.ca/SanDisk-Ultra-microSDXC-Adapter-SDSQUAR-064G-GN6MA/dp/B073JYVKNX/
Also non-prime members can buy this bundle, so there's that.
There is also this card
This one may have a better time attempting to reach rx 5700 xt performance.
EDIT: Sold out
2700X is also on sale for 344.99
For some reason this specific model in this specific colour from Noctua is tax free. The original brown/creme NH-D15S is onsale $99.95 but has tax which comes to $113. So basically you're paying $7 more for a blackedout NH-D15S.
It's really been this base sale price through the last months holiday sales season.
The problem is $150 for a 1TB SATA drive isn't that great unless you really value the brand, in this case Samsung. It was really the Staples $25 off coupon that made it a good deal. Hot deal if you combined with airmiles 20x.
HP EX950 1TB $163 - https://www.amazon.ca/EX950-Internal-Solid-5MS23AA-ABC/dp/B07MZDXQ6C/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=ex950&qid=1577258982&s=electronics&sr=1-1
Adata SX8200 Pro $175 but no tax - https://www.amazon.ca/XPG-SX8200-Gen3x4-3000MB-ASX8200PNP-1TT-C/dp/B07K1J3C23/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=nvme+adata&qid=1577259338&s=electronics&sr=1-2
Those are relatively high performance consumer NVMe drives at their current prices. There's been cheaper lower performance ones as well.
The MX500 1TB is just $141 regular price basically. Not mention a host of SATA sales around $125 or less.
For comparison, the higher model is $30 more at $159.99 https://www.amazon.ca/Crucial-MX500-500GB-NAND-Internal/dp/B0784SLQM6/
The BX300 seems really good for the price too though, just worth noting the difference in price for other options
WD 10TB Elements Desktop Hard Drive - USB 3.0 - WDBWLG0100HBK-NESN for ~~$244.01~~ (now: CAD $269.99) @ Amazon.ca.
EDIT: The price has now gone back up to CAD $269.99.
I'll do you one better with this
Just bought one, comes with textured grip+ USB cable and bluetooth compatible.
You can get a brand new 5700 xt for $550 (https://www.amazon.ca/Sapphire-11293-01-20G-Radeon-Backplate-Graphics/dp/B07WC7683C/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=5700XT&qid=1603909802&sr=8-3).
I'm surprised somebody even gave you $480.
The eligible resellers are:
Amazon.com*
Micro Center Computers & Electronics
Newegg.com*
Yes, it also says it is eligible for Canadians (except Quebec), BUT that doesn't necessarily mean Amazon.ca and Newegg.ca. The 1700 and 1700X listed on amazon.com do ship to Canada, for example.
Furthermore, if you go to the US listing for the 1700 and 1700X, it shows the rebate form listed, i.e. https://www.amazon.com/AMD-Processor-Wraith-Cooler-YD1700BBAEBOX/dp/B06WP5YCX6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1525291567&sr=8-1&keywords=1700 ... whereas the Amazon.ca doesn't show this.
TLDR; non-Quebec Canadian residents are likely eligible, BUT you may have to purchase through the US websites with international shipping to Canada. I think they could deny you the rebate if you purchase through Amazon.ca or Newegg.ca.
=== UPDATE === I emailed AMD Promos.
My email: >I see the current AMD promo for the 1700 and 1700X. I am Canadian. It says that Canadian residents are eligible (excluding Quebec), and lists "Amazon.com" and "Newegg.com" as eligible resellers. Does Amazon.com include Amazon's Canadian subsidiary, Amazon.ca? And does Newegg.com include Newegg's Canadian subsidiary, Newegg.ca? Or do I (as a Canadian) need to purchase through Amazon.com with international shipping to Canada to use this promo?
Response: > Thank you for your request. On 2018-05-02 16:XX:XX, XXX of AMDPromos Customer Support has responded to your ticket no. 61052XXX Unfortunately it is for US only.
UPDATED TLDR; you can't use Amazon.ca or Newegg.ca to purchase this. You must use the American websites!
AFTER WAITING ALMOST A YEAR FOR a 1440p 27 inch IPS. https://www.amazon.ca/LG-27GL850-B-Ultragear-Compatible-Monitor/dp/B07TD94TQF/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=LG+Ultragear&qid=1574734536&sr=8-2
LG Ultragear. 100 off and actually in stock. I need 3 but I'm happy with 1.
If you're looking for a good pair of cheap ram, get Micron rev E. Specifically those Crucial kits with "AES" on the part number.
Got mine at 3733 Mhz CL16 stable. My IF is unstable at 1900Mhz, could possibly push higher on Intel systems.
19-19-19-39 timings would mean B-Die, no?
If so, that is one of the cheapest kits for B-Die at the moment. (E: and the second cheapest DDR4-4000 kit, beaten slightly by a CL19-21-21-41 kit)
Throwing out a similar option:
NewEgg - 3000mhz CL 16-20-20 (81.62 + tax(Dependent on prov) = ~$92.23
Amazon - 3200mhz CL 16-18-18 (105.99 + no tax) = 105.99
https://www.amazon.ca/XPG-Gammix-3200MHz-Memory-AX4U320038G16-DB10/dp/B07FY13HZV/
~$14 dollar difference, higher mhz, better timings.
Zotac 2080 $804.99: https://www.amazon.ca/Graphics-IceStorm-Backplate-Lighting-ZT-T20800G-10P/dp/B07K9SCJRK/
Crucial P1 1TB NVMe (I believe it's QLC) $105.99: https://www.amazon.ca/Crucial-1TB-NAND-NVMe-PCIe/dp/B07J2Q4SWZ/
The ADATA XPG SX8200 is a better deal. It's $150 and for some reason amazon doesn't charge any tax. That's like paying $133 before tax. It has 3200/1700 read/write compared 1500/900 of the Kingston for $3 more.
Same product code on amazon: same price and free shipping with prime
Aren't those BNIB for $1 more?
Or what's the difference between the elite active and the regular elite?
If you're particularly looking for the style, then this is a good price for Vengeance RGB RAM. If you're looking for RGB, period, the Spectrix D41 are 99$ tax-free.
The Mugen 5 has excellent cooling/noise performance and is up there with noctuas. Installation is also very easy.
The Big Shuriken 3 is also available for $89.99, I'm using it in my ITX build right now and had to buy mine from the US since it wasn't available here at the time.
I cannot speak directly to this model but looking at the picture it looks like the same micro USB cable they used for the Xbox one wireless controller charger. While I hope that there is some sort of improvement on the controller that makes the fit slightly better, I’m not 100% convinced that they would have changed anything.
So if you choose to pull the trigger on this I might suggest buying something like this as well: https://www.amazon.ca/NetDot-Generation-Magnetic-Adapter-Android/dp/B076QCC3CP
Kinda like what this person did: https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxone/comments/bwauxo/even_better_solution_than_rubber_band_a_magnetic/
Might save you some headaches in the long run.
The XFX 5700 XT Triple Dissipation has been at $487 for months now on Amazon if you want to pay an extra $30 for a full 5700 XT
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B087J3KM2X/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_1?smid=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&psc=1
Should I buy these or the Crucial Ballistix Sport LT AES kit to pair with a r5 3600? I know this is $30 cheaper but I heard the crucial kit can be overclocked to 3733mhz cl17 or 3600 cl16 which are supposedly the optimal configurations for ryzen 3000. Does the performance gains of the crucial kit justify the $30 price increase?
FYI the 970 Evo+ was launched/released earlier this year and is a far better NVMe drive than the original 970 Evo. Otherwise just get something like this
Also you are missing the link to Canada Computers for the NVMe drive
Great price for this mouse! Since the MX Master is no longer being produced and replaced by the Mx Master 2S, this might be one of the last times you can snag the older model.
Main upgrade with the MX 2S is that it now includes a software suite similar to Synergy, which won't be useful for most people anyway.
I already have one at work. Purchased another for home usage. Highly recommended, even for gaming (Maybe not fast FPS though)
There were going for $220 during pandemic.
It has quite decent image quality, not the plastic lens, scaled up shit sold as 1080p everywhere else. Virtually the entire webcam market is garbage, and that Logitech is selling what is effectively a 10 year old model for this price is pretty depressing.
Aside from the kinect, it's the best camera for this price range (a situation that will hopefully change, but...)
I've been converting core2duo laptops into chromebooks and I can't believe that 10 year old laptops have webcams that are basically the same (or in some cases even better) than new laptops.
If you have a digital camera with HDMI out and can be USB powered, get one of these. Very low lag and great image quality (depends on the camera of course, but...)
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08D8931RR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This is THE best value for Ryzen setup's in my opinion, especially at $160 (I picked it up for $190 in the spring). The memory is Hynix C-die, overclocked timings @ 16-18-18-18-32 with my 3800X/X570, and running flawlessly. Ryzen 3000 performs really well with 3600MHz DUAL-RANK memory. There is also the RGB version for $20 more:
Reviews are pretty good. I have a question as I have been casually playing on a TV for years. If I am buying a 2070S can that use "freesync" too? Or do I have to/ should I buy a gsync monitor? The G-Sync version of this is nearly $200 more. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B078TTXLW5?th=1
Just wanted to add as a FYI - This is effectively the same speed as 3200 CL16 and 3000 CL15 which have been seen at lower prices. Higher bandwidth won't result in much real world differences if price is a major concern here.
See: https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/5d009u/i_made_a_simple_table_to_help_you_pick_out_what/
EDIT: I recently got the corsair 3200 CL16, which is same effective latency as mentioned above for ~$12 less. See amazon link: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B072LX99L9/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_yI3xDbB3Y3164
Crucial MX500 2TB 3D NAND SATA SSD $183+tax
Maybe/probably price error
Says $242, but add to cart and continue to check out and it'll drop to $183.
This is the SN700 not the newly released SN750 series for anyone wondering about the price. The SN750 can be found for 144.99 on Amazon.ca here
The $10 MIR just offsets the $10 shipping.
It's $45 with free shipping at Amazon. So you wouldn't need to go through the MIR process.
I picked one up. $50 is a no-brainer and this is the lowest it's been according to camelcamelcamel: https://ca.camelcamelcamel.com/Logitech-Proteus-Spectrum-Tunable-910-004615/product/B019OB663A
Looks like OP submitted a referral link though.
Regular link here: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B019OB663A/
$120 is a bullshit regular price, don't believe it. Pretty sure this is about regular price on Amazon. This is a budget drive, which is still going to be much better than an HDD, but $90 is too much. I'd get this instead, it's an all around better drive. Or wait for the A400 to hit a lower price.
Apologies - here is a direct link to the card:
Looks like a great price based on camel camel camel:
https://ca.camelcamelcamel.com/MSI-GTX-1070-TI-8G/product/B076Q6GYKY
Keep in mind this is Amazon.com, so that's the USD price
in Canadian pesos, that's about $785 and considering the $80+ import fees, you'll get a better deal buying ~~this~~ which is in CAD
that's a regular price probably. 44$ is a bullshit shitty reseller price
1800 rpm one is 24$: https://www.amazon.ca/Scythe-Kaze-Flex-120x17mm-300-1800/dp/B07YD39YWH/ref=sr_1_8?dchild=1&keywords=Scythe+Kaze+Flex+rgb&qid=1626784307&s=electronics&sr=1-8
This.
For a primary drive, I'd probably splurge the extra 14$ for the S11, though realistically it doesn't make a huge difference.
The price went back up
EXCEPT on the 16GB (2x8GB) White 3000MHz
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B083TSBY82/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&psc=1
It's at $68.49, showing OOS, but being restocked. Maximum 1 per customer.
Not worth it, Amazon has the same card for the same price, and they're better than Newegg in every way.
It was even at $229 a couple weeks ago.
Those are Red with RGB. Also availlable in Black with the "TUF" branding.
Equivalent of 79$+Tx since Adata does not charge Tx on Amazon orders. It's often at this price with he 10$ coupon.
They are getting rid of inventory, yes.
48$CA for a 256GB Intel SSD is a great price, with better sustained writes vs the SU800.
For $5 more you can get a XPG GAMMIX 512GB S11 Pro from Amazon 99.99 -5 since its sold by ADATA should be no tax so works out to only $5 more.
Here's a cheaper option in the same color scheme ( $40 normal price ): DeepCool Neptwin
Uses 6 heatpipes vs the 5, but only 120MM fans instead of 140MM
Edit: Also no tax IIRC
> All time low price price for a 6GB 1060 GTX if you take into consideration the money you get back from ebates.
This is incorrect, the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 AMP Edition, ZT-P10600B-10M was $228.99 last week.
The Crucial MX500 is a better SSD for the same price.
7.1 virtual surround is trash. Don't buy these. Not worth the price at all.
Get these. Better and cheaper.
I think this is the URL you are looking for.
PSA: If you're okay without prime shipping, there's another Amazon seller that's selling it for $679.99 + free shipping. There's only one left in stock though. Link.
same price on Amazon if you prefer to buy from Amazon
https://www.amazon.ca/Samsung-Internal-MZ-76E500B-AM-Version/dp/B0781Z7Y3S
correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the same mouse cheaper on amazon and free shipping? https://www.amazon.ca/SteelSeries-Rival-Optical-Gaming-Mouse-Black/dp/B0160USMW6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1490220471&sr=8-1&keywords=steelseries+rival+300
If you don't want to deal with the MIR, this cooler is also on amazon, for $29.50, and with prime.
Just a heads up, this is the same price on Amazon and they are apparently restocking on the 10th. I ordered from there instead, Ebates and holiday return policy make it more appealing for me.
Since other users are reporting taxes, I think this kit makes a lot more sense for $5 more if you require this level of RAM density and are on Ryzen 3000/Threadripper systems, as it's 3600CL18 and should see a nice little performance bump for those systems due to FCLK shenanigans.
And here is the non-french link for those who don't want to have their Amazon sucked into a vortex of inescapable French only mode.
Samsung LC27FG73FQNXZA (OP put the wrong model number in the title)
Again, my two cents: 1080p on 27"... eh. There have been better deals on 1440p monitors.
If you're going to get a 27" 1080p panel, you can get an LG 27GL650F for $320 which is a significantly better monitor:
Best all-in price right now, though if module height scares you, this 3200MHz kit for 95$ is a good alternative.
Your title's there to stay. As for the text, you can edit that. [link](URL) to make a clickable link, if you wish.
Side note: tax% is dependent on province, so you'd be better off not listing it next time ;)
E: punctuation. Few more points:
- 133 is the regular price for a 1TB P1;
- 125 isn't the cheapest we've seen the thing, but it's still on sale;
- The SP P34A80 is a better buy
- Please don't downvote the man (woman?) for asking a legitimate question!
microSDs are also on sale if anybody just wants those:
Me too!
According to this post on slickdeals.net (https://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=95707580&postcount=364) the trend in 2018 (starting from March) has been to do at least one site-wide discount per month, with more codes at the end of the fiscal quarters (4 codes in March and 2 codes in June). This month should be the end of a fiscal quarter, so there will hopefully be codes coming in the last week or so of September. They did 3 codes within 10 days at the end of March. Let's hope for a 20%!
$8 more on Amazon. Say what you will but I'd rather buy off amazon for the easy return if I get a bad unit
This set does go on sale somewhat frequently, but it doesn't often get lower than this price.
Amazon has it for sale to but you won't get ebates.
Not the best card in the bunch of 580s but for the 8GB model this is a particularly good price. You could probably OC it to get a bit more performance out of it too.
EDIT: If you don't trust Newegg considering their recent problems, Amazon also has it for the same price https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0711QH8ZS/?tag=pcp0f-20
Personally I'd just grab the DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400 which is about 2 degrees worse according to ( http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleid=2696&page=5), but $24 and no MIR hassle + it's Amazon.
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B007JEMXYQ/
I own both on different computers, happy with both so it's just a price point thing to me. GAMMAXX can be a bitch to install though so youtube some videos to make it easier.
if you just want water bottles ltt sells on amazon and it's official. used to have the bigger ones when they opened so guess they will be back eventually https://www.amazon.ca/Linus-Vacuum-Insulated-Water-Bottle/dp/B08L48BGV3/ref=dp_prsubs_2?pd_rd_i=B08L48BGV3&psc=1

Damn amazon, I'm not sure this is really the Black Edition considering the pictures, and this Item: https://www.amazon.ca/Cooler-Master-RR-212S-20PC-R1-Direct-Contact/dp/B07H22TC1N/ref=pd_sbs_147_1/143-8857372-8158032?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B07H22TC1N&pd_rd_r=6a38b214-cfad-45bf-b41f-6e516b330182&pd_rd_w=9n5Vt&pd_rd_wg=Yewxp&pf_rd_p=c2360efe-cd48-4541-ac20-e99c48f6c1e6&pf_rd_r=Z5NCFNFS9FG9H4030SNT&psc=1&refRID=Z5NCFNFS9FG9H4030SNT

Err. Crucial MX300 is at a lower price for $336.99 and fulfilled by Amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/Crucial-MX300-525GB-Internal-Solid/dp/B01IAGSDUE/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1492868600&sr=1-1&th=1
I've heard the base EVGA model for this card has heatsink issues. Go with the SuperClocked model https://www.amazon.ca/EVGA-GeForce-Support-Graphics-03G-P4-6162-KR/dp/B01KU2CIIY/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1506275839&sr=8-3-fkmr1&keywords=1060+3gb+superclocked, it's 277$ on amazon. Higher clock speed and better heat sink.
I've seen this on a regular price of $150 on Amazon constantly, wouldn't really call it a sale outside of the MIR.
UPDATE:
I logged onto amazon this morning to see my Corsair CMW128GX4M8C3200C16 Vengeance RGB PRO 128GB (8x16GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) C16 Desktop Memory Black from Amazon removed from my account. I didn't cancel it, but I checked my cancel tab anyway, and there it was. Anyone else that jumped on the $189 "deal"/mistake get theirs canceled?
the XPG sx8200 pro is double the capacity and goes for $30 more right now after the instant $20 off coupon.
This is the normal price for these. Pretty much all of these pudding keycaps are made in the same factories and just rebranded by Havit, HyperX, HK gaming, or other companies.
If you want a set, havit has it for a couple dollars off this price as well.
If you have a corsair/logitech or other gaming-oriented keyboard, you'll want to double check that these keycaps will fit on your bottom row, as a lot of gaming keyboards don't have a standard bottom row. For logitech, I think a couple of their newer keyboards have standard sizes but I'm not sure.
I am of the thinking that if you want to protect your traffic then none of these VPNs that operate within the 5 eyes and other international intelligence countries are good for that. Cashback or not. I’d suggest Mullvad for that use case.
This is for people who want to get around geoblocks. I use this VPN to access HBO Max, get around blackouts, and other services. Not for general surfing though.
Edit: dropped down to 105% now.
TopCashBack runs these deals from time to time for certain VPNs, now it’s NordVPN. The cashback is legit and you can pay it out to a PayPal account just note that it takes a few months for a payout to happen. But it’s legit.
You’re getting 27 months of Nord for free, and while I don’t suggest running Nord for full privacy/anonymity it’s up there with ExpressVPN as the best VPN to get around geoblocked content. This VPN also lacks some features that PIA has like Port forwarding. Still, if you want to watch for example HBO Max in Canada this is the best choice.
