This is what was happening earlier today. This guy one shot everyone from miles away, through buildings, and then just blatantly spawn camped.
Submitted reports of this and 5 other hackers over the weekend. Not sure what exactly Massive is doing. Its a joke really.
> WoW's PvP isn't even being normalized, they are just taking stat customization out. A mythic geared player will still have a massive advantage over a fresh max level.
Nope.
https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/news/19994381/previa-do-jxj-de-legion
> In Legion, as soon as you zone into a PvP instance, the stats on your gear will be nullified, and you'll be given a pre-determined set of stats that's uniquely configured for your specialization. Furthermore, any set bonuses, enchants, Legendary bonuses, or trinket effects will be deactivated (although your Artifact and its related Artifact Powers will remain active).
> The only contribution your gear will make to your overall power is through a small modifier based on your average item level. For every point that your average item level increases, your pre-determined PvP stats will increase by 0.1%. That means a 25 item level difference between two players only results in a 2.5% difference in stats, compared to the 25% difference it makes today. There’s still a little incentive to improve your gear – a concept we think is important for World of Warcraft – but the benefits are much less pronounced.
So you'll still have an advantage, but an incredibly small one.
> Also, taking gear out of PvP is retarded, it makes your PvP less of an aspect of an RPG game and more of some kind of standalone mini game. The problem only comes when you have no way to get gear but facing those already geared players
It makes PvP about skill rather than who has more time to sit around and grind for gear. Right now skill means nothing in the Dark Zone. A better geared player will kill a lesser geared player 99.9% of the time simply because of numbers. And with Destiny the RPG elements are still there. You can still find a god roll weapon which will be a beast in PvP, and certain perk combinations that work really well in PvP.
Did anyone actually listened to what he said? https://www.twitch.tv/thedivisiongame/v/61540225 6'22 in
Question was: "Can we stop getting XP rewards?" And his answer: "I agree, right now XP rewards, when you're max level, don't make any sense"
I could not agree more with everyone on Reddit about how great patch 1.8 feels. The one food for thought I want everyone to remember is that Massive has done EVERYTHING that they said they were going to do in year two of The Division (https://kotaku.com/the-divisions-year-2-content-is-free-1793101467). The community was SOOOO upset after the year two announcement (me included) and Massive has done everything in their power with 1.6, 1.7, and 1.8 to clean the game up and get it where it is today.
I didn't think I would be playing this game today, but I am... hundreds of hours. I am going to have to remember this when they announce their year 3 plans. Have faith and don't get upset about something I know nothing about. Massive has surprised me once... Expect good things and be hopeful :)
Uh oh, he used a word... RETARDS.. He used it in context, without implying mental or physical disability,
Its a reflection of the times and this idiotic "PC" culture where we can play a game predicated upon preying on the lowlife masses to take everything of value from them, listen to them use vulgarity in half of their dialogue in game, and blatantly MURDER PEOPLE IN COLD BLOOD, SET THEM ON FIRE, OR HANG DEAD BODIES BY THEIR ANKLES FROM THE SCAFFOLDING and then all of a sudden become so amazingly offended by the word RETARDS that someone gets forcibly silenced and likely reprimanded by their employer.
http://www.dictionary.com/browse/retard?s=t
Citation 4(b)
4. Slang: Disparaging and Offensive.
a. a contemptuous term used to refer to a person who is cognitively impaired. b. a person who is stupid, obtuse, or ineffective in some way
In the context that the word RETARDS was used /u/dijit got this one right. It wasnt offensive, it wasnt casting a bad light on anyone with any real mental or physical disability, it was someone using a word correctly.
IT WAS SOMEONE USING A WORD CORRECTLY.
As in 'Massive, if you think silencing one of your staff for being candid and responsive to the community, you're all a bunch of RETARDS.'
See what I did there?
Its a fucking word. Get over yourselves. Stop being a bunch of overly offended PC pussies and play the fucking game.
To paraphrase Paul Rhodes: "Massive, MASSIVE! I need you to take a deep breath and find your balls, and when you find them LET DIJIT DO THE FUCKING JOB THAT HAMMISH CANT."
fuck.

Use Facer Search for 'the division' in the app, there are tons of nicer free TD watch faces in there. I use this app for my Huawei Watch face. Enjoy.
Ok, so i did it through the UPlay brazil store using a VPN. Here is how I did it:
If you start your VPN (I use PureVPN), then start your UPlay app, you will be directly in the Brazil store: went ahead here and searched for The Division Gold (R$159.99 I believe ~45 bucks). Added it to the cart and started the checkout. Here filled in regular info, leaving Brazil as the country. They will ask you for a weird CPF number which is their Tax Payers ID i believe. Here I found on another site following site which generates them for you www . geradorcpf . com (I used PayPal as checkout). Now here is the trick (needed 2 tries to figure this out). When you fill out all the info and want to checkout through PayPal, click continue but wait before logging into PayPal. Turn your VPN off, then log into PayPal. Pick your payment method etc. When you are ready to pay, activate your VPN (Brazil) again. Click submit with PayPal. it will process your request and send you back to UPlay. After that I already had my "key" (which isnt really a key just a code bound to my account I believe) and the season pass displayed as successful buy displayed. I logged out of UPlay, logged out of VPN and started UPlay again in "my country" mode. After 2/3 mins the game was there with the season pass! Hope this helps! Let me know!
If you have an nvidia graphics card you can use Moonlight https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.limelight I play with my moga pro, works great.
Nvidia Shield tab let's you stream away from home too ;-)
QC most likely stands for Quality Control, these guys basically test the game for a living. Looking for and identifying bugs and other problems and compiling them so they can be fixed. It's possible the devs put in a weapon so powerful that the QC testers don't have to constantly do a full fight with every enemy they come across, and can just wipe em out with a single shot so they can continue with their testing. Mykolas is a name, maybe the dev who created it for them or maybe the head of QC.
Imagine the pain of going to a mission and having to fight every single little random NPC that aggros you on the way there. With that weapon it's just boom boom you're dead, continue moving.
EDIT: https://www.linkedin.com/in/mykola-degtiar-90a8a01a
Check him out, he's the senior level designer for Massive, the company actually making the game. His name is Mykola, maybe it's nicknamed after him.
I use NordVPN and pick either Sweden or Netherlands servers out of habit. Usually get good enough ping times and not too much lag. Sometimes it can get bogged down and the lag kills ya, but changing servers again usually does the trick.
No, never buy games from G2A. While they often work many of the keys are either scammed of devs or bought with stolen credit cards. Those that are bought with stolen credit cards end up costing the developers a lot of money due to them taking the hit for the charge back cost. G2A is a scourge on the game dev community and should never be supported.
Currently the gold version is on sale for $24 on greenmangaming and I would highly suggest you buy it there instead, they are a reputable seller. For lowest prices I suggest checking https://isthereanydeal.com/
well, a band in this context is what the watch uses to attach to your arm. i personally got this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087V6R877/
though your preference will likely differ.
its not hard to use a vpn and get the code for the skins ;) Here is how for people who don't know....
(1-> download and sign up to PrivateTunnel () or other such vpn provider (most have free trials)
(2-> once your vpn client is set to US and enabled make a US uplay account (using a different email to your EU one)
(3->go to ?ncid=1628-3502-5748--2-odvidch-28-41-TheDivision_AgentOrigins_Ubisoft--17-19-10-0116 and get your key.
(4-> turn off your vpn and then login to uplay using your eu (or wherever) account and activate the key =)
Hope this helps someone get some skins
here's a link to the BF1 first DLC, read through how much they are getting and weap :'( AND this is EA giving all this amazing content.
https://www.battlefield.com/games/battlefield-1/they-shall-not-pass
Just did this for Xbox One, whilst in London and it worked. Done it through my Android Tablet so you could do this through mobile if you wanted to. Here are my steps;
Note: ONLY REDEEM THE CODE WHEN THE GAME COMES OUT
Yep, you're never gonna get it.
There's this really great book about software development called "The Mythical Man-Month" which project managers will always reference. The gist of it is this: You can hire one guy to do 100 days worth of work but there's no way you can expect to hire 100 guys to do 1 day of work; the results won't be the same. TD was built via multiple different teams across multiple different offices in order to hit a deadline. Does anyone seriously expect the code to be good, let alone consistent?
And when you work with bad code, does that speed up development or slow things down?
Havent you ever heard of no hands ken? He is a Quadriplegic (paralyzed from the neck down) and he streams wow/diablo 3/ and heroes of the storm all the time. He plays with something called a Jouse. Its a mouse controlled with your mouth, you blow and suck to left and right click and move the cursor with your tongue.
according to howlongtobeat.com(a site i find pretty reliable) the core story line of both games isn't that much different with divison being 2 and a half hours longer
http://howlongtobeat.com/game.php?id=14358
http://howlongtobeat.com/game.php?id=20073
but once you get past main story, Destiny had a ton more to do at end game. the Devision is basically just four challenge mode maps and the dark zone(and a lot of people don't like the dark zone). while destiny started their end game content with a ton of strikes, a weekly super hard night fall strike, literally all the quests in the game scaled up to end game content(challenging but not super hard), a full blown super great raid(i think their raid was out on launch, it's been a while) and a huge robust pvp system. the only thing Destiny was missing was not having a match making system for the nightfall and raids.
Just buy the game and season pass separately. Unfortunately you missed the huge holiday sales.
The main game is $23 on Amazon. Just wait for the season pass to go on sale or just buy the particular expansion you want.

These posts are great - thanks for all the hard work!
If anyone else was interested, I created an IFTTT rule to automatically email me once these posts pop up daily. (It's searching off of posts in this Sub, made by: That1GuyWItACow, with the word "reset" in the title, so it may accidentally sweep up unrelated posts in the future).
Link: https://ifttt.com/recipes/401053-the-division-reset-threads-by-that1guywitacow
Edit: I noticed that Decimalator had actually created one as well, here: https://ifttt.com/recipes/398528-the-division-daily-reset-thread This one is searching for 'daily reset', so it won't catch the weeklies, and it requires the app on your phone. If you're looking for push notifications - this is the way to go!
How it generally works, is that some third party website gets their database hacked, then those database dumps are spread/sold in hacking circles - then they use scripts to test the millions of pw's against all the popular game service accounts - and for every one they get into, they resell on one of the the websites which sell stolen gaming accounts.
You can enter your emails or usernames on haveibeenpwned to check if any of your accounts were in a stolen database dump. It's a legit site that keeps track of the database dumps out there and lets you know if one of your accounts was compromised.
Enabling 2 factor when possible on any account of value will protect you to some degree.
Linux command.....on your router.....
Right. Because most people have CLI access to their residential routers flashed with dd-wrt... LOL
In all seriousness though, there are loads of DoS programs out there that will allow you to achieve this.
One that is particularly easy to use is UDP Unicorn
Any issues, PM me and I'll get back to you when I have free time at work.
install winderstat and it will show you what is taking up the most space, to make it easier to isolate crap to remove. but only remove your files, dont go through the program files or windows directories deleting stuff.
That's not the one I meant actually, the one I use is just called "Division_classy" and it's a simpler and cleaner UI.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adam.the_division&hl=en
Some guy ended making an app that did it for us via our phones because the UI is just so bad.
Not sure if or when it's coming to iOS yet, It can be found here
Huawei, the cheapest variant with silver and black leather strap. But the watch face will work on any round watch (apart from S2, watchmaker doesn't work on Tizen OS)
This is the watchface I used.
You need the get the watchmaker app to make it work.
The game is absolutely an RPG, people are trying to change that fact but even regarding the design is based in RPG systems. On the game's own website the very first item in the about is "RPG basics".
> This game was sold as a squad-based, collaborative shooter,
That's Wildlands.
Tutorial if you want to get the keys yourself outside US:
Download CyberGhost () its a vpn program that also allows unlimited free trial with some restrictions.
After you download and install select US as your simulated country, click the button to start protection and wait for it to connect.
Start up a different browser or clear your cookies and go to .
Create a new uplay account (this is important) and follow the instructions on the page.
Congratulations you just generated one of these codes yourself, you dont have to have the VPN enabled when you enter the code on your real account, enjoy.
Alternatively, and more likely, from an IT Admin perspective, you've had your Epic account hijacked and haven't been bothered to try to login since thus made an assumption. (That's how it sounds, at least.)

A company as large as Epic, with a hit game like Fortnite bringing in however much revenue it does, alongside having a marketplace making them responsible for other people's private data even more so than the data mining they obviously do via said store and game, makes them a contradictory likely but also unlikely target for hackers. (Theoretically massive rewards but probably not worth the effort of actually doing)

Generally speaking it's significantly easier to gain access to someone's email address to hijack an account, which for whatever reason seems to be a common situation with Fortnite, as I've also had password reset emails from Epic, I also somewhat frequently receive security code's from EA in Russian to my mobile phone (2 Factor Auth)

That doesn't mean you aren't correct, nor am I saying you're wrong, I mean my email got caught up in the 2013 Adobe breach for instance so it's not like high profile breaches don't happen, but they are unlikely.

Throw your email address into this website if you'd like to check whether it's been present on any dumps from hacking efforts in the past, my main email address has been caught up in 16 website breaches over the years, in fact the latest happens to be from January 2019, coincidentally a few months before you received the mentioned emails... I'd be willing to bet your email/password was compromised in that data dump along with over 775 million others :P

Check around 5:30 onward, and they talk about PVP and public zones. There are public areas, and there are PVP areas (Darkzones). The game isn't online only just for the sake of being online (unlike SimCity).
This isn't true. GMG's refund policy says they won't refund any game activated through Uplay.
"Please note: This means that NO refunds will be offered for MMO titles, Steam, UPlay, Origin and Games for Windows Live (GFWL) titles where the key has been disclosed to you or sent by e-mail. All such sales are final."
Thank you. This made me feel a bit happy haha

Rolling back to the previous driver worked for me. Glad it wasn't my graphics card overheating or something. Hopefully they update the driver soon because god damn this is annoying.

It's still exponential returns though (https://www.desmos.com/calculator/hgpfjpbfzr) your line in blue, versus current in green. A linear return system is in orange, akin to Diablo or LoL, is essentially the best of both situations.

There is a mini art book that came with a special bundle edition and they have a journal , survivalist book out on Amazon that got great reviews. Tom Clancy The Division New York Collapse
Agreed that the graphics are top notch and there should have been a bigger collectible book
UPDATE: found this https://www.amazon.com/Art-Tom-Clancys-Division/dp/1783298340/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1482424283&sr=8-2&keywords=the+division+book
Amazon has the Gold edition (includes season pass) for $36 - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ZQ7UMUU?tag=isthcom0a-20&th=1
Alternatively, check out isthereanydeal.com they go through a ton of stores and show the cheapest prices the game is available
https://www.amazon.com/Tom-Clancys-Division-York-Collapse/dp/1452148279
There is the Amazon link. It is pretty cheap and I recommend getting a new copy to make make sure you get all the little things that come with it and without the puzzles solved and such inside the book.
There's a few different PS apps. (I wish they'd just merge them all into one. ) - But, the one linked below lets you chat 1-on-1 with someone, or to a group using PS messages.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.playstation.mobilemessenger
I think the method I described in the OP is slightly better though, as it means other players don't need to change screens to read your message, and you don't need to set up a new group or 1-on-1 chat in the first place.
I used NordVPN, Some guys said you can turn off the VPN while playing, but that didnt work for me. I kept it running / connected on Japan and started the game normally.
For NordVPN i payed 10€ for 1 month subscription, be carefull that you end the automatic subscription inmidiately
Not for Consoles
> You cannot use TunnelBear on your [...] gaming systems, or by manually configuring your modem/router.

Tom Clancy didn't wrote any book about the Division. He passed away (2013) three years before the publishing of the Division 1 (2016). Although he had some really great books, and if you like this kind of political thrillers, I suggest you start at the beginning: Without Remorse, and advance from there. Around the 15th book you get to The Campus (in The Teeth of the Tiger book; an off-the-books intelligence agency created by former United States president), what was the closest outfit to The Division.

The Division: New York Collapse is the first book:
https://www.amazon.com/Tom-Clancys-Division-York-Collapse/dp/1452148279
Because it is USB3 there is practically no noticable difference in speed between building the SSD right into the PS4 Pro or connecting it externally via USB3.
So in general the best option is, IMHO:
This way you can enjoy both a big internal drive and one fast, smaller external drive for the games that you actually play at the moment.
What I have been using for the last ~2 years without any problems:
Although nowadays that 250 GB SSD is a bit too small but I can manage. Putting this all together and handling it like moving games to and from the external store is very simple.
It sure does help to improve load times, though don't expect any wonders. There are games where you can cut load times into half but in other cases you might only get a 10-20% speedup. Usually though I am always the first person in a mission or Underground and have to wait 20 seconds for everyone elso to show up.
Well, I use Surfshark myself, because it has quite good speeds. If you want to use it on Xbox you will have to set it up on your router. Express VPN is also not bad, but it is too expensive for me. So basically I would recommend looking at these too. If they don't fit your needs you can also look into NordVPN or Mullvad.
First log off steam. I downloaded a free VPN software (CyberGhost), and chose Italy as the country. After you finished setting up VPN, log back into Steam and go to the Division's store page. If you have finished preloading you should see "Play Now" button, click on it and you should be good to go.
One thing is that your steam store page may still be US/ whatever region you were in, if you see the counter is still there go to the game library, it should be play button instead of preload

If you complete all side mission in particular region, you could see all Intel in that area (if you've open all perks). You could switch to show only Intel data. And yes, on West side peers it didn't show up, only if you run close to it. But, there are a lot of videos with location of all Intel. And on Android there is a Agent HQ program, that have a map with all Intel data and theirs coordinate. And you could mark what Intel you have already, so it could easy to search othres.(and by name as well) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=game.agenthq.free
I don't think you need to worry - people forget that at this stage in development, there will be very few changes made to the game. We're a month away from launch now, so the main focus will be on bug fixes, and minor balancing changes, not core gameplay system alterations.
In game industry terms, The Division would have been 'Code Complete' for a while now, meaning all the core systems are in place and locked. Similarly it'll likely be 'Content Complete' very soon, if not already, meaning all the visual assets are in place.
The final step before gold is sorting out major, high severity bugs, and a few minor things, but aside from that, that's it. There won't be any drastic changes this late in the day.
Open Broadcaster Software (https://obsproject.com/). While mostly used for streaming, you can also record videos directly to your hard drive. I for myself am using the Nvidia Shadowplay function, which allows me to save the last x minutes via a hotkey. Pretty neat imo.
TRIM THE FOOTAGE
One of the biggest mistakes I see with Let's Plays is not trimming down the footage. Do not EVER show 100% of the playtime. For the love of Odin please cut out the parts where there is little happening. A 15min clip of solid moments and commentary is worth way more than 2hrs of boring footage.
RECORDING SOFTWARE
I'm not sure about recording for the Xbone but for my PC videos I use 2 programs to record. OBS records my game footage and Audacity records my Microphone separately. Both of these are free programs.
This way if there is an issue with the commentary (such as being completely drowned out by the game at spots) it can be fixed in post. This also means you can clean up the audio via Noise Reduction and balance out your highs and lows via Compression.
EDITING SOFTWARE
I currently use Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 for editing. Not the newest software out there, but it does what I need. I'm not sure what free or OpenSource options there are for this. If you record your initial file as a .FLV file and your editor has a hard time with it you may need to use something like FLV Extract to change it to a more compatible video type.
MAKE IT INTERESTING
Keep talking. Don't do a funny voice just for the sake of it, but don't sound tired or bored either. Keep up the energy and try to keep talking. Don't have long silences just because you are concentrating. If this does occur then edit that part out. Pretend the audience is in the room with you and you are chatting with them as you play.
Hopefully something in this was helpful too you. I realize your setup may be vastly different but this has worked thus far for me.
I suggest, if you're running Windows10, to use the build in color calibration tool to reduce the high white maximum of your display. Also, look into downloading an application like f.Lux which automatically softens your display from a bright blue-white based scheme to a softer red-yellow spectrum at night (or whenever you activate it manually).
Should reduce the strain on your eyes. Good luck.
It's now based on a hidden GS which includes the items in your stash averaged out somehow. They talked about it in the state of the game earlier in the week on Twitch
Article from today: http://www.cnet.com/uk/news/xbox-one-and-windows-10-new-best-friends/
> Microsoft is also pushing cross-play, once again, across Windows and Xbox games. Fable Legends is one of the games that will work via a "cross-play" mode on Xbox One and PC.
Do you even file, bro? Nah I wasn't trying to be scummy about it. It was a genuine inquiry. The penalty information can be found on the official website:
http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/
Edit: this website doesn't account for unique conditions on your system (such as registry errors, driver issues, etc.), so it should only be used to compare your hardware with the posted minimum specs. I recently replaced an outdated system (HD 5770; i7-860) that was well below minimum specs for my most-played games. I didn't have any issues until Elite: Dangerous Horizons started crashing. The beta is free and optimizations are expected prior to release, so just give it a shot.

> they denied my ban appeal stating my account password got changed, i'm being logged in from Brazil, China. I'm located in West Coast Canada
If you use the same email or password on any other sites, I'd highly recommend popping over to https://haveibeenpwned.com to see if your details may have been compromised or leaked. The site keeps track of big data breaches, sites that get hacked, leaked user/pass lists, etc.
Your Uplay account may have been secure to begin with, but if you used the same login details on some other site that was hacked or compromised at some point, then there's a very good chance that a bunch of script kiddies are trying your login details on every popular site they can think of right now.
Good luck!

Great idea -- as you noticed, someone else just suggested it too earlier today. It's on my todo list, and I expect it'll make it into the site in the next week or so -- it's not quite at the top of my list, but it's not buried either! For reference:
https://trello.com/c/H7xLCzeR/44-when-saving-an-option-get-to-choose-which-alt-or-stash-it-goes-to
Oops, I'll get the bleed resist cap fixed tonight. I messed that up when trying to adjust the bleed cap changes from 1.2 (where they used to roll over 100%). Added it to the todo list and will update here when it's patched!
Clearly you're a Steam lover/Uplay hater, so I hate to break it to you, but you NEED Uplay, and I'll be blunt here: get over it. You need it for Assassins Creed, Watch Dogs, The Crew, The Division (1 and the upcoming 2), Far Cry and I'm sure plenty of others I'm forgetting (I actually found a list here). If you're a PC gamer and into any of the above games, you're going to have to suck it up and use Uplay.
Having said the above, yes, the game is worth it. Get over your Uplay fears/hate, it's not a perfect platform, but it's much better than it was.
I see thanks for the heads up.
Just read a comment on the site. So they actually accounted the access to the private beta as stated.
@Kincaid69 I just wanted to add that like all other Ubisoft titles on Green Man Gaming The Division 2 is provided via the Ubisoft Connect feature ( <em>greenmangaming.zendesk.com/…/tic-Game-Redemption-Process</em> ) which means that You will have to activate it directly on your Uplay account via an activation link in the e-mail or the activation button on the “Your purchases” page ( <em>/my-account/games/</em> ) rather than via a key. As such no keys will be provided or required to activate it.
Secondly, as stated on the store page the version offered by Green Man Gaming includes the access to the Private Beta so the activation method will be enabled in time for that event so that everyone who pre-purchased will be able to take part in it. Once that happens You will receive a separate e-mail with the activation link and the activation button will appear on the “Your purchases” page a t the same time. That being said, unfortunately as far as I can tell the start date for that Private Beta has not been disclosed anywhere just yet so it's hard to say when exactly that will happen.
Still not sure wether i should go for it. I abandoned the Division 2 months after release due to the horrid cheaters. Dunno how the state is now though.
They kinda addressed it during the State of the Game stream (~18m in) during maintenance last week (in reference to the Bullet King/named boss respawn fix specifically, and how that would mean that people would quickly have absolutely nothing to do in the open world).
No details, but they ended that particular segment by saying "if you could see the big picture, you wouldn't be as worried", so... I guess the question is how quickly they can get that bigger picture in place.
Putting aside a petty troll RES is called Reddit Enhancement Suite. Check it out here: https://redditenhancementsuite.com/
It adds a ton of features to reddit and makes it a lot better/easier to use.
Yeah, it's an 'elastic' service so they automatically provision, scale and load balance it, etc. You just push your code, AWS handles the rest.
I mean, if they had 10,000 users with 80 friends, iron.io or rabbitmq on a dedicated box is plenty (4 year old data).
But....you know this.
There are loads of DoS programs out there that will allow you to achieve this.
Just select your PS4/xBox's local address as the 'target' and start her up
One that is particularly easy to use is UDP Unicorn Any issues, PM me and I'll get back to you when I have free time at work.

There's mine, lol. Wasn't going to create a separate post for it.
Try this instead: http://dualmonitortool.sourceforge.net/
I have a dual monitor setup, BDO is minimized, set the division to windowed full screen. Then use the tools above, go to cursor tools, setup a hotkey to be able to move between screens and not able to move between screens.
When I start the division I simply press shift+F1 and it locks my mouse in my first screen which I play the division on. When I'm done I press shift+F2 and the cursor is free again :)

Ghost Recon Phantoms. Free2Play, cover mechanics and weapon handling are very similar to The Division. In fact, I almost feel they took some of the animations directly from that game.
Its a bit more hardcore, that is - you kill/die in a couple of shots, no unloading a whole mag into someone's head and not killing him.
Yep better than that I could have done, I just opened up https://pixlr.com/editor/ and tried things. If you look above I posted one that fixes the left side (which I didnt see till I posted).
But it looks like you fixed it.
This looks so realistic i'm actually a bit freaked out... IGN editor, and The Division reviewer, Vince Ingenito is on Kinda Funny's GDC livestream right now. They are currently discussing his low review score for The Division, as well as low review scores in general.
Hopefully it's not a problem to link to the live discussion, but it can be found at https://www.twitch.tv/kindafunnygames
*Edit for clarity
FIGURED IT OUT! https://www.twitch.tv/mrholic (im no longer in the group) its happening to him too. So he (or another group member) was hacking and somehow it was effecting me. Or it was some group wide bug. I also just learned the support station wont always shows its green aoe circle, perhaps could be it too.

(pretty sure you meant "deduction" but it's cool)
Scan your computer with malwarebytes and hitman pro, then change your password to something you never used before.
Someone might have your email password combination from a place where they were leaked. Eg, Nexus Mods, Adobe.
Check this website to see if you have been compromised.
Hopefully it doesn't happen again.
It really sucks that uplay does not have two factor authentication.
No problem.
FWIW, in my case, it was the router though. I used the shitty router that my ISP gave me and my connectivity eventually plummeted to 10% of my expected speeds.
Every few months, SlickDeals finds my refurb deal, so if you needed to wait, that's an option.
Good luck!
Amazon: Amazfit T-Rex it's a beast of a watch.

This is just for the the book itself, I don't see the set with the box and other stuff at all on amazon.
Here's the whole thing on Target for $64.
Amazon has it for $35 currently for both XB1/PS4.
Welcome to the PC platform.
There are no Steam keys for The Division. It's a Ubisoft title and as such, all keys you find online will be for the Uplay platform unless bought directly from Steam.
If you're fine with a Uplay key, there has been many sales on sites like Amazon for about $25(not currently active). If you're looking specifically for a Steam sale, the lowest it has gone is about $45.
You can use ITAD to search for deals if there any. According to this site, the cheapest price for a digital key currently is from uk.gamesplanet.com for about $39. Amazon has a physical copy for $33.
Yeah, I am pretty salty about this as well. I wish Uplay would just match the price for a day or two...maybe black friday will have a flash sale.
above is the link i used to try and get amazon to price match...we shall see, but if more folks PM it the better the odds.
It's actually on sale on Amazon right now so not bad. I picked it up and paid full price for this thing on release.
There are a lot of easter eggs from the book that tie into the game. If you do read the book, it's nice to have some scrap paper to solve the riddles within. A lot has been discussed already, so try to avoid it as spoilers if you can.
I found a Uplay key being sold on Amazon for £41.99
There are a fair amount of locations he can spawn. Not sure if there's a map with them on it.
EDIT: Go here: https://division2map.com use the map and check the various spawn points. Android version if you want to use it on your phone: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.mapgenie.division2map
Hey guys, just as most of you.. I also want a companion app. Started building my own. Searching for how to get information. Made a beginning but I hope to add a lot mote features.

Any feedback is welcome ofcourse.
I think he's talking about the PS4 Remote Play app which is exclusive to Sony phones..

Depends on which one you get. A good one will cost money. ProtonVPN is free, and the free version does have a server in Japan, but the advertised speed for non-subscribers is "slow" so I don't know how effective that would be.
Most are pretty simple, you download it, install it, launch it, choose a country and click Connect.
I have just signed up for ExpressVPN and linked into the Mumbai server via the (UK), I am in east coast USA. My latency for that server is 134ms and I have been playing Division 1 all morning to test the connection. Seems pretty stable and I am not noticing any real lag doing missions or resistance. We'll see in a few minutes how well it works on Division 2 but I am hopeful it will react much the same as Division 1.
FlyVPN is free and gives access to some US servers. Connect to one of them, go to the uplay page (preferably in incognito mode), create a new account, get the code, disconnect from the vpn, use the code on your main uplay account. If you need an email address you can use
Technically yes but you can get past that via a vpn or proxy, I installed TunnelBear addon for Google Chrome as suggested elsewhere, when you go to the Agent Origins page you can make a new throwaway account and you'll receive the code on the next screen (don't even need to use a real email address), I did it because I'm basically a clothes horse
Hi there, guess this is a bit old, but I got some troubles with this... When I try to buy from Uplay app, I can't get through the page where I choose Paypal and fill up the form. When I click "next", it send me back to the same page, and the only case missing text is my username, but I get no error... When I try it from the Uplay store on Chrome, I get through that, but get the error "Sys_00000001" when I want to proceed to the checkout (before going on Paypal).
Any clue? :) (I'm using PureVPN as well)
There are so many ways to get it to work in EU, guides are all over the internet. Just grab some free vpn (e.g. FlyVPN) or TunnelBear or even Hola. Set your IP to USA, create a new Uplay account (if you play on PC) and get the code.
Those outfits are not part of Season Pass and Ubisoft said everyone would get them eventually, so that's even more of a reason why you can't say it's p2w.
I personally have been using Private Internet Access (or PIA), but truth to be told there are so many it comes down to personal preference.
Here is a (google document)[] that has a comparison of a couple of hundred VPN services.
Aside from services provided you want to find a VPN that has services that are close to you. That will be one of the major contributing factors to your latency.
Same issue that you are in. It appears (and this is just a guess) that the keys are based on region. Since I have a US key, even attempting to use a VPN isn't going to allow me to launch the game. All of the users saying that they are using a VPN to launch the game, most likely bought through some online store that acquired their games from various regions. Again, all just a hunch, but I have tried multiple VPN providers (VyprVPN and PIA) and still no luck.
