Interesting, thanks for the information. I knew he was going under an alias to remain anonymous because he mentioned it in this interview. I didn't know he was an actor.
In reality, there isn't really a difference. A salafi is someone who follows the methodology of the righteous salaf, as was Shaykh ibn 'Abdul Wahhaab. A wahhabi is a derogatory term people use to identify people who follow the methodology of this shaykh, who was upon the methodology of the salaf, so those who follow him are actually following the salaf. You have a lot of people today and during the life of the Imam who slander him and spread lies about him like him being the founder of this daesh ideology which he was completely against and against the khawaarij or that he was against the madhabs which is false too and he was a hanbali in fiqh. He refuted several of these lies and claims against him during his life time. This goes through this: http://www.spreaker.com/show/aqeedah-of-muhammad-ibn-abdul-wahaab

Your speech has some truth and a lot of falsehood and slander.
1) You really need to reasearch how the scholars of sunnah called other scholars salafi much before the life of ibn 'Abdul Wahhab.
2) Shaykh Ibn 'Abdul Wahhab had nothing to do with the khawarij and his 'aqeedah is completely against the khawarij and this is merely a lie.
3) Shaykh ibn 'Abdul Wahhab himself was a hanbali. NO SALAFI says that following a madhab is shirk. NO SALAFI says you can't follow a madhab. You most certainly can. However, you can not be fanatical to a madhab such that even if you see that the other madhab has the truth and the evidence is HEAVILY on their side then you say 'oh no im this madhab so i can't change'. This is shunning the truth of Allaah. You follow the evidences.
4) Salafis do not say following one of the four madhabs is taqleed so you inventing things will go against you. You have not Read A WORD of what Ibn baz or Al Albani or 'Uthaymeen or al Fawzaan or the salafi scholars said about the madhahib or salafi.

He is correct, most satanists consider themselves to be pretty much atheists but like to use Satan as a symbol because it illicit's fearful or angry emotional responses in most people.

I actually did just post about my witchcraft-focused podcast! :) It's for my patreon(.com/mansin) and the main body of them will be for beginners and then it will go on toward more advanced techniques of witchcraft.
But yeah, that's one option. If you don't want to follow my Patreon, I will be crossposting the podcasts on my tumblr as well (trueriptide).

Hey guys, I figured you all may be interested! I have a podcast getting set up here! It's primarily for my Patreon, which I will release further basics/advanced witchcraft/spellwork podcasts and youtube videos.

Thank you for looking!
I will add you tonight when I get home.
As far as intro music, I tend to find it's not necessarily the kind or type of music, but the volume. You want the quality to be really crisp, and at a medium-to-low volume. It's an accent to the show, not the actual show, so you don't want it to be the highest volume item on the show.
On my podcast, I have an intro that a friend did for me with background music. The music is always at a low volume, and I talk over it.
My podcast is on iTunes, search Dawg Pound Underground, or follow this link: http://www.spreaker.com/user/7758643/episode-2

I fiddled with this, and yes, it fits reaaally good. What seems to work the best is the outro, mixed in with the break(?) of Moar Ghosts.
I made a thing of it, here .
It's basically taking the outro of Professional Griefers, repeating it, and adding reeverb over time, while starting the Moar Ghosts part. I guess, you could also use the original Ghosts N Stuff with Rob Swire's vocals, but it might sound sudden, and choppy. But I don't know.
Kate S. Logan the producer of this film talked about it on the Dogma Debate, it's even worse, there is a small hint about this in the trailer, that one guy who is gay actually turned 18 when he was in this camp but they refused to let him go.. I really want to see this movie now!

The Everyday Destruction Show - LIVE BROADCAST - NSFW
We tried out a live show over the weekend. We played some music and did some of our usual bits. Fucked Up News stories from the week, Bands we think should break up, and the first albums we ever bought plus more!
We did an hour long show broken up into PART 1 and PART 2!

It's something great to throw in the background when you're playing a game or doing some work! It's easy to listen to as well, playable in browser.
There's a great interview between Silverman and Dave Smalley of the Dogma Debate (listen to it here) and goes pretty deep into Silverman's motivations and justifications for his approach. I'd highly recommend giving it a listen.
To put it in a nutshell, Silverman's motivation isn't to convert people, it's to inject some backbone into closet atheists and get them to come out... although that's doing his nuanced perspective a disservice. Probably better if you just hear it from the man himself. ;)
Yes and no. There's a great debate on this very topic between Dave Silverman (American atheists) and David Smalley (Dogma debate) that can be found here.
It's worth a listen if you have the time, but if you don't it breaks down like this: Silverman is known for his strident approach and relentless mockery of silly ideas. Smalley points out that approach won't win converts and that to turn a christian into an atheist takes time and patience, the "long game". Silverman points out that he's not trying to win converts, he's trying to tell the people who are already converted (but living in the shadows for lack of support and fellowship) that there's atheists out there willing to be in their corner and pugnacious enough to hold their own against a relentless tide of theist (in north america, christian) dogmatism.
Essentially, there's room for both approaches - the soft sell approach to win converts, and the strident approach that bolsters support and gives the closet cases some balls to come out.
Edit: Incorrectly identified what organization Dave Silverman was with. Fixed.

You can do what I did.
I was so sick of living in my lies I just told everyone. Literally, I broadcast my shortcomings to the world. I got fired from a big job and almost lost my wife and kids because I was so out of control. I swore to myself that I would not live with my lies and secrets any longer so my wife and I decided to share our journey... anonymous at first.
My wife started doing this blog a few years ago - it was anonymous - http://mishkawifeofsexaddict.blogspot.com/. Anderson Cooper found us and she went on TV. I was still scared to do it because I still hadn't found a job.
Then we started doing a podcast together - http://www.spreaker.com/user/sexaddiction
And then we came "out" - went on another TV show and the rest is history.
I'm not saying that you have to tell the world, but there are support groups and other places (even hobbies) to forge connections with others. Because that's your mission brother... connect connect connect!
Go for it.

Last I heard Michael was going to continue but it's been silent for ages.
On a non Scottish note I highly recommend some of Kev Smiths podcasts www.smodcast.com which are usually pretty funny ;)
Here's another link that may help you. It's a podcast that my wife and I started - initially anonymously - when we started our healing journey. It's funny, stupid, and at times powerful. It's hard to listen to those early episodes when we were so honest about my betrayal.
The good news is that there is hope - possibly for the relationship and definitely for you.

Thanks for sharing your powerful story.
For more and then some, go listen to the female pastor interviewed on Dogma Debate;
Note: The interview is only one small part. The whole program is 3+ hours long and covers quite a few different topics that may not be of any interest. To find the related part, jump around it till you hear the interview. I think it starts around the 1-1:30 hour mark.
Hooray for Friday! I had a boring week at work, so I started writing my own comic series. I have about 12 pages or so plotted out. Going for 23 pages and a 10 page back-up. I'll distribute to you guys when it's done for critiques.
I saw Interstellar and I really enjoyed it. I thought it took elements from 2001, Moon, and Sunshine, but it wasn't quite as great as any of those films. Still really liked it.
I was interviewed on another podcast called Thursday Night Brainstorm (my interview starts at the 1 hour 32 min mark), which is awesome. The podcast is NSFW, so proceed with caution.
Also, I wanted to remind everyone that I have a live podcast recording on November 29 at Emerald City Comics in Clearwater, FL. Please stop by and say hello!
UPDATE: After doing the interview last night, I have gone from 62 to 97 likes on Facebook. I am so close to 100!

Fellow brochachos, so we've decided that the loser of our weekly pick 'em contest at the end of the season will have to write an essay about why Draft Day is the greatest football movie ever made. That sounds like a punishment worse than death, but we'll post that somewhere at the end of the season if you want to read it (not sure why you would haha).

you might like our show -Plumbing the Death Star. It's a 20 to 30 minute comedy podcast where we ask questions in pop culture and dissect fictional universes. Because seriously, who deals with super weapon sanitation and imperial employee agreements?
For shows that aren't mine, the cracked podcast is pretty good and sawbones, sawbones is amazing

Count me in. I've done a wee bit of podcasting myself btw, although mostly not about games. Here's a bit with me & my partner discussing my MMORTS Avalon Lords. She's a sex therapist & does a regular podcast that is mostly focused on sex and related issues. I used to be a regular on her podcast and had a ton of fun.

According to a Christian guest on Dogma Debate, it's because God was the one who was "hovering over the surface of the waters" and doing the observing.
