No worries! Pretty simple...
First install an app that allows you to customize such as Nova Launcher or Niagra and then download icons by searching for them in the store. The ones I used are Crayon, Lines, and BeeLine. If you click on the app that comes with the icon when you download it, it should also give you options for wallpaper.
Sure, it's been done before, but I like the thin lines. Hope you dig it!

Thanks! I'm so happy with it the way it is now. I like a very empty home screen, never was a fan of having it full of apps. When I got the s7e I loved how I could 'hide' my most used apps out of sight in the edge panel.

Thanks! Sure, the clock doesn't need root to work. It's just a widget that comes along with this icon pack.
The other stuff like removing the clock from the statusbar when on the homescreen and the black statusbar icons do need root though.

I don't hate the design with lines (in fact, I'm a huge fan, I use the lines icon pack on my phone) but the icons they use a ridiculously small for those lines - they look 1px wide which is crazy small.

For the icons I used "Lines" The wallpaper I sadly don't remember as I've had for quite a while..

E.g. all my go-to social apps are on a home screen (lines) and the page is labeled with a thick whiticons icon chat bubble that stands out & doubles as the social app folder.

- Font: Dancing Script 400 from Google Fonts

Why can't you just use the Colorize Filter? Most white icons will change colors nicely. Also, these Icons might work well for this.

Created this KWGT because I have my wallpaper set to change daily with Walpy. Since I never know what will come next I made this to have everything relevant visible at a glance while still being able to see most of whatever wallpaper shows up.
The five squares are icons, while the stop button doubles as the music progress bar. The top progress bar is the current battery level. The weather icons show what's the current weather on top with tomorrow's forecast on the bottom.

I can't speak for the free version but the pro version does include word icons too.

Sadly I don't think so. Can't even look it up, since it's a Chinese pack with Chinese characters in the name.
These three might be good substitutes, if you're looking for clean white icon packs (I used them before):

Notes: The fast update setting for kwgt is recommended for the spotify widget to run smoothly. The earbuds icon is triggered when any bluetooth device is connected since my buds are the only bluetooth device is usually couple with my phone. One could also get the name of the connected bluetooth device from kwgt, and setup an if clause, but it is not as responsive as I would like. This is why I opted for this solution.

The shape is super easy, just a rectangle with rounded corners and a line-width of 1px.
The icons are from the Lines Icon Pack. I used Iconzy to make the icons available to KWGT when you insert an image into your widget. When you go to pick an image, there should be an Iconzy section in the sidebar.
Google logo launches the Google app on touch.
Mic launches a Tasker task. Send intent: android.intent.action.VOICE_ASSIST. Just launches google assistant.
Weird logo takes my clipboard, inserts it into a google search URL and opens it in my browser.
The big rectangle shape launches a google search overlay (quick googling?). It's another tasker intent:com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox.TEXT_ASSIST and here's a link of someone else explaining it better.

Well in my case, you have to download an icon pack, the one that I'm using is This, and for the widget you have to download kwgt I think is the name and then pdownload one of the widgets packs that are compatible and then your mind is the limit my friend
