They're also in the AS app for smart devices. Not sure yet if it's on Roku...
Edit: can't figure out a way for Roku besides some buggy casting apps. And I didn't need a cable log in for the AS app.
Edit 2: Ok, I found an app from some other threads, and it worked well enough to cast a whole episode from my android phone to Roku. Video & TV Cast, blue icon with a white tv symbol. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.twokit.video.tv.cast.browser.roku&hl=en
There are apps for mobile. Roosterteeth.com works pretty well on mobile browsers as well.

You're absolutely delusional if you think that the support for Hue is anything less than excellent.
The strength of Hue comes with their free and open access. Any developer can make API calls to do the things that you're describing. Hue Disco won't sync to music, but will respond to sounds. Philips even has their own list of apps they like.
The Philips Hue app isn't meant to do it all. It's meant to satisfy the needs of 90% of consumers, and the app ecosystem is supposed to fill in any gaps with what more involved consumers want.
And if you want something completely custom? Feel free to build it yourself. You can.
TL;DR: You're wrong; Hue is amazing.
It's IMDb (IMDb: Your guide to movies, TV shows, celebrities), I use it because it's probably the most reliable film database out there.
There is an app on android by Cool Grass; I'm not sure if it's also on iOS. Here is the android version if you have access to that:

There's actually a really neat Android app for campaign tracking. There's also the campaign log on the back of the Campaign guide, where you can write on it, or make a copy of it, to keep track of what you've played and where you go next.
The side missions, once selected are shuffled and kept in a separate pile, it's a really easy process and it's really just one more thing to keep track of in a multi-session game, not too crazy. I would recommend adding any expansions to the side mission deck first, so you're not fiddling with it during your campaign.
Edit - Added app specifics and a link
I assume we are talking about the videos for SBTV, EntertainNow, LifeStylez, etc. The older versions of the apps you used to have to slide left to set a video as a favorite. The newer version you press and hold and a popup to choose the video as a favorite opens up. Favorites line in the menu has a heart symbol when you display the menu by pressing on the three bars in the upper left after bringing up a particular app.

Give Google Cardboard a try. Insidious VR isn't nearly as scary (unless you are the jumpy type) but it will give a decent approximation.
For anyone on Roku I highly recommend this app It is also available on Apple but I don't know how to link to it. INstall it onto your phone and then navigate to the yahoo feed in the built in browser and at the bottom there is an option to cast it to your TV. It has been almost flawless on my projector.
I have a Bravia TV as well, but the store says it is incompatible with my TV. Is this the app from the Google Play store you installed? [link]
There is an app for Android, called Campaign Tracker for Imperial Assault that is pretty awesome.
It tracks the missions (including the rewards after you select who won), all the upgrade cards, agenda decks and rewards.
You can get it at the following link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gau.ia.campaign.log
I don't know if there's an alternative on iOS, but maybe anyone at your group has an android device you all can use, since there is no hidden info on the app so anyone can track it.
I visited Santa Monica before playing GTA V, and it was truly an amazing experience to re visit a place in a game. I even used an Android app that lets you see and move the view of the GTAV character in your smartphone.
Notes: I was playing in PC (First person view) and used this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.intugame.vr
The SBTV app is actually okay. It is the only actual SB app. The rest are by a company called Yowgo -- and their apps -- leave much to be desired. But this one, you set it to play and let it do it's thing. No bugs (that I know of). https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/swagbucks-tv/id579119692?mt=8 or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.swagbuckstvmobile.views&hl=en
Here's my two recommendations:
Insidious VR- A tie in released to promote the movie
Chair In A Room- the second and last horror VR experience I tried.
Not sure if this is what you're looking for but it was linked in another forum that I visit.

Apparently it can stream over USB cable as well as WIFI
"To reduce lag - you can try connect a cable with the PC and enable USB tethering instead of using WiFi for connection. Go to Phone settings -> Connections -> More networks -> Tethering and portable hotspot and activate USB tethering."
You need something that not only streams the image from PC to the iPhone/iPod touch, but also reads the gyroscope data on the mobile device, sends it back to the PC and makes it available there for OpenTrack or whatever solution is used to translate head movement into camera rotation in the game. Most streaming solutions will not do this, so head tracking will be impossible, you'd have to turn the camera with a mouse, which is a very bad idea, because this is one of the main causes for nausea in VR.
IntuGames and Gagagu VR streamer are currently the only streaming solutions available for iOS of which I'm sure that they support head tracking. Both can only stream via Wifi (due to some Apple restrictions, enabling USB streaming is very expensive for developers) and are not as stable/polished as Trinus VR. I do not know if the Duet Display streaming app mentioned here will support head tracking, after taking a look at their website I seriously doubt it.
> If anyone knows a fix then it would be appreciated.
Why are you using the mobile site?

This doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
For some reason, there are two YouTube TV apps listed. Based on the devices I have available to install them to:
This appears to be standard Android
This appears to be for Android TV
Yet they both say a minimum of Android 5.0+ is required. With the Nebula having (at least beta) firmware with Google Play Services, what else is stopping it? It can't be GPS because my Gemini PDA and NVIDIA Shields can install it (covers both Android and Android TV). Maybe screen resolution?
IIRC, you had to use a specific search phrase when searching via the Play Store app on my Shield. Like, for some reason a search for "youtube" would return a different set of results from "youtube tv". I think YT TV only showed up in one of those.
Better to just to get on a PC and install it via the web.
Even more confusing, they have two different entries for phones and Android TV instead of a single APK.
This reminds me of this review on the YouTube TV app. So much facepalm. Google doesn't inject the ads, they are from the networks.
To answer your first question, here is the app I've been using since I'm running two separate games: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gau.ia.campaign.log&hl=en I've really enjoyed it. It tracks experience, money, items, even things like agenda decks. It's unofficial, and it isn't pretty, but it's free.
I generally run it more GM style, and thus the rebels win far more often, but every once in a while I play hard and win one just to keep up the sense of danger. That said, the core campaign tends to skew towards the rebels in my opinion anyways, so you can play pretty competitively without worrying too much about them losing all the time.
The side campaigns work best as their own thing I believe, but the characters and items can be used in any playthrough.
They mostly add characters and side missions, but that doesn't mean they're not worthwhile. I really like the new characters, and the Bespin missions really add some variety to the game (I own all the boxed expansions, but haven't run any of the Twin Suns stuff yet). That said, don't underestimate the value of the skirmish game. I bought IA thinking I'd never use it, but it's rapidly becoming my preferred way to play.
That's a rough question, personally I think Bespin gave me the best bang for my buck, but as I said earlier, I haven't played any Twin Suns missions yet, and I just got Jabba's Realm, so I'm no authority here.
This is the android app I used last time. It worked well, but it hasn't been updated yet for the new major:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=no.hermanj.pickemfantasy&hl=en
There's also this website that I have no experience with, but it looks like it's being actively updated for the new major:
Hey, good job on this! Theres an app for it on android that does pretty much all that, for those who want it. Me and my partner use it, as well as our game group

Yup, would love to see Hue Disco working all the lights!

/r/GoogleCardboard/comments/3zsefi/cardboard_vs_oculus_rift_some_key_differences/
> TL;DR: you can use Cardboard like the Oculus Rift to play PC games in VR, but only in very limited ways, and for those sensible to high latency the currently available solutions will be unusable due to nausea.
A lengthy explanation, posted just two days ago. There is no version of Trinus VR for iOS (yet), you have to use IntuGames or Gagagu VR streamer. Both only support streaming over WiFi, which increases latency compared to streaming over USB.
Hi, /u/RatchetAndSkank! You can still enter, we're giving away codes today and tomorrow as well! Leave a review (not rating only) of Intugame VR on Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.intugame.vr) or leave a comment here: https://www.facebook.com/intugame/photos/a.467263223425875.1073741827.425032394315625/592556387563224/?type=3&theater
We're going live in an hour from now at twitch.tv/intugame
It works quite well on my S6. Only a tiny bit of drifting can occur, but not each time. I have not experienced any shaking. I tried Insidious VR about an hour ago, and I guess we can put that in horror light stuff as well, but it was kinda creepy without being scary. And if you try it, the parts where everything is kind of black and very pixelated, at first I thought it had crashed, but no, it's a rather weird effect, so just keep it running.
Quick question, probably the wrong place to ask this as well, but this game is saying that it isn't compatible with my phone, even though my phone (nexus 5) is in the list. It is rooted and has a changed DPI, could it be that?
This is not really a game, but a scary immersive "trailer" from the Insidious 3 movie.
I think it is scary as fuck, but maybe I'm a wuss
