Jdownloader is the program to use. Downloads from almost every website out there and deals with interruptions very well. Use this ad-free installer:
https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
It takes a bit of getting used to - this is a powerful piece of software with a ton of features. Make sure to read the documentation and a guide or two beforehand.
It is worth mentioning that some servers, especially certain file hosting services with optional premium subscriptions, do not allow free users to continue interrupted downloads. Jdownloader can not circumvent such restrictions, but very short interruptions are not going to end the download in many cases with this program, unlike with a web browser.
You should also consider switching over to Firefox. It's more efficient, has better working ad-blocking (Google made intentional changes to Chrome that made uBlock Origin significantly less effective) and is far superior in terms of privacy. It can also continue interrupted downloads far better than Chrome, although it's a manual process (you have to pause and continue downloads that appear "stuck").
For steamunlocked it is a good idea to use a download manager for increased speeds, try jdownloader: https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2 it usually offers increased speeds over the browser's download manager. The torrent client recommended by r/piracy is qbittorrent
If you try to download the files, you'll get this message:
>total size of requested files (52 GB) is too large for zip-on-the-fly
What you need to do is download a program called JDownloader here. Install the program and open it. Click on "Add new links" and paste a link to the page linked in this post. Once that's done, you can click on the browse button to change what location the videos will download to. (You can skip this step if you're ok with the default download location.) After that, right-click on the entry called "ScottTheWoz" and click "Start downloads" All of the videos should download normally.
yt-dlc is an actively maintained fork of youtube-dl. There's also a thirdparty GUI available for it here.
JDownloader is great for everything except YouTube, there youtube-dl and its forks are better since they can grab the best quality video track and the best quality audio track from different versions of the video and mux them together if you put FFmpeg into the same folder. The command for that is youtube-dl -f bestvideo+bestaudio
If you want to try JDownloader, make sure to download it from this hidden away download page to get the adware free version. The installers on the main download page are bundled with adware.
JDownloader2 or youtube-dl should sort you out.
Both can get you all audio variants (aac/mp4 mostly) so you can pick the ones you want.
Get them all, then it's an one-step operation to extract.
You might get some mileage out of JDownloader2 and perhaps realdebrid or alldebrid or the like for speedier downloads.
it's not a torrent so JDownloader is the best option. if it was a torrent you still shouldn't use utorrent. super unsafe and has bundled bitcoin miners in the past. use qbittorrent instead because it's open-source
Use JDownloader2. I just used it on a video that you supplied (Fall Out Boy) and these are the properties of the video.

Video: AV01 1920x1080 23.976fps 1542kbps [V: ISO Media file produced by Google Inc. (av1 main, yuv420p, 1920x1080, 1542 kb/s)]
Audio: AAC 44100Hz stereo 127kbps [A: ISO Media file produced by Google Inc. [eng] (aac lc, 44100 Hz, stereo, 127 kb/s)]
Not sure if it's the most convenient way, that's how I do things like this:
Download the shows with Jdownloader https://jdownloader.org/ and put them as MP3 files on the phone.
> tried a couple of ways like youtube-dl and other things i found online. But none of them worked,
It would be good to indicate what you have already tried so that someone does not recommend this again.
The JDownloader 2 tool can download such data in many cases. However, if copy protection is used, it will be difficult.
https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
If downloading from this link is showing up as a virus threat, then it's a false positive. There's no premium version of Jdownloader.
And no, you don't need to add the account if you're directly pasting the RD-generated link. You need the RD account only if you're pasting the non-converted link (rapidgator link for example), then it'll convert it to an RD link within the app.
Download from here
Install and Open
Now paste the download Link into JDownloader2 and start the download.

Some filehosters will limit your speed and some will additionally block pausing. Your download will then be lost if your pc shuts down or you loose connection.
https://jdownloader.org/de/download/index
Get this. Paste the link you sent me and you see all the files listed
Mark all the once you want and right click. Then download selected.
Ganval is the very definition of a predator. He's a pedophile. So far his daddy warbucks has been able to keep him out of prison, but there are some things even money can't save you from. I highly recommend that when the shit does hit the fan and she gets arrested contact all the big youtubers about it (some already did Tessi videos before, so they'd be interested in an update), tell them about "King of Tulane" as well, save many streams of Tessi and mirror those on like Google drive, sent all that in a neat handy synopsis type dossier to these major youtubers (since they are lazy and they don't read much) make it easy for them to make videos about. Then also contact the old media about all of this since she was an old Dr. Phil guest, let Dr. Phil's staff know all of this too. But time it right, do it when the shit hits the fan and you know Mya is rotting in jail. Strike the iron when its hot, in the meanwhile have Mya incriminate herself as much as she possibly can. Download all her youtube channels while they're still up, this is a handy tool for that:
All you need to do is dump in her three channels, copy paste them, and it will download everything. Download Ganvals channel too since right now he has videos up on Mya proving he's involved. Capture his channel comments and her channel comments too, theres a handy snapshot button to capture entire pages in the browser. I know thats all a lot of work, but trust me you will thank me in the end.
Time your moment though, make sure you time it just right: She goes down, thats when you strike.
Jdownloader2 is a great tool if you want a GUI instead of youtube-dl. It’s mostly open source and it downloads video files along with a long list of other filetypes from any public source (account/login protected sources if you log in through the program), and lets you custom configure damn near everything you could want.
It does seems that there has been some past reports of bloatware being installed together with Jdownloader, but in the ~3 years i have used it i haven’t found anything being installed with it, neither has my active antivirus. Make sure you get it from the official download page.
https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
This is where you can install. There is a paste link option and then it will download.
Jdownloader is a download manager for website links like mega, zippyshare ect.
It has the ability to resume and continue downloads when links expire. It can also auto extract compressed files into 1 file if needed.
I hate to be that person, but that's pretty bad in terms of audio. Lossy-lossy conversions will always result in a loss of quality. If you want the best quality, use JDownloader to download the AAC of the video. https://jdownloader.org/
I found two more Sega Saturn collections on IA that are almost as complete as the one originally linked:
I've found that torrents on IA are often incomplete (i.e., they don't have all the files), so I recommend downloading the collections with a download manager/browser extension.
I used jDownloader. It took a little time to get used to the interface (disable archive extraction and provide my IA account info) but it's a pretty good tool.
A special thanks to u/privateye_ for making this thread. With two new Saturn ODEs on the market and one more coming soon^tm, there's bound to be a lot of interest in these collections.
Yesterday, I used the ad-free version of jDownloader to grab the full set.
Windows 10 tried to block the installer. I had to manually allow it to run. Works well.
ive used it for years now and never had a issue. its actually called jdownloader 2. I use it in arch linux and win 10 never had a issue with a virus or malware since it has been installed not sure if the windows version might of had adware but if it did u opt out but I dont think it did.
You can try ask other people but my experience has been great with it.
These are my final thoughts on this thread. Using Animelist with Jdownloader has worked pretty well for. At times, Animelist can be slow but most of the time the download speed is fast. Also if you can figure what XDCC is and how to use it, then it seems to be the best solution. I personally, can't recommend it.
The others are just saying that it is possible, but not saying how. I'll fix that.
Many browsers don't natively support resumable downloads. It's possible that there are extensions/plugins/addons that enable them for your browser of choice, if you check your browsers addon store for "resume(able) download" or google "[browser name] resume(able) download" you might find something.
If you don't find anything, consider a download manager like jdownloader. You just paste in an URL, and it searches it for anything to download, lets you download multiple files at once, pause and resume, and do some other stuff.
My condolences.
It seems that Instaloader is exactly what you need.
If you only want the pictures and videos jdownloader2 also seems a good option
For those asking for a source the 2K video is on director Arnaud Bresson's Vimeo. Using JDownloader2 I was able to get the uncompressed 4.92GB prores file (that may or may not be paywalled behind Vimeo Plus...I am really not sure) tbh I am not sure if the way I extracted the frames was the best possible (using Quicktime 7 Pro copied frames directly to clipboard, pasted directly into this reddit gallery), a mac user with experienced in the prores format might have a better way...I managed to extract all the frames as 24mb bmps, will uplaod shortly...
you can do that by using Jdownloader2's link grabber.
https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
it can also use ffmpeg to convert/transcode videos and audio files.
I sincerely recommend folks download local copies of JCS videos if they have any hope or desire to re-watch them, unaltered, at any time in the future. The channel is notorious for yanking their videos, sometimes forever and sometimes to butcher them with new edits.
There's a multitude of browser extensions and apps that can download, but the one I use is JDownloader.
Its a lot of the same porn, but the full ~30 minute scenes instead of the 12min highlight reel w/o the money shot, so if youre satisfied, keep on keeping on, but ive been fapping to downloaded porn since before there were tube sites and developed the habit of skipping around a lot, and it seems like no matter how fast my internet gets, trying to jump ahead on a tube site buffers for a sec, so i just stuck with VLC and local storage.
IDK, go download JD2 https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2, turn on clipboard monitor, go to sxyprn.com (NSFW duh), just copy some video page URLs, or even search result pages (JD2ll scrape everything!), download a few, see what you think.
Thats half of what i do nowadays, other half then is just torrents which will usually replace 3/4 of the vids from sxyprn with slightly better quality. Thats just performer name x265
for anybody newer, or just the name and anything with >3 seeders for anybody older.
Always use a download manager for sharing services, Jdownloader2 is your best friend https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2.
Use Torrents, if you are in a Third World Country you don't even need to worry about DMCA notices, and if you are on a First Wolrd Country, 5~7 Bucks for monthly is cheap for all the content you can get using Torrents
Megathread has a lot of sources for you to download, so "i stg i cannot find a good pirating website." is bs!
>fitgirl repacks freeze and dont work and say 0b/s so can't use that
This is your pc fault and not the repacks fault!
Don't mean to revive a dead thread, but this is what I found works.
If the video is hosted on Vimeo, then the odds are that the stream link is in the HTML source code. I simply loaded up every video on the Patreon then opened up the inspector and edited the entire document as HTML. From here I copied the entire html source. If you are frequently downloading web content then there is a chance that you know of something called Jdownloader2. It can thankfully make sense of the entire HTML source and as such you just paste the source and it will parse any links it finds in it - Including the Vimeo videos! From here I just filtered anything that was not Vimeo from the Jdownloader parse, selected all the Vimeo videos and began to batch download.
Make sure to get firmware 13.1.0 and keys from Emusak for new update.
Gdrive 1.1.0 update link: aHR0cHM6Ly9kcml2ZS5nb29nbGUuY29tL2ZpbGUvZC8xeHFJa1FvV2ZwR1JhZ19ZWmotbXpXN2ZUX0xycEk4WXgvdmlldz91c3A9c2hhcmluZw==
LetsUpload 1.1.0 update link (read jdownloader2 instructions down below for blazing fast speeds): [will be live in ~1 hour)
Confirmed working on Ryujinx.
Right click on Pokemon Brilliant Diamond > Manage Title Updates > add > then browse for the update file (look at the size, make sure it's the smaller 2.5gb one) then it should list Version 1.1.0 and then click Save.
If it still doesn't work, might be ROM versions are different.
I got mine from here: aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuemlwZXJ0by5jb20vcG9rZW1vbi1icmlsbGlhbnQtZGlhbW9uZC1zd2l0Y2gv
Just make sure to get jdownloader 2 for anything off that site or LetsUpload.
Jdownloader 2 - https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2 - first go into Settings > Max Chunks per Download > 20
then copy/paste the links on that site into the Link Grabber section on jdownloader 2 then right click and 'Start downloads'
I got the full game from here: aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuemlwZXJ0by5jb20vcG9rZW1vbi1icmlsbGlhbnQtZGlhbW9uZC1zd2l0Y2gv
just make sure to get jdownloader 2 for anything off that site

Hm.. for Ryujinx here is what I did: right click on Pokemon Brilliant Diamond > Manage Title Updates > add > then browsed for the update file (look at the size, make sure its the smaller 2.5gb one) then it should list Version 1.1.0 and then click Save.

I am also using AMD. I have heard there were some problems with XT cards and Project Bean / Perfect Dark remaster, but I am not sure about other games. Jdownloader is a download manager that allows you to start, pause, stop, and resume downloads.
Internet Archive is a great source, but it can get temperamental when downloading larger files.
It may be a gatekeeper problem. What happens if you right click on the file and select open instead of double clicking. A window should pop up and ask you to acknowledge it's ok to open the file. Then a window will open showing an installer app that you double click on. If the app won't open, go through the right click>open process on it as well.
Btw, did you download the file from here (https://jdownloader.org/download/index) or somewhere else?
Use Jdownloader2 you scrubs. https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
All these morons using trash like IDM instead of the actual better free open source downloads are the reason even techies in this country are stupid.
jDownloader2 changed my life. Copy the URL of the google drive folder and it automatically downloads all sub-folders and files while maintaining the folder structure. It doesn't try to zip them like Drive does. You can also pause and resume them and choose different locations for the downloads. I download everything onto a project drive and not my main hard drive so it's very useful.
I had better luck downloading the big files with JDownloader. https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
Also, double check that you actually have enough space free for this on the drive you're downloading to. :)
"Is this where you download it? https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2 when I googled it it said not to download from the offical website because it contains ad ware.
While there are good software recommendations here, I would suggest that you download JDownloader to download entire playlists. You can even dictate the quality of each video. Once that's done, you can use avidemux to merge the video files.
Both options are completely open-source and free. No adware.
If you put the youtube link into JDownloader2 you can choose between all the different resolutions available for download from youtube, I don't know if any of them are CFR, but if they are, that's the way to get it.
Absolutely think Mega is a great choice. I would be happy to pick my way through your collection and merge/diff anything into mine. I've got about 2.5TB right now.
For anyone who wants to download from mega and doesn't want to pay monthly fees, I highly recommend JDownloader2 which will queue up all of the downloads you want, and grab them automatically after mega's timer expires. I usually schedule mine to download multiple files concurrently overnight, and it consistently maxes out my bandwidth @ 30 megs/sec.
>Failed for me. My guess is that your sub is letting you download FLAC. Has anyone been successful?
64-bit version can be downloaded with jdownloader
after installing jdownloader (just copy the link) and start the download
So there's no video that does exactly what I'm gonna tell you but you can see how to add links to jdownloader on the video here.
Basically, after you install jdownloader you're going to copy the URL of the page with the gamecube isos on it from the megathread (the Internet Archive link) and past it into the Link Grabber of jdownloader just like the video shows around 30 seconds in.
After a few seconds a single tab will pop up and you extend it to show all the games that were links on the gamecube isos page.
Right-click and download any games you want.
Let me know if you need help.
Try JDownloader. Install, and go to the youtube page you want, copy the link, and it should automatically add it to the program, then u can choose which file to download.
Another poster mentioned Netflix. Many of these serials are on Youtube, but without English subtitles, e.g. Мажор: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=60Dgcbti96o&list=PLetnPS7ua30ChGAaKouFNlexgcRHfUgN6
You can download them (I use JDownloader2 - https://jdownloader.org/) and then download subtitles (https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtitles/8613398/silver-spoon-en) and watch them locally.
Use JDownloader. For literally anything. You can grab almost every recource from every streaming sit and seperate it by audio, video, thumbnail, etc.. This prevents you from having to use any kind of third-party website to convert the video for you. It takes a few minutes to download and set up properly, but it's worth it.
I guess your best bet would be Jdownloader, it also has an extension to do that when you right click on elements.
So, If you are interested download it from here https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2 not the normal installation since it would contain stuff in the installation while these are free of all that.
But downloader will scrap anything it detects in when you copy a website link, then you can filter and delete whatever is not needed. It can also use ffmpeg if needed to convert and download youtube videos. It is really good and should be better than an extension or most downloaders out there.
Some fine stuff happening here, music selections and electric components.
I've not been able to audition any Fyne's in person either - (used and in the US) but are on my to watch for list. The photo sounds sweet.
Also- upon a YT search I have now been turned on to Connan Mockasin. -- Thanks for that.
I've been a huge fan of Air since I initially heard them in '99. They are not very well known in the us as far as I understand it.
If I may recommend a live set of theirs, they are very impressive live. I've seen them 3 times but they seem to not play in the US any longer, the last show i saw them play in the us was criminally undersold/attended ca. 2011?
anyway- This Set from 2017 @ Sydney Opera House is especially well recorded and features some excellent playing. JDownloader2 is a great utility to d/l yt vids to ensure you can watch without a connection necessary
copy the youtube url into jdownloader2 and press 'download' :)
the shows have reliably been staying on youtube until the following show, so you should have a month to do the above.
Try jdownloader. It's a little bit of a learning curve, but don't let that discourage you. If jdownloader can't do it, you're probably boned. If you need some help with it, send me a DM.
That link won't work in a browser so you'll need to use a download manager, personally I use JDownloader 2.
You'll also need the license for the game. If the computer you are using is the same one that had Halo installed and you haven't formatted or anything since last time you had Halo then the license should still be there, otherwise you need to be able to download at least the first 10MB from the Microsoft Store (and it sounds like that's maybe an issue).
I don't believe you can just click on that file to install it so will need to use the following command in PowerShell
>Add-AppxPackage Microsoft.Chelan_1.2094.0.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.msixvc
That's all one line. This will install MCC to your system drive. If you want it to install to another drive then type this command first
>Set-AppxDefaultVolume -Volume D:\
Anything else let me know.
Thank you for the links. FYI, there is no need to even visit the site and deal with the pop ups and potentially unwanted or malicious software. Just install JDownloader2 then copy the link to the episode page into the the LinkGrabber tab and you can download the MP4 file. It will prompt to install ffmpeg before you can grab the videos - allow that to download and install and once JDownloader restarts, the MP4 file will download.
>Is it safe to use ? is there an alternative ?
I would not trust any software where the developers do not even manage to renew the SSL certificate of the website. The project is probably pretty dead in my opinion.
>is there an alternative ?
Maybe JDownloader2 if you have no problem installing Java.
If you just want to download vids from YT, jdownloader is a great freemium resource. They do nag a bit for donations, but it's not abusive.
The GUI is easy to use - drag and drop url's
That won't work just out of the box.
A good starting point would be to create a LinkCrawler Rule.
I've created an example for you that will grab single items:
[ { "enabled" : true, "logging" : false, "maxDecryptDepth" : 1, "name" : "wallhaven.cc reddit comment kaw8vc example for wallhaven.cc", "pattern" : "https?://wallhaven\.cc/w/[A-Za-z0-9]+", "rule" : "DEEPDECRYPT", "packageNamePattern" : "<title>(.*?) | \d+x\d+ Wallpaper \- wallhaven\.cc</title>", "passwordPattern" : null, "deepPattern" : "(https://w\\.wallhaven\\.cc/full/[^\"]+)\"" } ]
Depending on the complexity of the website you may need either an EventScripter script or a separate plugin which you'd have to code. JD is open source.
You can often lookup the missing URL on archive.org. Sometimes they will have the video archived, but usually just the Youtube page with the title, description, comments, but no video. But you can then copy that exact title and search for it on YouTube and very often you will find it uploaded on another channel.
I use JDownloader2 for downloading/archiving videos. It can even do whole playlists.
Not as nice of a solution, but I use Jdownloader for a similar function. It watches your clipboard for links, can can pull media from basically any website, including audio. I just set it to download to my extraneous media folder.
https://jdownloader.org/download/index
Go here download the correct version for you (Linux x64), make sure you are running open jdk 8 and then run the .sh file you got as an executable.
As long as you get the adware free version from https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2 you're good. They have the adware bundled version on the main download page. If you want some extra peace of mind you can install Unchecky. That will run as background service whenever your computer is on and deselect adware from installers if the domain the adware is loaded from matches Unchecky's blocklist. It's probably not 100% foolproof, but nothing in life is and it will probably eventually save your ass.
A lot of people already mention a lot of great software so no need in mentioning them. I will just mention some great download managers I use that you may like.
Since you have a new PC, I suggest using ninite to manage your applications.
Where are you guys from?
Works fine here (Germany).
So you get a 404 for /download/blabla ?
Does this direct-URL (Windows installer) work fine for you?
https://jdownloader.org/dl?v=101
All of their other versions are hosted on MEGA but I won't post the URLs here because if you can't reach their website, you will not be able to verify that these URLs are legit and not some kind of fraud uploaded by me.
There are a ton of RB and GH songs posted on the Frets on Fire forum; The downloads include charts for using in Phase Shift or similar games, but the ogg files are easy enough to pull out and use. Some aren't perfect individual parts because they were split after being combined, so quality will vary.
Before you ask, yes JDownloader isn't a virus, it's safe to use.
Maybe give a try with IDM or Jdownloader (I would recommand this one: https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2 )
I can be wether a bandwidth restriction after you downloaded a certain amount of data. It can also be that the hoster has servers in different locations, thus some locations are faster than others for you.
We can't be sure.
Jdownloader (pretty much the Swiss army knife of download tools) can do this. Here's a link to the ad-free installer:
https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
I'm using this program all the time for downloads from imgur, Youtube, reddit, various file hosters, etc. Note that it's a bit complex and has a slight learning curve.
If you know Cooper, you might be interested in this;
Beyond that, take care of what you need in chronological order.
Depending on where you are on the ladder, I suggest this for starters;
Air - Filters. Nanoparticles are not good
Water - Same
Food - Organic. Less meat. No sugar or corn/maize-products.
Cut fluoride asap. All animals on earth are fine without it. Why should you be any different.
r/preppers is one haven for more stuff.
I dont really clip but you can either record it with screen recording software (OBS, Radeon Software / Shadowplay) or use JDownloader 2 to download the whole video and crop it with your video editor of choice
Videos can be downloaded quickly using free, open-source JDownloader software - it can be set to capture links from the clipboard of videos, playlists and entire channels and automatically download them - you can set to quality to highest (which YouTube limits to 1080p) in the settings. Just copy the browser link and forget, it will do everything else for you if you set the options to auto. Works for BitChute with some settings and almost every other streaming platform.
I'm not trying to sell anyone on anything, just if you like any videos you see anywhere then download them because they might get deleted - especially with YouTube's waves of purges and policy changes.
Cheers 👍
As others have pointed out, youtube-dl isn't a Firefox extension though it's great as a command line application.
There are other options if you aren't looking strictly for a Firefox extension. Adding to the list others have given, there are:
JDownloader, which automatically captures supported links from your clipboard.
AllTube Download is a website where you can just paste the YouTube video URL and it will generate the download link for you.
You can choose the format and quality to download with these options.
Use JDownloader2.. But make sure you get the adware free installer here https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
That'll let you resume downloads whenever. G-drives sometimes dont work for me but everything else works great.
Edit: You could also use IDM, but I don't bother with the cracks for that software. There are cracks for it, on our favorite RIN site but it's much easier for me to use JD2. It's free and works good enough for me.
This. Playing music in a dedicated program rather than through a browser is far less resource intensive.
@/u/oorpheuss: Jdownloader 2 is a good tool for downloading YouTube videos, and whenever it downloads it pulls a separate audio track as well as the video track, so you can pick which one you want and delete the other. Be sure to use one of the adware-free installers I linked, since the normal installer offers to install adware.
You need to use jdownloader to download .dlc files. you can also extract/decrypt the individual links from the .dlc file using an online extractor if you prefer that route. https://jdownloader.org/download/index http://dcrypt.it/
I honestly thought the same thing as well when I first heard of the program. However I now have it installed in all my computers along with some of my friends computers. It's a very promising program. Here you can find some info regarding JDownloader 2 (its safe the site is a wiki link regarding the program).
I've been using the program for a couple of years now and haven't ran into any problems as well. Here is the link to JDownloader2.
You can use Jdownloader: https://jdownloader.org/download/index
It can grab an m4a audio file, if that helps any vs converting from video file.
Maybe you can track down an mp3 plugin that could go direct.
On windows I use the free JDownloader 2. I see there is a Mac version as well. https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
In addition to Stratford, I'm also subscribe Bristol Old Vic, Royal Opera House, and National Theatre.
Use a youtube downloader. This one here worked for me on this video:
But usually just use Jdownloader. It downloads everything... No kiddie censorship anymore.
Try using this https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
To use jdownloader 2, you merely have to set the download folder and highlight the link and copy. It should pick up any link that you copy and throw it into a section called links, once that's done go to downloads and press start all downloads. The program will then download all the files in the specific link.
So if you were to say use this link https://archive.org/compress/GamecubeCollectionByGhostware
It would download all the Gamecube games in the collection. I hope this helps.
Not sure if that's gonna work the way you want, but give JDownloader 2 a try. You can download the adware free version here: https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
> Pale Moon
For sure, Pale Moon is based in the Legacy Firefox, so it will work. But my intention is to use a standalone program with some addon to all browsers like JDownloader... But it don't think JDownloader save with server date and time. in this post they talk about it
From the Releases page you can download the standalone application, it's just an .exe for Windows.
For graphical versions you may be referringto JDownloader - https://jdownloader.org/ or the graphical interface for youtube-dl - https://mrs0m30n3.github.io/youtube-dl-gui/
sure but it'll be quick,
download jdownloader2 here and install it. Go to page with video on and copy the link in the address bar, top of chrome, where you type web addresses. Paste that link into the linkgrabber section of jdownloader. Wait for the list to populate. You can click the categories on the right hand side to see specific files on that web page, I.e. Videos - do that. You should have a list of videos available to download on that page. Try and work out which one it is. If no videos appear try this -
Go to the page with the video on that you want. Hope that you're using google chrome and press f12 to bring up the dev console, click on "network" at the very top of that console, then click "media" on the bar UNDERNEATH that. Play your video from the beginning and a bar or several bars will start to populate under where it says 20ms, 40ms etc. If that doesn't happen, refresh the page and play the video again from the beginning. If one of those bars stays solid, right click it and "copy link address". You can open that address in a new tab and right click and download the video, or use idm to grab it, or paste it into jdownloader2 and download it there.
Good luck.
jdownloader downloads nearly everything from everywhere. Can even parse playlists from youtube and parse whole websites for everything that could be downloaded.
Actual pro-tip: those sites convert the audio, resulting in a loss in quality over an already compressed source. Instead, get JDownloader, an free and open source download manager(there are similar apps for mobile if you can't use a desktop), and feed the link to it. It'll give you any or all of the actual video and/or audio files instead of converting it to something else.
Hi, I'm totally new to this, and I don't want to screw up. I'd appreciate it if somebody could check my process and tell me what's wrong with it before I give it a shot:
I don't need a VPN, do I? I'm sorry for being such an idiot, I'm just new to this.

Edit: I've downloaded JDownloader2 and I have no clue how to use it.
its not an excutable, its an.rar. you need to extract the file and then use a program like jdownloader to use the .dlc file. please note that some antivirus software does not like jdownloader because the bundled offers included. if you choose to use jdownloader, dont install the adware offers during installation.
I agree u/frankster357 https://jdownloader.org/ "JDownloader is a free, open-source download management tool with a huge community of developers that makes downloading as easy and fast as it should be. Users can start, stop or pause downloads, set bandwith limitations, auto-extract archives and much more. It's an easy-to-extend framework that can save hours of your valuable time every day! "
Also Cross -Platform.

yes
jdownloader 2 (use the clean version here: https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2) can bulk download (download more than 1 at a time) from 1fichier, all you need to do is to enter your premium account info in the settings of jdownloader2
Well, if you can install programs you could use Jdownloader2, which is a download manager (not as a browser extension), or if you can't you could try Free Download Manager portable, which is yet another download manager program, except you won't need to install that one (just run the executable).
For big resumable downloads I wouldn't recommend using a browser directly (not even with download manager extensions).
I have just "discovered" something that seems to have helped quite a lot. In Jdownloader 2 there's a setting called "Max. Chunks per Download" and I set it to the maximum value of 20.
It seems to make the download manager use up to 20 simultaneous connections to download that same file, and it has increased the speed a lot in the tests I have just been running (from 0.4 ~ 1 MBps to 2.5 up to 4.5 MBps).
In case you have never used JDownloader 2 before, make sure to download the adware-free version (https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2). I would even recommend the Jar file, since it doesnt use a installer.
It seems, by what I have been reading, that LFTP, Filezilla, Free Download Manager (FDM) and some other FTP and download managers are able to make similar things that helps with the download speed. Im not sure how to set them up though, and I am not sure if WinSCP has this feature.
JDownloader (in it's pure Java version) is multi-platform. You can move it between all your OS. Just needs Java. (and your last used paths might be different on each machine)
https://jdownloader.org/download/index (Java but you can might be able to find it on your default repository, not sure)
My go-to downloader is JDownloader 2. Works on Windows, Mac, Linux or as Jar file on any Java capable system. Also supports remote access through web or mobile app.
So, one of the best open-source programs that I use is Jdownloader 2. It helps with everyday tasks like downloading from sites with a lot of redirecting and sites where it is impossible to download stuff from like youtube for example and allows remote downloading from phone and much more. This program would help anyone who downloads stuff from the internet frequently, so that's almost everyone.
My game of choice is Project Cars + Limited Edition Upgrade also my backup game is DiRT 4. Thanks for the giveaway and good luck to everyone joining the giveaway.
it downloads/crawls entire websites also for yt entire playlists - full version is free.
know it is not an answer to your q but i ve been hassling a long time to find a good yt downloader anywhere - on linux - turns out jdownloader does it all
JDownloader2 might work if you're still trying to figure this out.
https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2 should be the adware-free installer.
You just copy the video's url, paste it to JD2 and start download.
I just tested it on a Dailymotion users and it worked. youtube-dl may need an update to decode the json. You can either file a bug report/issue, or you can try JDownloader. Usually youtube-dl or JDownloader can download most videos.
jdownloader.org is not running on secure domain. (Firefox says that)
There is no way to go to the Jdownloader2 page from their homepage. The download section shows the beta version.
So i'll guess, i'll avoid that.
Thanks for helping though
I use jDownloader.
I've been using that for years and years. Very handy with pay storage account sites, auto captcha handling, general links, deep link analysis, clipboard monitor, etc...
Oh, and it's free.
