hmmm... doubtful.

here's as close as we got to reading audio from an image. you'll see that the sounds need be to broken into multiple strings - because 1 sound-wave image itself simply shows you the level of volumes hit rather than the actual type of sound it's making. that is, if a person was to speak at precisely the same rythm and volume as a dog's growling murmur, you'd get the same image and it wouldn't be decipherable.
Lyrics cost money, unless they are pirated. Musixmatch is probably running out of venture capital to give lyrics away for free, so they've started showing ads.
I made a lyrics app, and most people who download it use the heck out of it until the trial ends, then refuse to pay a few dollars when the trial is up. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lyrics.on.android
The truth is people don't want to pay for lyrics and they don't really want to see ads, but without a license, your lyrics app will get pulled from the Play Store. Free lyrics only come from venture capital, piracy, or companies so massive that spending a couple million a year to give away lyrics is just an operating cost..
~~I just downloaded this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.skyplum.galaxynewsradio~~
~~Have yet to try it, but, it looks like it's the right one.~~
Tried it, it's wrong. Posted the correct one here: http://www.reddit.com/r/Fallout/comments/2zkkw3/best_app_ever/cpk367b
I use Headset Droid, it costs $2.99 but I found it more than worth it. I used it to control my tablet in my car using the steering wheel controls. It lets you customize what your bluetooth buttons would otherwise normally do, so for example you can remap the "Previous" button to perform a Tasker task. Best part is that you can specify double-press and triple-press, among other choices. This effectively gave me additional buttons, since my steering wheel is basically limited to Previous, Next, and volumes.
So if I press "Next Song" three times quickly, it would toggle my tablet screen on/off by running a Tasker task (helpful while driving), or if it was "Previous" three times quickly, then it would play/pause music.
I even set it up so that I could give myself extra button configurations depending on which order I pressed my buttons. An example might be if I pressed "Previous" 4x, then that changed a variable in Tasker that indicated I now want to switch between media players. So that now when I simply pressed "Next" or "Previous", I would be cycling between Spotify, or PowerAmp, or Google Play Music, etc. Pressing "Previous" 4x again would leave that mode and I could use my steering wheel controls normally again. It was a pretty nice setup.
Waveforms don't really work like that. Apps that exist that can play tattoos use the image to trigger the original soundfile. I doubt the resolution of even a couple of seconds of a waveform tattoo would get you anything past a garbled mess. This app might be of interest to you though. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nightradio.phonopaper
Hmm, trying downloading this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sokin.android.leon , set all the trem/vibrato settings to zero, and test out different frequencies. That's how I determined the information in the OP
Hot cues. No harm in setting through the track at points of change or interest.
Try the Beatport Pro program for MAC/PC. It has a function to sync you tracks to the Beatport library and update your metadata.
Try this app if you are using an Android phone. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gmail.wesoftlab.circleoffifths
And read up up about the circle of fifths.
Lyrics with no form of compensation for the artist doesn't exist legally. You will not find any on the Play Store (for long).
Note that my Lyrics app is ad free if you pay for the service, which might be just what you are looking for.

FWIW I had this happen for the longest time after phone calls - after a MASSIVE amount of effort I tracked it to this app. Worth checking for any headset helpers etc.
Fellow Austin developer JRTStudio has a lyrics app that works with several music players. I haven't personally tried it but it's fully licensed and comes with a free trial: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lyrics.on.android
I was about to post the same exact question: I was wondering if there was a way to open a playlist instead with only my voice.
The current workaround I have right now is download Music Playlists for Wear (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jumpbyte.wearmusiclist), and open up a playlist with this app on the watch. Also worth noting is Music Boss for Wear. Never tried it, but I think it does something similar.
We have just released the Pebble app support of our android app Music Playlists for Wear[https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jumpbyte.wearmusiclist].
It allows you to play Google Play Music and Spotify playlists from your Pebble or Android Wear watch.

Please do check it out, and give us your feedback.
I feel your pain :) , I had same issue. So we made an app for it. Currently work with Google Play Music & Spotify playlists. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jumpbyte.wearmusiclist
We are working on this feature to implement in our app, but its not straight forward. We are at the point, where it create a new playlist with {NAME}-shuffle and whenever you shuffle it shuffles that playlist only and starts playing that. Does that work?
Our app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jumpbyte.wearmusiclist
We made an app just for that, it currently supports Google Play Music & Spotify. If you have any suggestions, please share. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jumpbyte.wearmusiclist
We recently released a Wear app which does exactly same, it shows the list of playlist from Google Play Music and allow you to play them from your Wear. Check it https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jumpbyte.wearmusiclist
