I've used TaoMix for ambient noise for a while now. Let's you mix and combine different tracks to make some fun environments. I usually just wind up using one of the rain tracks though, haha
You can use those dumbbells in a Tabata workout. Do it right, and it will kick your ass. Here's a Tabata timer app I use. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.simplevision.workout.tabata&hl=en
I've got Sworkit (though I've been pretty slack using it lately). It's got stretches and yoga along with some other ones. It'll run you through stretches for however many minutes you choose. Also, any yoga apps might be useful too.

Meh, don't use IFTTT. Just use the Asia AQI widget app and look in the settings. There's an option to push you a notification every time the AQI in your location goes above a certain level, which you can set.
I mean, you could use a IFTTT recipe, but it's a bit pointless when that widget has the option to do that. No need for persistent notification, just set the threshold in the settings.
It's something you can fix, though. Start by doing pushups with an app like 0-100 Pushups (highly recommend Zen Labs, they also make a great C25K app), once you get to the end (250) you start training for pullups. Won't take you half a year to be able to do a few dozen pullups in a row.
A big thing to remember though is not to overdo it, especially in the beginning. Muscles heal, but your tendons just aren't used to that kind of strain and you don't have the bone density yet, and that shit never heals if you fuck it up.
The one I'm using at the moment is 7 minute workout. Its good at mixing up the exercises and increases the intensity based on your responses post workout.

I use an app called Seconds! I had to pay like $4 to be able to customize stuff but I've used it a ton. Here's the link to it on the Play store, but I think it's available on IOS too.

I didn't see Buddhify on this page, although it was the first app that came to mind for me. It's a a neat meditation app and not only the design is nice, the voices of the people who read the meditations to you are very good.
I've heard good things about Headspace but haven't personally tried it.
I've used Buddhify - it has different types of guided meditation for different situations. It is not limited to midfulness meditation, and has multiple relaxation meditations as well.
In my experience, meditation teaches you to have better control of your attention.
You should practice both mindfulness (awareness) and relaxation meditation to get the most out of it.
Highly recommend smiling mind
Australian based not for profit. App can be buggy occasionally but a minor inconvenience for the excellent content and good ui.
Has many meditations from absolute beginner to intermediate and a few higher level, extended sessions
Try the pushups app from 0 to 100.

Or try fitbit coach. You rate the exercises as progress and the program self adjusts. When i started my average level was at 2 and now im up to level 7. Tge goal is to get to level 10.
They have alot of creative exercises that don't require much room and are effective
Check out those Zen Labs apps. Those things get you started from literally couch potato to running a 5K, 100 pushups, etc.

There's Seconds by Runloop. I use it to store my running interval training sessions. Free version is very limited (no saving iirc) but you can find the pro apk if you want to trial that for a while.
It's very ugly though, if I had more time I would look into building the app with all the functionality I'm looking for all whilst looking pretty :)
actually he's right, I've done those myself. meditation is one of the best things.
and there's is an app called smiling mind which guides you throughout your journey for meditation.
and reading books is clearly the mvp
0-100 Pushups Trainer app This app helped me. Kind of like doing interval training to help your running, but with pushups. I never got to 100, but it definitely helped. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zenlabs.challenge.pushups

This is the only timer app I've ever used but love it. I'd recommend buying the upgrade which is only a couple of £s as you can save different timers. You can have your own music playing and you can hear the instructions over it.
acqni also has a droid app with a single, clear widget that you can set to a station near you and view the air qual. Been watching that shit like a hawk the past fortnight.
Shifting for a week or two to something completely different won't affect your overall progress and you will definitelly refresh yourself.
I recommend random workouts from 7 minute workout app by johnson&johnson on playstore (no ads or inapp purchases).

I used to use apps by zen fitness which were good for tracking and encouraging progress. There's one for push ups, squats and pull ups.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zenlabs.challenge.pushups
Buddify.
It's a one off fee rather than subscription, and is relatively low in cost.
They recently introduced a subscription, but you absolutely don't need it. I've been using it for a while and it didn't exist then, they've removed no content with this update, only added more.
Their guided meditations are also some of the better ones I've heard, what's not to love!

I have used the following 2:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.simplevision.workout.tabata
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.evgeniysharafan.tabatatimer
They both work. The interfaces are different, but both are simple.
I'm using this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.simplevision.workout.tabata&hl=en
it has a shitton of ads, but no popups, so I don't really care.
I can import images to add to specific exercises/timers, can change the sound... I'm pretty happy with it tbh... it adds the programs to a calendar after completion, which is nice but not really needed...
I'm looking for an HIIT timer app. I'd like one that has customizable timing intervals and sounds for start and stop. It should allow my music player to work in the background and it should work while my screen is off. I tried this one today, and it doesn't seem to work when you turn the screen off. I'm using it for walk/sprint intervals so I don't need/want to watch the timer.
Started with some 7 min workout app then stopped when i started going to the gym, i am still using abs workout app
Johnson & Johnson 7 minute workout
It's just the best 7 minute workout out there, videos with a voice explaining with details how to do the exercises, you can even make your own workouts or select one from the wide selection in the list.
There's here's just no excuse, 10 minutes before work and it KILLS me. I love it.
I use TaoMix
TaoMix has something most other apps don't have: You can change where sounds play, how loud sounds play and you can combine any sound.
Have a look at Sworkit.. Very good app for cardio, body weight, yoga and stretching exercises. I find it amazing and frustrating at the same time because I'm out of breath in 15 minutes of plyometrics cardio.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=sworkitapp.sworkit.com
You can always give Buddhify a try. It's a one-time purchase of a few €/$ and comes with many hours worth of guided meditations for day-to-day scenarios: travelling, working, waking up, can't sleep etc.
I found Stop, Breathe & Think to be too close to the "think about the universe and your chakra" schtick. It's a good alternative if you can put up with that though :)
Buddhify is another popular meditation app on android.
Also Fabulous: Motivate Me! is a daily goal oriented app that uses simple small changes that you can build up all the time.
