Digitally Imported is the way to go. They have channels for everything. Click over to https://www.di.fm/ and just start going through different channels at different times. Just remember there's good and bad of everything so if one tune isn't your thing check back later.
Vaihda kanvaa itse suosittelen after hoursia: http://ah.fm/player/ tuolta tulee puhdasta trancea kellon ympäri, ei puhetta eikä mainoksia. Toinen hyvä on digitally imported radio: https://www.di.fm/channels kanavia useita kymmeniä, ja löytyy kaikki elektronisen musiikin ala genret.
I don't really know their names. I listen to free internet radio at www.di.fm. They have a bunch of different styles of house. You could listen around and see what you like. For example, some styles offered are Deep House, Vocal House, Summer Chill House, Tech House, Electro House, Big Room House, 2000s Club Hits, Oldschool House, Funky House, and others. Those are the names of the different channels you can listen to. Each channel plays only that style of house. Great way to explore the genre
Did he have a favorite song or mention if he was into any other EDM artists or shows like A State of Trance or Above & Beyond's Group Therapy or Monstercat or Club Life w/Tiesto or you know like anything else from DI.FM? I would LOVE to know what other music he was into! What was his favorite song from Illenium's set?
Zero 7, Röyksopp, Télépopmusik, Massive Attack, Theivery Corporation.
You might also want to look into an internet radio station like https://www.di.fm/ or http://somafm.com/ if you're not into curating your own playlist.
www.di.fm more then 30 channels of music genre to choose from. Free version got ads every 30 minutes or so. The ad is less then 1 minute. Takes very few data, depends on your stream quality. Premium version no ads & amazing sound quality to make those car speakers work.
So I really don't know if this qualifies.
I can see auras / souls. They are kind of shaped like an anime character version of someone. Different people have different colored auras. It usually takes a few seconds of solid focus, but I always thought that anime style was really based off someone who could see as well.
I don't see them as flesh tone, but they look like beings of blue, purple, yellow, red or green light. I can even see them in the dark focusing on someone. I kind of stopped doing that as much because people can feel me looking into them, even though they are looking the other way.
I always dream in color and frequently lucid dream and hear original music. I wish I was skilled enough to draw or write what I experience. So many fun and amazing ventures.
There are a lot of patterns and pictures and colors that go off in my head with certain types of music I visualize the notes and each note has a distinct physical feeling in my head. I am a huge believer in music therapy for that. Anytime I get a head cold, depressed, or my mind is restless I have a few go-to pieces that are better than medicine. Uematsu's Phantasmagoria and DigitalFM's spacedreams channel.
4K UHDs are greater than life amazing. Especially space pictures.
It sounds beautiful like everything is a painting to those who see colors in letters.
Totally agree. My best thing these days: weed, video with a beautiful girl, mute, playback speed 50%, play acid music (https://www.di.fm/oldschoolacid), tenga flip hole. I get the most intense orgasms of my life. Slow motion really improves the experience somehow.
edit: atualmente estou tentando usar as músicas do canal https://www.di.fm/chilloutdreams
Se vc curte música eletrônica pode tentar youtu.be/O88ti9fZ384
Outras pessoas funcionam melhor com jazz, etc.
It depends a lot on the source.
Using Chrome, I went to https://www.di.fm/chillout and clicked Play. The volume slider on the website (bottom-right corner) was in the middle. The volume slider on the laptop was also in the middle. This is on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015) running macOS High Sierra 10.13.4.
With these settings, it's loud enough to allow the cans to stretch out their legs and demonstrate their character. If I did critical listening, it would probably be a bit louder, but not much. It's not very far from "too loud". Around 80% I start wincing. For regular everyday listening, just stuff playing softly in the background, I would move the Mac slider down to the 25 - 33% position.
They're not that quiet, really. I would guess about the same as the HD600, or not too far from those.
BTW, I'm using the AFC with the extra pads inserted. The original sound was a bit too bright for me, but with the pads it seems just right. YMMV
I work a standard 40 hour week. Generally don't take my work home with me unless I want to, or I messed up badly coming up to the end of a sprint.
My company is pretty decent with that. They make a point of keeping us as close as possible to the 40 hour work week. I've been work there a year now and I've never had to do overtime. Some evenings I'll stay later to get something done, but then I'll go early on Friday, or have a lie in and come in later the next day.
What I find helpful in a pinch, if I need to do a bit extra I'll work from home, then I gain roughly 2 hours a day commute time, so I'm still 'home' at my usual time, but got two more hours work in. I also work on the train if I need to, but you can't really focus there.
My suggestions:
Buy some good quality noise cancelling headphones, it's much easier to focus with them. I listen to some fairly minimal, repetitive music at a low volume to help me focus. Alternatively just switch them on to block out a large amount of background noise from the room. Well worth the money.
Cut back on the coffee - one cup a day if possible, if not, drink a tall glass of water at the same time. It'll work wonders.
Get a stand-up desk. If you have one, use it. They're standard here. They really help with maintaining focus. It's also much healthier to not sit the whole day. I try to work standing at least 3 or 4 hours a day. I don't always manage, but then some days I stand the whole day. I find just changing from sitting to standing can really wake you up.
Also eat fruit - I like bananas; slow release energy during the day.
Take screen breaks.
All that should help you.
I've been subscribed to Digitally Imported since the early 00s.
With a subscription you still have access to streams without using opaque apps or leaving a website open. Just pop a playlist URL in your favourite media player.
I've been listening to it. And although it transmits very good themes, it is dedicated to a specific type of genre.
In that case I prefer to listen to music directly through DI FM. Anyway, it is a very good option. Thanks for the recommendation
You will never go wrong with the classics. PFM, LTG Bukem, Seba, Photek, E-Z Rollers, etc.
Personally, I just look out for web radios. This one has been waking me up for months, now. Alternatively, this one is about more mainstream/uplifting DnB, and [this one](www.dnb-liquified.co.uk/) only has DJ sets. Horrible if you want the ID of one specific track you're listening to, but great if you want to be in a focused mood.
And if you're not afraid of paying a subscription, DI.FM (Digitally Imported) is like the Mecca of finding tracks of specific genres, 24/7.
Well, discogs labels it as Hard Trance/Hands Up (source: https://www.discogs.com/Scarf-Odysee/release/343857). For any type of trance/dance/house/hardcore I have my primary (free) escape: di.fm. they also have a radio channel broadcasting this nonstop: https://www.di.fm/handsup.
Have fun!

Genren nimi on trance. Nettiradioita on esim http://ah.fm/player/ (yksi kanva) sekä https://www.di.fm/trance digitally imported, radiolla on useampi trance kanava, kuten trance, vocal trance ja epic trance.
Tunnelmalta samanlainen kappale saattaisi olla https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7-U51DQlUAU
Lema & Shafer featuring Roxanne Emery - Summer Air (Chris Metcalfe Remix)
Thanks for the insight, S - I wasn't aware of the Myon & Shane 54 influence (would be great to hear) but that only increases the complexity from a business perspective :-)
"Above & Beyond & Gareth Emery & Myon & Shane 54 pres. OceanLab" etc.
I always find it interesting how different brands (sometimes being exactly the same individuals - in the music industry) lean on each other to establish credibility and scale. Having got into A&B back in the day via Oceanlab (DI.fm Chill Out channel represent https://www.di.fm/shows/into-the-light), I'm really interested in how my own strings were pulled and what magic the boys pulled off to do so :-)
Her amazing mixshow airs on DI fm
Check out 'Unleash The Beat' show on EDM Festival channel on DI.FM. https://www.di.fm/shows/unleash-the-beat
It seems insane that someone would pay for two music subscription services (now that I have Spotify), but I like their sites so much that I want to keep supporting them.
This page shows the prices at the top, explains it's features without being vague, and let's you know your account here accesses other sites. The Higher Quality Video section gives a demo of that higher quality.
Our channels and playlists are all hand curated by real people so the sounds and tracklists flow together perfectly! There are more rabbit holes to adventure into than you think u/BirdfluNuggetz: https://www.di.fm/channels
If you like the sound but without the goats, you can check out the tech house channel here: https://www.di.fm/techhouse
We do also have Coyu hosting shows if you ARE looking for some Saura sounds with cats/goats and the like
It's a streaming radio station that sounds like drifting endlessly into space. It sounds weird and kind of boring when I'm fully awake and alert. But when I'm relaxed and sleepy, it sounds like the galaxy: https://www.di.fm/spacemusic
Doesn't look like there is a real radio station playing 24 hour lofi hip hop. There are sites like https://www.di.fm/lofihiphop and others online. I don't personally listen to them so i don't know if there are any good or not.
Hey there, thank you all for chiming in about DI.FM! Humbled there are so many people enjoying the music through it. The Future Garage channel didn't go anywhere, it's a favorite of many: https://www.di.fm/futuregarage
I don't listen much melodic dubstep/chillstep these days, but there are a couple mixes I still love. Beautiful selection --
Forgotten Dreams
Colourful Emotions
di.fm also has a chillstep channel if you want a dedicated stream.
People are gonna in here are gonna throw their own definitions in here but what I found out what helps newbies in the scene to differentiate each style of electronic is to check out the smaller subreddits and take a listen to their postings.
I am pretty sure there are more and checking out di.fm can really help you define the sounds for you since they got a lot of specific channels of different types of dance music.
Digitally Imported radio has a lot of genres that you can livestream. The music doesn’t always match 100% to what station it is but it’s close and would be a good place to start.
I’m on mobile so sorry if that link doesn’t work right.
I love di.fm for music and am a subscriber, but just wanted to point out that's not a channel, it's a playlist with 94 tracks on it (6 hrs of music).
I know it's not the same thing, but synthwave really gives me the same feeling as chiptunes, it's my go-to these days: https://www.di.fm/synthwave
I'm pretty sure it's their app with the problem, at least on the Pixel 3. Other audio sources are fine ... Playing DI's stream through XiiaLive, Google Music, Youtube, the phone, etc. I've tried the RadioTunes app as well and it has the same issue.
Could you open a ticket with them via their contact page and report it?
Also check out Digitally Imported online radio.
Go to "Liquird Dnb" station -> I tend to find great "sad" dnb tracks there.
Doesn't matter. If you clicked on a link in a comment that used data, and didn't go to another link that didn't, it'd still be eating your data.
For example, in a deeply nested comment on one of the recent popular posts in /r/all, someone linked https://www.di.fm/nightcore as an example of curated Nightcore music. If you go to that link and start the free half hour of streaming within Relay, you'll notice the music continues as you continue reading. You can even view some linked posts that are images (e.g. the one where all the branches are part of the same tree) and the music will still keep playing.
I suppose next you'll say that you don't view comments in askreddit, lol.
Hey! Yeah I do. Just a bit of into tho - this Sessions show for my label Immersed will now be broadcasting every 1st Saturday of the month at 1PM EST on DI.FM Deep House! Link: https://www.di.fm/shows/sessions-with
After the show, the replay will be available on iTunes/Spotify Podcasting and our Soundcloud page, with a social media exclusive 2nd hour dark prog set (listed as Pt.2 Dark Prog Edition) for each episode.
Anyway, on to the tracklist (available in the description of each Soundcloud episode):
I had one perfect channel on digital imported. It's was very chill and no vocals. I could still hear the beats in the background during the journey. But I never did breakthrough. Me and friends always had the feeling, when coming back, that we got the perfect music xD.
I think it's one of these ones:
Can't be sure tbh. Just give a listen on the chillout channel and find the one you like the most.

I love this site and its sister sites, and I was thrilled when they finally added a synthwave channel, it's my favorite genre!
You pay because of the commercial free listening basically and because you love the service. If you look at https://www.di.fm/premium, you'll see there's nothing there that free users don't get. So you're paying for the non-stop listening and because you feel you should pay for something that brings you joy.
Groso!!
