This i'm just hijacking to say that I replaced my battery in the first week of march. It took about 30 mins because i was extra careful. Here is the battery link . It says out of stock now. But you can get something similar.
If you dont want silicone and want something more solid, Velcro makes some good ones that I have been using for years. You can pick them up at any hardware store.
There should be a piece of plastic on the headset that twists off. Replacement pads can be bought for $15-30 from EBay/Amazon. Just search for your model headset and “replacement earpads”

I use this stand. It's adjustable and does not cover the fans and is built really sturdily. I love it.

This one actually had a black sticker over the RAZER branding.
They’re actually not keycaps! It’s actually just a random keyboard off of amazon that I thought was really cute. Here’s the link!

If you want an upgraded Abyssus, you can buy an Abyssus Essential from Razer for $50. You can also still buy a new Abyssus 1800 with a Goliathus Speed mouse mat for only $27 on Amazon.

This happened to my Razer Blade 2018, got this replacement battery for it though and is working great so far.
That's very nice! Do you think this product will fit my mouse?
Have you considered a cooling pad? You could get one that has a USB that plugs into your computer that powers fans that pull heat from the laptop. Something like this from Amazon
I got a usb hub that also has an ethernet port on it. Specifically this one: Amazon Link
and it's worked great so far. I didn't do one with usb-c and passthrough charging just because i couldn't find one with high reviews/reasonable cost
You can do this with a AutoHotKey Script, and just have to set a Keyboard shortcut (and set a macro on your mouse to send the shortcut keys) or mouse button on the first line.
Source and Mouse Buttons
#z:: ; Win+Z is the keyboard shortcut in this example soundget, isMute, MICROPHONE, MUTE if isMute = Off toMute = 1 else toMute=0 SoundSet, toMute, MICROPHONE, MUTE return
If you were to set the shortcut to your MouseButton4 (Forward Button), you could try changing the first line to:
XButton2:: ; Typically Mouse button 4 or the forward button
There's some weird crap going on with Intel drivers I think. I'm experiencing random cursor freezes for 1-2s sometimes (like launching Firefox) but at least I was able to fix the damn desktop freeze on right click. Here's how:
igfxDTCM Module
description (or similar). Name should be TheDeskTopContextMenu Class
. There are probably two, it doesn't matter which one you selectCheck now
I'd personally say Firefox just because of how open it is. And of course, use uBlock and Privacy Badger on it.
In the end, it's all up to you! If you like Edge that's cool.
For my Blade 15 I went with a laptop stand with the pads on the edges similar to this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TR9BY5T/ref=cm_sw_r_oth_api_glt_fabc_X05GKAWV3CC8WK2G8S5Z?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 you might also want to find one that can adjust the width to better place the laptop.
I really wish razer would open up a recall to fix this, but i see 0 chance of that happening. I'm not a battery chemist but i'm convinced the issue is that the battery is just so close to the rest of the components that get extremely hot and that means the end of the battery. And the battery being so easily replaced seems (to me anyway) that they may have known this would happen.
What am i doing as a precaution to hopefully avoid this? When i game or am using heavy apps, i go into synapse and turn the fans to 100%. I also bought these 2 little magnetic rubber stopper looking things to raise the back up so that the fans have a couple inches of extra clearance from the desk. Who knows if its enough to prevent it, but its easy enough to do even if it makes it last just a little longer or be a little less of a fire risk.
I have no affiliation with this company and i'm sure there are many products that will do the same thing, but these are the ones i got, and theyre 40% off what i paid for them right now. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FDDWHMF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
My chair is too large for me and I bought one of those foam seat cushions on Amazon. Now I don't feel like I'm swimming in my chair AND it's hella comfortable!
I had to get these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08CB8ZRKJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
to complement the HyperX pudding caps since Razer has non-standard keyboard cap sizes on the bottom row.
Microsoft Store? Why don't you just go to Amazon like everyone else?
And sorry if that's the wrong one, I don't know much about the Razer laptops since they aren't sold here in Germany and are out of my price league as well. But even then I'm sure Amazon has the correct one listed, they got everything.
This happened to mine too. It overheated and stopped working.
I did an RMA which took about 5 days from contacting chat to getting to me, and bought this one from Amazon to be able to use my computer quicker.
I'm using the Amazon one full-time at home (it barely gets warm compared to the OEM brick) and will use the OEM one as a travel charger.
Could just be cause the mouse is 5 years old,

I really wish there was a hard shell case tbh.. For sleeves, I just went on amazon and picked the one that looked like it was most shock absorbent. I ended up buying this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LFJ88SQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I can't really tell you how good it is, since I haven't dropped it yet lmao, but the ridges do feel like the distribute impact and the inside is nice and soft.
My RB15 is currently using a Tomtoc 360 sleeve (the one for an XPS15) and it fits great in it. Well padded on the inside and along the edges. The power adapter is bit bulky to try and stuff in the pocket on the front of the sleeve, but that is usually in my bag in a separate area.
Here is the amazon link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079ZYRM58/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
I just ordered that same layout. I read all the non-reddit reviews and the reported issues on reddit and amazon. I looked at the Alienware 17 and the msi gs65. From what I can tell the Razer is the best balanced work/gaming laptop, it is built well and looks nice. Since there are so many reported support issues and no extended warranty I am also going to purchase a Smart Guard protection plan from Amazon.
Not OP but having been built and modded a few boards I can safely say best lube is Krytox 205g0 is ideal for switches. Dielectric grease for stabilizers (stabs). It’s pretty pricey for the amount you get. On budget boards you can get very good results with super lube 51004
since these are not hot swap boards, you will need to desolder switches. So if you want to retain warranty, this will undoubtedly void it, proceed with caution.
Yes! Really great for airflow, and I put a slim fan underneath the laptop. I bought it from Amazon

Also, you should use the software because otherwise you aren't using the mouse for it's true purpose.
This might be surprising, but the best value for ear buds on the market is Apple's in-ear system. This is because the Apple ear buds use a dual-driver system to produce truly amazing sound quality. They are a bit pricey, but the sound quality is better than many more expensive systems. Considering how bad Apple's stock ear buds are, it makes sense that Apple would be offering an amazing upgrade that offers great value.
That said, the Hammerheads are pretty decent as well. Personally, I find them to be bit heavy on the bass. While bass heavy headsets are great for gaming, they break down a bit when listening to music. Even being bass heavy, they still sound much better than any stock ear bud system, and they MSRP for $10 less than Apple's system. Lastly, Hammerheads seem like they're meant to be plugged into a laptop for gaming, which gives the bass heavy output some more context than being all about that WUB WUB WUB.
If you can buy genuine Hammerheads for $30, go for it. They beat the shit out of Skull Candys. Otherwise, you have Apple's system to consider.
The only upgrade I'd consider is the 970 Evo, the PM961 in there and the 960 Evo are pretty much in the same family. That said, I ordered mine with the 256GB and I just picked up this 1TB HP EX920 since it's on sale. Excellent performance for $120 less than a 1TB 970 EVO
Check other websites before buying direct from the Razer Store. From what I have seen they rarely have sales on the official website. Aside from the recent 50% off sale the best I have seen is free shipping on the official Razer website.

This. The sabertooth isn't a PC gaming controller. It's an Xbox 360 controller. You can use it on a PC because you can use Xbox 360 controllers on a PC. This is because Windows picks it up as a generic 360 controller. If you just want to map keyboard presses to a gamepad, you can try Xpadder.
Oh there are tons, A really popular one is MSI afterburner, which can be found here:

Hi /u/nelsonnyan2001,
You would need our Synapse software to be able to configure the lighting options on your Abyssus 2000. You can download our software through this link: https://www.razerzone.com/synapse.
Make sure to register the product as well here: http://www.razerzone.com/registration/
Thanks,

It’s very simple really. Three ways to make it look nice.
1) Right click your desktop -> view -> untick show desktop icons.
Find a nice wallpaper.
Install TaskbarX (you can get it for $1 from Microsoft store or here https://chrisandriessen.nl/taskbarx) and use it to toggle your taskbar for centre icons and transparency. This is all I did for my desktop in the photo.
2) Download Wallpaper engine from steam. Wallpaper engine allows you to include custom effects on your wallpaper like snow drifting down, light particles, fog, etc. or download pre made custom sets.
It also has a really cool feature that syncs automatically with synapse to configure your chroma for you according to the wallpaper colours.
3) Follow some of the online guides on youtube. Rainmeter or Nexus dock are some examples of freeware that makes your desktop beautiful.
I recommend watching Tanjim the Tech Guy (https://youtu.be/xHj0juUACFk)
— Let me know if you’ve any more questions! Enjoy :)
Sweet! I think I tried installing Enterprise on a macbook and there was some dll or file missing from the 1809 that windows 10 pro 1803 had, and I had to add some files to get it to work. The rufus.ie guy had a guide on it.
I'm debating between this razer laptop or just keeping my HP elitebook. Since i just play League of Legends.
If the blade has a thunderbolt 3 port then the "UNI thunderbolt to displayport cable" is perfectly capable of doing . That's That's cable I use with my legion y740 (rtx 2070) and I don't get any lag or latency while getting a solid 240hz.
Here's an amazon link for it: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B075V27G2R/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_37G5JG2Y03BHHHRMRKCJ
Hope this helps!
I mean, maybe there's a way to do it but it would be so much less hassle just to get a different keyboard, thats one of the main reasons I don't use razer keyboards, they're just so expensive, a good option I would sudgest areound the same price is this one
I'm UK so may vary elsewhere in world, you can also get 65w compatible batteries, which did tempt me https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.amazon.co.uk/KYUER-RZ09-02385-RZ09-02386-RZ09-02385W71-R3W1-RZ09-03017E02/dp/B07XNW56Q4&ved=2ahUKEwjm3ZHWxOzxAhWBlFwKHY68AWgQFjAAegQIDRAC&usg=AOvVaw3CdiM3NA9qm2aF...
This is what I bought last year; completely resolved my issues:

Racer sells more than one laptop configuration so make sure this one is compatible with yours!
I didn't purchase it alone, it was just a charing cable for some headphones. But just Google something like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07232M876/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_7CWCVEXNJA7Z4WM9K4FT?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Figured I’d update anyone who is interested!
Got the new battery, looks exactly like the Razer brand battery even though it wasn’t supposed to be. Hoping that is a good thing and not a bad thing. Here is the link to the Amazon: Razer 2019 Stealth Battery
If its just the camera having issues then buy a cheap webcam until you can afford to fix the laptop. this one's $30 https://www.amazon.com/Microphone-110-Degree-Widescreen-Streaming-Conferencing/dp/B084ZJFNKN/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=usb+camera&qid=1625852859&sr=8-3
As far as the strips go, a roll of ws2812b can be grabbed on the cheap, 5m for like $20. Only 3 cables to solder so pretty basic DIY there, but any 3pin 5v should work if you wanted to buy prefabbed.
Can't confirm as far as which power brick to get as I just ran the molex accordingly, but something simple like this comes to mind though https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071V9CQ5H/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_6G0YWA3HKEBPFDHXF7NS
So I could order the controller and these

And have one strip behind my monitor and the other behind my desk and get the effect I want?
I looked into this a lot when debating on getting the Chroma dock. No idea if what I’m about to say is correct or not, but here was my thinking - both of my monitors highest data capacity ports are display ports so knew I wanted to use those. I know some new monitors have thunderbolt 4 ports but mine don’t have it unfortunately. To connect to the chroma, I went in thinking I had to buy display port to thunderbolt 4 cables ideally. The closest I found was display port to usb-c which supports up to 4K at 60hz or 2k at 144hz. In looking into this closer, my main monitor is 164hz at 1920x1080 (roughly 2k) so I was happy with getting the 144hz from the usb-c connection so I decided to try the display port to usb-c cable. Here is the link to it on Amazon. After getting everything setup, I am getting pretty darn good FPS on heroes of the storm at - averaging 150 FPS
USB C to DisplayPort Cable (4K 60Hz, 2K 144Hz / 165Hz), WARRKY [Gold-Plated Anti-Interference] Thunderbolt 3 and 4 Compatible Adapter for MacBook Pro/Air 2020, New iPad, XPS 15/13 - Active, 6ft https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07RY75V7Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_D9S7893G7NX9NEKHG4DH?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I use this one for my Razer Blade 15 (2019) advanced: https://www.amazon.com/Smatree-15-4inch-Laptop-Compatible-MacBook/dp/B07GL4BQ91/ref=sr_1_6?crid=29BYFT1KQHL6N&dchild=1&keywords=15+inch+laptop+hard+case&qid=1624359305&sprefix=15+inch+laptop+ha%2Caps%2C163&sr=8-6
It's a hard case and it fits perfectly for me. Also I recommend you get a skin (like dbrand/slickwraps/etc) if you want to avoid scratches as well. Good luck!
These are the fans that I used for the front and bottom (mounted externally) and it fits.

ROG is my personal favorite. I have 2 zephyrus models the gx531gs and the G14 as well as an older g750jw and a g750gm. They run significantly cooler than the Legions and Omens I've sold, TUF does REALLY well in price/perf but is deceivingly fragile (really about the same as a thinner gaming laptop but with added bulk that makes them look more durable than they actually are).

I may be biased because all of our desktop mobos for the last decade at work, until recently, have been ASUS. With well over 1k units a year we have had maybe 30-40 defective units total over the course of said decade including shipping related damages.
You should get this, I've had it for almost a year and it still runs fine. It can be charged via micro usb with the included cable. My only complaint is the battery time, it seems like it isn't 50 hours of use, but around 30-35, otherwise a good mouse. https://www.amazon.com/Razer-Mamba-Wireless-Programmable-Gaming/dp/B07GBYYSMF
I've also turned off Optimus on my early 2021 Blade Pro (with a 3080). What I've done is put it on this stand: https://www.amazon.com/Razer-RC21-01110200-R3M1-Chroma-Laptop-Stand/dp/B07D968FTL/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=razer+chroma+stand&qid=1623374763&sr=8-1
I have kept the fans on auto. So far (knock on wood), I've not had any issues with temps. I can comfortably type for hours. Your mileage may vary since the Blade Advanced has a smaller chassis than the Blade Pro...
You definitely can mount them externally! If you are thinking of mounting them as intake fans, I would definitely invest in a magnetic dust filter to place on the inside of the case, as this case has a design flaw where dust can easily enter the system through the bottom if you don't use a filter such as the one I mentioned, which can lead to your beautiful system getting dirty very quickly.
I'm not sure how Razer's design engineers have overlooked such a significant entry point for dust and critters, but as long as you use something similar to what I mentioned to keep foreign particles out and clean it every few weeks or so, you should have no issues with mounting the fans below the case. Hope this helps!
yes. I built my cooling pad using thin wood and a 1 large 110 volt fan. it keeps the laptop cool. I only use while gaming. I built it cause I wanted my fan to face the bottom right (where the battery sits) of the chassis. you def need it. its a sweet laptop very powerful but in gaming the underside is almost impossible to touch with how hot it gets. I can only assume battery swelling will happen under such heat. its a good trade off for me cause I love how it looks like a black MacBook. if you are buying a cooler I would say get something where you can move the fan around like the one below, this way you can change the fan type and or move them around
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017GX8VEA/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_2?smid=A34PF29WPO2NUY&psc=1
When I'm at work and Im using macOS I do not need the cooler. and I can nearly not hear my fans spinning (72 degree air conditioned room).
I just put the white version of these on mine and they are great.
After reading some reviews, this one looks pretty promising for the price. Hope it helps:)
I have this exact model and I use this hub -

As others have mentioned you can only deliver 100W over usb C so gaming just isn't a possibility off a dock.
Yup! It was this one. $180 CAD ~ $150 USD, but there weren't a lot of options in Canada. You might have more options depending on where you are.
I know it says the Blade 15 2018, but I can confirm that both Blade 15 Advanced 2018/2019 share the same battery, I've looked at my friend's 2018 Advanced and it carries the same battery with the same model number as my 2019.

I've seen them on Amazon can't rmr what it was called. Try looking up 3d origami wallpaper
It’s the Intel i7-10875H. I looked it up and it supports DDR4-2933, 128gb
I got it off of Amazon for only $10! I wanted the quartz razer stand to match but I also wanted to save $60 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YWP942R/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_75TcGb72NQZWW?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I had those before loved them but noticed that not enough RGB was showing so I recently pulled the trigger on Crystal Crown Key Caps from G Skill, and I have to say that I love how these keys look and feel. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08KS3KH4P/ref=twister_B08LZHPTF5?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
These are called Costar stabilizers, you can find them pretty easily. Here is an example, this set should work just fine :) Your keycaps look fine, you just broke one small part (cross) in the spacebar.
If you would like to "enhance" your experience then you can buy official Razer PBT keycap set. They are thicker, stronger and the surface won't wipe out so easily (so that you can avoid this shining surface on your keycaps). The sound might also change a bit due to different type of material used on keycaps (abs vs pbt). Just keep in mind that Razer set comes with translucent legends because it was designed to backlit keyboard :)
If everything else is in working order and you’re happy with it, you could always just replace the battery yourself. I just did that for mine (same model you have) in the past couple weeks because the battery started bulging, it’s very quick and easy as the battery is directly until the bottom cover.
Link to the battery I bought: https://www.amazon.com/ZTHY-Compatible-Battery-Replacement-Latitude/dp/B00PY27TUS
You can purchase PBT keycaps set from amazon and renew all if it helps instead of paying $10 for just clips. Here is the link.

Thermaltake has some nice case fans (Ring Trio) that are Synapse compatible. You will still need to install the thermaltake RGB control software but you can link it to Razer Synapse3. The link is to the Amazon page where you can look at them. They come in 120mm, 140mm, and 200mm.
Take these 2:
One is powered and requires a power adaptor to be plugged into the hub to provide power. The other draws power off the usb outlet.
Hello, I got the razer mamba wireless a few months ago and it’s worked great. I personally like that it can be charged via a USB cable when the battery gets low.
I don't have a picture, but you can get them here in four different colors. They're a more durable plastic that are pretty sweat resistant and the paint isn't going to wear off as quickly
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08CB8ZRKJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
add this to the bottom row and it'll be complete, you're welcome
I also just purchased the new 4K Razer Blade Stealth and ended up going with a Kensington SD4600P usb-c dock. It has a DisplayPort and HDMI port which I use to drive 2 external monitors, while still using the laptop screen. Of course you still have the HDMI port that's built-in to the RBS.
In addition to the display/HDMI ports, the dock also has some usb3 ports, ethernet, another usb-c port and usb-c power pass-through/charging, which is really beneficial on the RBS where you only have 1 usb-c port that's also used for power/charging.
I found this hub to be really great so far and helps me keep a clean desk setup, only having to connect a single cable to the RBS.
You can check it out on Amazon here. It's the one with power-delivery charging: https://www.amazon.com/Kensington-Universal-DisplayPort-Microphone-K38231WW/dp/B01FMP3B5S
Got this chill mat from Amazon works like a charm with my Razer Blade had some warm session while gaming playing GOW 4. This has cooled it down quite a bit.

Those do look quite promising, though admittedly the mic would be a mild cause for concern. The good thing, however, is that they are currently on sale for $100 on Amazon. Thank you for the recommendation. I appreciate it.

That's a referral link. See everything after the ref=? Amazon tracks you with that and we don't want that.
A correct de-referred link would be https://www.amazon.co.uk/Razer-Stealth-Touchscreen-Ultrabook-Generation/dp/B01L3EXAC6
Yes, there is a TB3 port that you can use to connect to a displayport monitor so you can get 144hz if you want. I did it with a cable from amazon
Works great, now I did have some difficulty getting my games to get up to that many FPS, but I did manage it eventually with enough tweaking.
Your Killer 1535 chip is failing, I promise you the Bluetooth will randomly come back in a month and work for a little bit and disappear again. If you're comfortable with it you can order one of these and swap out the card with no problem.. If you want some quick shipping I saw some 8260s with Amazon Prime. There a handful of tiny Torx screws on the bottom (don't know what size) and a small phillips to get the card out.
If you want one that is specifically Razer brand, you may need to check their website.
If you're fine with any sleeve, I have the 14" variant of the Amazon Basics Sleeve, which works pretty well for my 14" Blade. And for $11 it's not too expensive.

If you find a cheaper hub with the same specs, please let me know. Basically, it's the addition of HDMI that makes them so expensive. Just USB hubs on their own are much cheaper.
If this isn't actually too expensive for you, I advise spending a bit more (I think it's $70-80) and getting a hub like that from Startech. Orico isn't bad, but Startech are gods when it comes to cables, adapters and hubs of all sorts.
If this is too expensive and you have two Type C ports available, consider getting Type C to HDMI adapter and Type C to Type A hub as separate devices. It might turn out cheaper. You can generally get the former for $20-30 and the latter for $15-25 and these devices often have good sales on Amazon (and other retailers).
Sounds like you bought the wrong cable dude; hope you can return it. Here is an amazon link to a Cable Matters usbc to DP that I bought, works fine with my blade to a DisplayPort monitor.
And since it uses the usb-c port, using your monitor won’t engage your graphics card (and fans) unless you’re gaming or something else intensive.
If you're looking for a be all end all solution just pick up a DeathAdder on Amazon. I think that's gonna be my plan when my Mamba TE dies on me if I don't go with a generic Dell mouse. It's relatively cheap for a Razer product, and optical.
I just bought these from Amazon yesterday: KORE AVIATION Premium Deluxe Cloth Ear Cover for Pilot Aviation Headset as I found on a thread somewhere that they worked well for the Tiamat that are flaking. If I don't like them when I get them though, I'll definitely try out the Logitech replacement pads. Thanks!
I have the Razer Cynosa Chroma not tournament stealth edition and I find that it is very quite don't know if there is a difference between the two amazon link
This is the BlackWidow Chroma V2 its still on sale on Amazon for me.
there's the corsair version. I don't know of its quality though.
You could check amazon for the razer naga but they seem pretty expensive.
Then there is also the logitech version the.. Logitech G600

Try ordering online? Amazon and HIDevolution can ship them to BKK. I’m in the same city, those are my backup options.

I bought these replacements this past week from Amazon they are Razer ear cushions but they aren't completely faux leather they are more breathable than the stock ones that came with my headset a few years ago. One thing to note though is that these are an oval shape and not the original circle design so they are a bit bigger. I can't speak for the longevity of them but they feel nicer.
Razer ManO'War Cooling-Gel... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076VTGRMJ?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf
