Ya'll deserve it. ;)
UPDATE: Holy cats, thanks for the love (and gold), Reddit! Thanks also to those who are checking out some of my other work--your support means a lot!
I tweeted the video to K&P, so fingers crossed it reaches them!
UPDATE 2: Oh, also, for extra-interested music nerds, I finished typing up a note-for-note accurate sheet of this exact performance, which includes the voice (lyrics and all) AND piano part. PDF of the sheet music arrangement can be downloaded here!
Cheers!
Ok, i'm NOT nitpicking because this is amazing but...
You can see the cloth buntch up at her armpit and at the bend of her elbow (helping show it's not bodypaint...or at least not the top.) and her "claws" have on zooming in a odd look to them.
EDIT:ok on looking at her other pictures....HERE the seam running up the inside of her thigh is missing...so im under the impression this has been touched up.
Edit the second: Patern available HERE so yeah...cloth body suit with a touch of camera magic.
Ah, so Derek is now going to buy a Battle Royale template for UE4 and thinks it's a quick&easy way to get his new 'A DEREK SMART GAME'? Well, good luck with that Derek! ;)
references to shopify .com in the source
not sure how shopify works but ive read that you can supply a password for people to gain access to the store. which looks like what is happening here.
that or its just an unfinished site like people have said.
So as Many people use Arachnid studios to get a High Res file on the Costume, They list places that print the file onto fabric like Aesthetic Cosplay (who also just sell suits straight up)
GoDaddy sucks. Don’t get scammed by GoDaddy when you have better and cheaper options.
You have 2 solid options I can list.
Option 1;
Get a domain name. Get Vps hosting plan. Install Wordpress & AliDropship Import/Edit Products If you don’t know about how to build a website, order a custom store. Market and start selling $$
Option 2;
Get a domain name Get a Shopify plan Build website on Shopify Market Start Selling $$$
I personally use option 1 because I love Wordpress and ability to have full control of my website.
Hope it helps!
The car isn't planted to the track like it is in iRacing, and its actually possible to countersteer slides. (which is what a lot of the real life drivers have been complaining about in the recent iracing series). Sound design is also way better as you can hear in the video, and its cheaper than the iRacing model.

Probably just hunting for downvotes with this self-promo, but I dropped a price on my cover arts pack on sellfy https://sellfy.com/p/MQB5/ now just for 5 bucks 12 customizable covers with both png and photoshop files... have mercy guys lol
It looks like a brick grill/smoker. Wish I had the space for one. That one was almost certainly a DIY build. I haven't come across any guides to make one but here's a cool little video of one being made https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=e9_z5n_g1JM
Edit: the video I linked has a link to the smoker plan at a cost of $20. Just something to consider. https://sellfy.com/p/ChZI/
My friend is a producer that re creates Tyler's instrumentals and he has been getting pretty popular lately. He released a Tyler drum kit with over 1GB of stuff and there is a holiday sale so it is 50 percent off. use code "50OFF" g0lfboy's Tyler, The Creator Soundpack
If you'd like to download this video you can do so here on sellfy. The price is now "pay what you want" if you like what you see go throw a couple bucks to Mike Torres and Leon Basin so we can see more from these guys in the future!
Hawaii Part II, the album the track is from, is Joe Hawley (red tie)'s pseudonymous project! All the songs are written at least in part by him, and a lot of them are based off of old Tally Hall-era demos that never made it onto the band's studio albums. It was all co-produced by Joe, Ross Federman (gray tie) and Bora Karaca (orange tie), and features Rob Cantor (yellow tie) and Zubin Sedghi (blue tie) on vocals for a few tracks as well. It's really really really good stuff; I highly recommend buying it on iTunes or on the Sellfy site and listening to it all the way through :D
Here is the Shopify homepage: https://shopify.com.
Scroll down and notice the part where they say they have 600k online stores as clients.
Most of those are yet another dropshipping store. You will be #600,001.
The odds are not great.
WordPress + WooCommerce
Magento would be overkill.
I recently built a site for a client using WP + WC that has done almost $80k in sales in its first 6 weeks.
WordPress is definitely not just for blogging anymore.
When I saw Jump Street Podcast getting a "D" because they didn't "release Broskow's VOD for free"... Luckily I decided to keep watching and at 7:00 I recovered from the shock.

Please, support the JSP guys on their Patreon. And that Torres & Broskow's VOD can be found here on Mike Torres' Sellfy (for $10): https://sellfy.com/p/YBRq/
Anything KAVERN has put out is pretty fucking solid. Also Komorebi (Skit's sample coompany) is def about to start fucking up the sample game.
However, I also really recommend looking at packs that are NOT wave based. Look up foley packs, cinematic packs, ambient packs or even random totally different genre packs like electro house or even dubstep (just to name a few). If you really want to be unique and stand out, diversify your sample portfolio.
Hey guys me and kareful got together and made a bunch of wave presets for serum as we realised theres not really anything like that out there at the moment.
The pack is 50 presets for £15
15 Bass/Reese Presets, 3 Key Presets, 12 Lead Presets, 10 Pad Presets & 10 Pluck Presets.
Hit the link below to check out the audio demo and buy the pack if you're interested.
Cheers,
Skit
Hi, my name is Teo, but my IGN is cuteshark. I'm 14 years old and I'm from the U.S.A. I like to animate, draw, and do other graphic design, and I've recently started selling my work here. I currently run a UHC server called Seizon and it's been fairly successful from what I've seen.
I'm currently going through some shit, and I've been really stressed out about various things recently, and on top of that I have a disease that doesn't have a cure, it can be treated, but it's still a complete shitshow sometimes. I've been seeing a therapist for a few months now, and I'm not sure if it's helping me or not, so if I'm ever sound down, this is probably why.
Even though my life has a lot of negatives, there are things that keep me up, like doing the stuff in the first paragraph but also my friends have been a huge help, not going to name specific people but thank you to the people in Jerry, PPP, The Split, and Dino Clan for being great people :)
He's 31 and the video was released January 2015. If you're interested you can still buy it here for $4. It's well worth it if you ask me. He's also a performer on the Nitro Circus action sports tour.
Well, I was completing my degree studying journalism at the University of Chester this year, and one of my modules required me to create a 16-page A4 magazine on whatever subject I wanted. I chose professional wrestling because quite frankly, it's the coolest thing on the planet.
My lecturers pushed me to continue on producing the magazine, and two issues later, you're looking at Issue #3 and now The Tag Rope is being produced by an awesome team of writers, photographers and graphic designers who live everywhere from London to Brazil, to the U.S.A. to the mighty Northern Ireland. On top of that, my little magazine is available instantly worldwide. That's a pretty cool feeling to me.
There are already plugins that do this. WooCommerce will give you the PayPal functionality. Product Add-Ons is an extension of WooCommerce that will enable customers to select properties of products. The extensions costs $49 for a single site.
Just up to you to configure it. You can pay someone to set all of this up, but it could be a few hours work depending on how many products and properties you have.
Also, it's annoying when someone asking for work assumes it's a simple job. If this is to be coded from scratch, it's definitely not a simple job. I don't know why you would assume it's easy unless it's to try to show that you somehow know what you're talking about, but it just makes you look like a know-it-all, which has nightmare client written all over it.
Just some friendly advice.
Shopify is well designed, and super simple to create something, however, it is less customizable and does take a proportion of your sales. If you want something a bit more hands on, then woocommerce and wordpress is extremely clean and free.
I'm a Magento developer and I love the platform, but I would advise against it if you're building this yourself. The first open source ecommerce apps that come to mind for me in your situation are Open Cart - http://www.opencart.com and PrestaShop - http://www.prestashop.com. Though not as powerful/feature-rich as Magento, they're legit and should be much easier for a non-developer to work with.
There are also hosted ecommerce solutions like Shopify, but I think they suck, as they are an ecommerce developer's sworn enemy.
Shoot me a PM if you have any questions or anything.
Hey dude I've got some tasty drums loops recorded for a sample pack me and my friends put together. Its free u just have to put ur email in, u can use a fake one its just necessary to download.
Were doing a pack a month and I've been recording live drums for all of them!!
Yeah you can continue to manage your library in Rekordbox but you'll be better off using the import from Rekordbox function on the Engine Prime software, though there are some caveats:
You can also use u/MixMasterG's DeCU and DJCU tools to go in between Rekordbox and Denon Prime: https://sellfy.com/ATGR_Production_Team/
Ha. The only part that’s animated is actually the URL line. I just have the other things appearing after the smack.
I bought Peter McKinnon’s motion graphic pack for $30 a while back. He uses them a lot better than I do but they do spiff things up a bit even when used in basic ways. https://sellfy.com/petermckinnon/p/pgY5/
If you're on MacOS, consider DJCU (DJ Conversion Utility, https://sellfy.com/atgr_production_team/p/emuy/ )
I moved from Traktor to Rekordbox with that tool. Works like a charm and will only set you back 19,50€ (one time payment).
If you are wondering what mods are being used:
The look and overall grade of that video remind me of Super 16 film. These vintage inspired LUTs by Daniel Schiffer came to mind. I bought them a few weeks ago, and really like the feel. They’re super affordable too. The link is: https://sellfy.com/danielschiffer/
It's because those presets don't use the develop -> film simulation options (like Classic chrome, astia, provia and so on). Hence why tey're not that useful for Fujifilm raw files. I made a set of presets that are based on the fujifilm film simulations, if you want to try them they're free and available here: https://sellfy.com/p/IAOJ/ (just enter 0 as the price and you can download them)
Other than the live stream of it on Sunday, you can buy a copy for pretty cheap, and it supports Feral Audio's operations. I hope one day we'll be fancy enough to have a "tape delay" for people in timezones where we're really inconvenient for them.
For all of you who were experiencing payment issues via Pay Pal. We apologise, but have now resolved the issue with them.
It is back up and available for purchase here
Please continue to share your thoughts! We love your support and if you enjoy ARK as much as we do, be sure to share it with your fellow pilots :)
If you're set on WordPress, look into WooCommerce and Gravity Forms. Could definitely accomplish this relatively easily with a conditional logic based form.
As far as the e-commerce side of things goes, WooCommerce is a great plugin that turns Wordpress into a full-fledged e-commerce platform. It's free to install and runs out of the box with some relatively powerful features, but there are premium extensions available for it that are relatively cheap to extend the functionality to do whatever you want to do.
There is also another free plugin (separate from Woocommerce) called Easy Digital Downloads which is quite well reviewed as a plugin to facilitate selling digital goods on Wordpress sites, althought I don't have any experience with it first-hand.
Joining a large forum, even if it is connected to a cart software, will still be beneficial to you. The discussions on the Forum are not always revolving around the specific software. There are many open discussions about general concepts like design and marketing. I'm Community Manager for PrestaShop and we have a huge forum >600K users. You should check it out

new track I made this afternoon
rhodes samples are from here:
https://sellfy.com/liamkillen/p/lk-beat-battle-vol-2-on-the-rhode/
vocal samples are from an old french documentary about moped gangs in the 60s
thanks for the listen
Came up with this beat in a live Twitch session last Friday and it's pretty much ready to be released as a single. I love when that happens.
I'm also giving these rhodes samples away for anyone who's interested:
https://sellfy.com/liamkillen/p/lk-beat-battle-vol-2-on-the-rhode/
Also check https://sellfy.com/RaceSimStudio/ regarded as thé best formula cars in simracing by many. Paid content, but worth the money. And for historical content, search for the ‘grand prix legends’ pack.
Yeah the stock drums are a little odd I found out. I've been using a couple custom kits I made out of drum one shots I already had. I get 90% of my drums from this dude -- https://sellfy.com/thekount
As far as the song I used one of the custom kits on the OP-1 and then did another pass with a kick and snare over top in ableton. Just sounded a bit fuller to me.
I bought Racing Sim Studio's Indy Car mod and was really happy with the purchase. This is probably the best you can get right now. https://sellfy.com/racesimstudio/p/formula-americas-2020-for-assetto-corsa/
The car itself is a paid mod from racesimstudio
But irrespective of that you definitely want to install Sol (and Custom Shaders Patch) for the enhanced graphics and weather effects across the whole game which is free from Race Department
If you are on MacOS you can use the DJ Conversion's Utility to convert your Rekordbox folders/playlists to iTunes.
Then you can use Traktor's build in iTunes integration to get those exact same folders and playlists in Traktor.
Converting cues loops and other DJ metadata from Rekordbox to Serato is not supported by DJCU, it was written for the other way around (from Traktor to Rekordbox) That being said if there is enough demand I can look into adding Rekordbox to Traktor to DJCU. Technically it's not a problem. And the price can't really be a barrier at US$ 14,50 https://sellfy.com/p/emUY/
Or you can have a look at Rekordbuddy 2.
Get the right tiles and you have a perfect setup!
Edit: Because I've been asked: bought them from this dude:
There are transparent ones, so you can change the color of the background with tileiconifier to whatever
I made this pack and use it as my base
https://sellfy.com/p/NWQC/
I found that LUTs that Sony provides are not great, so I designed my own. The base LUT looks similar to what you would get in Resolve color transformation and other LUTs have a distinct look to them. I would abstain from using modified PP if you want to get a good and consistent result.
Thank you!
Every costume starts with a pattern -- I co-designed one with my friend Asher, who runs a pattern shop on sellfy. (https://sellfy.com/spontaneouspelting)
After acquiring the digital pattern, I sent it off to a website called ZentaiZone, ordering the product they have listed as "custom suit". I gave them the link to the pattern, and crossed my fingers that they'd be able to put together a pattern like that.
Despite minimal issues, the suit holds up pretty well. After this, I ordered a faceshell and lens set (which is currently a one of a kind) from a friend of mine, and I put it together, attached the magnets, and put white mesh material in the lenses.
I also dyed the inside of the fabric, as it was printed on white, and when it stretches, the color fades out. ZentaiZone refuses to print onto colored fabric for custom jobs for some reason.
I attached shoes onto the bottom by taking some water shoes and removing the bottoms, keeping the upper half of the shoe. I put the uppers of the shoe on my foot, and glued the fabric down to the bottom of it, finally attaching the sole so that the fabric is sandwiched in between that and the shoe uppers.
I also puff painted the webbing with Tulip Slick Paint in a flat black, to make the webs shine in the light.
There are far better tutorials on YouTube and otherwise, but I hope I could point you in the right direction. :)
Prepare a USB drive for CDJ's than import that drive into your friend's Rekordbox. Sometimes the import takes 2 runs before all cues loops etc are imported.
If you are an MacOS have a look at this. One of the reasons why I've developed it is for back to back preperations:
Most sounds are from reason and logic but if you have FL my friend recently made a Tyler, The Creator Soundpack It has lots of the vocal chants and drum breaks he used along with 7 Battery 3 drum kits in both wav and the battery drum kit formate. Use code "50OFF" for discount. He has been doing remakes of Tyler's instrumental on YouTube under the name "Jayden Richards" and has been getting more recognizes for it recently so you may know of him already.
Thank you.
I've used my Sony A7sII with the FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM Lens.
As for grading, I used Adobe Premiere's Lumetri tool. Started off with a LUT that I bought from here: https://sellfy.com/p/NWQC/ and then did additional tweaking on every shot.
Hope this is useful!
Lotta peeps use Ableton or FL Studio. I use Logic 9. It really doesn't matter, use whatever gets your ideas flowing the fastest. My music has gotten better as I've been able to translate what's in my head to my DAW faster.
As far as making brothel. type beats, get yourself some trap drum packs to start out with, and you can also pirate some decent synths like Sylenth, Serum, Massive, etc. (although with Serum and Sylenth you can do a $10 per month pay system until you pay it off after 14 months or something, which is what I do). Get yourself some solid pluck/pad/bass presets on there. Figure out how to make nice arps.
If you get Serum, I highly recommend Kareful & Skit's serum pack for starters.
I bought a small midi, and it changed my entire world of producing, even though I don't really have any formal education in playing an instrument (unless you consider a CDJ an instrument haha). I started incorporating chords and other simple production techniques more, and it's made all my stuff more cinematic.
I also suggest you check out r/EDMproduction for some great general tips across the entire spectrum of producing.
Start to develop your own sound as soon as you can. Watch tutorials on the basics of synthesis, on arrangement of music. If you are passionate about other subgenre's in electronic music, chances are you can bring those influences in your own music through wave. Glitch hop is a huge, unexplored territory when it comes to the potential to work with wave, imho.
The more hours, the more tracks you make, the better you'll be. Push through the creative ruts, collaborate, watch some pro producers make beats from scratch on youtube.
Good luck man!
Brandon Gilbert has a pattern; you would buy the digital pattern then commission someone like ZentaiZone to print and sew it. That's the one I know of; I'm sure there are other companies (I think RPCstudio will also print/assemble a suit based on a digital file).
a little background
We developed the djay Conversion Utility because we wanted to use cues set in Traktor Pro in djay about 6 months ago. The idea was just for in house usage, we never intended to go public with it. But when we spoke about it with other DJ's it became clear that more people needed this functionality. As such we released what we used in house under the name djay Conversion Utility. Just because we could, we introduced conversion from Traktor Pro to Rekordbox as well as other options while the utility evolved.
And then.. things went a little nuts. It turned out that hundreds of people needed the Traktor Pro to Rekordbox conversion. We never realized that. So we expanded options, de-bugged the utility you know the drill. The early adopters might recall december 31st 2016 when we released no less then 4 updates within 12 hours. Just to make sure that everyone could prep their gigs for NewYears eve.
But coding, debugging and supporting our users drew our attention from something else. The name didn't cover the functionality of the utility anymore and the user interface was definably due for a less geeky overhaul. This all became painfully clear when DigitalDJTips.com did an article mentioning our utilities http://www.digitaldjtips.com/2017/04/dancefair-2017-3-products-show-highlights/ In the first draft of the article they had the conversion options all wrong luckily they were flexible enough to change them and well you can't argue with taste but this time they were spot on with their "not pretty" remark. This experience opened our eyes, time to get the appearance of the utility in line with its usability.
So I'm proud to inform you that from this day foward the djay Conversion Utility will be named DJ Conversion Utility. A new name (ok missing 2 letters form the old), with a new face, but the same functionality under the hood. This update is free for our existing customers!
You can buy DJCU at https://sellfy.com/p/emUY

Heres the original sellfy download link. Fuck you and goodbye.
I found it only behind a paywall: https://sellfy.com/p/eVTk/
It is the same book with another name from a different publisher.
They only accept paypal. The book rights seem to have expired: the first one who buys it post it here for everyone else's sake.
Edit: I found this other book from a US army officer http://www.f-look.de/index_htm_files/McM_MIND_TREK.pdf
You can get Cerebus pdfs from Dave Sim's Sellfy page:
There's currently a 50% sale on, and the second volume is available for free in exchange for a tweet.
> Are there any good resources for the business side of the industry? More specifically, are there some good resources or literature for artists looking to do things either independently or getting published by smaller publishers? Again, I'm fully new and have read up on a few things here and there but anything can help.
What you'll want is The Cerebus Guide to Self-Publishing for starters. Dave Sim, while reviled within many comics circles for misogynist comments that went well beyond the pale, wrote the book, both figuratively and literally, on self-publishing success for comics. I'd also read up on Eastman and Laird, the creators of TMNT, to see what they did right.
Additionally, I'd look into Scott McCloud's Understanding, Reinventing, and Making Comics for inspiration on the structure of comics and ways to market and create new comics. They're also great comics as well as reader-friendly.
For crime comics, check out David Lapham, whose Stray Bullets series is published by Image, previously by El Capitan. It's only a little over 40 issues at this point, most of which is collected in one big-ass book that you can flip through at your leisure.
For horror, the suggested is EC archives published by Dark Horse. I also love Wrath of the Spectre by Michael Fleisher and Jim Aparo (Aparo is one of my favorite Silver Age artists), and The Spectre: Crime and Judgements by John Ostrander and Tom Mandrake.

Yeah, it's on Galvao's old DVD set, Andre Galvao Jiu-Jitsu Concepts, Details, Game Plan, which is where I first saw it. Not sure that's still in print, but no doubt it's on YouTube or something somewhere.
Nathan Leverton (veteran grappling coach in the UK, for those who don't know him) also shows it on his recent 'Ninja Turtle' seminar video (50 minutes in, where he's going through a choke from the crucifix), which I'm reviewing at the moment. That certainly is still available, here.
£10 for an hour of Levo, which I'd say is worth it: I've watched through the video a couple of times now. Although it does contain a bit of MMA stuff too, which slightly cuts down how useful it is for a BJJ audience.
I've never sold digital content on Shopify before, but I'm currently using Sellfy to sell my eBooks. (that's my referral link btw)
It's great. I was using Gumroad which is also awesome but they don't have PayPal support. Sellfy is all done through PayPal which has an option to use a credit card so buyers can choose either way. So I went with Sellfy.
Really smooth sales process, 5% fee, no monthly fee, great support, discount codes, and other stuff I haven't even touched yet like affiliate support. Love it.
I think $500 is too low for building Ecommerce website from scratch. probably the company or person who accept to do that for you will use some open source like woocommerce or open cart then you will struggle to update it later.
I would suggest you to have a look at shopify.com or 3dcart.com. it think it will fit your current situation very well.

Here is the Shopify homepage: https://shopify.com.
Scroll down and notice the part where they say they have 600k online stores as clients.
Most of those are yet another dropshipping store. You will be #600,001.
The odds are not great.
If you're new to WordPress (not sure of your general coding background), adding eCommerce might not be as easy as he/you think it is.
The typical recommendation though is WooCommerce, but you may/may not find that the theme currently in use doesn't support it very well.
tl;dr: Hire a developer, it will save you money in the long run.
I'd be looking at WooCommerce to do this if it were me. Combined with an add on like OpenTickets maybe. I'm sure you could set parameters when shopping for the ticket similar to filling out a form - which seems like a redundant and possibly unnecessary step. Good luck!
Hey,
Don't listen to what other people are saying, you got this! I think your best bet with reducing development time, but not abandoning design is to use a Wordpress site... I know I know...Wordpress sucks sometimes, but you'll have quick turn around.
I would check these free themes out: http://designscrazed.org/free-wordpress-ecommerce-themes/ and this cheap one from Woothemes: http://www.woothemes.com/woocommerce/.
Hope that was helpful!
Many start their webshop using Wordpress + WooCommerce. They are written in PHP but most likely the only thing you'll maybe want to change is the template so really you don't need to know much PHP if any. I say "maybe want to change" because there are crazy many excellent templates out there, both free and paid ones, so you might find even a template you like which you won't have to change.
The top left one isn't bad and first well with your website although it could be bigger (im sure thats an obvious one)
I like the grey After with the purple dark with the k swinging under it with that gradient. It fits well.
I would choose those over the funky looking logos below because it doesn't appeal as much.
Speaking of your website, I like the wordpress site but since your a strictly an ecommerce site try prestashop, open source and free. Just throwing ideas. http://www.prestashop.com/
As promised, we burned the midnight oil (it smelled like bacon; who knew we were onto something here on reddit?) and published a fix. JungleBook3 and anyone else affected by this, you can find all the information here: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/126114-please-read-security-procedure/
Hey there, r/d100!
I have started a program called Power Word: Charity that I am going to sticky at the top of this page. Every month, I will be creating a new d100 PDF that is PAY-WHAT-YOU-WANT. 100% of the money made from these PDFs will go to a select charity.
For example, for April 2021, I created the 100 Forest Encounters PDF. Every cent that this PDF makes is going to The Nature Conservancy, a global environmental nonprofit that is doing big things for the planet. In May, I will choose another charity and create a new d100 PDF for it.
For every $300 that we make, I will release a new TTRPG book of mine, complete with different d100 lists, completely free to the community.
I just felt that now that the community is a little bigger than it used to be, we can do some good for our world. I hope to provide you with as much interesting and useful content as you can handle.
Thank you all for being a part of this amazing community, and making everything possible!

Hey thanks for checking it out! Glad you like it. The drums are from a sample pack called “Care For Me” by Daedae pivot and the smaller percussion sounds I recorded to spice it up some more. I don’t think there’s really any special sauce, it’s just a really good sample pack. I got it on sale when it first came out but here it is now.

Check out DJCU by /u/MixMasterG - I use his other utility ReCK to manage my MiK/Recordbox integration and it’s solid. Can’t recommend highly enough and he’s always been super helpful here on Reddit.
I took a workshop from keys over the summer online and he has the videos available online for individual purchase. The most important is the Observations but there is also one on yellow roses if interested. 😊 https://sellfy.com/danielkeys/p/CXoX/

I used to collect educative rhythm books when I was a teenager, obsessed with learning the drums. I recently dug up this book called "West African Rhythms for Drumset" and performed some of those notes on my Drumbrute Impact.
I've included some of these loops on my website- grab em if you're interested, free!
Such a cool galaxy, and SMALL!

I photographed this one last week using the Sky-Watcher Esprit 150 (1050mm focal length) on the EQ8.

A few more lessons learned on this one, the big one being optimizing exposure times depending on target/filter.

I shot 7-minute LUM exposures - which were not ideal. Next time around I'll shoot shorter subs and try to rack up a lot more.

Don't know about the line returns, unless your rubber platen and rollers are really dry and not gripping the paper properly. Or if the teeth on the gear on the platen aren't catching every time. You could check that whole ratchet mechanism, clean it and all that.
As for the left-hand margin, I had that problem every once in a while on mine - depending on how hard you threw the carriage it would either be on the margin or 1 space off. Behind the paper table where the escapement is, on the back of the machine, there's a post in the center where the margins will hit and stop. Should be screws on either side, and you can adjust the position of the stops ever-so-slightly until the carriage is stopping where you want it.
Apologies for my complete lack of terminology, I do have the service manual around somewhere but I'm assuming it wouldn't be helpful if you don't also have said manual. Can be found here: https://sellfy.com/p/7Nrf/, digital for $11
I've got a whole lot of mods going on here. The trailer is Kishadowalker's Steerable Dolly. It isn't updated for 1.35, but using 1.35 and DX11 the only problem I've noticed is that the metallic paintjobs don't work. Everything else still works fine. The rear-steer works great - I think this trailer is easier to manuever than a standard 53' trailer! There air lines are there, all the cargo actually appears, unlike some trailers that haven't been updated for some time. I just wish there were options/spots for custom side lighting, and I wish there were more cities that had cargo available for pick-up/delivery (I'd say it's less that 50% of cities at the moment, plus you can deliver to Oregon, but there's no cargo for this trailer to pick up in Oregon), but those aren't really problems inherent to the trailer itself.
As for the truck itself, check my history for the recent post about garbage trucks in Vegas for a list of all of those mods.
Looks like VSKYLABS is having a sale on their website ...
Also, I've been looking for an excuse to pick up Sedona UHD for a while and I think I found it! Great video!
For Serum :
I can recommend CODA from Echo Sound Works (it includes anothr pack "Apollo" which has nice presets.
You can check Halcyon series from Aiyn Zahev.
You can check mine if you like it - Serum "Hertz" pack. There's a demo too there to listen . Link : https://sellfy.com/p/a3TE/
Hey,
I'm not sure if this is helpful, but I found books geared towards the repair of various typewriters titled The Repair Bible Series: https://sellfy.com/twdb/
Here's one specifically for the Smith Corona 12 Galaxie: https://sellfy.com/p/7Kkk/
Well, one of the "effects" that gets touted as a VHS look is image degradation due to the tape wearing out, so taking the footage, adding a vhs color filter, like one of these presets, cropping it to 4:3 ratio, dropping it to 480 resolution, several things.
You can buy a service manual at a reasonable price here: https://sellfy.com/p/h43N/ They are complicated machines, but very fast and very cool when working properly. One thing to keep in mind is that if the typewriter won't respond, you should hit the backspace. It is designed to stop working if you hit two keys at once, but the backspacer immediately releases the keyboard and you can proceed.
Sure thing! You can create it yourself by doing the same thing I did in my video, but except choosing "Camera/Monitor LUT" choose "Grading" and set the Hard Clip both blacks and whites.

Here you go! :)

I didn't really didn't want video to be posted it's kinda shit. but for the glitch affects I used final cut pro x. https://sellfy.com/p/YhuQ/ heres the link but I'm not sure if it will run on Premiere as well. If not, I would recommend just googling "free glitch fx pack for Premiere" and you'll probably find something. cheers
Start off by not removing the carriage. Removing the carriage greatly complicates replacing a drawband, and maybe you're talking about the platen anyway, which is a whole different concern.
Next, replacing a drawband on normal typewriters like this one is a fairly easy job and well covered in tutorials here and on YouTube.
Third, although you shouldn't really need it for this, repair manual reprints are available from Ted Munk here: https://sellfy.com/p/SSs3/
There are acids called oxyacids meaning they contain oxygen, now these acids then have polyatomic ions in them.
You know it's an acid because it will start with an H.
I have another video on how to name acids: Naming Acids
The polyatomic ions list and several other helpful Chemistry tables that you should know can be found here:
I have already spent days going through my acapella archive, containing more than a 1000 rap acapellas, chopping out all adlibs. If you want several hundred adlibs you can find them here: https://sellfy.com/marni

The beatgrids for both Traktor and Rekordbox are stored as their proprietary data and won't influence each other so it's perfectly fine to let them originate from the same track and using iTunes to deliver that track to the respective collections.
Personally I like the auto analyzation of Traktor best, but in general it still need some tweaking (especially finding the correct first downbeat).
If you are on MacOS you can give https://sellfy.com/p/emUY/ a try.
Searching AT_HF just gives results for Aqua Teen Hunger Force.
Funnily enough, someone actually made an Aqua Teen Hunger Force sample pack - the creator lets you pay what you want but with a $5 minimum.
Where did you see the Ableton project? Posting the project file/video/screenshot/etc. would be a huge help.
Hey djeddy, you need to export your collection as rekordbox.xml, it's under the "file" menu in RB. if you are on Mac you can take a look at the itunes Rekordbox Collection Backup Tool (iR CBT, that will make your entire rekordbox collection mobile and easy to temporary integrate into other existing RB collections). https://sellfy.com/p/qgPS/
The stock Drum sounds from the A4 are good but if you haven't already download the Druma pack by Daren Ager. He's a power user over on Elektronauts. It's only a few quid and the sounds are so much more usable. It's well worth it
