WHOA. I guess you are a thick fucking idiots. so i guess fucking microsofts fault if you poor milk all over your computer eh? fucking pillock. http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?ijl15
Fucking download that. put it in your damn gamefile. and enjoy asshole.
Also learn to fucking google you colossal moron.
Apologies, my previous comment regarding DosBox was wrong. I just had a go installing it, essentially you
Working on it to try to get 1920x1080 (or any other resolution), so far:
EDIT: ugh after all that, I can't get it to run through Cafeteria, crashes before it gets to the main menu :( You can still run the LegoRR.exe directly, just you'll be left in a 640x480 window/fullscreen.
Found the fix
For anyone that got here and needs help like I did the fix for this problem is a missing DLL. You can get it from this website
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?d3dcompiler_43
and it downloads a zip file.
Place the DLL into your ssiv folder withing the steam/commonapps folder or something like that.
More: http://www.oxeyegames.com/
And you can download the prototype for the game! http://www.create-games.com/download.asp?id=4340
If you get an error about DLLs: http://www.dll-files.com/pop.php?dll=cncs232
I figured out how to fix it! To anyone wondering how, download this file
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?physxcudart_20
and put it in the following folder:
Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > Borderlands
then insert the file into the "Binaries" folder (where the Borderlands .exe is located)

Which dll? A lot of dlls can be downloaded separately, especially those d3dx<number>_<more numbers>.dll files. They are part of Directx and are universal. Check dll-files.com and search for your missing dll, download it and put it in your system32 folder (or next to the failing .exe). Then try to uninstall again.
If you got an error involving "zlib1.dll" during the installation, you'll need to follow these instructions. Even if your installation continued after the error message you will be missing several GB's worth of data.
Download the missing .dll file, you can get it here. (Download just the zip) Then you're going to have to reinstall the game, uninstall the game and make sure the directory is empty. I placed the .dll in the following folders:
C:/Windows/system32/
C:/Windows/sysWOW64/ (If you have it)
Game Directory/master/ (its created during the installation, place the .dll file there before the CMD windows appear and the error should be prevented).
I didn't have time to figure out which was the correct directory but my game works so I'm not complaining.
This new trainer lets you choose from ~15 animations (push-ups, sex, dancing, etc. ). Here is the Download for the working Windows 7 version (other one doesn't work). Finally, Here is the download for a missing .dll (Do the ZIP, and put it in your Windows/System32 folder, and type "regsvr32 xinput1_4.dll" in cmd). This is only if it gives you an error when you start the game (mine's did).
This may/may not work you can download the xlive.dll from here (at the bottom of the page), and then place it in the installed game's directory/folder 'steam/steamapps/common/game folder'. (it's never a good idea to download dll's this file is however an exception.)
Oh missing .dll files. Had to cope with them. A quick search on google after "gdiplus.dll" would have done the job, but here is a quick link.
Be sure to download the MANUAL FIX and follow these steps:
Step 1: Download the Zip file.
Step 2: Navigate to C:\Windows
Step 3: Extract the dll file into both SYSWOW64 and System32
And there we go, should be fixed.
Edit: Of course, SYSWOW64 won't exist, if you are using a 32-Bit system. Also only works if on Windows.
If you really in a hurry, you can download it from somewhere (Im using dll-files.com , it was good source of finding a missing dll files when I was playing with wine), choose correct version and drop it into the same folder where your problematic applixation have its exe file. Then, when you can, restore it using Windows installaton media (it dont need to be burned onto CD, i think you can point it to ISO or img image, but if not, simply unpacking it into some directory should do it)
Edit: Google keyboard, it sucks at multi-language input support...
Edit 2: also, I heard that Windows since some time can mount ISO images, so ypu can try to mount an installation media onto system, so it will be seen like a dvd reader, and you can just point to that when you get asked for it. If not, WinCDEmu is quite nice and simple applixation for mounting disk images
Edit 3: and yeah, dont forget to delete your downloaded dll file when you're done
I had the same error. Reinstalling dx, c++ etc didn't help. The following did.
Not sure if I needed all or just some of these, but I downloaded and copied to Fallout 4 install folder these files: * IeShims.dll * mss64.dll * X3DAudio1_7.dll
You can get the DLLs from http://www.dll-files.com/.
Hope it helps, best of luck!
Of course! Sorry, I was away for a while. First locate your Steam-folder (probably in program files). So, you go Steam --> steamapps --> common --> Call of Duty Black Ops III. There you'll see "BlackOps3" -application. Right click that, and then click run as administrator.
Edit: if you do get the same DLL error as I did, (missing MFPLAT.dll), just install this http://www.dll-files.com/. After installing, run it. There will be a tab for downloading dll's, just search for the mfplat dll. This should work on any missing dll :)
No he means in your PCs system 32, do this
go here : http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?zlib1 manually download zip file
when it is done open it with 7zip or winrar and copy the file called zlib.dll
now go on my computer and on your local disk and go to this directory: C:\Windows\System32 and paste zlib.dll in this folder.
your done
I fixed my and some else on this sub's issue by downloading zlib1.dll here. You put it into System32, and while the game is installing, you put it into the install directory's /master/ folder that is created a few minutes into the installation.
I used this site
Manual fix .zip file. Just drop it in the master folder while it's installing should work. Note that you may not need to do this at all, but i'd do it just to be on the safe side.
So does it work? I bought B&W today, and I really hope it works on my windows 10. edit: Also, have you tried running it in compability mode for windows 7 or 8? Update 2: I panicked whilst waiting for game to arrive to I tried a pirated version. Installed it, absolutely no problems, worked flawlessly for me. If there is the the error that says you are missing IFC22.dll open the installation directory for Black and White, it should be there just copy it, and paste it over runblack.exe Else If there is the error that says you are missing p5dll.dll go here - http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?p5dll - and download the zip, extract it, and copy p5dll.dll to the installation directory.
I didnt have your exact problem but I had trouble with the launcher as well. Might as well give it a shot.
I fixed it by putting this .dll file into steam's GTA5 folder.
:I I don't think you understood my original statement are where just being sarcastic to be a duche.download this and put it in the appropriate folder that the txt file inside will tell you ( i can't remember off the top of my head)
here is some info on it http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?buddha
it is always a bad idea to use cracks or anything of that nature because most do have trojan viruses or malware or adware or even all of those. just do virus scans and malware scan to stay safe and stay away from cracks.
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr120
You'll see 3 columns on that site. The right one says Manual Fix. Use that to download the .dll file. Copy the extracted file to the c:\windows\system32 folder. After that it should work. I had the same issue and this fixed it for me.
If the dll is missing msvcr110.dll you're missing a .net redistributable. You can download it from here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr110 and putting it inside the apophysis root folder should fix the issue.
Or you can go about the recommended route and download the redistributable provided by microsoft (also free)
I realize this post is 3 months old, but I just hit the same issue today and sucessfully resolved it (GOG version), in case you (or anyone else who finds this) still have the same problem.
The trick is to place a compatible version of dplayx.dll into the Baldur's Gate (or Baldur's Gate 2) directory.
One from one of those shady DLL download sites might work, but alternatively you can also look at steps 2 and 3 from this page
in my experience just searching for the dll, downloading it and placing it in the games install folder does the trick.
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mss32
click that link, scroll down and press the "Download Zip FIle" button. it should download a zip file, open it up and copy/paste the .dll to where Company of heroes 2 is installed, usually /steam/steamapps/common
if you have any other issues with dll's just google the dll name and the first link is almost always dll-files.com, just scroll down the page and click the "Download zip file" Button, Not the dll fixer, like it seems you have done.
You are missing a .dll plugin required to run certain stuff in the game. Download this then place it in your farcry3 folder and run the game - it should work. If it doesn't work then rename it to farcry3_d3d11.dll and see if it works then. I don't have this game so it MIGHT have a separate folder in which it checks to see if the .dll files are there so you might have to browse around but it's almost always in the main installation folder.
MSVCP100.dll is a file for the C++ runtime library, if you don't have it you can get it from that link.
DFHack also has a command called 'reveal' which reveals every map tile which is incredibly useful for finding metal, if slightly scummy. I'm pretty sure that you could probably make a military that uses bone crossbows, but 3-4 won't be enough to take out a siege unless they're highly skilled. As for the raiders, they're probably not gone, they don't leave that easily. They generally stay invisible on the map for a while, most sieges will leave after a year or two but ambushes stay less. The traps on the side won't really catch much, most things generally won't path into them.
If you need underground refuse/corpse piles, build a tunnel and an airlock to keep out the miasma, it will stop it spreading.
Generally, at least for me, there will always be a few layers of marble at about the depth of the second cavern layer, which will often contain a large amount of metals, so you might try going for that.
My recommendation is to burn whatever wood you gather to make coal and use it to create copper bolts, then use bones to create crossbows for you dwarves. Put some fortifications on that entrance tunnel of yours and let your crossbow dwarves do work.
Cave adaption doesn't particularly matter too much at all really. If you've got underground trees your woodcutters don't particularly need to head to the surface, and it's generally possible to make your military fight underground.
You have an almost identical install as me (I'm the FX4100 with an HD 6750) I had that issue, I'm looking up what I did as I type this... Download http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?x3daudio1_7 and place it in System32 and SysWow64. It's a directx issue. Might need to make sure you have 64bit version installed too. Also install newest drivers (12.6b I think.)
90% of the time when I get dll errors I just search for it online and download it and just place it in the program folder of the game and it works. I would recommend trying that. I believe this is it.
yes you can: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?iphlpapi to download do this: http://prntscr.com/a8gz7p put it into Steam\SteamApps\common\Geometry Dash\ the steam folder can be found in either C:\Program Files\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\ If putting it in there doesnt work, try fixing the caps on the dll filw to match the error.
Yeah, the only way to get past the live feed is to disconnect your computer from the internet. There are 2 ways of approaching this. Set proxy settings to 0.0.0.0, which is an invalid value. The other is to disconnect the Ethernet cable.
Also, the C++ binaries require admin rights, however you can get the DLLs to put on a flash drive from http://www.dll-files.com/ but you have to read the error messages first
when you're at school, check the error message and google the DLL. I found this site to be pretty trustworthy http://www.dll-files.com/ I would recommend using retroarch with the SNES9x core rather than SNES9x itself, since retroarch has a lot more features. Also, if your school computers are using Windows 7 or higher, you could also play Osu (music game, bring headphones) if all else fails. Xonotic is also a very good Quake-Style FPS game that doesn't have any dependencies or Sauerbraten if your schools has crappy computers. I played so much Xonotic when I was in high school. http://www.xonotic.org/
Also, if you are afraid of being caught by a teacher, try this program http://dont-panic.sourceforge.net/ Just remember that if your school uses Impero, that method will not work unless you disconnect the ethernet cable or set proxy settings to an invalid setting which also disconnects it from the internet.
> download the the dll file http://www.dll-files.com/d3dx9_39.zip?0WGiUHWEfX > and copy to the game's folder. that worked for me
http://forums.euw.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=444520
Google search words: d3dx9_39.dll
Perhaps this will help you.
I had fallout 4 crash at startup for me because of mods.
Even had it crash at the first loading screen, this is how I fixed the crash at the loading screen, maybe it'll help with the startup crash.
Try this:
Delete steam_api64.dll from your Fallout 4 game files, and download from here, then copy the downloaded dll file to your Fallout 4 game directory.
I have this in my SPM folder: SlimDX.dll. I have no idea how I got it, don't recall ever downloading SlimDX and the .dll/Properties/Previous Versions says it's from back in 2012. LOL. Here's a link for just the .dll file: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?slimdx That seems to be all that's required because I don't have any other SlimDX file of any kind on my hard drive.
Go to the following link: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcp100# click the one ALL the way to the right. Open the zip file with WinRAR and extract the .dll to where you have the Sims 4 installed(Usually in program files). I can help if that doesn't work aswell.
You can download zlib1.dll here (use the manual fix .zip).
As the corepack version installs, at the end it starts extracting files via a command prompt version of 7-zip. As it's doing this it creates a 'master' folder in your Program Files(x86)/Konami/Metal Gear Solid V folder. You put it in there as the command prompt windows come up.
i got it working, all i did was uninstall the game, and when installing, as soon as the master folder is created i put zlib1.dll which i got from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?zlib1 and cracked it as normal. But when i escaped the hospital, the game froze in a loading screen. What do i do ?
There are many places on the net you can download msvcr100.dll I've used: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr100 Just grab the zip file don't user their installer junk. Extract to swg install folder or c:\windows\system32 I can't remember.
You could try the 32 bit version of that file. You can download it here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?xinput1_3 (but you can also find another source - never trust a stranger on the internet :D ).
I also have xinput1_3.dll in both my system32 and sysWOW64 directory but some demos never bothered to start (and showed this error 0xc00007b). I would copy the 32 bit dll next to your binary and try again.
If this doesn't work you could run the binary from command line. It showed an error that explicitly told me, that I am missing xinput1_3.dll.
~~You probably need to download that DLL and copy it to your Diablo 2 or BH folder. http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcp100 (choose Download Zip File)~~ or download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package
Hmm~ I'm not too sure sorry, normally when you get this error you try to reinstall DirectX. And later on you'll encounter a bunch of missing dlls, that you can get from here http://www.dll-files.com/ and you chuck those into your game directory.
That's all I know sorry...
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/index-s.shtml
Try get a fresh one, listed inder "s". Delete the one in your folder now and replace it with the new one, run eu iv as admin and it should hopefully work. Not sure otherwise.
Caused by a damaged .dll or your firewall in most cases.
Might be able to grab it here too http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?dcomp
dcomp looks like its related to D3D9.dll ... Which is Directx. So if you havent you can try updating directx... I know i had a bunch of times.
--Generally adding DLLs like this, one by one isnt recommended but I just spent 4 hours playing GTA V because It worked for me
> Last things does anybody know where I could get the above .dlls for wine/playonlinux.
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?imm32 > "Download Zip-file"
Windows XP had version 5.1 file.
You might also want mfc42.dll
Ah that's a shame. Last thing I can suggest is downloading DNSAPI.dll here and placing it in system32. I got the 5.1.2600.2180 version in particular. The others didn't work.
UPDATE:
So I downloaded the cudart file my system was apparently missing from here. I extracted that to my system's files and then to the game directory itself, nothing worked. I eventually dug a little deeper, finding other .dll files, and ended up tossing it into my Binaries folder. Game loaded right up... Really annoying, but glad it's finally working, as there's no steam option this time around.

Does it say where the dll is missing from? I think you can just download it from http://www.dll-files.com unzip it and place it in the folder, if it doesn't say, rummage through the game files and make an educated guess
Unfortunately, I don't have the link anymore but it consisted of the following: install a package of all-in-one assets (such as the ones I listed above) and use a program called dependency walker to find out which .dll files are still missing and install them manually (you can find them quite easily to download for free). FC4 ran fine after that, but I still seem to run into the problem with certain games and it doesn't seem to help. It's quite frustrating - it seems like it's a very vague error code that refers to a class of problems rather than one in particular.
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?libgcc_s_dw2-1 open the link and save the file as a zip-file. I think you just extract the file to the folder where the SAO utilities are saved. Had this problem before with a game and this should fix it!
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?xinput1_3 Your welcome. Just put it somewhere into the game folder(try different sub catalogs if it not works from root dir). If it won't work - try reinstalling the game.
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0
hit the button marked "Download ZIP-FILE"
I can't say for sure what directory you'd have to put it in, though.
Ok so it looks like you're just missing a file.
Go to C:/Program Files(x86)/Steam/steamaps/common
Make a backup of you're Terraria folder.
Go to Here and download the file.
Add it to your Terraria Folder.
Relaunch the game, maybe restart computer/steam first (to be safe).
I think that should fix it but let me know if you have more issues.
Edit: Formatting.
This is a link to download the .DLL file. I simply Googled the name of the missing file and it's usually one of the top results, this website DLL-Files.com. Whenever you get this message of a missing DLL, just Google and download it from here or elsewhere, and although the program may then tell you that another one is missing, just repeat the process, probably 5 or so times, until all missing DLLs are installed.
did you download this?
I had a similar prob with rooting my htc one and this helped. That is, if I understand your problem to be that when you enter command prompts your compt spits the AdbWinApi.dll error message at you.
You can manually register missing DLLs into system, I sometimes do that.
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mfplat
Extract mfplat.dll from mfplat.zip. We recommend that you extract mfplat.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting mfplat.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract mfplat.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me) C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000) C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7)
If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place mfplat.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
Reboot your computer.
If the problem still occurs, try the following:
Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...". Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)). Type regsvr32 mfplat.dll and press Enter.
if you need to you can directly download the .dll. During times like this usually it works. If you are missing multiple dlls just keep downloading them until the program works. Usually they either go into your windows or system directory or program directory.
You can download MSVCR100.dll here: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr100
It has 17662 votes so I'm assuming its not infected. Good luck fellow shibe.
Make sure you click on the white download zip file at the bottom. There are a few buttons so it is confusing.
I have no idea what you just typed there but all I can say is that if you get an error message regarding some missing DLL file you can download that from this site and you just gotta put it in your Fallout folder. I remember I had to do that sometime I don't know why but after that it worked.
Sorry if this doesn't help you at all.
http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=10597
It should technically be able to run under your specified environment. Though why not just use the web app?
Though I highly recommend making a comment on the specific page for your wine version. You might get a better answer than mine.
Although you can always try to download this dll:
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcp90
and place it here:
~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system
Yay! Hopefully it'll continue to work correctly. It would probably be a good idea to keep important stuff on a separate drive for a little while until it is problem-free/trustworthy for a few weeks.
Since you don't know where your CD drive or Windows disc is, your best option is to continue running Repair and Windows Update until all updates are installed and repair doesn't find anything (or until it can't fix anything else). Hopefully it can find/replace the missing DLL file(s). If you continue to have problems and manage to find both, you can run the CD and choose the "Upgrade" option. That will keep all of your software and settings and just replace the system files.
If you want to give it a try, you can download the DLL from this website. The also have software called Dll-Fixer, and the trial version attempts to fix all of your missing or messed up DLL files (it just doesn't do the fancy optimization stuff that the paid version does).
CCleaner is a very good free optimizer and cleaner that you can also use once the DLL files are repaired. It can also clean your registry, which DLL-Fixer won't do for free.
I assume from your question you only have one disk, so this is probably what's going on: The known universe experienced a brutal error that destroyed the dinosaurs, wiped out life on Mars, Venus and Jupiter, blinked 6000 galaxies out of existence and (strangely) ended up creating 26 thousand or so galaxies that vary only slightly from each other. This was never officially patched. What you're dealing with right now is that you got a copy of the known universe that was patched and therefore still includes dinosaurs, life on Mars, Venus and Jupiter, the 6000 missing galaxies and doesn't include the 26 thousand new galaxies. You need this meta-dll. Just exit nero, unzip that anywhere, then try the rip again, it should work without asking for any additional disks.
(If your universe doesn't have living dinosaurs, it's a good chance that I've misdiagnosed your problem. Hope this proves helpful though.)
Sorry I didn't check it first, but it seems to work now. I had to download a file vbrun300.dll from : http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?vbrun300
I then copied vbrun300.dll into C:\windows\system32 (I use windows 7) and into C:\thinkfst and restarted the installation. It became non-responsive at 100% so I closed it via task manager and went to the thinkfst directory and doubleclicked thinkfst.exe and it worked.
I'll be happy to provide any further clarification.
You move the .dll in the exact same folder as the game executable. (This dll: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcp60 should work. I used it myself to fix Project64, and it is within fair use to download it if you have a valid Windows XP or later license.) As for ATI resources, sadly no, I haven't been unable to verify this myself, but several people at CrossOver claim it has to do with a combination of bad proprietary drivers and bad card design.
You could download it here, but i don't know how safe this page is.
if you have played minecraft, then go to %appdata%.minecraft\bin\natives\ and copy/past it ;-)
If you're running Windows 7 or Vista you need a special .dll file added into your main directory to allow it to run, try adding this .dll to your GTA folder.
