V10, G4, G3 and other G model users please try my free app Key Plus for LG. It lets you toggle flashlight or launch any app/shortcut by pressing Volume button. Works without root.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apptuners.keyplusapp
You can try my free app called Key Plus that will allow you to remap Volume button to toggle flashlight or launch any app. Works on both KitKat and Lollipop and root is not required either.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apptuners.keyplusapp
This app will let you assign actions to holding down either volume button... Holding volume down will already open your camera but I like to set volume up to toggle the flashlight... I think volume up by default takes you to quickmemo which isn't very useful
For a rooted device there's also lux, it has a very nice integration, it also covers the notification bar and the navigation bar. Plus, the blue light filtering is very well integrated, it makes very nice warm colors

If you use an Android phone you need KLWP APP.. you can download it here:

I'm still working on it and when I complete it you can use it as your wallpaper..
I feel the pain. I bought a Hero Power downloaded the Moga Pivot app, Worked great for a few weeks. The Hero Power was listed in the app to sync mode A and B with. Reformatted my phone, switched rom's, never backed up my previous apps. Went to download the Pivot app again, it had been updated and apparently all support for the Power controllers was removed. Good job Power A.
It does work fine for me in B mode but still a bit frustrating I can't use A mode. But I started using Tincore Keymapper and that seems to fill the gap for now. Even after (if ever) the Power controllers get support back, I'll still be using Tincore.
Assuming you are fully stock and not rooted:
Install Wakelock Detector Lite, connect the phone to your PC and issue the following commands (you'll need the USB Drivers, and Developer Options enabled):
adb tcpip 5555 adb shell pm grant com.uzumapps.wakelockdetector.noroot android.permission.BATTERY_STATS
Now open the app and check the top culprits. Tap on the individual items to expand, and see which specific wakelocks are taking up the most time. This should narrow it down quite a bit more than the built-in Battery screens.
I have location services turned off all the time. After the April update, android OS was always second to screen on mine, but still high consumption (20+% of total battery usage throughout a day).
Mine is usually caused by a Bluetooth process keeping the phone awake even after toggling Bluetooth off (after listening to music via Bluetooth).
There are so many things going through android OS that regular battery stats aren't granular enough to find. I'd recommend people download the non-root version of wakelock detector (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uzumapps.wakelockdetector.noroot) and after enabling usb debugging, connect your phone to your computer, then at a command prompt (assuming you have adb installed on your computer) type this:
Adb tcpip 5555
This gives the application access to read the wake lock status for processes and services. Note; if you restart your phone then you have to redo the above step for the app to have access to the info.
For display brightness, try Lux or Lux Lite (the free version). It adds a wider range of brightness settings and can auto adjust on wake, dynamically, and there are a couple other options. It's usually one of the first apps I install on a new phone because I can't stand Google's default brightness management.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vitocassisi.luxlite
You can use third party programs to map a button to mouse click, which will work as the Cardboard button.
I have done this with Tincore Keymapper.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tincore.and.keymapper&hl=en
You can download other Daydreams (or Screen Savers since it's been renamed in N), and you can change it from the default Google Cast background. I'm not sure if you're going to be able to find something like what you linked, but here is a kinda cool one that works with Android TV: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.codingbuffalo.aerialdream
You can also use my app Key Plus to change the Volume Up double tap to toggle flashlight, launch any app or custom shortcut. Does not need root.
I noticed a remarkable improvement in idle battery life with 7.1.1. I made it 48 hours on a single charge when before I would have needed to charge again after ~36 hours. [Yes... these are lite usage days for me, which is common during the week].
Get Wakelock Detector Lite to see if any specific app is high, but not showing up no the normal Android Battery view. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uzumapps.wakelockdetector.noroot
This isn't an xposed module, but there is an app called Recently that has several options including the option of only showing running apps in the recents list.
Link to app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.chainfire.recently
And if you use this app, you can change what the up volume shortcut does. You can't do it with the down volume, that will always be to the camera. But it's better than nothing.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not a huge Apple fan, but the lastest gen Apple TV does have some very very posh video screensavers that they call "Aerial" which can be seen here: http://benjaminmayo.co.uk/watch-all-the-apple-tv-aerial-video-screensavers
And some other guy out there must have really liked them too, because he has ported them into an Android "Daydream" app, which upon loading on my Nexus Player, works beautifully well...
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.codingbuffalo.aerialdream&hl=en
One workaround to get rid of it is to install Lux Lite, it handles auto brightness a lot better than the default system and is configurable. Using this replaces the slider with a (rather ugly) notification, you can then go into Settings -> Applications -> Downloaded -> Lux Lite and uncheck "Show Notifications"
Now you have no brightness slider and a better system for auto brightness. One downside is that you will have to close the app because Google Wallet in apps and SuperSU (just the pop up asking you to grant root permissions) will not function while it is active.
Could you please test my app Key Plus for LG? It is developed for phones with buttons on the back (G3, G2, G Pro 2, minis) and will let you customize the Volume button "press and hold" apps (QuickMemo+) when the screen is off. Works without root.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apptuners.keyplusapp
install recently if you want this. lets you customize overview menu pretty extensively. chainfire is an amazing developer.
Description With Android 5.0 Lollipop's release, the recents view (multitask button) became overview, and instead of showing you only actually running apps, it also shows you apps that have ran in the past. Over time, this screen ends up listing pretty much every app you have ever run, becomes completely useless, and wastes a perfectly good (soft-)button.
Recently aims to restore sanity, by limiting which apps are shown. In its aggressive 'running tasks only' configuration, it will show you only apps that are actually running right now. Because Android can be fairly aggressive itself with killing off apps, apps you have used just a minute ago may disappear from the list in this setup, and configuring Recently to remove entries that have not actually run the past few days may be the better option.
Aside from listing only running apps or apps that have run in a certain timeframe, Recently also allows you to limit by number of entries shown. Note that actually running apps will always be shown, regardless of this setting - only entries from apps that aren't actually running are ever removed.
Advanced
A number of more advanced options are available as well, such as showing a 'Clear All' button in the recents view (doesn't work on all devices), limiting the number of Google Searches that show up (originating from the Google search bar and Google Now), and hiding the Settings app.
Additionally, you can force remove tasks and documents that are running but have not been accessed longer than the configured age limit. This is a rather extreme measure that will result in tasks being killed, do not use it lightly.
You could download Purchased Apps and be able to download it from there since it logs all your past purchases with direct links to the Play Store. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azefsw.purchasedapps
You can do this manually through the Play store: Open Google Play Store. Tap hamburger menu/three horizontal lines at the top left corner. Scroll down and tap on Account. Go to Purchase History.
You could also use an app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azefsw.purchasedapps&hl=en_US
linkme: Purchased Apps
Hmm bot isn't linking it, here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azefsw.purchasedapps
Fun part is, it lists how much you paid, so you know if you got it on deal or not.
With the screen off:
You can also double tap certain empty areas (most notably the status bar) to turn the screen off.
If the Tab S7 is not recognizing the HDD, then it may be because the HDD is in NTFS format. You may format it to exFAT32 or ExFat or you can use this software
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.paragon.tcplugins_ntfs_ro
Maybe this will refresh your memory:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azefsw.purchasedapps
And if you want to track updates, you can use this app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.anod.appwatcher
The way I see it, there are two possibilities:
You can download the app Purchased Apps from the Google Play store which organizes and displays all of your lifetime purchases from the store. It makes finding links to games/apps you've purchased way easier, even if the app has been "removed" so the link is hard to find. I can't guarantee you'll be able to find it this way, but it's worth a shot.
You can navigate to your order history through the Google Play site (as u/youdude12 mentioned).
If neither of those work, you'd have to get a hold of the install file to side-load it, as u/spontaneous_spatula recommended. I know you want to install it from the store directly, but if none of the above work, you may have no other alternative.
Such is the risk one takes when purchasing from a digital store front. It's important people realize that the purchases they make from a digital store front are not entitling them to lifetime access to their purchase - it's really more of a rental access for an indefinite time period. If the company you purchased from goes under, or stops hosting files, you're SOL. It sucks, but it's the way things go with digital purchases.
A bit too late but still - Tincore Keymapper.
Android is designed to fill RAM. When you close something, it's replaced with something else. It just might not show up in the Recents view. Every time a new app or service is loaded into RAM, it uses power to load and it might take some time to put the phone back to sleep afterwards.
Constantly closing apps = a cycle or closing, OS opening more, you closing, OS opening more, etc.
It's OK to close an app if it's misbehaving for obvious reasons. This is when you should care about this function. Clearing anything from Recents should be more motivated by "I don't plan to jump to that for a while anyway" with a multitasking mindset. It would be more relevant if it's "in the way" of jumping to another recently opened app to swipe it away than to swipe it away just because.
However, if you absolutely must use an app, I have enjoyed Recently by Chainfire (the guy behind SuperSU before he sold it). It requires root, but gives you more control over how the Recents view functions.
For apps that are purchased, I've always just used this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azefsw.purchasedapps&hl=en
But for apps that have been previously downloaded, I remember the Play Store having a section for that.
Play Store > My Apps & Games
Then the Library tab will have all apps you've previously installed.
I use that and KLWP My phone is a whole different ecosystem now. I can customize everything how I want it. The learning curve is simple enough to make your own skins for it, but there are tons of pre-made versions as well.
My favorite so far is called "tidy". But there are tons to fit any need or style you may have.
As far as I know, Nova has no Tasker integration. Your best bet for this kind of automated theme switching would be Kustom; I use that in conjunction with Nova. There's a steep learning curve, though.
Ah, yes. I was recently looking for the same thing. I wanted to see if I could play games with a bluetooth keyboard. I found this app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tincore.and.keymapper
However, root is required. My phone is not rooted yet so I didn't test it yet.
apps designed for LG devices like Key Plus might be a good start.
The battery drain is pretty much the nature of the beast, however with root access there are a few tools available to help out with that although the results aren’t staggering. At least in my experience.
Just for a reference, most people seem to be getting avg 4-5 hours SOT with their devices here but of course ymmv.
Taken at a lake at 10 PM, not by me.
Source: 100+ Reasons To Buy The LG G4! at around 3:05 mark
I contacted the uploader and introduced myself as the developer of Key Plus app which he featured in the video (Key Plus lets you toggle flashlight or launch any app/shortcut by holding Volume button, without root). Asked him about the settings he used on other phones to take the night shot. This was his reply:
>Awesome work on the app! It's the only 3rd party app that I thought was a necessity on the G4! I did adjust the other phones as much as the built in camera apps would let me. There were no shutter speed options on either the iPhone or S6 which was the main factor in getting a detailed night shot. Even with the ISO maxed out on the G4, the photos were just as dark as on the other two phones with a shutter speed under 10 seconds. It wasn't until about 20 seconds that I started to gather detail and brightness regardless of the ISO setting. I hope that info helps! And great job again on Key Plus!
You should check out lux. I don't think I've had my retinas burned since installing it.
With the night mode enabled I don't have any issues, even checking the time if I wake up in the middle of the night.
I know it's more cluttered than it was, but for some reason I still like it, it's pretty.
And if anyone wants to go back to the old way, just download Recently.
Set your max number of recent items, how many days items are kept, and choose if settings pages or search results should be listed.
This is because Android does not natively support NTFS or exFAT file systems. Some high end OEMs like OnePlus include it, but many cheaper OEMs don't.
I have a custom kernel on my phone which adds support for these file systems.
The easiest way for people to add support without root or bootloader access is through an app like this one, but unfortunately the file system support is not free.
[EDIT: One free way is to backup the files currently stored on your SD card, then reformat it in your Umidigi F1. It should format the card to format which the phone can read and then you will be good to go.]
From memory of helping a family member do it, easiest way is to upload apps via another android device with an app like Apps2Fire. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.koni.appstofiretv
No doubt there will be a security setting on the firestick that you have to enable to 'allow from unknown sources', but it's pretty easy to do really.
I've always used Wakelock Detector Lite and then used their ADB workaround for non-rooted devices in order to get in-depth information about wakelocks and the apps/services causing them. Just a few ADB commands and you're set; it presists through reboots so you don't have to worry about it losing access if you restart your phone. I can dig up the guide, just gotta look for it
You can also find wakelocks by using Wakelock Detector. Install it, and then follow the instructions. It requires plugging it into your computer and installing a companion Chrome extension, but it gives you a pretty easy breakdown of which apps are waking your phone up, how many times it's done so, etc.
I posted this in another s7/edge thread about android drain and wake locks, it's very pertinent.

>This gives the application access to read the wake lock status for processes and services. Note; if you restart your phone then you have to redo the above step for the app to have access to the info.
Yes, In settings under Sound & Notification is Notification LED(tap the text, not the on/off switch) - You can change a few colours there otherwise a setting might be in the specific app you want to change.
You can config with this app - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apptuners.keyplusapp (Not used it personally but others have commented so I saved it).
The linkme didn't work, so here is a link:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kustom.wallpaper.pro
Can I just import other people's designs and use them? Or do I really need to learn how to use it? KLWP is so cool, but I don't think I'd ever get the hang of it.
as far as I know you can't use quick toggles with a screen lock, but you can get to airplane mode by turning on the screen and doing a long press on the power button, and you can change what the shortcut key does for the top button with the Key Plus app, since nobody needs quick memo on its own special shortcut.
They're adding controller support and most likely we'll see it in 0.12.0.
I posted about using controllers a while ago and was recommended Tincore Keymapper. I haven't given it a try, maybe you could.
While the screen is off, press and hold volume buttons to launch certain apps. With my free app Key Plus, you can choose the apps. You can even toggle flashlight.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apptuners.keyplusapp&hl=en
You could try my free app Key Plus for LG, which will let you use the volume buttons (while screen if off) to launch apps or toggle flashlight

>It seems like people really don't give a fuck about pulling their bright ass phones out anymore. People have no shame.
Story time.
I was seeing G R A V I T Y in an AMC which I paid like $16 to see in Ultimate IMAX Ultra-High-Def Real2D Whatever, and there was a guy who was on his phone for about 60% of the film. He's sitting in the front section so just about everybody can see him.
Now, I can't say I never use my phone in a movie theater. But I'll only pull it out when it's really important (RunPee is awesome), when I have Lux running so my screen is super dim, the phone is angled toward my body so nobody behind me can see it, and even then I'll only use it for 10 seconds max because I feel guilty, because I'm a human with human feelings and empathy and whatnot.
Anyway, this dude kept pulling out his phone which I swear was designed to compete with a supernova, texting and surfing the web and whatever else. And kept it out for prolonged periods of time.
About 1/3rd into the movie, a girl goes down and talks to him. I can't hear what they say, but she comes back up and the guy still has his goddamn phone out.
When the movie ends he's still on his phone, so I go down to talk to him. I can't say I remember the exact conversation but I basically said "so you just pissed off a theater full of people who just wanted to see a movie, are you proud of yourself?" And his response was "yeah whatever dog".
TL;dr: Assholes in this world don't give a FUCK.
I have it running on all of my firesticks. Here are instructions.
I figured I would share this in case anyone else was or is having issues with connecting their Reolink cameras to their Amazon firesticks. I had been searching for a fix and someone else had posted it. I was using IPcam viewer, but the quality was downgraded and I couldn't get it to work after I connected my NVR.
Step 1. Go into settings on your Firestick, My Fire Tv, Developer options, and turn on ADB debugging and turn on Apps from unknown sources.
Go back to My Fire TV and click about. Go to network and write down the IP address.
Download Apps2fire onto your phone from the market/Apple store. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.koni.appstofiretv&hl=en
App to FireApple Link https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cetusplay/id1219898700
Open App2fire and scroll to the right where it says setup. Enter the IP address from your firestick and save it. Also make sure you are on your wifi during this process.
Scroll back to the far left of the Apps2fire app and click local apps. Click on Reolink and click install. It will be transferred to your firestick.
This is where I had issues. I moved the firestick remote control every direction to install the Reolink app and you have to eventually click "I agree with the terms". There's no way to click it. So I got a bluetooth mouse and connected it to the firestick. Then you can click agree and continue.
Then you just add the cameras that you want to load. I used the fire tv app on my phone to enter my passwords since the screen isn't formatted correctly.
There is also this for Fire TV https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.koni.appstofiretv
Or just traditional network ADB from a computer.
For manual tracking you can use any text editor, I guess...
This app automatically tracks all your Google Play purchases (both for apps, and iAPs inside apps), but it does not track free stuff you install.
Maybe your cards are formatted in ExFAT and maybe the Pixel 4 has no ExFAT driver built-in. Please ask Google how to see the filesystem format in Windows, and whether the Pixel 4 supports that format.
If that is the case, maybe this app can help.
So I dont really need it but it seems you do so I just tried something.
You can access a flash drive by mounting the drive with another app (I used this one, but I'm sure there are others that are completely free) and then accessing the drive with Total Commander.
:)
Edit: It actually seems to work without using the Paragon app by adding the flash drive as a custom location in Total Commander.
2nd edit: It even works in the built-in Files app now? Huh.
Aerial Dream is a screensaver app that allows you to use the AppleTV Aerial screensaver on Android and Android TV. Here's what Aerial looks like --> LINK
I'm not super familiar with them, but there are keymappers that may work for you. Here is one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tincore.and.keymapper&hl=en_US
For people that truly want the easy life download this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.koni.appstofiretv sync the IP address and download your apks onto your phone and push it to your fire device be it stick/box/tv you can install apps that you already installed on your phone or apks you downloaded but don't want to install on your phone
First you need Kustom or KWLP and then you can browse /r/androidthemes for KWLP based themes. The theme that I am using is called lowercase
Same here, mostly notable in darker setting with intensity set low. Seems most folks have same issue. See some using Lux app to get around it https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vitocassisi.luxlite
WakeLockDetector [Lite] should help clear up whether or not it's an app causing the issue. Generally speaking, fewer wakelocks are better. However, you might find that the number of wakelocks you have is not correlated to your battery life. In which case, it's a system issue and you could try a factory reset.
Many people say to factory reset after any OTA so bare that in mind next OTA.
I've also been experiencing bad battery life on my Moto G4 in the last month. Looking at the battery stats in the phone's settings it seemed as if my phone spent most of its time awake ( I don't know if it started after the nougat upgrade ). I downloaded Wakelock Detector ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uzumapps.wakelockdetector.noroot&hl=en_GB ) and managed to get it working via the instructions provided. After a day or so of profiling it provided a list of the apps that it thought were causing the phone to stay awake. Turns out that the #1 culprit was GMail which woke my phone up over 1000 times per day! I deleted all accounts from the phone settings, leaving Gmail installed and downloaded a different email app and so far battery has been significantly better. Other apps that I've removed which also keep my phone awake include Evernote & APKPure. The last biggy seems to be the Google app. I guess it keeps switching the phone on so that It can track where you are and provide suggestions.
Battery drain seems to be higher on Nougat when I'm using the phone but at least now the battery is draining slower when I'm not.
It was a bit of an hustle to get it working on my Fire TV stick. I sideloaded the App via this app. Then I had the problem, that this app cant be navigated with the normal Fire TV Remote. So I installed this app from the Amazon playstore, because I didnt find a good one on the Google Play store to be able to navigate the app with a mouse cursor...
In my opinion this is just utter bullshit and Dorna really needs to step up their game and release and actual app for FireTV because this is just stupid!
Android system should not be higher than the screen usage. I would recommend checking for wake lock with wakelock detector. If you can't find any wakelocks, I would recommend doing a factory reset.
from what i've read some models from specific carriers allow you to uninstall it, but not mine unfortunately :( I use the app Key Plus to remap the key https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apptuners.keyplusapp&hl=en
If you have another Android device then you can use the apps2fire app to install apps from your Android on the Fire TV or browse and upload files to it.
I found a few apps I installed after getting the Pixel would check location WAY too frequently and just disabling their location access fixed some of my idle battery issues. I've also used the following two apps, 1 works without root to see what apps are working in the background. The other I use to hunt down apps with low APIs (below Marshmallow) and I uninstall any that I don't absolutely need. Sometimes I do this with Marshmallow apps too. I'm not convinced Facebook is a big issue (my opinion). Mine were Walmart pinging location a ton, Best Buy pinging location a ton, and some other random location requests.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uzumapps.wakelockdetector.noroot
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kroegerama.appchecker
I've also found just occasionally, something is in a funky state and a reboot fixes it. Although 20+ days with 7.1.1 and I have not needed to reboot my phone.
Do you know you can tweak it with the brightness bar?
Or try this one:
Use this app, works without root. I learned that the worst app for me was Google+ with constantly a TON of awake time in the background. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uzumapps.wakelockdetector.noroot&hl=en
I'm not sure, GSAM wasn't much more helpful for me than the built-in battery stats.
For wakelock I used: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uzumapps.wakelockdetector.noroot since I'm not root, and just follow the instructions for setting up battery monitoring.
It showed I was getting thousands of hits on NlpWakeLock (under Google Services) per hour so I'm curious to see if anyone else was having this issue.
Edit: Looks like GSAM might have that capability if you're root, but that's not something I can confirm personally.
You might want to give Lux a try for controlling adaptive brightness. It's WAY better than stock.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vitocassisi.luxlite&hl=en
I linked to the free version, which is what I use. There's a paid version with more options as well, which I'm considering getting.
I've been using Aerial Dream It takes a little while to launch the first time as it's streaming video and I have slow internet, but it's worth it.
Sometimes I just want to sit there and watch it. You can check out preview videos here.
Key Plus for LG, for me it was unknown until a few weeks back. Easy way to put a flashlight on/off on the volume up button without unlocking
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apptuners.keyplusapp
Love the flashlight pull down as well. Here's an app that will map the volume up bottom to flashlight when locked.
Turning off Wifi and stuff don't help that much. Let smart phones adapt to you. Its surprising how far they've come. - Turn on Battery Saving and get rid of apps that uses a lot of battery like Carrier Bloat, Facebook, and etc.
I'm sure Leather back was one of the selling point so I doubt that they would've sold it every where. With that said LG promo says Leather backs take weeks to make(due to some Vegan friendly leather processing method lolz). So they might have sold off everything off and hasn't made any in recent times. Besides if you want Qi or Quick Circle neither comes with Leather back only plastic.
Try quickly pressing Vol. Down twice camera launches immediately(well as quick as it can) and you can also set to take pictures as soon as it turns on as well(though it will take picture of what ever last camera u used). NOTE: U can also double press Vol. Up to get QuickNote launched or using app called KeyPlus to edit. (ie I have mine to turn on flashlight)
You can change the default gallery, just download one from Google Play.
Hope that helps...
P.S. - for Battery life to increase further you could root and use something like Greenify.
For flashlight, you could use my free app Key Plus for LG and set Volume Up button to toggle flashlight instead of QuickMemo+ which most people don't use. Beats any other phone (including iPhone) in terms of convenience.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apptuners.keyplusapp&hl=en
I downloaded an app called recently that works with root to limit the amount of apps showing up in your recents. Seems to help a little for me. I set mine to only show running apps instead of showing literally every app I've used since booting my phone.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=eu.chainfire.recently
Please try my app - Key Plus for LG. It will let you toggle flashlight, launch apps or shortcuts by holding your volume button.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apptuners.keyplusapp
Since you mentioned flashlight, I would like to mention my Key Plus app for G3 which will allow you to toggle flashlight, launch any app, shortcut, "Ok Google" voice prompt etc... by long pressing the volume button when the screen is off. All without root access.

Granted it is not as cool as tapping the screen in different ways but I suppose this is the next best thing.

This happened with me too. The real issue was that the HDD was formatted to NTFS format and Android doesn't supports NTFS format till date
So what I did was I downloaded an app called NTFS BY PARAGON SOFTWARE
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.paragon.tcplugins_ntfs_ro
I plugged in my external 1 TB HDD to my tab S7 via a USB-C to USB-A OTG Cable and opened the Paragon App and clicked on 'mount' Hard Drive and IT WORKED
This app really works wonders
Open the Play store app, select the icon for your account menu, select Payments and Subscriptions, select Budget and History.
It shows apps that you paid for, apps that you redeemed a code for, and apps that were discounted to be temporarily free.
I am uncertain if it shows apps that are free.
There's also an app I haven't tried, yet, called Purchased Apps. It might give you better options for filtering your search.

Sorry my friend, but the icons were created on my phone using the app KLWP. To the best of this non-techie’s knowledge, there is no way to make such a conversion.
You will need to download it onto the fire stick using the software “Apps2Fire” from an Android phone...
Here’s the link to the app... Apps2Fire
Not silly questions, you'd have no reason to know if you're new to it. Couple of things are wrong...
1 . This is for KLWP (Kustom Live Wallpaper), not KWGT. KWGT is for widgets.
2 . To import any presets - you need the pro key.
You can make your own stuff in the free version but need the pro version to import anything made by other people I believe.
berapa TB hardisknya? format hardisknya apa?
gw dirumah juga tab kadang colok ke hardisk NTFS 2TB (ga berani ke yang 4TB, takut corrupt), tapi ditambah aplikasi tambahan ini
I’m currently using this app. After it syncs with the PlayStore, it lists all my purchased apps including free ones. It has a few filters that could be useful like filtering out apps or in-app purchases plus excluding free apps. I was looking for something that does what you want at some point and this is the closest i got!
I've not got a stick I've got a aftv 1st gen. Have you tried side loading with ADB. Tree is an APK that you can install APKs from you phone direct to the fire TV also. I'll try look up its name later
Edit, here you go https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.koni.appstofiretv&hl=en
If you have root you could use Tincore Keymapper (available on Play Store). It's a little tough to understand and setup, but very resourceful.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tincore.and.keymapper
You could most likely sideload it. Here's an easy way.
I'll try this when I get home, but hopefully it should work, as it 's a WearOS app anyway.
Purchased Apps (Restore your paid apps) will do this:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azefsw.purchasedapps&hl=en
I found that the Google Play store will not list all of my app purchases, this app shows them all going all the way back to when I first started using Android.
I believe you can use Tincore Mapper. Attach your XBOX controller through an OTG cable or use a native Android gamepad and configure away. Wireless XBOX and all PlayStation controllers will need root access, though.
Can i ask how you connected your 500GB SSD to DeX ?
Have you used any app to enable Read/Write ? I tried a while ago to connect external WD 2TB HDD with help from exFAT/NTFS app Maybe by now this option changed.
You don't need to format, You can access NTFS and ExFAT HDD using Total Commander with this Plugin.
which one did you buy? the in-app purchase one? if so, maybe an uninstall, reboot and reinstall could fix it. and try clicking the "remove ads" button again.
if it wasn't the in-app purchase one, then you have to install whichever one it is you bought.
if you don't know which one you bought: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.azefsw.purchasedapps
First you need Kustom or KWLP and then you can browse /r/androidthemes for KWLP based themes. The theme that I am using is called lowercase
All right, download these apps, idk if you need the pro as well (the first app):
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kustom.wallpaper.pro
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.kustom.wallpaper
You need both to get it working.
Open the app, start fresh and delete the stock clock that's loaded. Then you gotta go to to the root in the top left, and then paste this line of code in the clipboard icon that just appeared on the top right:
After pasting that, click on the animated image text in the bottom half on your screen, from there on you can choose your own image, resize it and add effects.
I also recommend to use Nova Launcher for this for the best experience and any icon pack you like.
If you must root:
Tincore Keymapper is pretty good:
You might have more success though using Moonlight and /o r GeForce Now (for PC games) and emulators for others, so no need for remapping.
