Cannot say it is better than Fitnotes or Progression, I just started using it yesterday. It is worth a try for the simplicity of the interface (good looking app too) and functionality. Also it is free, nothing to lose.
Lifts - Workout Tracker Log by u/ovoshah
I had the same reaction!! I got on the treadmill tonight and got annoyed I couldn't find the running playlists!
I'm auditioning a few other options. One that seems to work well enough is Rock My Run. It takes a different approach: A DJ custom-mixes music and it runs at a set BPM. The app tracks your steps and matches to your pace. Not the same, or as good, but it's definitely better than nothing.
I wrote Slightly Robot to help myself with this problem. The app is pretty basic. You can press a button to record how many times you do it per day. It doesn't have all the graphs and stuff Tickmate does, but you can hook it up to certain wearables for automatic tracking. Android only at the moment, but we're planning to release an iOS version in a few weeks.
Going through some MASSIVE stress right now caused by anxiety and I've been doing the following to manage it.
Breathing exercises
Listen to music, or change the type of music I'm listening to. Sometimes Peaceful music is what I need, sometimes I need grindcore.
Anxiety app on my phone to help my brain process the anxiety or thing I'm stuck on. Takes about 10 minutes to do a session.
Eat properly and at reasonable intervals to keep my body happy. Unhappy body == more anxiety.
Hangout with friends after work and do fun things.
Exercise, just basic cardio can help ease anxiety.
Video games that aren't stressful for me.
Watching re-runs of TV shows or re-watching movies. I can't find the source right now but something you've seen is more calming than a new TV show since you're brain doesn't have to think about it as much and there won't be any surprises to put you on edge.
ABDL Stuff -- wear a diaper to bed, use a pacifier, hug a plushie, play with toys, etc.
Play my bass, guitar, or drums. Sometimes write some weird music.
Talk to your GP (doctor) about the stress, they may recommend a therapist/counselor.
Meds -- Depends on the source, don't self medicate, see a doctor
A big one for me was finding people in my social circles that were toxic and limiting exposure as much as possible.
Stay off social media as much as possible.
There are more things but those were what came to mind and it is already a sizable list.
Maybe try Daily Yoga? When I last used it the English needed a bit of work, but overall I found it quite good. It speaks the instructions, someone does it on the screen, and it has a timer until the next move.
I'd say it's worth a shot. I've used this app which is based on the same principles and had some success with it easing my anxiety and intrusive thoughts: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.overcomingpain.anxiety
I have a fitbit with a built-in guided breathing exercise. There's apps for that sort of thing too, but it's nice to have on my wrist.
I also use an app that has bilateral audio stimulation (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.overcomingpain.anxiety) if I'm in a place I can pop in ear buds. Neither are "cures" but both will help take the edge off a bit.

Let's you undo contractions and saves data automatically. Doesn't have sync, but lets you export to email. Has an iOS version, though.
Unfortunately Fitbit does not have an open API to let us do that. It would be really really hard, and kind of illegal. We do have an Android Wear app that does this, and we're getting around to Apple Watch. It would be nice to put it on things people already have though.
Lifts - Now Available on Android!
Lifts is a FREE fitness companion that allows you to log your workouts efficiently.
I've been working out for a while, and I found that there are too many apps that try to cover all aspects of fitness at once and end up not being very user friendly. Lifts focuses on lifting. Simplicity and material design are found throughout the app for this reason. Interactive graphs and growth data are available in just a few taps.
My brother and I have spent several months developing an Android app Slightly Robot specifically for trich that tracks your progress. If you have an Android Wear smartwatch it'll automatically detect when you're pulling your hair so that you don't need to remember to input the data manually. (This also helps you notice when you're pulling your hair unconsciously.) If an Android Wear smartwatch is too expensive for you, or you want to track both hands, we're developing a smaller wearable that can also detect when you're pulling your hair.
The app is and will always be free and contains no advertising. It's pretty basic right now so if you want more features just let us know and we can add them.
Try using Slightly Robot. For me monitoring the no. Of hairs, I pulled, helped me reduce it gradually. However, it is really important, to be honest with yourself, even if it is a tiny hair, it does count.
It’s an addition/habit breaker, but I use it for trich. It’s a free app called I am sober, and it’s only available on iOS and iPadOS devices. Here’s the link to it on the App Store - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/i-am-sober/id672904239
If you’re using an Android handset, here’s the link to a similar app called Slightly Robot on the Google Play Store - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.slightlyrobot.seabiscuit&hl=en_US
Ever check if your phone has ANT+ compatibility? If so, you can download the ANT+ Plugin. There should be a multitude of apps that will show your ant+ hr readings.
I know you asked for ANT+, but for a while, I used the Bluetooth on my Tickr to read my HR with the Wahoo Runfit app on my phone.
Yoga is the best thing you will ever do and will change your life infinitely for the better.
Think about it: it's body-weight resistance strength exercise combined simultaneously with a total-body stretch routine. After a 60 or 90 minute session, you feel as good as a body can possibly feel--fully worked out AND fully stretched.
I'm excited for you! Give it a try! I'm fully convinced that every human on Earth, and the world as a whole, would benefit from getting into Yoga.
EDIT: Here's the app I use for Yoga at home: Daily Yoga
Very delayed response, sorry! It's called daily yoga, here's the link on Google play so you know what the logo looks like if you have iPhone ☺

I guess not all smartphones are cabable of this, but some geocaches use "chirp" for this. It's 10m and not 10 feet, but i guess this could be a starting point for some research.

An App that can find them: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dsi.ant.plugins.antplus
If you are using ANT+ devices you need to install the ANT+ client which can be found here:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dsi.ant.plugins.antplus&hl=en
It uses your GPS to track and map the ride and coarse speed/elevation details. If you are using ANT+ or Bluetooth cadence/speed, Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) or power meter then you need to synch it to IpBike and create a profile for the device.
This is the official site for it and should have all the details on how to use it a lot better than I can type out:
