If you're like me, you're wading through a lifetime of learned feelings and presentation. Even though it's never been quite right, the pain of that has been low grade enough, that I've been comfortable enough in guy mode for so very long.
One of the markers for me is that I'm personally drawn to feminine things to such a high degree. I find that the more that I talk about my feelings, the more I feel open to feeling personally feminine. That said, voicing some desires and goals out loud feels wrong at times, but I think it's because I'm cutting down the defenses that I built over the years to make sure that I fit, and that my 'bad' desires aren't discovered. I think the older you are, the longer you've successfully lived with self-built walls, the more it's the case that you are your own most potent gatekeeper.

So, as I'm building my army of trusted friends, I'm talking more and more as they have questions. This is serving to both strengthen these friendships, and to help me to see myself as a woman as opposed to as planning to be a woman (that was still a tough sentence to type!). The other thing that I'm doing is exploring feminine things online to help put my head in that space. It's a process, it's a little scary, but the more I do, the more comfortable, and the more positive it feels.

I haven't read Yes, You Are Trans Enough yet, but I think it may be helpful for people like us.
Have you tried non padded sports bras/bralettes? They've been working pretty good for me so far. Just don't get the ones with extra padding haha. And I guess if you are pretty well endowed they might not help as much.
Here's the ones I go that work so far: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KSR8CQX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1&psc=1
Sorry to hear that, we have to be seriously careful being trans. To lose weight I've been doing daily hikes/walks and have been wearing tights (I have both a cute blue pair and a grey pair, along with some cute light blue/light pink accented walking shoes, just got some these pink yoga/running shorts: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RWN1YRN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s02?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ). I tuck to hide having a bulge, I find that very unsightly.
Anyways its not all guys, but there are certainly some sketch looking guys as I walk around my beach side town. Being somewhat androgynous (even though I'm pre everything, I think I pull off andro somewhat) and wearing somewhat female attire, those guys certainly can freak me out. Specially some of the guys that have bulked up their body, can make me nervous.
I live in a fairly liberal town, but we are also a big tourist town, so summer can bring in all types of people. So be careful out there all us trans males/females/non-binary. Not all the world is ready for us trans that are out of the norm of two binary genders.
Yeah, here's the one I got: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MG1MM0F/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_T9BQ20QD5V8HZQ1M0ANE?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I actually got it to go on top of a one piece but then I got a bikini top to wear with it and forms too.
Nair should work but it will grow back fast. (within a day or two)
You could go get waxed which would last about a month.
Then there's the epilator option, you're gonna hate me but this is the best solution I found for hair removal in general. https://www.amazon.ca/Braun-Silk-epil-7-561-Epilator-Epilation/dp/B06WP5C49K
Pop 2 tylenols & 2 advils, take a shower and wait half an hour, then go to town on it. It's important to tighten the skin with your other hand for it to work well and it also helps with the pain. I also found that using a body brush helps with making the hair stand out and maybe it's in my mind but it also seems to help with the pain.
I chalk it up to never truly experiencing attraction without inhibitions. Once I gave up trying to force a definition on my sexuality, I discovered I am absolutely smitten by beautiful men, women, and enbies. After you realize that about yourself and process some, the concept of dating your preference becomes a delight instead of this earth-shaking reality shift. At first, it is pretty jarring though and you're likely gonna have a TON of negative conditioning to work through along the way. For example, even though it's been nearly a year since that happened with me, the thought that "yes, I'd love to suck their dick" still slightly rocks my psyche somewhat (though it's almost nothing compared to how such thoughts used to hit me). I used to feel so ... I don't think dirty is the right word, but I had negative conditioning around such thoughts that eventually gave way to being unable to say no to what I truly desire in a partner.
I highly recommend the book How to Get Laid Using Your Intuition to help out with processing. It gives a lot of good CBT exercises you can do to to help adjust to owning your sexuality. One that really helped me was vocalizing what I wanted as I thought to myself that I wanted those things. Saying it out loud really seems to help solidify that this is your reality, and it is correct no matter what the haters say.
I use these at work (without the padding) to keep mine in check: https://www.amazon.com/FITTIN-Racerback-Sports-Bras-Seamless/dp/B016MXOY00/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=fittin+sports+bra&qid=1554229739&s=gateway&sr=8-3
They are a little warm, however, but are also quite snug.
Official link where you can purchase a copy
Unfortunately, the other author, Matthew Mills, seems fairly obscure and I can't find anything on them.
Buy shaving powder on Amazon, mix it 1 to 1 with water and just coat your body, wait 15 minutes, it's gentle unlike Nair and doesn't burn, just wash off with a warm cloth and all the hair is gone, I'll post the Amazon link
Magic Shaving Powder Gold 4.5... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0048ZIFA0?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
What about those looking like that ? :
Your Adam's apple is hidden behind the lace. So it could work no ?

I recently purchased these off of Amazon. I got them more as protection, since my nipples really only show right now through very thin shirts, but they were getting sensitive enough that thicker shirts like the ones I wear at work would really zing when the shirt would move around too much.
However, I was recommended these because they're both comfy and hide developing breasts well, so they should be perfect for what you need.
Thx !
I use a cheap but good moisturizer from Nivea called Pure and Natural its around 7$? This is also a bit of a primer,so afterwards i put Nivea Colored BB cream on my face.
Results are more then pleasing and the moisturizer smells great ( like girly girly smell )!!

Never underestimate yourself. Why would you be any less than me ?
By the way, I'm Canadian. I was born here. I and the vast majority of Canadians welcome anyone and everyone who wants to come to Canada !
Here a few facts from the Ukrainian and Canadian history that maybe you don't know.....
"In 2016, there were an estimated 1,359,655 persons of full or partial Ukrainian origin residing in Canada (the majority being Canadian-born citizens), making them Canada's eleventh largest ethnic group and giving Canada the world's third-largest Ukrainian population behind Ukraine itself and Russia." source: Wikipedia
Of course, becoming a Canadian is not easy. We will accept tens of thousands of persons coming from countries like Syria or Haiti, where living conditions are really bad. Also persons who are in danger, like a gay or lesbian in Russia.
And there's other means or reasons for you to be accepted in Canada. But you can't just say to a Canadian Immigration office: "I want to live in Canada, just because I think it's nice".
Maybe if trans people are in danger in Ukraine that would be enough, but I don't know. Are you in danger ?
Do some research, I'm sure you'll find a way.
hugs
Sophie❤💕
P.S.: aliens come from another planet ! You, if you come here, you'll be one of us ;-)
Every girl I have seen wearing these masks has been trans.

I use this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=br.com.caiocrol.alarmandpillreminder
It's cool because it's not an alarm which goes off, you just get a notification in the status bar which you have to explicitly clear (it doesn't get removed by just clearing the toaster menu). It is also a lightweight app for those who are concerned about low storage on their phone.
Today I was stupidly tired. Slumped in the chair, staring at the screen, heavy arms and legs, want to do nothing tired. And my concentration is shot to hell. I want it back.
My blood works came back; I am mostly healthy, but I eat like shit (cholesterol ahoy!), my liver seems to be stressed (high GGT/AST), and my body seems to be fighting an infection or something. Nothing really conclusive, so it's likely that more tests will be required. Tests I'm really not looking forward, especially if they involve sticking a needle in me.
That's what I get for not caring if I live or die, I guess. I need to go clothes shopping.
At least I don't have diabetes. But if I continue to stare at this I'll get it for sure.
My wife asked me to pick a different name, she doesn't like the idea of anyone but her using "moma" or anything with that sound. I picked "Onna" it's somewhat cheeky, being the first part of https://glosbe.com/en/ja/matriarch . Easy for little kids to say and easy to distinguish compared to the rest of English. A few of the kids still call me dad and I wont prevent them. I prefer Onna though.
Literally most of the "estradiol" on Amazon is not Bioidentical, and instead includes ingredients that can maybe boost natural estrogen production but only in cis women.
There is topical cream including Bioidentical Estradiol but it's more expensive than just going DIY. (Btw Estriol is not effective for transition at all compared to estradiol)
Hi,
I'm sorry that you're always in pain. My mom had fibromyalgia, so I know exactly what you are feeling every day. My heart goes out to you!

Most of time I wear cotton bikinis, so I don't really need to tuck.
If you're unable to tuck while wearing a swimsuit, I could suggest getting a swimsuit with a skirt. It looks cute and I have seen them around a lot.
In terms of jeans that might be a bit harder. Women's jeans are made to hug the hips and butt, so most of the time they won't do a good job at hiding. You could opt for a size up from your usual size though. Make sure you get a belt with it.
A lot of clothing I've tried on, found that it doesn't really show unless its a skintight dress or skirt.
I have it saved in my clipboard:
I bought these C cups from Amazon and love them. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B019MIHSEQ I haven't peeled the back to expose the glue, I just slip them in my bra. And for bras, I love this one because it keeps everything in place when I have to lift things at work. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FL7JYBS
A Sharps Container like this one from Amazon. You can also use an empty plastic detergent container like this in a pinch.
Minoxidil is very cheap on Amazon (or at Costco): 6 months for $24
I’ve used that for years, it dramatically slowed recession, but I’ve only seen regrowth after starting fin a few months ago.
Finasteride you need a prescription for, but it’s easy to get. I googled “get online finasteride prescription” and found a lot of promising stuff. It’s a super cheap drug, with my copay only a couple bucks a month iirc
Go for it. Seriously. Go for it. I started at late 29 and I'm getting brilliantly lucky at this. You can see my most recent picture (with no makeup!) at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B54lW7ZuidqXeDl4OG9rODJYZm8 if you're curious. It's certainly doable. Results do vary, but if you don't get the results you need to feel comfortable, FFS may be an option. It gets much easier to face once you get the testosterone cleared out and start running your brain on the hormones it was meant to run on.
I think I pay $40 a month and I didn't have much facial hair to begin with. Example Groupon search here.
We are having a impromptu streaming of Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Ark here thanks to our friend CleanLeet! Thanks CleanLeet!

I discovered a voice practice hack. Find a way to echo what you say back to you with a really short delay. You can get instant feedback on your resonance, which is something I have trouble figuring out if I'm doing correctly. You also don't feel as alone when you're doing it, because it's like you're listening to someone else talk.
Install sox and run this:
rec --buffer 512 -c 1 -b 16 -e signed-integer -r 96000 -t raw - |play --buffer 512 -c 1 -b 16 -e signed-integer -r 96000 -t raw -
I'm running this on Linux and it works nicely.
this is where mine comes from.
It's a fun coincidence that "Inanna" is made up of all of the same letters as my male first name, so it's like I've literally rearranged my male self into my female self! Perfect metaphor for transitioning, now that I think about it. =)
I too am working through the VA with speech therapist. We initially set my pitch to something that was not obtainable for extended periods of time. We are now working in steps to get to my goal/target. My target low is 190 and my high is 220. They might change add it get better. We have been using the Voice Tools app as well. It's available for both ios and android...and it's free! Voice Tools(android) I think the key to all of this, at least for me, it's working with a refined voice therapist.
I bought these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078MS1M14/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
As size b because I didn't want them too large (because I already have some fattyness there)

Turns out actually i ordered them august 2019, so..... uh i guess time flies when I was denying my true self.
I then bought a few pocket bras to hold them as I don't think these are suited for the adhesive types...
Hey, it's ok, you'll find someone <3
Just like I found someone, I sincerely doubt you'll never find someone that shares a love like this couple.
Here's a lovely transhet comic for you, if you've never seen it:

I bought the paperback for my bf, since the husband in this reminds me of him pretty much perfectly lol. https://www.amazon.com/Bride-Was-Boy-Chii/dp/1626928886
Side note: I just got out of the hospital after a week of of treatment for rhabdomyolysis (webmd link). Spironolactone definitely made me more susceptible to getting it, and because of the damage to my kidneys and liver, I will have to wait some time before resuming taking it again.
There's your problem. Levels spike big time following SL dosing. Blood draws should be done at trough, before your next dose
edit: While I don't think it was at fault here, what someone else mentioned about biotin is also worth addressing. You should try to avoid biotin for at least 24h if not 72h prior to a blood draw
>[edit] - guess I pay, right?
I don't see any paywall, just the link to a chat/stream room.
sigh getting tired of putting this in comments...
This is a safe place for people who need to talk about their life as a trans person. If we downvote posts and comments into the ground, we discourage free expression. Save your downvotes for trolls.
Youre going to want a jog bra eventually. Compression helps the pain. I have some Hanes from Amazon. Also this one from Bali. Completely no show.

It works, just takes a while. Like most things worth having, there is no such thing as instant results.
Parent will assume it's a phase... just be consistent and try to avoid conflict about it (like being angsty) with people who are open like your mom. Also consider whether she's going to help you with anything or not... try to be practical and pick battles that give you benefit beyond getting something out of your chest. Keep also in mind that your mom's support may be limited, depending on how much of a fight she wants with your dad--though she may also be willing to pick up the fight if you are consistent. That's the type of thing you want to figure out. Your brother may help you negotiate with these type of things.
When you're ready to come to out to your dad in four years or whenever, send him something like this
To start off, look into getting bralettes. Example (these are OMG comfortable): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09DQCLLLH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Won't offer any support, but you don't need that at this stage, you need armor and the padding can help minimize those moments of clutziness that will paralyze you with pain (door frames can be a real bitch on the nipples).
The padding will also cover your high-beams (if that is a thing you might be bothered by).
Sports bras are an alternative to bralettes if you are still trying to boymode and need to keep things from poking too much out. This can work in the beginning, but eventually, with enough growth, you will get the infamous "uniboob" look. Also, sports bras tend to be visible through thinner or tighter clothing, so if you are trying to stealth boy mode it, wear loose bulky shirts.
As for graduating up to bras, the prevailing wisdom is go get fitted, and actually try them on to see what works and doesn't. Sizing will not be consistent across brands (and sometimes is inconsistent within the same brand). For confidence, take a female friend who has done this before, but it isn't a requirement. Many lingerie shops cater to all types and, in the end, they just want to make the sale.
Finally, most bras are not comfortable. At some point you will go from looking forward to putting on your bra to looking forward to removing the devil garment as soon as you are home. Enjoy
Oof, it seems like the recent anti-transgender law in Russia was withdrawn (source). Congrats to our siblings in Russia! 🙂 I hope after the recent events the situation for trans people around the world will finally start getting better, and the shitty law in Hungary will be called back too.
Truth! I hadn't noticed much of a change in my strength (upper-body and legs), but there has definitely been a toll on my cardio! My heart and lungs have suffered the most in my down-time. Still, anything that will burn calories because my metabolism has definitely slowed and I crave chocolate!
P.S. Shameless plug for MyFitnessPal! It helps to keep track of everything.
I never asked for individual review links; one single little link to the forum where the reviews can be found (or even just to the main forum itself) would've been good enough to get someone started, and minimal effort on your part, without "spoonfeeding". I happened to have a vague idea what you meant by "the forum on Susan's" but not everyone has heard of it, and not everyone's Google Fu is strong.
Susan's Place > Transitioning > Facial Feminization Surgery
Wasn't so hard! I broke no nails (though I did break one earlier today 😢), didn't over-exert myself, didn't feel "put out", and if anyone actually wants to find a doctor's reviews they'll still have to use that search box and figure it out for themselves, so no spoonfeeding.
If my own (sometimes snarky!) tips on online etiquette are bothering you that much, perhaps the Reddit Enhancement Suite will be to your liking, so you can simply ignore my posts (oh no, another link!) ;)
An exfoliating face scrub. This is the one I use:

You can get it almost anywhere (Target, Walgreens, etc.)
And if you're doing laser, you'll want to hold off on waxing, since that will interfere with laser. It's okay to shave, but laser requires that there be roots and hair shafts available to target.
Good book if you're into reading. I've read a lot of this kind of thing (CBT, other stuff) and I've found this method by far the most helpful.
I found that having a setup to echo what I say into a mic back via headphones makes me a lot less self conscious. It puts me into my own world and makes me not think about the people that can hear me.
If you're using Windows, see this:
http://superuser.com/questions/137963/how-to-output-microphone-directly-to-speakers
I also have a solution for Linux if you dig into my reddit posts.
I might reverse the order. I participate with a few motorcycle clubs and have the time of my life when we get together.
Get on Meetup.com . There are all sorts of groups doing different activities. Many that are LGBTQ friendly. There you will make friends.
I very much doubt that powder will do anything.
Without permanent solution (Laser/ Electrolysis), your best bet is to cover it up with some makeup after shaving. Thought I would recommend that you seek a permanent solution sooner rather than later as it can take several months to complete. You can find good deals on Amazon Local or Groupon to lower the cost to something much more manageable. I was able to get 6 sessions of laser for $140 for my entire face, money well spent in my opinion.
Hey anybodies who are lurking and have nothing to do! I have a free evening tonight/bored so I'm randomly having an impromptu Animation Sampler-thon ! At your humble <strong>Entwife Theatre</strong>! Tonight, right now in about 15 min!
Ill be watching the first episodes of a few "newer" animation series but mostly old ones! Such as Major Lazer, Star vs Force of Evil, Swat Kats, Panty and Stocking, Batman the Animated Series, and more.
No costume nor I did anything except going to sleep later and later. I've been messing around with code, in fact. Wrote a bookmarklet to render a reddit comment you click on in markdown (mostly to save /r/WritingPrompts stories) (bloody hell why isn't there a copy function that doesn't require me to pull in kilobytes of js & flash?!) and a Pelican theme.
Oh. And we were almost flooded today. Stupid rain.
And - if any of you works with scientific papers or just wants a bookmark manager on steroids, install Zotero.
Yeah, I do derive joy from being trans. For me I find it fun to mess with people sometimes, hearing and seeing them be awkward about talking to me about trans stuff.
>i guess what im saying is try not to let your dad feel as if you need to prove/justify your feelings
He even down right asked me "Why should I believe you on this? What makes this different?" I was just like "um... I think it should be pretty obvious that I prefer being female". Afterward I was thinking back to when I showed him a slideshow about brain stuff back in March, but I guess he thinks I don't have a brain like that. I settled on just not talking with him about the issue again until he meets my doctor at an appointment this February 25th.
We're all washing our hands a hundred times a day, get yourself a nail brush and use that. Followed by lotion of course. 🎠G
Here's one of the extremely few swim skirts I could find in stock on Amazon. It's hard enough finding a side-pull ruffled skirt when most are plain and level cut, and they're all out of style. I know what I found is cute and nobody can say otherwise! 😤
This sport style top has an built-in sports bra which provides decent support and has removable pads. I’m pre-hrt rn so I use the pad pocket to hold silicone inserts in place. I can wear these at the gym or wear a dress or blouse on top as well.
Hope this helps! 😊🙋🏻♀️

>I haven't got the courage to wear a bra yet cos I'm paranoid people will notice,
I bought some of these and absolutely love them. They're super comfy too. Absolutely invisible beneath clothes in my experience, although in fairness I don't wear white and haven't needed to worry about color bleed 😂.
I got these and I love them! I'm in the same boat of hating tucking. It took many Amazon returns to find a quality brand 🙃
Absolutely not! "Perversion" is purely subjective, and I know a lot of formerly flat-chested cis women who have gotten breast augmentation, and they (and others) don't think of themselves as perverted. Personally speaking, 90% of my dysphoria comes from not having breasts. To cope, I wear a tight-fitting sports bra and a pair of breast prosthesis, and I can vouch for the quality of these, if you're interested. They might be a little on the expensive side but they have excellent weight, feel, durability, and shape, and have eased my own dysphoria a ton.
My trans girlfriend said these work well. The skirt helps to hide the part you don't want to show.
I used this to keep them in place, it’s breathable and worked well, plus it’s good for tucking the mistakes too 😉

Well, my new gray top and skinny jeans arrived today! I ordered a long on the skinny jeans to be safe, and they are a bit too long, but I can roll them up. That's still in style right? Anyway, because I was so satisfied with the fact that I now had a new outfit, I went on amazon and immediately bought a white cardigan to go with it. I also got some lining socks for my ballet flats (and hopefully some keds if I ever buy any).
Also, I think since realizing I was straight I've become a bit...boy-crazy? Kinda. Its like I'm just realizing how attractive some people are. Its weird.
Dara Hoffman-Fox has a workbook to help people figure it out.

Maybe a shirt with a floral print would be more "feminine" without overdoing it? This shirt on Amazon gets good reviews and is cheap: https://www.amazon.com/Annflat-Womens-Floral-Sleeve-Blouse/dp/B0721Y1FZ8/
Get something like this or if you prefer getting a woman's one get something like this.
I have a few that I bought before when I was pretending to be male cishet. I still wear them and it helps. 😊
edit: as a warning that top one, the model, makes me shudder. Not a fan. I just was struggling to find one on Amazon.
I don't know of any studies but their might be some and maybe someone will post those. But I can share my experience and a handful of friends. I was stalled at 36B and not much of a girly shape at 2 years or HRT. My boobs looked like big man boobs at the time. I had tried oral progesterone for a few month prior to that and all it did was make me bitchy and angry. So desperate I ordered progesterone cream from Amazon and started using it on my breasts. The effect was immediate and by year 3 I was a full 36D tanner 5. The rest of my body also filled out. Before starting HRT I weighed 125lb's and at the end of year three I was 155lb's with much of that weight coming after I started the P cream so there is some downside. But at 5'9" I still look thin. I've had friends with similar results so the results are not unique.
Also, in terms of raw size it isn't that big. Just look at amazon:
Their sizes START at 34.
I do really enjoy mine, I'll link it here. It works well dry and wet, so you can use it in the shower. Using it in the shower is less effective but will also be less painful, I suggest doing that first. You may need to use it more than once if you do it in the shower, I used the epilator my first time two days in a row both in the shower, once I was used to using it wet I started to use it dry and the results were a lot better. This one is pricy but I really like it, and I think it's cute :3
Anyway, I recommend this but you know, get whatever you want haha.

Not the op, but I went with this one during a black-friday sale: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PZ5PLB8
Note that this is IPL (flashes of light), and not technically laser. Home units are lower powered, and non-permanent.
After a month it had visible results on facial hair. I no longer needed the tinted concealer! I could just shave and go straight to foundation without a blue tint.
I stopped because I was worried it might interfere with laser hair removal... after a month it started growing back just like before (possibly darker? The concealer seems to be having a harder time... though maybe it's just dysphoria is more acute). Since I'm not going to get facial hair removed during COVID (I'll get the rest removed while wearing a mask), I started back up on the home-administered IPL.
Finally, note that this covers a very small area. It takes me over 20 minutes to do my face, following the instructions (4x in alternating patterns). I wouldn't want to do this over larger body areas.
Honestly, if you haven't tried it, it's worth a shot.
Also I have no idea how numbing creams work with epilating, or if it's even worth it, but this is what I use for electrolysis and it's the best stuff I have found: https://www.amazon.com/Ebanel-Painkilling-Anesthetic-Hemorrhoid-Discomfort/dp/B019D7MQMK/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=numbing+cream&qid=1595534606&sr=8-5
I do suggest when epilating you TRIM FIRST with something like this - set the guard 1 or 2 settings up to make the hair shorter. Otherwise the hair can get inside the head and jam things up a bit (IMO - but I've worn out a few epilators in my time, and I always blamed hair that was too long initially.) https://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-Portable-Adjustable-Settings-Operated/dp/B00005JS5C/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=bikini+trimmer&qid=1595534636&sr=8-6
The real shadow organization that's controlling everything is led by groups like "Americans For Prosperity" which is funded by the Kochs and the Mercers. Basically, make everyone, including politicians, so desperate for money that they'll do just about anything to get it. Then whoever has the most money controls the country. If you want a real conspiracy theory to read about, I suggest the book Democracy in Chains. People like Ben Shapiro are paid by these people, to muddy the waters and misdirect people's anguish.
However, when you assume the world is so miserable, it really isn't. That's mostly just you, and you're assuming everyone else feels the same way you do. But if you think about it for a few minutes, you'll realize that can't be right.
I've tried a few out. If you can find them on sale, under armour is nice. Champion is my current favorite. I had a bad experience with Hanes. And if you are looking for some cheap ones, I've been using these.
Also, you may want to just buy a few, and wait awhile before buying more. The first set of bras I got, I had to give away because they would no longer fit 4-5 months later.

I have heard this is well written. But honestly I feel your pain. Sorry for what your going through. It sucks sometimes.
I don't recall that it happened as fast as two weeks for me - but I often cramp up (I'm closing on four and a half months HRT), especially my lower leg. However, I drink about a gallon of water a day, rarely use additional salt on foods, and walk a lot.
It may have been, as suggested by zesty chinchilla, due to the spiro. I did have a little scare after doing some bloodwork and having a doctor concerned with low sodium. It was potentially from the spiro and the electrolyte imbalance it can cause. I did not stop taking the spiro, contacted my doctor about the situation, and let my doctor know additional factors that may be at play. They were not concerned and ordered some additional blood work and a urinalysis. You are doing the right thing by getting it checked out.

I really like Groupon for underwear due to value. Thus far both sets that work well for me are from Angelina,
https://www.groupon.com/latest-deals/gg-6-pack-of-womens-seamless-boyshorts
And some called "Angelina women's boyshorts". They're both sold out, but they should give you an idea. If you get something that has a tiny bit of leg, your junk will be fine.
Put them on, pull up the front first, the nearly give yourself a wedgie in the back and wear tightish jeans optimally, works for me, completely invisible, and I'm not exactly small down there.
I'm going on a similar Groupon at another place on 5th and 38th: https://www.groupon.com/deals/step-up-skin
They have these models listed on their site: Alma Soprano XL, Alma Ice, Alma lite; I'm pretty sure they used the XL for my treatment.
I've been to one appointment so far. They are trans-friendly - I actually got asked about putting hormone treatment on the sheet they had me fill out, but once they understood the hormones weren't for masculinization (they were concerned about hair growing thicker) they had no other qualms.
The office is clean and nice, everybody was friendly, the treatment took <10 minutes, and was about as painful as getting shocked through clothing by an electric fence.
I just bought a Groupon for the infinity laser spa on 33rd steet in Manhattan. I haven't been there yet, but the deal was great.
https://www.groupon.com/deals/infinity-laser-spa-1
They use a Soprano ICE Laser, and from what I've read it is half decent, or not an IPL.
Send this to them. Then don’t talk to them until they have read it and understood it.
I love my name for many excellent reasons !! ;-) it is short, bilingual (French/English) and sounds really nice to my ears.
In my research, I found Sophie Scholl. Her really inspirational life story decided me.
Since then, I found another trans woman named Sophie Wilson who had and still has a really successful career. (She's behind the ARM microchips that are in 95% of the smartphones !)
Sophie❤💕
I love HEB! It's too bad you didn't get the job :/ I can imagine how a hearing impairment might affect a customer service position though. You could always look into mturk or something though! Work from home, and once you get used to it you can make 6-10 dollars per hour average fairly easily, depending on availability of HITs. My wife does mturk on the side while she's in school to make extra money. All you need is a computer and internet!
I have no idea if this is helpful as I don't know exactly where you live in NW Ohio or how far you're willing to drive, but here's a groupon search result for laser hair removal in that area. https://www.groupon.com/browse/dayton?lat=40.74255&lng=-84.10523&query=laser+hair+removal&address=lima%2C+oh&locale=en_US . There definitely are not a lot of options, but there's some deals there.
18 months is kind of a lot to sign up for, it doesn't sound like the worst deal in the world, but you definitely want to feel the place out and you may need to get electrolysis as well unless all of your hair is super dark, so just be careful with what you sign up for.
I can't find any reliable source that says pelvic tilt is a gender thing. It seems like a posture/muscle thing. Here's an exercise, but that seems to be the most that I found. It doesn't seem to be a "woman" thing, and it certainly shouldn't be effected by spironolactone or estradial.
> And you know that there is only one solution to your computer's problems, right? You have to write your own OS from scratch, the drivers, TCP/IP stack, HTML parser and renderer! Maybe on a custom-built CPU!
Or you can use Temple OS, which is literally God's gift to computing.
That's an excellent idea. Just something short, letting them know that you're there and that your social anxiety is preventing you from speaking. If you're afraid to record your own voice, use something like Voice Generator (use pitch ≥ 2.3 for a more feminine voice) or Natural Readers to synthesize what you want to say, and play that over the phone.
u/ThotBurglar you could even use one of those to carry on the conversation if that helps. Put your phone on speakerphone, listen to them, and then type what you want to say and click play. That will give you time to think about what you want to say, more like talking on Reddit here rather than talking on the phone.
Take selfie, select styles on the first tab, drag, pinch & zoom to resize face to fit in the face hole of the styles you like, pick best one, save it (top right button), show it to hairdresser.
Or select styles on the second tab and drag, pinch & zoom the "wigs" around until they fit your face.
This is what I have been carrying since boy-mode, no one has ever said anything about it so I guess that means it is stealth to some level.
Oooff sorry to hear that dear. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01N19YDL4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_FWKEWD0N59ZKBP5NNVX6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 is my favorite dress. Its nice and soft, lacy, and very comfortable.
I hope you can have a conversation with your mum about your clothes being yours and it's not really her place to take them away from you.
I have a bali bra that hides my girls well and the bands do not show at all. Specially made so no seams. Bali Women's Comfort Revolution... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PZDPLQS?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Throwing in my vote for the Braun Silk Epil 9. Its a bit pricey but worth every penny. Had it over a year and it's seen a LOT of use. It's also waterproof and I have found it a little less painful using it while in the shower.
Well this is the one im planning to get. I have to see if I can even stand the pain first before I bother buying a $100+ one
Well this is the pocket bra, and not to fund Mr. Bezos but its soo worth it. You'll just have to measure your chest to make sure you get the right fit.
And these are the silicone breast forms that I love. I'm sure you can go with any number of companies, these are just the ones I chose to go for. Also these are way cheaper than the first pair of smaller forms I bought from a "trans/crossdressing" site that was wayyy overpriced.
Enjoy! :)
There's a few massive brands that have a hold on the self-defense market, most of them will pop up on Amazon if you search for pepper-spray. From there it's mostly reviews around the internet and personal anecdotes. Luckily, pepper spray isn't that hard to make so it's unlikely you'll get one that's bunk, unless you got it somewhere extra sketchy lol
I use this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.DevExtras.VoiceTools&hl=en_US&gl=US
But it only looks at pitch. Resonance and other factors probably have a greater effect. I'm not sure if there's a tool that can check resonance.
This is the one I have, it's good for large areas like arms, legs, and torso even if they haven't been shaved in a bit. You won't get as close of a shave as from a traditional razor, but it's pretty decent imho.
Beard shadow tends to be more blue getting into black when freshly shaved for a lot of people so you might want to start like I did with an orange color corrector and see where from there you might want to go. Try this: LA Girl PRO.Conceal
If I can just share this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AZSLPFA?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_tab_ap_product_details
It's what I wear and my breasts are getting pretty big but no one has said anything yet. They do really well blending in to outer clothes. I can only see an issue if you wear like a tissue paper thin shirt. The one problem ive experienced is on the really hot days I am much closer to sweating but id rather have some kind of support than none at all. I can go into why i just don't know if it might be tmi or not.
I use this one and I really like it. I have it next my desk and just plug into the usb on my computer.

I happened to find that biking panties do strangely well at hiding what I have down there. Even when they're not tight (I bought large by habit when I could have gone down to medium), they don't show much extra. Added benefit is that they're heckin cute 😀 https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B08TGD1F5K/
I shave between treatments and it should be fine. This is what I use, its branded as numbing cream... https://www.amazon.com/Ebanel-Painkilling-Anesthetic-Hemorrhoid-Discomfort/dp/B019D7MQMK/ref=sr\_1\_5?dchild=1&keywords=blt+cream&qid=1621562784&sr=8-5
One suit I saw and liked is a three piece: boy shorts, sports bra top, tank top. This can help cover skin on your top if you’re uncomfortable, and the boy shorts on the bottom give you room to work for tucking.
