To use this, download Veency and Apple File Conduit "2" from BigBoss. Then go to the settings pane of Veency and set a password (optional, if you don't set one it will always ask you via a popup if you trust the connecting pc).
On your pc, install iFunBox and a vnc viewer (I use TightVNC) and connect your device via usb.
In iFunBox, go to the toolbox tab and choose USB Tunnel. It will show you an internal ip of your iDevice and a port for vnc.
Open up your vnc viewer and connect to said ip with the given port. If everything worked it will ask you for your password you set after installing Veency or show an alert on your iDevice. Type in your password or give permission and you shoud be able to see and interact with everything on your iDevice.
I hope I could help!
For those who are having trouble getting a link to the profile, there is a very easy solution: Download and install iFunbox to your computer, plug in your device and make sure that it is unlocked, go to the "My Device" Tab and click on Stop OTA, your phone should automatically go to the install profile page. Hit install, done. Hope this helps.
Camera360 tweeted earlier this year about this problem: https://twitter.com/camera360/status/534174314744905728
And did you have 'sync to camera roll' turned on in Camera360? How much disk space does Camera360 take up (Settings -> General -> Usage -> Manage Storage)?
Edit: They want you to use a file browser (http://www.i-funbox.com/) to see if the photos are in the Camera360 -> Documents -> Darkbox folder.
Happened to me a few weeks ago after installing some kind of Wallpaper Pack from some shitty source, and it made WhatsApp crash over and over.
Anyway, I deleted this "unflod" manually, with iFunbox (for PC).
Download the software, connect your iPhone and go to this folder:
From there, delete the "unflod" file.
And that's it.
Tell me if it helped. Goodluck.
You don't really have to use iTunes. Any music purchased from iTunes can be downloaded on the device as can apps. You can use http://www.i-funbox.com or dropbox for most other things. I have not used iTunes on my iPad for years now.
For the beginner I highly recommend iFunbox! Installing afc2add from Cydia may be needed for it to show "Raw File System" stuff though which we want. It's much friendlier to work with as it shows thumbnails and can parse the application names. My favorite thing about it is how you can make shortcuts to things like App Store Applications, Regular Applications, and Themes, so it's just a drag and drop party.
Also something I just recently found was AppInfo from Cydia. It basically removes the need to do all of the info.plist stuff, but it's somewhat touch and go with icons. Half of the time it will list all of the icons it uses, and a small bit of those will pinpoint which is the legit icon.
There's an app called iFunbox that lets you browse the file system of an attached iOS device.
You can also do a screen recording from a connected iOS device using QuickTime Player: File -> New Movie Recording, then select your pad from the really small "\/" menu item next to the record button.
What version of iOS are you on? On <8.3 you can pull all the music off your phone no problem. On 8.3-8.4 you'll need to jailbreak with Taig and install the Apple File Conduit 2 tweak from Saurik's repo.
Next, on your computer install iFunbox, the most highly regarded tool to look at the files on your device.
Open iFunbox and plug in your phone, the leftmost tab should have your phone connected, and the side menu should have a list of options, click Raw Files.
Now, navigate to User > Media > iTunes_Control > Music, you should find a ton of folders, and inside are all your music files, renamed into gibberish (e.g. H3KL, NJ7W, etc.), but the gibberish names only effect the filename not any of the song metadata.
Drag and drop all these folders to where ever you may want on your computer. Once they upload from your iPhone pull all the songs out of their individual folders (typically bundled in sets of 20 or so) and collect them together in one folder.
Now you're done! Although I have one more step if you're picky and want to fix the file name issue.
Download a tag editing program, and set all your music files to convert the filename to match the song name. This should fix the gibberish titles. I used this one.
The only way to remove a jailbreak is a complete restore to either 8.1.3 or 8.2, neither of which have a jailbreak. Taig doesn't "prevent" updating to a new version of iOS. You can always place the device in DFU mode and update. To fix the Cydia error, connect the phone to a PC or Mac and using iFunbox (http://www.i-funbox.com/) do the following:
You have to install on your jailbroken device this packages: AppSyncUnified (from Karen repo) and Apple File Conduit "2" from Cydia/Telesphoreo.
Then you can install iFunBox on your Mac. There is a big "Install App" button in the toolbar. Choose your ipa and install it.
If the installation fails you may need to crack your own ipa. Let me know.
This error looks pretty sucky. Apparently apt decided to incorrectly install. Since you were able to sideoad a terminal IPA, however, it makes your life much easier. FIRST: Go to this Dropbox link and download apt.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/cb96mdrp79gbcrz/apt-1.zip?dl=0
Now, go to this link and download iFunbox for your respective OS.
Once downloaded, run iFunbox and connect your device. Then, go to your device and click "manage file system" or something like that, and unzip the apt folder. Then, drag the apt folder into the iBooks section. You can now close iFunbox.
Now, open terminal on your device. In terminal, type the following commands: su alpine rename /User/Media/Books/apt-1 apt mv /User/Media/Books/apt /etc Kill Cydia from the app switcher, and open it again. Your problem should be solved.
This sick. Thanks! For anyone interested in how to manually install a tweak without having to use SSH, check this out:
Just did this myself, and have everything working.
Maybe with iTools or iFunBox you can see if the files are still on the device. I am not sure if there is such thing as temp data but it's worth a shot.
http://www.itools.cn/multi_lang_pc_download.htm
Hope this helps to recover your data.
You could try and retrieve the photos. Here's what you do.
Download this for Mac or Pc.
Make sure the iPhone is connected to the computer but ignore any restore options given by iTunes. Once you have Ifunbox open navigate to this directory to retrieve any photos.
Var/Mobile/Media/DCIM/100APPLE
You can drag photos onto the desktop from there. The device does not need to be jailbroken.
Okay, I'll assume that this is not a stolen iPad. If you really just want the photos you could use ifunbox. It will allow you to recover the photos. For icloud bypass, you are fucked bud. Go to a near pawn shop and buy a new iPad that is not locked.
To copy/paste worlds to iOS, I use iFunBox. No jailbreak required.
To copy/paste worlds from Win10Edition, you can browse to:
C:\Users[UserName]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds\
Someone else will have to advise the best way to copy/paste from Android.
PE and PC/Java worlds are not compatible, and can't be exchanged.
Here's solution to update the app. Run iTunes on your pc/mac and log in using a Japan account. Find fate/go on the Japanese app store on iTunes and click GET. This saves an IPA file of fate/go onto your computer. On PC it is saved in the folder Music\iTunes\Mobile Applications.
Next download, install, and run iFunbox. http://www.i-funbox.com/
Connect your iphone/ipad to your computer and wait for iFunbox to detect it. Go to "My Device" and then "Apps". Click "Install App" and chose the fate/go IPA file iTunes saved on your computer. This will update the app with all the player data still saved.
Run f/go on your iphone/ipad. It may ask you for password of the Japanese iTunes account you just used to download f/go.
UPDATE:
I hadn't looked at iFunBox in a few weeks. I am testing 4.0 Preview V4106 for Windows.
I just copied a world from my iPad to my iPhone. (Picture)
I'm very happy to have been incorrect and behind the technology, since it now appears this can easily be done.
iFunBox. No internet connection required.
Your phone needs to have Apple File Conduit 2 installed. Once transferred to the phone you should be able to add them to your camera roll through iFile.
I used to use this (before I freed myself from the shackles of Apple), even with a non-jailbroken iPhone, to transfer files to and from the device.
If you jailbreak, you won't need that... Just plug the device in and go to town.
Sounds like some data it's using is corrupt. Backing it up and restoring may not fix the issue as it may simply backup and restore the corrupt data.
You could use a tool (try iFunbox) to access the iPhone storage for the Weather app and remove or replace the problem file.
You might want to try disabling Location Services before launching it in case it's the weather for your home town that is corrupt.
If your only backup is through the itunes software, then you're basically screwed as far as I know. There are ways to save individual app files using programs like i-Funbox.
As far as the bans go, we knew that data was being sent to gameloft concerning gem counts and actions performed some time ago, and it was advised that hack users should not make their changes too drastic. I'm sure gameloft would like nothing more than keeping 'cheat flags' a secret, so unless banned people kept track of how much they altered their games(gem/coins/etc. added), there isn't any real way to tell what the ban criteria is.
OKAY GUYS HERE IS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE THEME
HOW TO INSTALL: download the file from the link. Put it in the downloads folder.
go to http://www.i-funbox.com, download it, its free.
okay when you download it, connect your idevice via usb to your computer.
This is what you're gonna do.
go to raw filesystem, then click library, and then themes. Now click on the Blink LS folder (you NEED to open it on 7-zip or WinRar and click on Blink now drag THAT folder into ifunbox.
Now go to winterboard, enable the theme, and respring.
COLOR SIGNAL (ill add the link when i find it, or you could look in deviantart)
to install it to the same thing you did with the blink LS, unzip it and drag the folder into RAWFILESYSTEM-LIBRARY-THEMES
Zeppelin: the super cool batman logo, you can download many more in cydia along with zeppelin.
the background is right here: http://colerise.com/wallpapers/groundeffect_mobile.jpg
I recommend checking out colerise.com for more wallpapers, some are for iPhone but most are beautiful pc backgrounds.
for those who cant seem to get color signal working:
I have no idea how to fix it because I didnt encounter that problem, do the following.
YOU NEEEEEED TO SSH COLOR SIGNAL INTO IPHONE USING IFUNBOX, I SPIRIR OR ANYTHING ELSE.
GO TO THE SAME DIRECTORY AS BLINK LS AND DELETE THE COLOR SIGNAL FOLDER. NOW GET THE COLOR SIGNAL .ZIP FILE, UNZIP IT AND CLICK THE FOLDER, IF YOU CLICK IT AND A BUNDLES FOLDER AND A UII IMAGES FOLDER APPEAR THEN HIT BACK AND DRAG THAT FOLDER INTO IFUNBOX.
ENJOY!
I recently ran across ifunbox. Gives you access to everything. No need to jailbreak, at least not for the iPad, can't tell you about iPhone because I don't remember and it is jailbroken.
I just wish I'd find a way to carry ifunbox with me so I don't have to download it everywhere.
Edit: seems like access is limited without jb.
link it was the first one...
Download Apple file conduit 2 on both your devices, and plug them with a lightning to usb cable to your computer. I don't understand your question.
Hmmm in that case I think you'll just have to hit EDIT in the camera roll and try and select them all then delete the batch. Don't think there's any easier way. You might be able to use something like http://www.i-funbox.com perhaps but not sure if that allows you to delete on block, it does allow for importing and exporting.
Do you want to keep the data, or just wipe it out? A full factory reset (Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings) will wipe out any personal data and accounts.
If you want the data, applications like iExplorer, iBrowse (Which is actually part of iExplorer now), or iFunBox should allow you to grab any and all wanted files from Windows.
I have three applications for this on my Mac. The first is DeTune, however my version cannot be updated and the owner's site has disappeared - it likely isn't compatible, but I can send you a copy if it comes to that. You say you have a pc, so this might mean you are running Windows anyway.
Next is iTools. The version I have is old now, and it appears Mac is no longer supported, but Windows is. The English page is here: http://pro.itools.cn/itools3_en
Finally there is iFunBox. I was able to update this one, so it appears to still support Mac. It's also for Windows and can be found here: http://www.i-funbox.com
I remember that iFunBox worked well for me in the past.
Download iFunBox for your system here: http://www.i-funbox.com/
Obtain your Favorite VNC Software, mine is Real VNC so here is the download location for that: http://www.realvnc.c...ownload/viewer/
Next, on your iDevice, open up Cydia and search for, and install: Veency
Then, on your iDevice, open up Settings --> Veency Turn on Show Cursor, turn on Enabled, and make a Password
Now that your is all setup up, let's start the next part, the hard part:
On your computer, open up BOTH iFunBox and Your VNC Viewer (NOT A SERVER, you want to VIEW a server, NOT become a server)
In iFunBox, navigate to: Quick Toolbox at the top --> USB Tunnel, once you click on that icon, everything is setup for you.
Thats it!
Want to view and control your device now? On your VNC Viewer, the server will be: 127.0.0.1:5900, enter in your password and BAM!
Enjoy!
Yes, many apps will switch from portrait to landscape mode based on the orientation of the device. Some games also utilize the devices orientation for control, driving games being the primary example. iFunbox is probably the most popular free option for iOS device file management and iExplorer is probably the most popular paid option.
The links are right here, for each version:
http://www.i-funbox.com/en_download.html
The one that says "New" should be the right one. I'm installing it right now to check.
OK, it was definitely the version you are looking for. You may not have been on the correct website, there are fake sites about.
First, thank you!
Second, the data is stored within your app's sandbox. You can choose to export it to "Internal Storage", which on Android gets located in your "Internal Storage" top level directory, while on iOS it gets stored within the app's "Library/NoCloud" directory. To get that file on Android you just need to plug the phone in and browse the top level directory. On iOS it's a little trickier, you need to install something like iFunBox (http://www.i-funbox.com/) to fetch the file.
I realize that instructions should be provided (especially for iOS). I will work on that for the next release.
I will also look at possibly providing a way to export directly to Google Drive (although I'm thinking that this could get me in trouble, because of healthcare regulations).
I wanted to play it on my iphone 5C and, as expected, it wouldn't work. So what it did was downloading the game from itunes (since it is free) on my mac/pc. After that I installed the IPA using an alternative itunes-like-client (http://www.i-funbox.com). It works perfectly fine! no lags or glitches at all :) having a good time with it
Download iFunbox to your computer.
Plug in your phone/tablet and open up iFunbox.
On the side panel, on the left, there is a thing that says "User Applications".
Click that open. Once your there, all your apps will be listed, with their icons. Click "POWERDOS".
Inside that folder, there is a folder called "Documents"
open that up, that is your C:/
Feel free to copy any executables(programs) you wish!
ok, I will try my best to give you a step by step instruction, here we go.
1) Install Apple File Conduit from Cydia, it allows you to view rar system files on computer file manager such as iFunbox
2) Download and install iFunbox http://www.i-funbox.com/ifunboxmac/
3) Plug in your iPhone and run iFunbox
4) Select iFunbox Classic tap on top and select Raw File System on the left bar
5) Select the var folder on the right, then stash, then a weird name folder (it is _.7OIsnF for me) then theme
6) Drag and drop (or right click copy from PC) the two .theme files into your themes folder and enables the two themes with winterboard
Download a program called iFunbox; you can find it here
When you have downloaded iFunbox hook your phone into your computer and then let your Phone sync with IfunBox, then when its done click on "Classic" and then click on raw data files (or something on them lines) and then follow the steps I listed above. :)
Any other problems feel free to ask.
You'll need to download iFunBox on your own computer and your friends.
Then just drag and drop the files into something like var/Mobile/
then open iFunBox on your friends computer and go to that directory to find your files
On a Mac I use PhoneView from eCamm.
http://www.ecamm.com/mac/phoneview/
Ars has a comment
suggesting i-funbox
but I've never used that. Sorry.
!
evasi0n is an untethered jailbreak so that's not the problem. Uninstall appsync and respring your phone. Then install afc2add and iFunBox and use that to put ROMs on to your phone.
Yes it is (save game is same for every iDevice), but you will probably only find the full completed games, so you will not continue from where you left off in your progress ( http://www.mediafire.com/?fpozojvbp7ebqyw ) and you will need iFunBox to put it in (it is also greatest program for iPhone syncing) ( http://www.i-funbox.com/ ) you go to Classic iFunbox tab, than to connected devices, find your iPad, go to User Applications, find GTA3, open it, go to documents, and put the downloaded save files there. I hope you understood me, if you have any questions feel free to ask :).
Did you try syncing the phone with your computer and then restoring it from that backup? It's a shot in the dark but you never know, it might work.
OK I'll have to do some research on this one if that doesn't work.
I remember sshing into my phone via wifi before and downloading the message database before. I assume you could edit that database if you were able to download it and delete the corrupt messages and then upload the new database back onto your phone.
*Edit:
http://menoob.com/iphone/how-to-save-and-read-your-iphone-text-messages-on-your-computer/
Have a look at this article. I haven't checked to see if the software used is freeware or not but I use ifunbox to navigate the iphone (http://www.i-funbox.com/). The article explains how to get the iphone messages database off your computer. I don't think you can edit the database with the SQLreader, I think you have to download SQLlite maybe. If you google it it should be easy enough to find out. You then need to open the .db file that is the database of text meassages and delete the corrupt ones. Then copy the new modified .db back to where you found it on your iphone.
I have never tried this and I have no notion whether this will work or not, but I can tell you that I have copied my messages .db off my phone before and opened it up on my computer to read the text messages. Whether you can copy a modied version of that database back onto the phone and the iPhone will accept it as an openable database is another story altogether.
*Edit2:
I downloaded and installed the DiskAid software that the writer of the article uses and it isn't freeware. If you don't want to pay for software you will have to figure out how to do the equivalent actions as the article with ifunbox.
Awesome find!
EDIT: Confirmed Working Link!
Copy and paste the files to:
Library/Themes/LS_Stripey.theme/<All the files>
Using this tool: http://www.i-funbox.com/
There are many alternatives. But what I don't get is, why would you put up a picture to ask this?
To answer, in Cydia, get OpenSSH and assuming you'd rather use wireless access to your ipod, get WinSCP.
There is also the iFunBox alternative which will use the direct cable connection and is faster while transferring and has more options. iFunBox does not require an OpenSSH nor jailbreak as far as I'm aware.
EDIT: Just a minor heads up, proceed with caution when you are deleting files and folders or else you might have to do a restore.
Download i-Funbox: i-Funbox.
Install it and connect your iPhone 4.
Go to Recovery Music and Videos.
Click "Start Recovery"
Once it's done left-click one of your files and press CTRL+A to select them all. Now right-click and choose Copy to PC. Choose someplace like your Desktop. Enjoy.
it's an application for windows and mac OS X that allows you to look through your device's filesystem, transfer files to/from your device, install apps and tweaks, etc... It's like ssh but better IMO. Here is the website.
Well if you've got the ROM ready to play on your computer, hop over to i-funbox to get access to the file structure on your phone and drop your patched ROM into whatever folder your emulator is pointed to.
With the Mac/Windows application "iFunBox." It lets you navigate the filesystem just like iFile. If I remember correctly, the rom files usually go into a specific subfolder (GBC/NES/etc.) inside ~/var/mobile/media/ROMs.
First you need to download the file from the link posted. The file should be called like "Linear.zip." Open that, and you should see 3 files
So you want my dock, which you can't find in Cydia
That should be it, just apply the theme via Winterboard and you'll have the dock. This method works for other themes too, just make sure that it ends in a .theme.
ok, well yeah you definitely want to get a client for your computer to upload the files you want to your iphone. iFunbox, like i mentioned earlier is good. if you have a theme that has its own custom wallpaper you want to replace, browse to it via the directory (usually in /private/var/stash/Themes.xxxxxx(random string of characters) and find your theme folder. Then look for the theme's default wallpaper, and make note of the name (likely Wallpaper.png). Then rename your desired wallpaper to that, and replace it when it prompts you to.
1) I've heard it often reported that the 4.x versions of iOS were slow on the older phones, despite being technically compatible. Apple doesn't seem to have optimized them.
2) The iPhone is similar to a PC in that there are services being launched at startup and running in the background, even though we get nothing equivalent to a task manager. Clearly, it's not for us mere mortals to understand or oversee the operation of our devices.
Since you're running a jailbroken device, you could disable some of these services and here is a guide to doing that.
If you are new to the file system, get iFunbox. Trust me--it is the best.
3) I've also heard that disabling Spotlight alone will greatly speed up older devices. I did this on my iPhone 4 just because I hated it as a 'feature'. Check the Settings>General>Spotlight Search and disable everything, then search Cydia for NoSpot.
4) You may simply be overdue for a restore. I highly recommend AppBackup from Cydia for retaining and managing all your app data, and you'll have to read up on things like transferring your SMS, email, etc if those are things you want to keep. I do not advise relying on iTunes to perform a backup.
From Cydia, try AppBackup to back up saved games & settings for regular itunes apps. It doesn't save settings for other Cydia apps though. Anyway, you can do a "backup/restore all app data" and you can back it up to your computer, to allow you to do a fresh restore and still retain your settings. Getting it to/from your computer requires iOS file manager software for your computer. I suggest i-FunBox.
I've also heard about aptbackup and pkgbackup as different backup apps, but I vaguely remember something about some problems with newer firmwares in one of those. I don't remember which and I don't know if that's still an issue. I'm using 4.3.4 and have been using AppBackup every time I upgrade, since I like to do a fresh install. Works like a charm, so long as you remember to backup before you upgrade.
It works with Installous apps too, though I certainly don't condone app piracy.
--
edit: Oh yeah, contacts and notes - not 100% sure, I have an iPod touch, so I don't really store contacts, and I don't really use the default notes app. But it works on all the other apps, so... probably?
Since this is r/jailbreak, I assume you've jailbroken?
You should be able to get your wallpaper back using ifunbox (might need to install afc2dd on Cydia if you haven't already)
Bruh.

Please appreciate developer's efforts, stop installing cracked apps.
You can use iFunbox:
http://www.i-funbox.com/en/index.html
and select the 'classic' version.
You may have to install also iTunes, for drivers support. If so, try to install a old version up to 11.0.5.
This will give you access to photo, video and music for sure; other data may or may not be available depending of iOS version. Also, for full access to the filesystem is required to have installed the tweak Apple File Conduit 2.
Hope this helps.
ok i found a websites that has a few codes:
http://www.i-funbox.com/coupons/jolse?promoid=1316262
and all I did was search up 'jolse discount codes' on google so you can also try that out to see how it goes
Get AppSync Unified from Karen's repo and go here, or here on your computer to download some .IPA files. Then, you use the file manager iFunBox on your computer to install the app (plug your iPod in, click the "install app" function on the toolbar, and drag the .IPA file in :)
If you're on windows use iFunBox classic to make your life easier :D
I don't think Pandora is working tho :(
Does TestFlight give you the actual .ipa file? If not, I think you would need a jailbroken iOS device to convert the installed app to a .ipa file.
If you have a jailbroken device, you can extract the .ipa with this: http://www.i-funbox.com/en/index.html
>Anyways, im looking for a way to delete that world that i gave myself air in. Because i think that is what is causing problems. Help?
You can access and manage your worlds on iOS with either DocumentsApp or iFunBox.
mcpedl.com has instructions on how to access, add, copy and delete your worlds with both.
Since you have an iOS Device, there is no disk mode, and you can't see your music through File Explorer or Finder, even if you show hidden files (that method applies to non-iOS iPods). Instead, use a program to view the files. I personally like iFunBox. Just make sure you have iTunes installed as well and you should be able to take your music off.
Non-jailbreak option: iFunbox. It let's you backup documents and apps, but being non-JB doesn't let you install anything that isn't already there.
Give that a shot and if that doesn't work out for you then try jailbreaking.
Have you tried i-funbox?(Free) http://www.i-funbox.com/ you might be able to access them.
When you find the files they could just be renamed instead of encrypted. Much luck.
https://www.backuptrans.com/iphone-line-transfer.html
Otherwise use iFunbox to browse the rootfs without Jailbreak to find the files (not sure if it works anymore).
If that still doesn't work then you most likely need to Jailbreak.
You think that's bad try ringtone management. I know most people don't give a fuck about a ringtone anymore but itunes is terrible about it. You can add an m4r file (why the fuck does it need to be some bullshit obscure file format) as a ringtone by dragging it into your device in itunes. That works fine. But you are FUCKED if you try to delete it but don't do it exactly the right way because it stays on your device but vanishes from itunes. Then if you decide to add it back its all greyed out because itunes thinks its not on the device even though it is so it cant be added. So you end up with lots of unremoveable bullshit on your phone. Fuck this broken piece of shit software.
/Rant Over
Try ifunbox
Yeah, airdrop for PC would so nice. I can try iFunBox. It's free, correct? Hopefully this will work with really really big files. I take 20 minute 1080 60fps videos. Ugh, ok I'll try this asap and let you know. thanks for the feedback.
Link to iFunBox for future googlers: http://www.i-funbox.com/
For those who are having trouble getting a link to the profile, there is a very easy solution: Download and install iFunbox to your computer, plug in your device and make sure that it is unlocked, go to the "My Device Tab" and click on Stop OTA your phone should automatically go to the install profile page. Hit install, done. Hope this helps.
Hello! Thank you for your participation in /r/jailbreak. However, it has been removed for the following reason(s):
There is no need to start being toxic. I was trying to help you. I and loads of other people have used iFunbox with no issues at all. Make sure it was http://www.i-funbox.com you downloaded it from.
What files do you have? Pictures and music and such? If so you can add them to iTunes and sync the device, if you have other files you can download software to access the iPad like you would a folder (for want of a better term). This should do what you need.
Click here, it's a program that allows you to access the raw file system (if it detects your jailbroken by having [[Apple file conduit "2"]] installed) that would allow you to remove the file that detects the Pangu app uses to detect when you're jailbroken (of course if that's the way it works with iOS 9, I know it's how it works with iOS 10).
Which tweaks did you install?
Do you have one of these things installed? iFile Filza WhiteTerminal iCleaner Mterminal SCP and SFTP for dropbear (from Coolstar repo) ———————— Anyway try this:
Try to go into safe mode and uninstall your recently installed tweaks.
OR
Go into jailbreak mode and try this which I posted yesterday, you'll have to download Putty (http://www.putty.org/) and iFunbox (http://www.i-funbox.com/en_download.html): https://www.reddit.com/r/jailbreak/comments/5syy74/comment/ddixmyd?st=IZ0EZDX2&sh=fe7e1bf2
Run this command to go into safe mode: killall -SEGV SpringBoard
Open Cydia and delete your tweaks
A couple or questions:
Did you pirate Pegasus? Maybe the developer did put some anti-piracy stuff in it which seems to glitch out you're device or the uploader of the pirated file did do bad stuff with it. Can you open something like iFile, Filza or Terminal (If you have installed one of those) while you're in jailbreak mode?
What I would do: 1. FIRST: backup with iTunes before things are really going to be messed up (you never know ;)
Let me know if this helped, if you have more information or questions :)
Let's try something different
Download this file for Cydia - www.mediafire.com/download/k0ad6gm28927lam/lib.zip (Wouldn't let me prettify the link :'( )
Open iFunBox and connect your iPhone
Click on iBooks (should be at the top in iFunBox)
Extract the .zip file linked above and then drag the lib folder to iBooks
Now open Command Terminal on your mac and SSH onto your phone as before
Then run this command cp -R /var/mobile/Media/Books/lib /var
Reboot and try to reopen Cydia
First off, how did the video files get on the iPad? Depending on that, you may not even be able to transfer the file out. If it's an actual video file that you can pull off, use this software, I've always liked it:
I'd imagine it probably does store some of your recently played music in a cache so it can be accessed quicker. If you want to find out how big it is you can plug your iPhone into your desktop or laptop and use a program called ifunbox to find the cache. Heres a link to download that. http://www.i-funbox.com/ You can just do this if you're really curious.
iOS can use other apps to move data around - check out FileBrowser which can talk to pretty much anything (SMB / AFP / iCloud / WebDAV / FTP / etc) and has an option (in supported apps via extension) to share that data which works well for me.
Alternatively you could try iFunbox
so basically, this is your best shot
i hope it works :-)
I'm really sorry that you lost your job, it sucks when you work for unfair, ungrateful people that dont give a damn about their loyal, skilled employees.
You could try something like iFunBox and see if you can access the iPod like that. If you can, you could install OpenSSH by downloading the .deb and following the instructions on the website. After that you could attempt to remove the passcode. Unfortunately, the subreddit rules do not permit me to post instructions for that part.
I couldn't find anything. I remember a post a saw a while ago on r/legacyjailbreak where a user (I don't have his username) posted a bunch of different links to get old apps and unsupported apps. If you can find it, good for you. You're other only option is to download <em>iFunBox Here</em> and look for it.
you can try this program to check whether anything is left on de device.
If nothing is found I don't think there is a way to repair your loss except for paid harddrive repair. But I cannot help you with that.
Ok, with iOS 7.1.2 you can just download iFunBox and open it (with your iPad/Phone connected). You can then go to Applications, find Battle Cats, open (double-click) it, and copy the Documents folder to your computer (if you want to keep your previous save). Once I post the link, you can simply unzip the Documents folder, and copy that Documents folder into Battle Cats. Replace the existing one. (REMEMBER, if you want to keep your previous save copy the existing Documents to your computer first)
Yes probably. Depends usually you can restore to a point before your downloaded an app I am not sure how often you backup. How about you try the program iFunbox, and try and delete the app through that program first I really hope this method works. If it does not work can you save your mine craft worlds independently? As in a cloud? And is your phone jailbroken?
Alright ill do by best to help and if you have any more question just ask.
1) Download the file and unzip it
2) Go into Cydia and download a file called Apple File Conduit "2"
3) Download a program like iFunbox that lets you see the files on your device
4) Hook up your phone to your computer and drop the unzipped folder into the Zeppelin folder which in iFunbox is located in Raw File System/Library/Zeppelin
5) Go into settings and choose your new Zeppelin logo, if if does not show up you may need to respring
Also if you have an iPhone 6+ let me know because if you do I need to add another set of images to the download folder
Use iFunbox.
download it from official site.
there are many photos in the DCIM that arranged in folders.
this program will help you not only copy your photos to pc, but also copy photos, files, and anything from\to pc to\from your device.
Try this I did a little bit of digging, and found something that might have a slim chance of being able to save you.
If you need any help working out how to use it, send me a private message on here and I'll try to help you as much as possible.
yeah that isn't where you are suppose to go. You have to download iFunBox onto your computer in order to access the "bootlogo" folder. An alternative is to just download ifile on your device and then you can download the file onto your iphone using safari without the need for a computer.
If you need help with any of that, let me know :)
If it doesn't work try shattered husky along with i fun box on the computer, link for it here • Shattered Husky- http://kussmaul.net/husky.html • iFunBox- http://www.i-funbox.com
The reason that it may not show all the way up is if the theme was made for iOS 7 and your phone is iOS 8 so these two downloads should convert it to iOS 8 theme. Which should make it work with the rest of the theme.the tutorial to convert the files is in the shattered husky website.
Feel free to message me for any questions and I would love to find out it it worked.
No, it is simple. iFunbox doesn't require a jailbreak and you can easily transfer files to and from any iOS device. You know it isnt 2007 anymore. Things progress.
I agree with /u/Platinum_Manticore - if you have a version of iFunbox that is telling you to jailbreak your phone, uninstall it and download it from here. The legit version will never ask you to jailbreak your phone, and whatever you have installed probably came with a few viruses. :X
you can download this onto a computer then download your music from your old iPhone then tranfer it to itunes then to your new iPhone if you want, i used it before and it transfered all my music to my pc for free
If you do not have the latest version of iOS, download iFun Box. Then you'll be able to copy your save file to your computer.
It also allows you to cheat the Kard Pack purchase system. Long story short, you backup your save and buy a pack. Shitty result? Overwrite your save. Rinse, repeat. Easy but tiresome way of getting gold kards from the 30k koin pack.
you have to copy them to your PC, edit them using photoshop (or any other software) and then replace original icons with this edited.
You can use this tool to copy them to your PC: http://www.i-funbox.com/
if you have iFile or Filza File manager on your idevice you can download cydia from here: http://www.techglobex.net/2014/07/download-install-cydia-app-deb-file-free-for-iphone-ipad-ipod-touch.html and install it manually. on that web page you have a full tutorial too
EDIT: use iFunbox (http://www.i-funbox.com/) to transfer Cydia.deb to your idevice 1st
> She has never synced it to a computer and there are no backups on iCloud.
Damn. I think you have to click "Trust" on the iPad when you connect it to a new computer in order for it to gain USB access to it :-(. You can try iFunBox, but I think it will only work if the USB connection is already trusted -- which requires an unlock. (http://www.i-funbox.com/)
> Find my iPhone is not activated on it.
Well, at least you won't have to deal with "all of that."
iFunBox maybe, I've used it for other things, usually copying stuff out of apps or to app directories, supposedly can do music as well. http://www.i-funbox.com/
http://www.imobie.com/support/export-songs-from-iphone-with-ifunbox.htm
> Or I could be treated like an adult and be given access to the filesystem of my own device instead of being forced to use specific software (although it looks as if some of my issues with that have been fixed...)
> And hell, there are plenty of things that come with software designed for them that you don't have to use, since there are other, better options around. Just look at GPU overclocking.
And if you really want to do it the "wrong" way, you're welcome to grab ifunbox or jailbreak or whatever you want. But that's not how Apple rolls and you should know that. You couldn't possibly not know that.

> so would i be able to do this with my iphone once i get a windows laptop?
No. For security reasons you can't access the filesystem of the iPhone from any OS. That's why content is managed through iTunes.
On Windows you'll still need additional software to get around that. Something like iExplorer, or better yet, iFunBox, which does the same thing but is free.
That program allows you to browse your iPhone like it's an external disk, so you should be able to make a Music folder in the root directory. I've never tried this so I don't know if it will work with PS4... The PS4 may not be able to see an iPhone's filesystem either.
you don't need to jailbreak to get to the save files
but just replacing the save files in the app doesn't seem to work
i think it pulls the save from the cloud to verify(?)
not sure
What type of communication between iPad/PC are you looking for? I use USB Tunnel in iFunBox for the PC. This lets me connect to my iPhone via the designated port, i.e. VNC on 192.168.1.10:5900, or SSH on 192.168.1.10:22, etc.
You need to make sure that both apps are on the same update, then you should be able to use http://www.i-funbox.com/ to copy and replace these files into the larger iPad.

This should allow you to continue your game if you are still using the same gameloft id. There might also be some online save-backup service for the game, but I haven't looked into it enough to be sure.
