I'm kind of stunned at people remarks about the optional cost of item's in this game.
If anyone played FG: The quest for Stuff
People would know in advance how greedy JamCity/TinyCo can get, (TinyCo now owned by JC)!
The family guy game totally put me off paying for Virtual Trash! (Which has no value).
> If you think Seth McFarlane would make a clickbait, freemium mobile porn game, I don't think you're giving him enough credit.
Maybe the devs are still trying to build an audience? I've been using Cardboard since about the time it was available, but the average phone user probably still doesn't know it's a thing. Roller coasters are safe because they are limited in time (and can run on devices with less horsepower) so even if people get a little queasy, they can still enjoy the ride.
This could be because I've been searching the wrong places, but I feel there's a lack of good games with gamepad support. Quake was a bitch to set up and only worked if I jumped through 4 or 5 hoops every time I opened the app. The resolution was terrible, but it was really Quake. Halls of Fear worked very well, but there was basically no gameplay. Most of the VR racing games I've played have been super basic.
Until now i tested a lot of apps and devices. I like the massive apps available for dk2 and i was able to test it for several hours. I'm sure, that this is the next big thing in playing games. I am most looking forward to Project Morpheus, because i'm sure, that Sony is doing a lot to make this a awesome experience.
My most impressive (and emotional) moment was with the Durovis Dive and an android phone. With some friends we tested Halls of fear and i HATE horror games and movies :D but this was so scary and fascinating at the same time, that i just can say: This was the one i enjoyed the most until now. I'm sure, that there will be much more, especially, when i have the chance to test some more oculus/vive/morpheus-things.
Anyone tried this tap game?
I got interested since it was he man "Lol nostalgia" so I was wondering if anyone already tried this. Cause I don't want to waste time if there are alot of issues in the game.
I don't know how well it works on phones, but Magicka: Wizards Of The Square Tablet is super fun and challenging.
