$14 a month with a tmobile number instead of $20 regularly. then add the sports package for $5. so, $19 a month total
and you get unlimited slingtv using your phone with tmobile (with Binge On), so you can watch live tv anywhere and not have to worry about using all your data up.
Premier league US broadcast rights are owned by NBC. YTTV gives you NBC and NBCSN channels but it is up to NBC to decide what gets shown on those channels. NBC sells a add on streaming package they call "Gold" which lets you stream all EPL games that aren't shown on the two TV channels.
https://www.nbcsports.com/gold/premier-league
I'm not sure the broadcast rights situation for other leagues but there may be a similar solution.
Edit: looks like la liga broadcast rights are owned by Bein sports network which YTTV does not carry. You can get it through sling TV's standalone international sports package for $10/mo if that's important to you:
SlingTV is like a small Cable TV package - it comes with a handful of live channels so it's not like Hulu where that's more on-demand content.
Gawd - I sound like a fuqin commercial...
Are you in the US? I can confirm that Netflix DVD has it, I added it to my queue and moved it to the top, no shipping issues showed up. They have a free 1-month trial. You don't get any of the special features though.
It's odd that regular Netflix didn't even list it, though. Normally if you search for something that's not streaming, it'll say it's available on the DVD service. But I had to go to dvd.netflix to find it, it wasn't even in Netflix's results.
It's on Sling's website, with a sign-up offer to watch it. So I'd say maybe it's there? But if you're patient someone will probably come along who actually has the service.
No broadcast channels (other than a few NBC and Fox owned and operated ones) is a no go for me. If there's just a few cable channels you care about it might be worth it.
I had it for a month for some live cricket, and it was pretty buggy. Cut into a live match with 10 minutes of Home Improvement, no joking. But I mostly watched on PC and that was a few years ago.
I believe the cheapest way this year is to subscribe to Sling Blue with the sports add-on. It will run you around $46/m.
https://www.sling.com/pm/nfl#service-modal-us-monthly-sling-mss-sports-extra-mss-2-rpggzp
If you're not against paying in general but just don't want to pay $60, Sling Blue is only $35 to get the 2 cable channels the Cup races are on. That and an OTA antenna could get you every Cup race and pretty much every Xfinity/Truck race (barring rain outs onto FS2 which have happened but are rare)
I kid, I kid... But here's the thing... Sling DOES do Newsmax TV and, if they really want their Russian propaganda straight from the source, there's RT.
The way I have mine set up is I do the Sling Blue + 4 Extras Deal.
So it's $25/mo. for Blue +$10 for Comedy, Kids, News and Lifestyle Extras.
Sling has "Extras" modules for each package that you can select; they are typically categorized and contain anywhere from 5-15 additional channels.
NBC is only available to stream on Sling in limited cities (11 cities), mostly in the North, not Georgia where I live (and Sling even recommends Peacock). YouTube TV is cutting their price, and I don't see what's wrong with getting Peacock for $5 if people want it, and saving $5 overall in the long run, or in my case $10 because I don't need NBC.
You could look into Sling TV as well.
If you get the 'blue' package you get nbcsports , fox sports 1 then if you add the sports package or the spanish package you get bein sports and bein sports espanol. plus univision, unimas and univision desportes
$30 you get Premier League, La Liga, Liga MX, MLS, Euro 2016/2020, select World Cup qualifiers, UEFA Champions League, World Cup 18/22/26, Women’s World Cup 2019, Bundesliga, Europa League, International Champions Cup, select USMNT and USWNT games, select Mexico games, select England games, Euro 2020 qualifying games, DFB Pokal, select friendlies, UEFA Super Cup, Rio Olympics, FA Cup, NASL, 2017 Gold Cup, Championship, Capital One Cup, Ligue Un, Serie A
It's available on Roku and Apple TV plus mobile and comp. Sometimes they cut you a deal and give ou a free roku for signing up. I used it briefly for normal channels and did find it to be a little unstable at times. But that was early in it's life.
You can ride out the trial, but it still seems overly excessive for your limited needs.
Have you looked into Sling TV or PlayStation Vue? Sling has almost 30 channels for $20, limited on demand selection, good for basic needs. Vue has 55+ channels starting at $30, good selection of on demand and a cloud-based DVR. Both have a 7 day free trial.
According to Sling’s site, you should get NBC in Philadelphia market area. I’d contact support via chat.
Not sure what you mean by "unless my interface is glitched". What interface? Later you say your "actual Sling TV app" shows you have a 50 hour DVR.
Anyway, lots of complaints on Twitter with people trying to edit/cancel their subscription through the browser. Best to call or chat with Sling if you are having issues changing your sub.
Requires Sling Blue + Sports Extra (Red Zone included in Sports Extra)
You can get BeIn Sports on Sling’s World Sports package for $10/month or less if you want to subscribe annually. Pretty sure it’s the cheapest way to get BeIn in the U.S. if that’s all you want.
Sling Orange and Blue has these channels but you should check to see if you can get your local channels through them here: https://www.sling.com/programming/locals. Otherwise, you’ll need an OTA antenna or Locast, if it’s available in your area.
You have lots of options.
Congrats! Sling TV has a current promotion of $15 a month. After 2 months, it will raise to $25 a month. It has HGTV in the lineup. You can also share it with 2 other family members. You can split the cost with each other. This can save you considerable money on your TV budget.
We have sling tv www.sling.com which we stream on our tv through our wifi. Here's what you need to get to attach to your tv through a usb port (like what a flashdrive connects with):
I think ours is a chromecast.
It's about $25 a month, we get a ton of cable channels and we love it. We can also watch on our phones, laptops, other devices anywhere in the US. Since we're on BS4&6, we added a $5 extra to get some more channels we like. :) For the record, when we had debt, we did not have cable tv or Sling. I think it's a good way to cut down on costs when you're working off debt. Internet access we did have, but we didn't do extra expenses. And if we get to a place where we don't watch much tv or have an unexpected life event that means we need to save money, we just turn off sling for awhile. It's so convenient and easy.
Get the standalone World Sports package from Sling International. It's $10/mo or $80/yr.
You should be able to login to the beINSports apps with the Sling login.
Then just get whatever other service you want, like YouTube TV, for the other channels you need.
Interestingly, their attempt to solve that is to offer a free antenna. Not the worst idea but a small indoor antenna won't be the answer for everyone.
My tv automatically switches to my Roku when I press any button on the Roku remote. No input switching required. You can get a free or discounted Roku by prepaying 3 months of Sling.
My setup includes an antenna, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sling, plus a bunch of other free apps. The Pluto app has a ton of free channels that she will probably like and it's interface is similar to regular tv.
You can’t buy RedZone access directly, AFAIK. I wish they would do it like they currently do with NFL GamePass. Perhaps an add-on to GamePass? Heck, let us watch games live with GamePass!
Alternatively, SlingTV has it as an add-on to their basic TV package. You can get RedZone for $35 a month... it’s their base package of TV stations ~~(including ESPN)~~ plus RedZone and NFL. That’s the cheapest legal way I’ve found, so far, if you don’t have cable, that in addition to RedZone also gives you full access to MNF.
If you have Amazon Prime, you can stream the TNF games through the Amazon Prime Video app.
Alternatively, you can find a friend or relative that has cable, and offer to pay the cable company add-on fee for RedZone, and then you can both use it.
Edit: I was wrong. The SlingTV base package (orange) does not include ESPN.
Also, SlingTV is promoting a FREE (NO credit card needed) preview. Easy email signup with nothing to cancel.
>Sling TV Capitalizing on Presidential Debate With Free Preview AND watch the Atlanta-New Orleans football game.
Buy a Roku
$110/mo total for every channel I would ever want, plus Netflix Originals, plus every single movie channel and NO fees
My mom was paying $150 for internet, basic cable (no movie channels), and a LAN line (which she doesn't use) with Comcast before I made her switch.
It's really a no-brainer. If you're on the west coast, SlingTV will even give you stuff like the Pac-12 network if you're into college football.
I personally recommend PlayStation Vue. The interface is lacking for the Roku, but the price, 28 day DVR and amount of channels did it for me. Also, Playstation Vue allows you to log in to the TV Everywhere apps unlike Sling. (Watch ESPN, Fox Sports Go, etc). Sling is another option, and the interface is better than Vue on the Roku, but being only allowed to use one device at a time for most channels, and no DVR was a deal breaker. Hope this helps.
Roku also has a Sling app you can get, which has lots of great channels for a lower price point than cable.
$20 gets you AMC, Food network, ESPN and a bunch of other channels.
For the warriors game signup for a free 7 day trial of sling tv https://www.sling.com
And you can watch it on TNT with the sling tv app.
On their page it says its supported on chrome cast. https://www.sling.com/devices
I personally did that for game 5 on my roku.
You can check all available channels using their website. Go to this link, click "Pricing" on the menu bar, then change to the multi-stream option. There is a blue button that when clicked will ask for your address. After searching your address, any additional channels available will be listed.
> Might very well be an app now
Yup, it's an app and if you were to scroll down to the bottom of the page it covers just about every TV OS out there.
Local games and nationally broadcast games (TNT, ESPN, NBA TV) are all blacked out. About 80% (roughly) of games available through League Pass/Team Pass.
I personally haven't bothered with a VPN since I already have Sling or YouTube TV with the channels they are being broadcast on. Sling is what I currently have, TNT and ESPN included and you can buy full League Pass for all NBA teams or Team Pass for one specific team through them as well as NBA TV. Comparable packages are available through YouTube TV and Hulu too, though these are more expensive
One of my many complaints. But according to some people on reddit, anyone complaining about the new UI just can't accept change. I can't accept change that removes functionality at the expense of making something that looks beautiful.
When I did it about 6 months ago, it automatically redeemed the value of the card, and pushed my auto renewal date to a time in the future. For me it didn't wait until my auto-renewal occurred to redeem the card. Can't say for certain how it works presently, but that is how it worked for me in the past.
EDIT: also a web article on how Sling gift cards work.
I second this. There's a deal through sling right now that they will give you a free one if you prepay 3 months of Sling. You would have to use a different email address and sign up for a new account in order for it to work though. It's for new customers only and since you started a trial it most likely won't work. It's a great device and super convenient to not have to switch inputs. Also all your DVRed stuff will be in one spot.
Check here and look for the "bonus locals bundle".
From Sling's terms of service found here
Under section 5.1.1 Billing - Fees and Charges
> we may terminate or suspend your account for any failure to timely pay any amounts or maintain up-to-date payment method information within your account.
They are claiming you are liable for a charge you have refused to pay. Just because Discover agrees with you does not mean that Sling does. There is an arbitration process in section 11 of the ToS if you want to take legal action, but in this case you'd probably be best served by calling up customer support and trying to explain the situation again, or maybe just offering to pay.
If you have wireless internet, you can supplement your over the air stations with streaming channels. Some are free. Some are paid. If you really love certain cable channels, Sling TV will deliver a good many of them for $25-$40: https://www.sling.com/pm/sling-packages?mkwid=sHrbh3pUJ|pcrid|285948197973|pkw|sling%20tv%20packages|pmt|e|pdv|c&cvosrc=ppc.google.D_B_COM_General+Terms_Brand_Alpha_sling&cvo_crid=285948197973&matchtype=e&campaign=D_B_COM_General+Terms_Brand_Alpha_sling&group=sling+tv+packages&cvo_keyword=sling%20tv%20packages&BS=1&utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=D_B_COM_General+Terms_Brand_Alpha_sling&utm_term=sling%20tv%20packages&matchtype=e&gclid=EAIaIQobChMItciI56CP3gIVV1gNCh3algzpEAAYASAAEgIOzvD_BwE#dyn-grid-package-tab-1-25m
I wouldn't care to spend that much, but it beats the price of cable or satellite in many markets.
Sling TV International. DirecTV Now and Fubo TV also have international channels.
Sling's italian service went from 13 channels to 2.
old version of sling's italian page
something must have happened with rai. It's also being cancelled on dish.
Look here... https://www.sling.com/#carousel-jam-channel-chevron-left
It appears that the Sports Extra package on Orange is only $5/mo, but it includes primarily college sports - no NFL Redzone. Also, Orange doesn't have the NFL Network.
The Sports Extra package on Blue is $10/mo and includes NFL Redzone. Blue also includes the NFL Network, but no ESPN.
You can purchase 3 months of Sling and get a Roku stick (the new version) for free or the Roku Premiere+ for an additional $50.
Essentially, for the stick you're paying full price plus $10, but getting 3 months of Sling on top of it, which I think is a pretty sweet deal.
https://www.sling.com/watchfree
All you need is to enter an email and to make a password
I use PlayStation Vue and signed up to see how the other half lives, so far I'm not overly impressed. It's nice to see things Vue is missing (A&E and History mostly), but it's more of the same, and no way to record anything.
I would recommend subscribing to SlingTV (or playstation Vue):
If you get the sling blue package you get TBS and FS1 (but not ESPN) and Im pretty sure they air every FS1 mlb game (NL teams this year) which would allow you to watch the cubs. For the world series your best bet is to setup an antenna. Although now that I think about it, I think FOX local is actually available if you live in the right market.
edit: I just realized you said free. Well at least sling gets you a free 7 day trial. If you start on the 7th, that will get you at least through the NLDS and I suppose you could always singup with a different account/credit card for one more week (which may or may not get you through the NLCS depending on how it shakes out). The World Series is free over the air. Playstation vue also has a free trial so you can bounce between them!
For games on ABC or Fox, I just use a set of rabbit ears. I can't watch these games on my phone away from my house, but in those cases I can find somewhere to watch it.
In the past, I always just found streams online. I think /r/CFB has stream links in the official game threads. There are a also some sites that will pretty reliably have a decent stream. These are usually pretty low quality; the best I could ever find was 480p.
Last year, I bought Sling TV for the football season so I could get ESPN. I ended up just using my Sling TV credentials to log into WatchESPN which was a much better experience but it could have also been my really shitty internet at the time.
This year, I'm subscribed to PlayStation Vue. The middle ($35) package has all the channels I'll need -- BTN, ESPN, Fox Sports. The interface seems pretty nice and it works pretty well. You can also use Vue credentials to log into BTN2Go/WatchESPN/Fox Sports Go if you want. The one big caveat is that you have to have a PlayStation or Fire TV device to use as your "home device", which you said you have so you're in luck. If you use the Vue app on another device and it thinks you're outside your home network, it will pop up a warning that "content will be limited". However, you can still stream BTN and ESPN with this restriction so it doesn't really matter.
Streaming cable services are way cheaper than regular cable, but still pretty expensive. However, I think it's the best option with the least hassle.
My advice is to, if you can afford it, subscribe to PlayStation Vue for the next 5 months. And buy a good antenna if you don't already have one.
Another option would be to use someone else's cable credentials to log into BTN2Go/WatchESPN/Fox Sports Go. Although, I try to avoid the pile of hot garbage that is BTN2Go.
Edit: speeling and links
For $25, you could get Sling Orange which includes Fox,, FS1, FS2 and NBCSN.

Sling has gotten better. I haven't deciding which one I'm getting.
https://www.sling.com/devices/offers
I've also since canceled my sling subscription and they sent me an email giving me the Roku offer again, so its nice to know you can take advantage of it multiple times.
If you haven't heard of it, SlingTV is a streaming service that has ESPN, and others depending on the package. It'd be cheaper, and it's a monthly subscription, so you won't be locked into a long cable contract. I don't have any personal experience with it, but it sounds like it may fit your needs and be worth checking out.
Sling TV works on Roku. Their $25 and $40 plans include FOX. I have never used it so you should check out reviews for it before serious consideration.
Edit: Looks like they don't have Fox news though...
I think so. If you look here and select the $25 plan you'll see the Fox Sports logo and underneath it says Fox RSNs (regional sports networks). The $40 plan it says is the union of the $20 and $25 plans.
>Record ESPN Channels
Slingers are now able to record programming from ESPN, ESPN2, ACC
Network, SEC Network, ESPN Bases Loaded, ESPN Deportes, ESPN Goal Line,
ESPNEWS and ESPNU. So if they want to watch their favorite team winning
an epic bowl game over and over, now they can!
>
>
Digital networks, including ESPN3, ACC Network Extra and SEC Network+ are not eligible for recording via Cloud DVR on Sling.
Log into the Sling app, choose the Settings icon in the upper-right, My Account, and Edit Subscription. Scroll down to Edit Add-On Services.
You can just add the 200hr Cloud DVR Plus ($5) or switch from the Sports Extra ($15) to the Total TV Deal ($27) which includes a free Cloud DVR Plus upgrade (a -$5 value).
For info on the Total TV Deal, see: https://www.sling.com/help/en/learn-about-sling/promotions/total-tv-deal
Ligue 1 in the US is BeIn sports exclusive.
Sling International Package 10/mo
Fubo has BeIn in their base package.
Sling Blue will give you want you want and you can pair it with the News Extra add-on if you need more than CNN, Fox News and MSNBC. Total monthly cost of $41 ($35 for Sling Blue + $6 for News Extra). For local channels, if you get good reception using an antenna, you can use one of the AirTV devices Sling sells that will integrate your local channels in the Sling app.
The Sling app isn’t as slick as YTTV, but I believe they launched a new version that is significantly improved compared to the previous user experience.
They currently have a sale that gets you Sling Blue for $10 for your first month. If you get the $49 AirTV with Antenna bundle, it’ll give you the opportunity to see if the monthly cost saving is worth it without having to outlay too much upfront.
Best thing to do is get a trial of the different services and see what works best. Some services may have different tiers with different channels.
For example, with SlingTV you can pick the package that works for you:
Can't say I'm familiar with Zee so I looked it up. The Hindi channel, yeah?
Looks like Sling signed a deal with Voot and might have dropped Zee because of that. There's a 10 channel Hindi package available for $30:
https://www.sling.com/international/desi-tv/hindi?footer=true#service-modal-2
Fanatiz has the most Spanish language channels I think. They are legit and the app is usually pretty solid.
Sling International Is another option if all you want is BeIn. Willow is also solid for cricket if you are in to it.
There are probably others as this isn’t something I’ve sought out, but I have used both services above and they worked well.
Here is the link to apps that allow Sling as logins... Of course it all depends on what package(s) you have.
https://www.sling.com/help/en/subscription-programming-questions/channels-programming/tv-everywhere
There are more then this list but here are the major ones: Bravo, CNBC, Disney, E!, FOX Business, FOX Network, FOX News, FOX Sports, Freeform, FX, FXM, FXNOW, Golf Channel, MSNBC, NBC, NBC Sports, Olympic Channel, Oxygen, REELZ, SYFY and USA
I get NBC on Sling, but it might depend on area (I’m in So Cal). Try this linkto see if it’s available where you are
Yeah, it has been confirmed by Sling TV themselves:
SLING TV expands free DVR storage, updates pricing for new customers - Jan 27, 2021
SlingTV Chat (Just a Sling DVR info Page)
Sling is currently offering:
The HD Antenna reportedly isn't much good, so be prepared to replace it with a better one.
Yeah, looks like those additional channels are all available in different Sling packages depending on which ones are important to them:
https://www.sling.com/international/desi-tv/hindi
Buying your own modem will save $14/mo, but if they actually use the landline portion of the service that might be a dealbreaker because you need the ISP equipment for that.
If this were me, I would sit down with them and figure out the other things they watch often, help them set up Roku Sticks on each TV logged in and you're good to go.
>The Premium Pass offer is now included across all SLING TV services: SLING Blue ($30/mo.), SLING Orange ($30/mo.) or SLING Blue + SLING Orange ($45/mo.). If you do not cancel online, after the first month you will be charged monthly for SHOWTIME ($10), STARZ ($9) and EPIX ($5).
https://www.sling.com/whatson/announcements/sling-tv-premium-pass
That sounds like refusing the "offer" is not an option, but that you have to accept it and then cancel it before the month is up, if you don't want to get charged $24. They're probably banking on some liking it and deciding to keep it, while others will simply forget to cancel it (kaching).
You can sign up for Blue and then immediately sign into your account and cancel the offer. They should still give you access to the channels until the end of your month, then remove them automatically.
Depends in where you live. If you live in the US, Sling TV has an Arab TV package with all kinds of channels that’s for $25/month.
If you live somewhere else, I’m sure you can still sign up for Shahid and get movies and content from MBC Masr. Netflix also has a handful of Egyptian movies and TV series, and they recently added classic comedy plays like شاهد مشافش حاجة and العيال كبرت.
Sling now is doing a free Happy Hour thing where you can stream for free from 5pm to Midnight and they have TNT on there so I would try that out.
https://www.sling.com/deals/happy-hour
Otherwise Fite + VPN like others have said.
So what you can do is get it on the airtv app but I would not recommend that because the interface is not that good. What I would recommend is that create a sling free account and they have some free content on it. Plus sling app is almost everywhere so no need to worry about that. The only thing is that you won't be able to cast the OTA channels on Google Chromecast but they will work with alexa voice commands on fire TV.
I'm out of ideas. At this juncture, if it were me, I'd send an email to [email protected] referencing this reddit thread, & use a Sling supported web-browser for the time being,
I had no trouble accessing Sling Free through https://www.sling.com/deals/sling-free without a CC/DC or having to register, using Firefox on Windows 10.
If you don't already subscribe to Sling, just click the Watch Free Now link. If you do, in Firefox right-click the Watch Free Now link and select Open Link in New Private Window. Click Guide, then Grid.
Sling Free is available through Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, and Android TV devices. (Not on Apple TV.) I'm not able to access Sling Free on my Roku because I already subscribe to Sling.
did you go to the right place?
I signed up using this link. There's no need for CC. Only email/password/zip code. And you can even fake all t hat stuff because it doesn't actually verify.
Just remember the email/pass you use so you can log in after.
if you still can't get it to work, PM me and I'll make an account for you to log into.
Sorry to bear the bad news, but it'll be at least a year until it's on Netflix here in the US. EU gets day after releases, but here it's either AMC or buy on Amazon/iTunes/Etc.
Good news though - www.sling.com is doing a 14 day free trial, no credit card required. Just email. They've got episode 3-7, and you can buy ep 1 and 2 on amazon for pretty cheap. That'll be the cheapest way for you to watch it, and you'll be able to catch next week's live.
Or you can buy the whole season on Amazon for about $20.
If you live inside the US, NBC and NBCSN are the only way to watch it live. Sling Blue is the cheapest way I've found to watch it live online. Otherwise You can get IndyCar Pass to watch race replays, qualifying and practice sessions all with great commentary.
if you live outside the US check this out.
Real Madrid is on BeIn which is not carried by Youtube TV. You can get it fairly cheaply by either subscribing to Sling World Sports package for $10 a month or $60 a year. Fanatiz also carries BeIn for $7.99 a month or $79 a year.
The Sling World Sports package does not have NBC and NBCSN, only these channels:
https://www.sling.com/international/international-sports
If you want NBC and NBCSN, you would need Sling Blue as well at $30 a month. So $40 total, which is not terrible.
Also Sling unfortunately moved Fox Sports 2 to an extra package, for another $10 a month.
I hope this helps.
Directly from Sling regarding Free Trial
>Available to new customers upon account activation. One per customer. Must provide email address and credit card. Trial will end on the date that is 7 days following account activation or upon cancellation if subscription is cancelled prior to this date. Your account will be authorized to receive programming upon your first login.
Try /r/cordcutters. They have a lot of information about live tv streaming options in the sidebar for a start, and then you can get a feel for what questions to ask.
While I'm not sure who's got FIFA and LigaMX rights, off the top of my head for stuff in general...
SlingTV offers two different packages, though you can get both. The ESPNs are on one, Fox Sports on the other.
FuboTV, though, is a little more sports heavy. Also this article likes Fubo for LigaMX.
Hope this is enough to get you started, but I still suggest poking around /r/cordcutters
maybe you should check this:
To get up to four streams, go to the My Account page and make sure that the Show me only Sling Blue versions of channels in both services box is not checked.
You can get Sling Orange + Blue and add "Kids Extra" for $5 which is for Nick.
Total is $45
https://www.sling.com/service#service-modal-us-one-stair-step-domestic-Kids-Extra
Depending on which channels you want, and if you don't mind using an app, Sling has a whole lot of foreign language packages (as well as domestic channel packages) that might save you some money: https://www.sling.com/international I looked into this a while back for my folks but they like the simplicity of flipping channels too much.
You know, I watched season 3 via Sling TV and episodes were up according to the regularly advertised programming schedule.
I'm watching season 4 with a friend who has cable, so I don't know if Sling TV is a valid method for watching this year, but maybe we should find out, for the greater good.
Edit to add: it does indeed look like Mr. Robot is available to stream on Sling.com. http://www.sling.com/shows/mr.-robot as an alternative to Amazon Prime Video
Ok, here is how to use more than one AirTV Black box at the same time.
Note: You can't have the same AirTV box connected to Sling and AirTV accounts at the same time.
1 - You MUST disconnect (remove) your AirTV from your AirTV account.
2 - Factory RESET the AirTV box. (paperclip in the reset hole on the back)
3 - Create a new Sling GUEST account (not same URL as a trial account) you MUST go to: https://www.sling.com/airtv
4 - Open the Sling app on your phone or tablet and SIGN OUT of the existing account. (You must use a setup capable device)
5 - Unplug your other AirTV boxes if they are on the same network.
6 - Sign in using your new Sling Guest account.
7 - Add your OTA device to Sling and scan your network for your AirTV box and follow the setup instructions.
8 - Sign out of the Roku Sling channel app and sign back in using the new GUEST account.
9 - You may have to reboot the Roku to clear the previous accounts channel line up.
To switch between AirTV black boxes you have to log out of Sling and back in to the Sling account connected to the AirTV black box you want to view.
I hope they come up with a better solution in the future. Since they only have dual tuner boxes they should allow multiple AirTV boxes per account.
BeIn is so easy to stream. SlingTV has a $5/month option as well: https://www.sling.com/international/international-sports#dyn-grid-plan-tab-2-s-2
And yes it includes all BeIn channels, not just their main one
At least have a look at Sling TV. Get the Sling Blue package and add RedZone. I think your total bill would be something like $35/month. Go to Best Buy and pick up a Roku. Or my favorite, the Amazon Fire TV Stick for around $25. As long as your TV has an HDMI input, you can plug either the Roku or Fire TV stick directly into your existing television.
If you're using Sling for streaming, then your best option for connecting the antenna would be the AirTV DVR or player, as it can integrate the channel guide with Sling.
Check out https://www.sling.com/international/international-sports -- $10/mo for the main BeIN channels. FuboTV is pretty awesme if you want a whole TV package replacement focused on eurosports with enough extras to keep or girlfriend happy.
I have a Roku TCL Series 6 tv and it's great. It does have a headphone jack, but you can also get the Roku app for your phone and use the phone as your remote. With the phone on the same network as your Roku tv, use the app to connect to the tv (via wifi), tap the Remote icon in the app, then the Headphones icon, then plug your headphones into your phone, to listen to the program on the tv through the headphones plugged into your phone. Super easy. No lag. As for college sports, check out the Sling Orange package, https://www.sling.com/
IMO the annual plan at $60 is fantastic value

Sling actually has a very useful web page for on demand:

Click on the channel you are interested in and then click on "See All Shows". Now click on a particular show and it will show a list of all the on-demand for the show. Very handy!
You forgot to mention what country this would be for. One country or many?
In the US, All Premier League matches are available to stream via NBC Sports Gold.
Me, I watch the Premier League on NBC & NBCsn via Sling TV.
Your best option is probably a combo of YouTube TV($40/mo) and Philo($16/mo without Cooking Channel, or $20/mo with). That will be $56-60/mo total, but you'll get 3 simultaneous streams for each service, and both have some form of unlimited Cloud DVR included(YTV 9 month recording expiration, Philo 30 days).
YouTube TV should have all your major locals. It might not have your local CW depending on where you live, but they have CW On-demand in that case.
4K live streaming isn't much of a thing yet, as most networks don't broadcast in 4K anyway. Only service that offers any kind of 4K live streams is fuboTV, but that's just for some sporting events for the most part.
As for those South Asian channels your folks like to watch, that might be complicated depending on what they are watching. Your best bet is checking out the South Asian packages Sling International has available. Currently they have packages for Bangla, Bengali, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. Prices vary from $15-50 depending on package and add-ons.
Sling Blue seems to have the Fox Sports channels. It says it includes Fox Select Markets which I assume would include Fox Sports Oklahoma but you might want to verify with them first.
sorry for the late reply, but heres the link https://www.sling.com/international-sports
apparently theres an option for an annual prepay option for 80$/year which would be a great deal for my needs, but my problem is i cant get it, so i was wondering if anybody knew if this deal was still available
Sling Orange for $25/month would be my recommendation for ESPN. https://www.sling.com/slingers?tv=1&cvosrc=drtv.db.DO_LW_DR_ACQ_001000000T_MAR2018_SLGRS30&utm_medium=drtv&utm_source=offline&utm_campaign=DO_LW_DR_ACQ_001000000T_MAR2018_SLGRS30
No you don't need a credit card. They did this for the debate. You just need a email account. You sign up here. They email a verification, you use your credentials to log in. It automatically expires like it did for the debate.

(Fixed typo)
https://www.sling.com/service click "sling blue", then click "show my available sports networks" ABC is only in Chicago, Fresno-Visalia, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Raleigh-Durham, San Francisco areas.
How? The orange package is $20 with ESPN1,2,3 as the sports option. The blue is $25 with FS1,2 as the sports option. There is no other way to get FS1 on sling. Are you in a promo of some sort?
If you want it to be more frustration free, I'd go with the roku 3. I have a roku stick, roku 2 and roku 3 and with the stick and 2 sling (and other things) tend to bog them down where they load slow, or crash and reboot the whole thing. The roku 3 is nearly flawless, plus comes with a really easy to use wifi remote (remote doesn't have to be pointed at the box).
If you prepay three months of sling, you can get half off a roku 3
Try posting your tvfool report over in /r/ota. But, also, Sling offers a spanish package for $10/month - https://www.sling.com/latino/service, although I only see univsion and not telemundo in there. But, enough channels that it might be a reasonable trade-off for them.
