Nowadays I just snap short videos of random things we do and situations with my phone (still amazing to me tbh), and I use Power director to put them all together. Insert music, cut the boring stuff, play a little with the music behind it and voila!
Takes me a couple of hours on a Sunday with a cup of coffee
Along the way we learned that it was also cool to see the world backgrounds changing with us, something you don't really notice when you're living at high speed
I swear by Powerdirector. Lots of tools for a mobile app but perhaps not as user friendly https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cyberlink.powerdirector.DRA140225_01&hl=en_US
I’ve heard the Kinemaster is also well regarded.
I've done a lot of video editing, and sadly I haven't used a video editing app that works as well as those on PC. If you really need a "professional" video editor I just don't think PC can be beat. For example, you need a big screen (to arrange video / audio tracks, there are lots of controls, etc). Look at Adobe Premiere Pro's interface. Look how many buttons and displays there are. Even on a tablet everything there would be tiny. Additionally, rendering video takes a huge amount of time (can be hours) on a super-fast CPU.
If you really must do it on a phone, I'd recommend PowerDirector, but honestly any professional-level editing is gonna be on PC only.
For Android users, you can use PowerDirector Video Editor App to cut the video and then use Video Live Wallpaper FREE to set it as a live wallpaper for your screen AND lock screeen.
There is PowerDirector but you have to pay to unlock Full HD output.
It seems to have more features than Adobe's offerings, including text/title overlay and picture-in-picture editing.
I swear by Power Director
I know others have liked KineMaster. Adobe Premiere Rush is an option as well. I've been using Power Director for a while, and I've found it pretty powerful. As close to a desktop editor that I know of.
I assume your editing on your phone? If you are you might want to look into power director. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cyberlink.powerdirector.DRA140225_01&hl=en_US
I think it cost 5 bucks to unlock everything and you can use it for youtube monitization.
Here. Only bad thing is it has a watermark. Also, I recommend /r/FortNiteBR, this seems like a BR question.
Check out PowerDirector for video editing. It's a bit limited in its capabilities if you're used to high-end video editing software, but it's actually got some impressive capabilities considering that it's an Android app. I haven't found any good audio editors yer.
Try PowerDirector It costs $8.00 I think it was (in Canada anyway) but it does have a lot of features. I haven't used the one you're talking about so I'm not positive it's there but it does have many editing options so it could be. I use it to put together small videos for YouTube.
Once Android apps are available I'm sure your can load something like powerdirector on it.
It's pretty powerful for a mobile editor.

As a content creator who primarily does my mgtow videos from my android phone, this is my time to shine.
Step 1: Record your content via pre-installed or third party app. The "voice recorder" app on my phone does a great job for the audio to save me money until/if I get a mic and recording computer setup.
Step 2: insert audio and desired picture(s) into- this great app that i reccomend for free, as well as the paid version i use the paid version and give it a 5/5 for the price i paid. (Not a sponser, i just like the app alot)
Step 3: upload said video to youtube through youtube app.
Step 4: share some content links with me. I love supporting worthwhile fellow producers.
Step 5: fuck yeah.
Yes. PowerDirector is quite good.
I used it last weekend to make a few videos, and they came out great. I took about 45 minutes of footage, edited it down, and make a 6 minute short film, complete with soundtrack and credits and smooth transitions between clips.

IMHO a good iMovie competitor just doesn't exist on Android. It's such a shame.
This is the best video editor I've used but I only used it for little phone camera clips, not sure how or if it can handle 4k imports.
I wouldn't think that there would be a market for mobile video editing software. While I haven't used it myself, this editor seems capable of basic editing! Fairly recognisable interface too.
Para Android, como pedido, o mais indicado que já vi é o PowerDirector:

Mas se realmente procura algo profissional e gratuito, Davinci Resolve num computador é o mais indicado.
It is the best for editing videos but it cannot create dvd menus https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cyberlink.powerdirector.DRA140225_01&hl=en_US&gl=US&referrer=utm_source%3Dgoogle%26utm_medium%3Dorganic%26utm_term%3Dpowerdirector&pcampaignid=APPU_1_Rt0VYd-EE4K6tAaQsaewCw
Cyber link Powerdirector
I have their PC software which was nice. Their app is great too. But lately they've been shoving a paid subscription service down my throat.
Power director video editor

Frequent error message while editing videos using the app. Decoder error as well as can't record audio.
Press the Video button every 30 Seconds, then Download a free editing Software on your Smartphone and then stick those pieces together. That's a good one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cyberlink.powerdirector.DRA140225_01
Not sure how iMovie is. Never used it.
But these are some powerful ones for android-
The one that I use and can recommend is Power Director. I used it to edit and create videos that I uploaded to YouTube on my Samsung Galaxy S8 while I was on holiday in Japan. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cyberlink.powerdirector.DRA140225_01 Another one I tried was kinomaster, similar but I found power director similar to video editing programs on windows. Just drag and drop your videos and music into the app and render. Good luck!
Can you test out power director for (4k) video editing:

And also, can you run geek bench:

Power Director it's not free but it's worth it IMO. I believe(as in it says it can, but I haven't personally) edit speeds. They have a 14 day trial.
Power Director is fairly good. I don't know if it doesn't any kind of transition effects, but it's a good clip editor and you can add titles.

Cyberlink one is called PowerDirector I think - it's the one I use and it's decent. Kinematic is probably top dog but is subscription only so I don't bother with it.

Well... depending on how light your video editing is, you might get away with a Chromebook which supports the Android Play Store and something like PowerDirector. But transcoding speeds won't be great and I'd suggest keeping your expectations to 1080p at the most.
Try this out and let me know how it works. I had it on a list of things to try if Verizon ever sends me my phone...
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cyberlink.powerdirector.DRA140225_01
My time to shine seeing as I edit everything on my phone! I'll keep this short and sweet.
Here is what I use, and have used for my 40+ videos. There is a free and paid version. Enjoy!
I find Power Director from Cyberlink pretty good. Only can use it on my phone at the moment as for some reason it's not fully compatible with Chromebook on my Pixel. It has a fairly good selection of editing options though.

Found a solution which is not perfect but does get the job done. Check out the App "PowerDirector"
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cyberlink.powerdirector.DRA140225_01
You can edit the slow motion video in this app by "splitting" the video then editing each part's speed individually. I tested it on my oneplus one and works good but I don't have audio tracks with my slow motion video. Can anyone test and report?
This is a pretty decent Android video editor I guess, even though I don't really ever find myself editing on my phone...

Power director is one of the better one that works. It's an Android app but works well on chrome os

Have you tried PowerDirector? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cyberlink.powerdirector.DRA140225_01
PowerDirector is one that's frequently recommended.
Cool. Okay to start I sourced the audio of Youtube. Just google a YT to MP3 converter. I use these 2, plenty of others out there:
https://ddownr.com/ (HQ videos)
The Video sources are from my PS4 recordings being uploaded to youtube and i use this third party to download for my footage.

Video editing I am andriod sorry so can only help for this OS.
PowerDiect: Seriously anazing video editing app for mobile. I did pay the monthy scrip to remove the watermark. You add the audio and wide affect using this. I just googled/YouTubed how to do these things.
Video and Gif memes: This is for making video template with the words. Very easy and simple, also free. It's just a little slow.
So thats pretty much your tool kit to do this. Takes a bit of learning to start with, but you pick it up in no time. Keep in mind I literally learned all this yesterday!
Hope this helps! I'm looking forward to making more stupid gaming related ones in future.
All the best.
I use PowerDirector Android App. Works great.
PowerDirector works really well for me. Not sure about the version requirement.
Power Director I like it a lot. It does what you want and more.
For video editing try this out... https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cyberlink.powerdirector.DRA140225_01
The Asus C100 is definitely the sleeker, prettier model. Performance of the Rockchip chipset is ok... and will probably keep you happy for a couple of years (unless you are running some intensive android apps - and probably some games). I bought one last year - but one day I picked it up with one hand while in tablet mode and the screen cracked under my thumb. Fortunately, the store offered me either a replacement or a refund - I chose the refund 'cause I'd bought the Chromebook to lug around in my backpack and I was worried it wouldn't stand up to the abuse.
So, I bought an Acer R11. Its not as good looking as the Asus, but it definitely takes a beating (its been through hell and back and I still have it). The Celeron perfoms a bit better than the Rockchip, but its still not blazing for 'intensive' work (like exporting video with PowerDirector).
Comparing the two, the touchscreen is a bit more responsive on the Acer R11, but the touchpad is definitely better on the Asus C100. I don't really have any complaints about the keyboard on either, although the Asus C100's is a bit more cramped because of the smaller footprint. Tablet mode on both works great - although I generally only use it for reading comics or drawing/doodling (I've got a BoxWave AccuPoint Active Stylus - which is nothing special - and use Squid or Bamboo Paper or occasionally INKredible). I have no complaints about the screens on either one, although I think that the Asus C100 could get a bit brighter; that said, I use the Acer R11 outside all the time without problems. Speakers aren't great on either one, but the Acer R11 are a little bit better; I usually use bluetooth headphones when I'm not at home anyway.
Obviously, I'm using Android apps on my Chromebook - which I think is an awesome feature.
As for storage... you can just barely get by with 16gb. You can use an SD card in either for storage for Chrome (e.g. videos/books/comics you want to be able to access while offline), but not (yet) for Android. And, you probably won't be able to store apps on the SD card anyway. So, get the 32gb version if you can.
CyberLink power director supports 4k now on it's paid version. Double check 4k works on the g4.

Cyberlink PowerDirector

On my Android phone: PowerDirector - I bought a lifetime licence in 2013; its since turned to a subscription model and I don't know if its worth it.
On my debian laptop: kdenlive - free. There's a windows version, and if you're up to it, you can compile it for a mac.
I probably should look at: DaVinci Resolve - there's a free version, and its available for linux, windows, and mac.
I rhink there is no quality loss with PowerDirector
