But I do use this app to copy all kinds of unicode stuff. You can add your own preset unicode emoticons and I happen to have a few ayy lmao dudes saved in there. I found them from some other comment on reddit months ago.

The custom page in the Look of Disapproval app. Lets you set up whatever custom faces you want for easy copy & paste access when messaging.
Not particularly a fan of the emoji style faces, especially since they can appear differently based on the receiver's device. Text style faces meanwhile tend to always get the meaning across.
If you're on Android there's an app called Look of disapproval that let's you just tap on the face you want and it will copy it to the clipboard.

There's an Android app, Look Of Diasapproval which has all kinds of emoticons preloaded, and a tab you can use for custom faces and also just plain pasta.

I use the app "look of disapproval" for all my text face needs. That way I can use them in all apps and not just reddit. Stores custom faces, including multiple line faces, and it has an optional quick settings button so I can access it from my notification shade.

I don't mean to toot my own horn because I made this, but Look of Disapproval needed some recoding in the notification, when action buttons are pressed.
Basically what would happen: if you clicked on an action button, a black screen would pop up with an OLD, OUTDATED ANDROID LAYOUT... for a brief moment. This still happens if you "Like" a conversation from Facebook Messenger.
The fix was to use a Broadcast instead of just firing up an activity that did nothing except the action you wanted. Someone inform Facebook of their laziness.
I tried to get a screenshot of it happening but it's rather quick. I'm sure some of you may have noticed this. Facebook Messenger supports the new permissions...but still.

I think it's a new modified version because I copied the real thing from a few weeks ago and put it through LOD's mock text generator. but yeah, it used to mention Android Quindim before Google broke the news about no more sweet treats.
There's already Look of Disapproval but if you make your app better by using Material Design, you'll have won me over! 😉
I originally made this because at first, adding to dictionary in my app Look of Disapproval wasn't working while I was testing things out, making sure everything worked on Marshmallow. I suppose it's good that I checked, but it sure did confuse me for a while before I realized it was straight-up removed.

It'd be nice if I could add (and sync across devices) custom text strings and emojis to gboard, but the macro app does the job for now.
BaconReader and I use the Look of Disapproval on Android for the little guys ಠ_ಠ. The app can add a button right in your notification bar so you just swipe down and click the widget.
If laurence does this, sync is going to need a better way to keep all these emoticons organized.
In the meantime, I'd highly suggest Look of Disapproval

At some point, it was MXPlayer for me but then I thought Nova is the oldest app on my phone until I realized I've been using Lawnchair for so long now. As a result, oldest app on my phone that isn't a service's app would be SDMaid. Solid Explorer is a close second. Third would be this one
It's called Zalgo text. I guess it's referencing some lovecraftian thing, but I just think it looks funny. There are several websites that will convert text for you, but I use this app.
If you have an android there's an app called Look of Disapproval that adds a quick setting button with loads of ASCII faces and such, and you can add custom ones, including entire copy pastas. It's free and ads can be turned off in settings.
