The size of this device presents serious UI problems.
Average thumb radius determines phone size. There are plenty of design blogs showing why specific choices were made with the iPhone.

This rather drastically limits your sales potential.

That said, the conclusion still jibes with anecdotal evidence. But great subreddits like [/r/twoxchromosomes] give me hope that the platform is gender agnostic, but we've certainly got work to do.
Also! I've always thought pinterest was delicious done right. The behavior seems more like 'let me save this for later' (delicious) than 'let me share this with people now' (reddit) but maybe that's just how I use pinterest.

I am:
- an aggressively boring creature of habit
- living in a small shared apartment

I think my wardrobe definitely reflects this in that it's pretty aggressively curated and neutral and comfortable.
Beyond that, I don't think it really makes any statement about ~ who I really am ~. I have a lot of witchy items simply because I like the aesthetic, but I'm not really into anything culturally witchy in a modern sense like tarot cards or gardening or tumblr art or cats or fantasy novels or dark and broody music. I don't think my career (software engineering) or hobbies (ballet, pinteresting intensely, hanging out at science museums/zoos/botanical gardens) are particularly reflected by my style. I'm not sure that the work put into developing it and its consistency is evident to anyone who doesn't track my waywt posts, but I think it goes with my general philosophy of "if it's worth doing, it's worth really doing".
Here is a sampling of fairly recent outfits which I think is pretty representative of my style and this is my primary pinterest style board.
I really like shaarli. I use too many machines and browsers to keep track of my bookmarks, and shaarli allows me to keep them all in one place. It gives you a bookmark you add to your bookmark bar, that once clicked, brings up your standard save a new bookmark, along with the option to tag it, and give a description.
I'm not a huge Morgan Webb fan, but at least she knows video games. She's clearly knowledgeable on the subject and doesn't pretend to be a geek just to start her career like some people.

It's like a virtual bulletin board. You can either post stuff to your boards or browse other people's boards. A lot of websites have a "Pin it" link next to articles/photos/recipes. You can use that or copy and paste the URL to "pin" a photo to a virtual board, usually with some common theme. You might have a recipe board or a Halloween board or a home furnishing board for stuff you like or want to try/get.
You can also browse categories and search for keywords to see what other people are pinning and "repin" things you like to your own boards. You can also follow cooks to get their recipes.
When you log in you will see the posts of people you follow on the pinterest home page.

My sister told me about pallet furniture. If you can use a hammer and nail, you can probably make this yourself.
First, go find pallets, we found them in the dumpster area behind a grocery store. Then, go to the hardware store and buy some desk chair wheels (4). Return home and look in the basement for extra paint. To assemble, stack one pallet on top of the other and nail in place, attach wheels to bottom, and paint. Two pallets makes a nice coffee table.
Stack 3 on top of each other, get a thick piece of foam and some fabric to make 1/2 of a loveseat. (Repeat for other half of couch...).
You should really check out Papaly if you have that many bookmarks. Also, I'm surprised Google hasn't done anything to their Bookmarker since majority of their community dislikes it.

What kind of juice will you be having? Remember that most juices are high in sugar and are about as bad for you as pop.

Which online tools have you tried using before? For me personally, I use Papaly as my main organizer and resource tool. It really depends on what flows perfectly for you as a designer. Of course, I have my handy sketch book and whiteboard on the side!

I found Google bookmarks extremely frustrating to use ontop of the constant destruction of their UI/UX. Their new "old" interface made it impossible to organize more than 10+ bookmarks. Once they released the visual interface I switched everything over to Papaly and haven't looked back. They're everything that Google bookmarks wasn't and extremely easy to organize all my 100+ designer resources with ease.

There's also a lot of teacher focused things, which makes me think there may be a home-schooling population on there as well.
