This may be a Windows 10 hangup. You might have to go with a live Linux .ios install on a USB stick and use the device-flasher.linux in the Linux terminal. Use Universal-USB-Installer (https://www.filehorse.com/download-universal-usb-installer/) to install the .iso (https://www.getmyos.com/debian-9-stretch-latest-stable) onto the USB stick or if that doesn't work, try (https://www.getmyos.com/debian-8-jessie-latest-stable).
Try FileHorse. That's where I was able to get the previous releases when I had problems caused by an update. Oldest they have for Windows is <strong>Plex Media Server 0.9.8.18</strong> from Dec 2013. Don't know about other OS's though.
> So please tell me a time they cared that didn’t have to do with money.
So to counter your pessimistic response, they are a for-profit corporation.
Relax, you want to play old games then play them on their original consoles. That, or just emulate. Buy a WiiU and install custom firmware/homebrew. It makes for a great Nintendo console that can play all games from the WiiU back.
The WiiU USB Downloader is your best friend here.
https://www.filehorse.com/download-wii-u-usb-helper/
I've got hundreds of Nintendo games from over the decades that play great on the WiiU.
get https://www.filehorse.com/download-damn-nfo-viewer/ and open your nfo´s you will see. :) /notepad is possible too as mentioned by /NonlinearModelFit, but with the app you´ll see it in all its beauty.
Yeah, the UI/UX is absolutely terrible compared to the previous version. Gonna try rolling back versions, we'll see how we go.
Edit: Wow well that was ten times easier than I thought, all the old versions are here.
Instead of waiting for Nvidia to fix these issues I just uninstalled geforce experience and installed the previous version (Feb 16, 2021).
***Warning, doing this might remove any custom settings you have for geforce experience. i.e. instant replay, hud locations, and keyboard shortcuts.***
But back to normal for me now and I'm happy.

Update! I got it to work here is how.
The command prompt screen was telling me I needed a 32bit JRE version, using JRE 7 update 55 & from here : https://www.filehorse.com/download-java-runtime-32/16838/ , everything else was smooth sailing afterwards.

You can download v1.74 which was the last version before NET Framework 4.72 was a required installation.
Do be aware if you engage both Split Tunneling 'and' VPN kill switch and the VPN connection is later lost there is a known risk of a DNS leak.
Thanks a lot for help, but
I have already solved it very easily. I downloaded "SpotifyFullSetup_1.1.4.197." (here: https://www.filehorse.com/download-spotify/old-versions/), copied the netutils.dll blocker to the Spotify installation directory and I removed all rights to the "Update" folder in C / mycomputer / Appdata / Local / Spotify /
to all users. Now when I click on the "Update" folder, I see that I do not have rights to this folder. I can go on and click to get the rights. However, I will not do so and no one has rights. Not even Spotify to store their own updates :). It works great.
First check temperatures of your CPU and GPU. You can use a tool like HWMonitor and also you can check your hard drive health status with Hard Disk Sentinel.
That will give you quick insights on what's going on.
Here’s the download link https://www.filehorse.com/download-qbittorrent-64/35005/ Uninstall the 4.1.1 first then, make sure scan it by antivirus after download it from there, when you get the message box like update new version you should ignore it..
I use the MP3 Gain for decades. It's simple, you scan all your music files in a folder with it and it shows wich clips are clipped. Then you can let the programm fix it. You also can use the program to convert all your files into the same level of your choice (default 89 dB). Fast and without quality loss.
The program is/was freeware and exists even in a .exe version that doesn't need an install.
But look out where you download it from.
Found this link but no idea if it's reliable: https://www.filehorse.com/download-mp3gain/
I still use one of the the first versions and it still works, even on Win10.

I downloaded and installed this on my friend's pc a few months back and it works fine. Just in case use virustotal for security reasons.
Back in the day, 2007-2010, Ventrilo and Skype (I most used Vent) was the big video-gaming communication software. I was young, but I remember it was my first real interaction with other gamers as a 11-13 year old. Ventrilo was essentially a discord server, but with just… a shit ton less polish and accessibility. I couldn’t really message on it, iirc, and it was hard to download, plug in the right IP address… the display was like… I guess the best way I can describe it was an old program execution box, It looked like the old way you would see files in a computer’s hard drive.
After about mid 2010, my Minecraft community moved to a Teamspeak server, and my gosh, it was just so much better. Teamspeak is also where you get that iconic, if not somewhat unsettling male voice, “User has entered your channel!” Teamspeak was a lot more polished, but still had This white, underdeveloped looking HUD with channels you could join. I could DM in it as well, which was nice if I needed to get an Admin’s attention to help me roll something back (I was a mod).
I took a two year hiatus from games from 2014-2016, and when I came back to them, Discord was the new thing. Good memories though, on Vent and TS.
I have version 4.5.130.31291 which I downloaded 10/07/2021. I believe that was the last version released of desktop, and online places like here: https://www.filehorse.com/download-playon-desktop/old-versions/ show a version 4.5.129 released on the same day I downloaded mine. When the axe fell on Desktop they were giving lifetime purchasers 3 months free when they went to Home. So far, I'm still using Desktop until it degrades too far due to lack of support :/
Not necessarily Dragon Center, but use MSI Mystic Light. That’s MSI’s software for using rgb. On Z390, I know it (should) use Mystic Light 3, so just find a download or here
As far as I know it doesn't work, but I don't have the latest edition. The other problem with LO is just that it's very bloated and complicated. Try PDF XChange Viewer. I have the portable version 2.5.214, which might be out there. But I also found this link:
https://www.filehorse.com/download-pdf-xchange-viewer/18139/
I unpacked the EXE download with Universal Extractor and found lots of stuff, even including an ActiveX DLL. But it seems to only need PDFXCview.exe, the help file, and maybe resource.dat in order to work. There's also a v. 2.5.322 version around. I don't know if that one is still as functional or not. I think the company later stopped offering free versions.
PDFXV is somewhat old, but I've never had a problem with it. I fill out IRS tax forms with it. It allows me to add notes to PDFs. And while it won't let you make a new PDF, you can export PDF pages as images, edit them in something like Paint Shop Pro, and then paste them back in. So it's possible to do just about anything you like with a PDF. PDFXV is also good at handling bery big PDFs. I normally use Sumatra for most reading because it's lightweight and can't handle script, so it's safe. But Sumatra has a hard time with very big files.
For me the removal of insert a pdf file is the main problem.
This was the procedure I used to restore an old version: * Go to https://www.filehorse.com/download-microsoft-whiteboard/ * Downloaded 21.10913 version. It's a AppxBundle file. * Didn't know how to install so I double clicked it and ask for a suggestion from Microsoft Store. * It suggested me an application from Microsoft called App Installer (in portuguese was "Instalador de Aplicações" which I guess is "App Installer" in English). * After install it I double clicked again on AppxBundle file and it opened the App Installer. *It gave me a warning saying that Whiteboard was already installed and I choose the reinstall option. * After it finished I launch the app again and it was the old version.
Hope this helps.
Note: from what I have read is do not rollback too far (i.e. years) as this has the potential to corrupt Plex's database as specified shortly in step 1.
Note: When backing up your server you can omit saving the 'Updates', 'Cache' and 'Logs' folders from your backup.
Everyone has a slightly different PC set up so selecting a build that worked for you in the past will be specific to you.

I am in the process of doing this myself.
Update : def a bug in the latest windows itunes version
I rolled back to 12.11.3.17 and the problem is fixed :)
Found 12.11.3.17 64 bit for windows here : https://www.filehorse.com/download-itunes-64/60990/download/
Anyone know the best way to get Apple to fix this for the next Itunes update?
I did the same. You can try this: https://www.filehorse.com/download-omen-command-center/
I tried all versions. For me it didn't help. The oldest version still has the option enabled but it didn't turn it off for me. Maybe it will work for you.
https://www.filehorse.com/download-omen-command-center/old-versions/ last may was the last time its was updated until they updated it this year so download that one and you won't have anymore issues just don't never download the hub off Microsoft store don't never update it until hp fixes the issue
If these are Amazon books, you need to re-download them using version 1.17 of Kindle for PC before feeding them into Calibre. (Possibly a newer version with the KFX plugin for Calibre will also work)
3.22 is a broken update. There's a release window for a fix, which is sometime in June, but for now just downgrade to a previous version.
Uninstall the GeForce Experience launcher, then go here and download 3.21.
Well I didn't manage to find a fix in new iCUE, but the way I worked around it is I installed an older version of the software (a bitch to find on some random file sharing website but it worked I guess) on my laptop and plugged the keyboard in to program the hardware lighting, and since it's stored to the board, it didn't get overwritten when I plugged it back into my main PC. I'm not sure if you can have both versions of iCUE installed on the same device at the same time but if you only own 1 system, it'll only take a few more minutes to uninstall it and switch back to the old version. There's probably very little reason to even go back to the new version unless there's some vital fixes that shipped with it.
It's not elegant, but it gets the job done. Hope this helps!
The previous version can be found here: https://www.filehorse.com/download-ps4-remote-play/55586/download/
When you try to connect to your PS5 it will try to make you update, select NO then it will prompt you to link the PS5 using the code, follow the prompts and connect to continue playing in 1080p.
I had no sound as well.
In Windows 10, I installed DirectX 11 (which also installs some Windows-Features).
This fixed my problem. Hope it helps.

as stated If your m.2 was Initialized as MBR on your old system and your new MOBO is set to UEFI bios then it won't boot unless you change or add the Bios boot method to CSM/Legacy under the Boot Menu. Also, Disable Secure Boot.
Or you can use a 3rd party app like Minitool Partition Manager right click the drive and choose to Convert to GPT.
Or as stated, Enable the system UEFI Bios, and Initialize the m.2 GPT and reinstall Windows.
I don't know for sure if this works or if it is legit, but litteraly googling for "SketchUp Make 2016 64 bit" gave me a lot of results, among which this one:

Thank you for the guide OP.
Step 10 of part 1 was the most difficult but I eventually got Java 8 setup from here .https://www.filehorse.com/download-java-development-kit-64/46502/ .
Everything else was virtually easy.
I found it via Google.
THE OLDNEWEXPLORER FOR WINDOWS 8.1 / WINDOWS 8 (X86/X64)
Works in W8 & 10. By all the other comments it looks as if your install is rooted. If you haven't got a backup do a clean install. https://www.filehorse.com/download-oldnewexplorer/
What OS do you use? Look I exclusively use Linux so my tools are different.
If you are using Windows see if you can find installer here : https://www.google.com/inputtools/
If you are using Windows 10, probably you can download from app store. Ask /u/Silly_fello - he says he uses it on his pc. Googling around gives me this link : https://www.filehorse.com/download-google-input-tools/
But I can't trust google's tools being distributed from www.filehorse.com. So make sure you download either from Microsoft or Google and nowhere else.
The common reason is that the extension of the missing files do not match to what the currently installed input plug-ins report they support. As only files that are claimed will be added into the library (though at times maybe the import should just add anything from a common list of extensions & deal with the lack of playback support elsewhere).
So you'll need to check the extension of the files not added & see if there's an appropriate input plug-in needed (e.g. opus files need a 3rd party input plug-in by thinktink).
Also ensure you're using a good Winamp version (e.g. the patched 5.666 install from https://www.filehorse.com/download-winamp/19580/).

The JTFE plug-in is not allowed to be installed with or as part of the v5.8 beta (or anything provided by the current Winamp owners which seems unlikely to happen) which is why the feature isn't there.
If you're not adventurous in giving WACUP a go (which includes a newer supported version of the plug-in - I'm the developer of it) then the patched 5.666 build (https://www.filehorse.com/download-winamp/19580/) is the best option to stick with (at least until imho WACUP is more feature complete).

Update: I was able to use the older Logitech Gaming software by repairing / installing Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013, both 32 and 64 bit.
Then I downloaded Logitech gaming software from here: https://www.filehorse.com/download-logitech-gaming-software-64/download/

SubtitleEdit is the best one I know of - https://www.filehorse.com/download-subtitle-edit/.On extremely rare occasions I sync subs, fix mistakes, remove ads and remove hearing aid.
It does not take that long to figure out and it's worth learning all features if you plan a lot of editing.
Hi buddy, sadly developers wont fix this until next important update, so the provitional fix I can provide to you is to install a previous version of TOR in your computer, I suggest version 8.5.5 which was the previous one and if not try the previous one, since this problem have no date to be fixed here you can chose all the TOR past versions might fix the problem
https://www.filehorse.com/es/descargar-tor-browser/versiones-previas/
IMPORTANT: when you install it allow the instalation replace the new version and all components since one of those is making this trouble, once you install it, you will be able to enter TOR like on previous months the only thing will change is the interface.

Hopeit helps.

Don't normally use it but I tested YouTube channel with 1.16.2.1297 and it works. The utilities worked with later version but not sure which version made them unclickable.
It should be fine unless it's hitting a known bug in one of the input plug-ins used to add files (i.e. as happens if not using the patched 5.666 build from https://www.filehorse.com/download-winamp/19580/).

>build 1.8.0_152-b16
I downloaded it from the archive from the official Java site, but it requires a registered account.

Get it here:
https://www.filehorse.com/download-java-runtime-32/32446/
The link might look fishy, but I scanned the file from my antivirus and I ran it. No problems so far.
It might take a while to load the installer though.
Split Tunneling does appear to be app dependent, some work fine others won't connect (even when set to operate outside the VPN tunnel) while others work but ignore the Split Tunnel selection and operate behind the VPN. If Split Tunneling is important you could try v1.74 which some have had more luck with. Just be aware if you engage both Split Tunneling 'and' VPN kill switch Proton is reporting a risk of DNS leaks if the VPN tunnel is lost for some reason. You can download v1.74 from here. https://www.filehorse.com/download-protonvpn/old-versions/
Depending on what plug-in(s) (especially 3rd party) that you may have present in that install, you may need to find updates for them as well as updating the Winamp client.
The patched 5.666 install is probably the safest option to go for (as from https://www.filehorse.com/download-winamp/19580/) rather then the 5.8 beta (nor is WACUP in its current state a good option based on going from such an old version).
Finally when updating, make sure to uncheck anything you don't need instead of just clicking next, next, next - that will save you a lot of hassle post-install.

Try downloading an older version of Spotify I had the same problem and it was fixed after I downloaded an older version. Link for older versions of Spotify its up to you which older version you download i just played it safe and went back like 5-6updates: https://www.filehorse.com/download-spotify/old-versions/
I'd go back & try with the 5.666 installer (e.g. the one from https://www.filehorse.com/download-winamp/19580/) as I suspect that side of ripping functionality in the 5.8 beta is broken (amongst other issues seen with that beta build).
-dro
5.666 (preferably the patched version as from https://www.filehorse.com/download-winamp/19580/) is almost 6 months newer than the 5.7 beta you've mentioned. The 5.7 betas were analogous to the 5.64/5.65 releases at the time & the difference was the Winamp Cloud beta features being present or not. So there's no reason to use the 5.7 betas other than wanting a higher number & is the reason why the leaked / official 5.8 beta (which is stated as "not an on-going project" was released as 5.8 & not 5.7.
There's a changelog on their forum & in the threads in here about it from that time & is up to you to decide if you think it's worthwhile installing another beta compared to the 5.666 release (when correctly patched). The parts about Win8/Win10 support are just marketing fud & basically just relates to changing a value in a file so the program can correctly detect the OS otherwise 5.666 is fine on Win10.
Personally I wouldn't touch 5.8 as it's incomplete, is unknown what telemetry they may have added into it (un-checking anon stats in 5.666 is known to work correctly) & is mainly changes for the sake of licensing not being renewed & not really doing much to move it forward & functionally there is less in 5.8 beta compared to 5.666 but it depends if you used what's not present as to whether you'd even notice.

This is where I got mine from, though you'll have to force stop it from updating.
I personally created dummy "read only" files in Spotify's update folder.
With Windows 10 you can run Linux as subsystem:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-win10

That helps a lot with development and doesn't require you to run dual boot or run virtual machines (homestead).
If you're on Windows 7 or 8 (even on 10 if you don't want to have Ubuntu as subsystem) you can try Laragon - it's really cool and creates your Laravel working environment within seconds. No need to set anything up + easy SSL support, one click Laravel or Wordpress installs...
All you need is Media Creation Tool that will download Windows 10 installation and make a bootable USB drive. It's an official tool made by Microsoft and it's easy to use.
Sure you can. I just did that the other day and replaced my old Samsung 830 SSD (1000+ working days) with a new Intel 545 SSD.

You can clone your SSD using:
https://www.filehorse.com/download-macrium-reflect-64/

It took me 16 minutes to clone 128GB SSD to a new 256GB one. Once that was done I replaced drives and everything worked flawlessly.
I think that 99% chance that you're safe. No reasons to worry. If you want you can install Malwarebytes and do a full scan just in case...
You can check both hard drive health statuses using Hard Disk Sentinel. That will quickly tell you if any of these two hard drives are failing.
How much empty disk space do you have on your HDD?
What I would do is:
This way you would presume all things as they are. It takes some time and work but should work out just fine.
Could easily be a hard drive with bad sectors. You should install Hard Disk Sentinel and check drive health. If it has bad sectors or is in bad health get a new one and copy important files ASAP!
You can clone your SSD to HDD using Macrium Reflect. There are many tutorials available online. Cloning should move everything exactly how it's now. My advice would be to remove HDD and just put SSD and try to boot. If everything works just fine, then you can put the HDD back and format it... If something is wrong you can replace SSD back with HDD.
It's a bug in the v5.8 beta when using the Winamp Modern skin. There's a few posts about it on their forum with some less than helpful replies to fix it.
Unless you're happy manually editing config files, going back to the patched 5.666 build (e.g. from https://www.filehorse.com/download-winamp/19580/). Otherwise you need to locate the studio.xnf file & work through manually changing the positional coordinates in the file for the skin in your text editor of choice.

It is necessary to change the hosts file first in order to disable spotify to auto-update itself!
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and open hosts. Add these line at the end of the file
0.0.0.0 upgrade.spotify.com 0.0.0.0 www.spotify-desktop.com 0.0.0.0 sto3-accesspoint-a88.sto3.spotify.net 0.0.0.0 upgrade.scdn.co 0.0.0.0 beta.spotify.map.fastly.net 0.0.0.0 prod.spotify.map.fastlylb.net
Note: You can open and edit hosts file using Notepad++
Then download Spotify 1.0.86.337 from
https://www.filehorse.com/download-spotify/old-versions/
Note: Make sure you have the latest version of Musixmatch as well. Basically, first uninstall Musixmatch and then reinstall it from Microsoft store.
I've given this a shot and it still didn't work. I'm not sure if it's expected or not, but even after denying SYSTEM all permissions to my user folder, files are still placed there after starting Spotify. Just as before, the radio still doesn't work.
EDIT: The version you linked appears to be the newest. Is that intended?
EDIT2: I've grabbed this version which is from about four months ago and the above method appears to work fine now, If it stops working I'll update this post. Chances are one of the later versions will work fine as well, but I'm not going to bother updating for now since this works fine.
OP me again:
I just fixed the issue. Looks like its something to do with the latest version. Downgrade to the following and it should fix it for you too:
