Tasker is a powerful, but very poorly designed app. I'm usually the kind of guy who is always excited to try out new stuff, but not with Tasker.
The recent UI change is nothing but different colors slapped onto the same "UI" with no noticeable changes to the incredibly bad UX at all.
I've moved on to Automagic since then. It's the only really intuitive automation app in my opinion. You can get a free 7 day trial on their website, if you don't want to buy the premium version just yet, but trust me: you will never look back to tasker, if you've only used the automation part of it. Automagic can even use Tasker plugins, so you won't miss out on that either.
You can take a look at Automagic (paid). Instead of pure statements you can use an easy flow chart system to create your tasks. It's much easier to learn than Tasker and even supports lots of Tasker plug-ins. If you don't want to pay upfront, there's a trial version on their homepage (link in app description) which let's you try all the features for ~~a full month~~ 10 days.
Never looked back at Tasker.
+1
I used Tasker for years without issue before it started to become increasingly flaky on my Nexus 5 (profiles wouldn't trigger, or would trigger several minutes late). Gave Automagic a try and found that it did everything that I needed without the reliability issues, so I've stuck with it ever since.
Automagic's major deficiency is the lack of an App Factory equivalent - so I keep a copy of Tasker on my phone for when I need to package an APK.

While not free, my recommendation would be to buy AutoMagic and create this. You can choose to assign start and stop functions to a new notification or to the generic AutoMagic notification, and select the priority for each. You could also assign the function to shortcuts, quick setting tiles, etc, so it is more flexible than a standalone screen recording app--should you decide you want a different trigger in the future.
Automagic is said to be easier than Tasker yet pretty much as versatile. Using it for some time and can't complain.
Automagic? As powerful as Tasker, capable of using many tasker plugins (but many plugin-only actions in Tasker are built in function of Automagic), intuitive design that Tasker can never achieve.
I switched to Automagic a while back because tasker was becoming less and less reliable (triggers not firing etc.). Automagic provides most of the functionality that you get from tasker, but with a far friendlier UI.

While we're at it:
Automagic
Really nice app that allows to create profiles with flow-charts - prehaps not as feature-rich as Tasker (but honestly which app is?) but better than Llama and currently my favourite of the 3
Automagic does what you need and other things Tasker can do with a better UI. A flow to do what you need looks like this.
I don't know if a built-in way to do this, but I have used Automagic to do this in the past. Tasker can likely do it, too. It will end calls immediately, so it's not perfect, but it works.
You might be able to turn off notifications for the Phone app and get a similar effect.
Obviously tasker is king in automation but i like Automagic as it don't need autoapps plugins to do some simple tasks. It feels simple to me but as powerful as tasker. Debug condition is excellent when you need to find whats going with flow.
> Finally, Tasker may work for advanced users but even then its interface is highly complicated and has a steep learning curve.
Give Automagic a shot. It does everything I used to use Tasker for.
I'm evaluating Automagic as a replacement, but it's a bit of work to "convert" an automation workflow from one app to another manually.
It would be nice if there was some kind of converter
The author uses Automagic https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic to snapshot a GPS fix every 5 minutes and batch-upload once a day.
I'm not going to do that, since I'm on Replicant sans gapps.
I have obviously this same issue, but solved it completely using automagic for android
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic&hl=it
it is a little tricky but IT WILL WORK
what you do with automagic is creating scenarios like "when connected to car bluetooth -> do something" or "when disconnected from car bluetooth -> do something else"
so you need two scenarios
scenario 1) when connected to car bluetooth, disable phone bt capabilities on the huawei watch and enable phone bt capabilities on the car stereo
scenario 2) when disconnected from car bluetooth, enable huawei watch phone bt capabilities
Really, it's easier than it looks and the app is quite clear and useful for any task you can imagine. It doesn't require any programming knowledge and it's free, too.
Hope this helps, have a nice day
Automagic * Automation Lighter then Tasker
My personal favorite Llama - Location Profiles
I use an automation program to instantly pop to desktop if I'm in range of certain Wi-Fi SSIDs, because smart-lock sucks and doesn't work half the time.
When Wi-Fi comes in range I used to WoL my computer and upload newly created photographs and videos to it, then deleted larger videos and shifted everything else to a dated archive. New laptop refuses to WoL because it has no Ethernet and somehow it's not letting the USB docking station boot it, so gotta fix that.
I bought some NFC chips. Going to put one below my medication case I can scan when I take meds. Phone alarm goes off at 11:00 if I haven't scanned by then, icons vanish from wallpaper and background turns into a huge red pill. Currently doing this by just tapping a part of the screen when I take them, but that's not half as fancy as a chip!
Mute phone mic by tapping area on screen of tablet. Phone is in pocket on voice chat tied to headset while I move around. Tablet in dust proof case in work area.
Need root for at least a few of these. I'm never not rooted, so not sure which.
Pretty much all of it with <strong>Automagic</strong>
Anything wallpaper related also uses <strong>Kustom Live Wallpaper Maker</strong>
As a die-hard Tasker fan, I encourage folks to check out AutoMagic, which can do what Tasker does, and more, but using a flowchart interface (easier to learn).
I've switched away from Tasker now, and have been 100% happy. There is also the Automate app, which uses a similar interface, but it's not as powerful IMO. It's not perfect, but it's still being updated, and it's extremely stable.
Bonus points for AutoMagic supporting Tasker plugins!
IFTTT is an online service for connecting lots of other services (mainly through their APIs). Most recipes work without your android device. Only some use the app to automate thing on your smartphone. IFTTT is easy to use and great if you use the supported services.
Tasker is a very powerful app for automating almost anything on your android phone. The downside is that you have to design, implement and support your own workflows. Are you familiar with programming? Then try Tasker, you will love it.
An alternative for Tasker is Automagic. It is nearly as powerful but has better visualizations for the workflow. If you just want to automate one or two things I would recommend it, because it is easier to make workflows with.
God, it's been 6 years or longer since I stumbled across Auto magic, so I don't remember what the free version offers; But I have installed it on every phone I've had since. It definitely can handle what you're trying to do.
AutoMagic, by Gleeo.

You could look at an all like this one, to see if you can create those types of effects. They might not be exactly what you want, but could be a work around.
You could try Automagic.

You can go for a DNS based solution if you don't wanna root. But it's unreliable. Simply using a VPN will allow them to circumvent the restrictions placed on the network.
But if you have root:
(All this is done by automation app. I use Automagic for automation. Another alternative is Tasker. Both are paid software, but trial is available on their respective website.)
You can do this by using an automation app, I use Automagic Premium. I never created location based flow for this, but when I open certain app it play a predefined background music for that app.
Like for Play sore it's "Road to Viridian City" from Pokemon gba games
For File explorer it's "Route 101" music from Pokemon gba
So instead of launching app as trigger here location should be used as the trigger. But it's going to be far more complex for location based triggers, and I don't know how much accurate it will be.

Llama hasn't been maintained since forever, unfortunately.
I have found Automagic to be a very good replacement for everything that I used Llama for - except actual location awareness, which is the one niche that Llama solved brilliantly. On the other hand, Automagic is much easier to work with than Llama and especially its competitors (looking at you, Tasker!) so I suggest you give it a try.
People have tried recreating location awareness with other apps, and also with Automatic flows, but apparently it's not straightforward.
Wallpaper changers are commonly one trick ponies - one app for one specific purpose. In my opinion, an app which can do that (changing wallpapers randomly or sequentially) while being able to do much more may be preferable. One of those apps is Automagic, a sort of tasker on Steroids. Same idea: An occuring event triggers execution of actions. In case of wallpaper changer, event could be "Periodic timer", and - assuming random wallpaper - two consecutive actions is all it takes:
Latter action looks like this: in action "Set background picture", as file name is given "{getRandomElement(wallpapers)}" - "wallpapers" is the name of the variable used for the previous action, namely having been populated with wallpaper names.
Pretty simple, makes such wallpaper changing one trick ponies superfluous, but can be used for an endless list of things more, apart from allowing to customize the home made wallpaper change however one desires. A wallpaper for home, another for work? No problem. Use black when running on battery, and fancy when powered? Trivial. Change to red when battery charge drops below 20%? just as well. Put a few buttons into quick configuration tiles, each one changing to a specific wallpapers? A No-brainer.
A positive side effect is that one can keep the number of installed apps lower, without sacrificing functionality.
I used this Plugin with Automagic instead of Tasker and created a similar routine (called a flow in Automagic). I find Automagic easier to use than Tasker for my simple tasks.
For anyone interested, her is what my flow looks like:. Automagic Flow
Automagic * Automation. Powerfull like tasker, easy to use, well supported and really efficient doing complex tasks.
Sorry to be late by if it can help. As Tasker mentioned by Way2square2behip, you can try Automagic too ; see https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic&hl=fr
While I love Tasker, I have to give props to AutoMagic, it's 4 bucks but I like it the most so far.
The problem with Tasker is those plug-in that is supposed to be in the app... The plugins are made by other developer which you need to buy.. While MacroDroid and AutoMagic they included those plug-in inside the app and also script writing is easier on the said 2 apps... Plus there are macro/flow that can you easily download/upload and rate upvote/downvote if that suits, you can easily share/brag your masterpiece....
Or Automagic
There's a link for evaluation copy read it... https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic&hl=en Automagic * Automation - Android Apps on Google Play
Are you me? Except for MacroDroid (I prefer Automagic), every alternative and reason for using it is the same as mine.
Both linked apps have this capability. The second one out of the box and the first one in conjunction with automagic (3.99 us)

...Unless ZTE gutted that is pretty well.
Automagic Automation, automates your phone with a vastly simplier flow-chart instead of the complicated and unusable Tasker.
> Automation-Tasker Llama Macrodroid
Where is Automagic * Automation? It's an automation app that uses simple flow charts instead of traditional condition-action approach.
I personally switch to automagic from tasker long ago. It's more visual, makes more sense to me. You can still do all the same stuff.
As someone who manually built all Tasker scenes to look like MD, this should help out a lot.
I did switch to AutoMagic recently, which supports Tasker plugins, so hopefully this will work for me too (the SnackBar one seems to work, but have more testing to do).
There is some confusion here.
AutoMagic is an automation app, similar to Tasker, but with a visual approach. I switched away from Tasker months ago, and AM has been working really well for me.
João is not involved with this app (I didn't even consider the possible Auto* confusion, sorry).
You could use Automagic to do this;
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic
You can set a trigger to watch for Textra opening and then an action to switch on Mobile Data.
You could follow this up with another action to switch off data on the app closing or after a certain time delay.
I recommend you also give Automagic a try. It's like Tasker, but easy to use and also supports plugins made for Tasker.
Automagic > Everything else.
Very intuitive, compatible with Tasker plugins, constant development.
Automagic ($3.90): An alternative to Tasker that uses flowcharts. It's fairly comparable and will even function with things that have Tasker integration, but I've found its UI much more intuitive.
CalcNote ($3.49): It's a calculator that was actually designed for something with a giant screen. Ok, hear me out. I know phone calculators are normally free and not really something most people put a lot of thought into, but the way CalcNote is designed puts it leagues above everything else and has honestly changed how I look at calculators in general. Unlike normal calculators, Calcnote presents you with a two column, lined, page. You right equations on the left column and the results get displayed on the right. However, because this is like a note book page, you can see and edit the full equation and see the results change as you type, rather than only seeing the last number entered. This makes it much easier to fix mistakes or handle multi-step problems. You can also do things like save variables, use functions, get subtotals for multiple lines, and save worksheets. The Dev is also super responsive and there's a free demo version.
Sleep as Android ($5.49): I know it's a bit over (sorry), but if you don't already have it Sleep as Android is absolutely the best alarm clock I've seen and the devs have been updating it for ages. The basic premise is that it tracks you motion as you sleep and will try to adjust your wake up time a bit so it can catch you when you're in a phase of sleep that's naturally closer to waking up, which makes it less jarring and less groggy. It's highly customizable and has tons of cool extra features, like letting you use internet radio for the alarm, notifying you when you should head to bed so you'll get enough sleep, and keeping track of your sleeping habits.
Automagic * Automation automate your Android device with flowcharts
Link me: Automagic
I've recently purchased:
Automagic - Another tasker app with easy flowcharts, especially useful for things like toggling silent when I'm within 50m of my work building
KLWP - A crazy customizable live wallpaper maker that lets you do "widgets" in the wallpaper with very low battery impact (there's a free one too that you can demo)
GoneMAD - Customizable, simple music player (think there's a 2 week free period)
Plex - Easy streaming of your content to devices if you have lots of home media
And a few games if that's what you fancy:
Monument Valley - Escher-esque puzzle game that's a bit short but relaxing and deep
Osmos - The first agario, eat other blobs and be the biggest. Relaxing, great soundtrack.
Plague Inc - Be a disease and destroy the world, basically an updated pandemic 2. Free if you don't mind normal speed.
I also have friends with deadly addictions to games like PAD and Tsumtsum, so if you find fun in those then $16 won't last long for IAP. Hope this helps!
edit: I also have Textra and Swiftkey as /u/teegle1 points out, great keyboard and sms apps that are always being updated.
I can only give an example of part of the process because I cannot access that menu. Also, since we have different phones, your touch points and UI will be different from my examples.
Here's the portion that gets you to the code menu in AutoMagic. Replace the click points with your own, entering the code. The sleep part is to allow the dialer to appear before dialing--you may wish to alter the duration. From here, you add the remaining control UI actions for opening the menu and disabling the radio. You'll probably also want to add a home button press. You can then trigger this created flow by adding the AutoMagic shortcut to your homescreen. If you prefer, assign it to an AutoMagic quick tile. This is what it looks like in action.
Since you can access telephony state, you may be able to bypass all of this and just use the built-in action--maybe not, but it's worth trying since that would bypass the need for automated touches. Also, this would work for those that are rooted.
If you prefer Tasker with AutoInput, here's the same actions in Tasker. This needs the same adjustments by you as the AutoMagic version. This is what it looks like in action.
You can very easily use plugins that Mi Band Tools offers to configure this functionality - it won't take you more then few seconds. Use for example Automagic (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic) or Automate (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.llamalab.automate) and configure simple flow like this: http://imgur.com/LlwV0Wd (screenshot from my Automagic configuration). When your phone battery drops below 10%, Mi Band Tools will send an vibration to your bracelet that can be dismissed by tapping the bracelet.
(It's an automation app with flow chart like interface.)
Epsilon Notes (I use the paid version)
(an addition to your home screen launcher. It's a very new app, started using couple of days ago, but fall in love with it)
(Before coming to this app I used to use Join app but lack of Firefox extension forced me to switch to this app)
(My favourite eBook reader)
Tasker alternative with more features out of the box and better UI & UX with flow diagrams.
As someone that bought AutoMagic, AutoMate, MacroDroid, and Tasker and its multiple plugins—I'd consider MacroDroid the least worthy of a purchase. It is pretty limited without the plugins, like Tasker. However, it has a couple of downsides that Tasker doesn't: It's less reliable (in my experience, least reliable to most: MacroDroid, AutoMate, AutoMagic, Tasker) and lacks the userbase of Tasker. So, you'll need to invest in the Tasker plugins for both Tasker and MacroDroid if you want to do more than basic tasks.
AutoMate and AutoMagic are more complete without plugins, but can also use Tasker plugins. They both use a flow chart style.
If I'm trying to figure out something complicated for the first time, I use Tasker. It has an active subreddit (r/tasker) and is the most widely used so it's easy to find relevant Google search results. I typically use Tasker and AutoMagic. The flow chart building of AutoMate and AutoMagic is probably easier to learn at first, though. I feel AutoMate does the best job of giving you information upfront. People new to these types of apps seem to prefer MacroDroid, though.
There are a few actions that are easier in each app, like background video record in AutoMate and screen record in AutoMagic, but they are all pretty equal. You can try Tasker and AutoMagic for free for a limited time, but they then require a purchase. AutoMate is essentially always free, as they do a generous size restriction without purchase. MacroDroid is unlimited for up to 6 tasks without paying, so you can thoroughly try it out—and maybe never need to purchase it if you only need 6 tasks. I'd probably recommend Tasker if you see yourself needing help (and are willing to purchase a plugin if a desired task requires it) and AutoMate if you think you'll get by without plugins or purchasing a base app.
Automagic: Trial version, Play store
Automate: Play store
I found this one, thinking of buying it as it seems to be more easy then tasker
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic
Automagic FTW!
I'm in that niche market, so you'll not find any $4-coffee-guy-apps. (I should probably add that getting that guy to buy apps is an absolute nightmare and I couldn't in a million years manage to do it)
<strong>Automagic</strong>
You can make this (or Tasker, though it's user friendliness leaves a lot to be desired) to emulate a lot of features offered by apps.
<strong>Solid Explorer</strong>
Combines well with FTP server automation, and is generally extremely user friendly.
<strong>Titanium Backup</strong>
Makes ROM experimentation less time consuming.
<strong>Join</strong>
Has every feature Pushbullet and Airdroid do, but lets me use all of them in any way I please, rather than jumping through the app's hoops. I can machinegun different data/media to 5 devices in a ridiculously short amount of time.
<strong>Lightning Launcher</strong>
Not fast or simple, but somehow makes up for that in brute feature richity (I just made that word up).
<strong>Chromer</strong>
This, in my opinion, is the best app available on the Play Store. It is perfect in usability, doesn't have a single useless, annoying or even situational feature, is tremendously easy to adapt to your liking and makes life easier. It is also free, but I'd have paid for the thing (I did, technically, I donated to the man) so I'm putting it here anyway.
<strong>Boost for Reddit</strong>
A lot of the Reddit apps are well designed I believe. Sync, Reddit is Fun and this all have similar ways of approaching the biggest of time wasters. The thing about a time waster is that I want to forget I'm using it. I just want the pictures and gifs, and the reddit apps succeed gloriously.
Also made donations to SuperSU and OpenCamera, because while I didn't need extra features, or the entire app was ad free and full featured, they were in use so often I felt I should.
Some smaller apps like ebook reader, music/audio book player and battery apps for ROM troubleshooting.
I might also own a pretty Icon Pack or two *blush*
I successfully got this working with Automagic! This is basically like Tasker but easier to use and not to mention I couldn't get Tasker working. The app costs $3.90 https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic&hl=en
You can download a free trial via their website http://automagic4android.com/en/evaluation
I got it working with 2 flows (Flow = profile). If you install the free trial, you can only use 3 flows at a time so when I installed the trial I deleted all the flows it came with. Basically what this does is whenever I connect to my car's BT it will disconnect the headset profile from my Huawei Watch and connect to my car BT headset profile. So when I make or receive a call, it'll go to my cars BT and not my watch. The watch still remains connected but just not the headset portion. When I disconnect from my cars BT connection it will reconnect the headset profile to my watch. This should be exactly what the OP needs.
Create a new flow. I named it "Car BT connection".
Should look like this: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1J8Oay2yaZwb05WNzE2cVBRa1k
Click back arrow and create a new flow. I named mines "Car BT Disconnect"
Should look like this: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1J8Oay2yaZwWDUwN0dOS29KRm8
If you have any questions let me know.
Automagic: fully featured Tasker alternative with flow diagrams, which are way more intuitive than Tasker's UI.
Automagic is better and easier to use than tasker.
I'm sorry it took so long to finish this post; I was just seeing if there was interest on my lunch break.
This was done with an automation app called Automagic (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic). Automagic is a paid app (I don't remember the price but it's not really high). It's similar to Tasker but using flow-charts instead of the hierarchical interface Tasker has. I like it a lot, and in particular I chose it for this because it supports widgets (home screen and always-on-top overlay!) without multiple apps or workarounds.
Automagic uses "flows" to handle its automation, and "widgets" to present an overlay to display information. You can import flows from other people (whom you trust of course, inspect downloaded flows to see what they do before running them! Even mine!)
You can download my flows and widget for the MotoModBar here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tqjzpyyv9xmnm6c/MotoModBar-for-Automagic_v1.xml?dl=1
Note: you might have to increase the Automatic Emergency Stop value for these flows from its default of 60. It can be a bit conservative. Also, the flows could probably be optimized a bit more to help the situation but it works for me.
Full disclosure: I was planning to make this into a cheap app (for a low price) but life has gotten in the way. If there is interest in a standalone app I may revisit the idea.
Credit: I did not originally write this. I modified ChargeBar by Bushmills (https://automagic4android.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=5917&p=14733&hilit=battery+level#p14733) from the Automagic forums with information about retrieving Mod battery level from a StackOverflow thread, and redesigned his widget to show both built-in battery and Mod status as separate bars. Thanks to all whose knowledge I used!
IFTTT and Stringify geofencing are very unreliable. I've had delayed on both services (and Stringify even trigger turning off my lights, meaning it thought I left my house, when I'm sitting in front of my PC).
What I now use is the Automagic app. Follow this guide to create your geofence macro. It uses both location (provided by Google Play Services) AND your home wifi connection to determine if you're home or not. Or download an alternative one that uses only your home wifi for geofence.
I use the former macro and it's extremely reliable, usually triggering as I enter the parking area or when I finish parking my car. Sometimes, but rarely, it'll trigger as I enter my home, but still not delayed like IFTTT or Stringify. They have a 10 days trial at the developer website if you wanna try it out.
You could build it in an automation app (AutoMagic, AutoMate, and Tasker) in less than ten minutes.
Set your trigger of choice (device motion or detect walking), have a toast message or notification that needs pressed within ten seconds, alarm goes off if not pressed, and I'd probably add a location update and share—both during the alarm and at set intervals after.
However, I'd probably go a different route to eliminate the time delay and to make accessing the phone easier for myself. I'd either use a dedicated tag, Bluetooth headphones, a strong magnet, or device orientation. With Bluetooth headphones, set the alarm to trigger if connection is lost—so if the phone is more than 30-50 feet away, depending on environment. With a magnet, set the alarm to go off if the magnetic reading drops below a certain point. Keep the magnet stuck to a zipper or something when you have the bag on you and attach to the underside of a chair, or whatever is nearby, when you need it to serve as an alarm trigger. With device orientation, if you have the type of bag that keeps your phone securely in one position and has a logical way of holding the bag, you can intentional set your bag down in a orientation that no one would carry it in—such as a backpack with the backrest facing up.
You can build this in an automation app: AutoMagic, AutoMate, MacroDroid, and Tasker.
It can also be done with one of the "button mapper" apps in the Play Store or an app that includes that feature, like All in One Gestures.
I would recomend Automagic instead of Tasker. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic
Automagic can easily do this.
Didn't think this was worth it's own post but continuing to build automations and tools using Automagic on Android - added a routine to enable Sentry for 3 minutes anytime my driveway Ring camera senses motion and the car is parked in the driveway. Thought others may find the idea useful.
If Tasker seems too overwhelming, alternatives such as Automagic (Trial only available as APK) and Automate may interest you.
I'd use Automagic * Automation, but Tasker and MacroDroid (free!) does this too. It's possible other similar apps such as Automate and AutomateIt can do this as well.
Great idea. I got it to work from my Android phone in about 5 minutes using these NFC tags plus the Automagic App and the awesome Tasker Plugin for Tesla.
My car is red and my NFC tag is white so I put my front license plate instead of the tow hook cover.
Even nicer: Automagic https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic
I have this setup and working with Automagic (similar to Tasker) in a way that creates a persistent notification to toggle ambient whenever I have the buds connected.
Setup uses 3 Flows -
Create a notification when buds are connected that has an action to toggle
Flow that actually toggles the setting (this does so by taking control of the UI, opening the app, toggling ambient, then returning back to the previous app you were in)
Flow to kill the persistent notification when buds are disconnected.
Notification looks like this.
If anyone wants to easily replicate -
Here are the three flows in xml format that can be imported into Automagic (save the text in the pastebin as an XML file and open on your device - Automagic should prompt as an option to open with)
Hope this helps someone else, this is working well for me.
Or Automagic, automate your phone without fiddling the complex UI of Tasker
Take a look at automagic also. It is as powerful as others.
I have configured android automation app called Automagic to do this for me.
I haven't tried tasker, but it seems to work for automagic
With Automagic anyone can do that and much more from years ago.
And with tasker,Automate,Power schedule.....
Surely the best. Play Store link.
Personally, I prefer Automagic - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic
Automagic is an app that lets you automate a bunch of different things. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ch.gridvision.ppam.androidautomagic&hl=en
It's nice to have that flexibility. Bought Automagic to try out.
